    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    Hey @BTCare my broadband has been down since last Wednesday (reported that day) and was due to be fixed today. It’s not. Really need it fixed! Tried your virtual assistant but it doesn’t recognise my phone number that I’ve had for 15 years!

    @sarahhop @EE I have also tweeted them after Dad's second call to them. Apparently as the contract is in his name he must still pay even though he has his own phone with @bt_uk who are their sister company. Absolutely awful customer service!

    Message to @bt_uk When your sales people tell customers that by switching to BT from Virgin you'll guarantee to fix prices for 18 months, not such a good idea to up the price AFTER ONE MONTH.

    @bt_uk Do you have people cold calling about supposed Internet issues in the S12 area. There is a man knocking on doors with an EE branded hi-vis vest on, but couldn't give me any details when I asked about the issues.

    Oh @bt_uk I’ve given you 4 chances to connect me as a customer switching from Virgin. Should’ve been connected a month ago and order was placed weeks before that. Just sharing my experience for anyone else thinking of switching; BT aren’t up to it and cheaper deals elsewhere too
