@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk more crap wks of internet. Now BT want mini hub away, which only jst allows 2 peops to work!! 2 hses away from superfast and 2 yrs to wait for it. And this is meant to be a good service - it's a bad joke of one @MarcAllera

@bt_uk How do I speak to BT open reach? Failed connection to my new house leaving me with no internet / phone signal and @SkyUK being told it’s a 3 working day SLA for you provide any reason why?!

That satisfying feeling when you outsmart a scammer! Supposedly calling from @bt_uk to improve internet speed, but no authorisation to email me. When asked their location they give a London address, when asked why they are not calling from a London phone number:they hang up.....
