    @bt_uk Every other service, agency, company or provider I know responds to complaints, acknowledges, apologises and at times states how they have handled the complaint. Why does @BTGroup not do this? How do I know the complaint has been handled/ looked into at all?

    @virginmedia still waiting for info on how to cancel my service you’re ignoring me. Customer service appalling. Transferring to @bt_uk at end of month. You need to support me to cancel with you

    @bt_uk Do you deliberately try to make life difficult for a a home move - twice you have messed it up - and I moved a month ago. I still have no service and now you have just sent me an email saying you are sending the equipment.... to my OLD address. How is that helpful exactly?

    @bt_uk There has already been 13 missed appointmejts. TWO last week. How long can you keep telling me its happening and then it doesnt happen? Its never ending.

    @bt_uk is there any possibility that the credit I am meant to have on my account is actually applied. 3rd bill and 3 customer representatives later all with the guarantee that it will be sorted.... it hasn’t

    @bt_uk Double the speed online which is obviously wrong. The correct result is in the bt app. These speeds are after i factory reset the hub. Should this solve my broadband issues?
