    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Ok - will I get a phone call today ? I was told I would receive a call between 14:30 and 16:30. You have updated the My BT app to say that the service will go live on 4th Feb - I never agreed to that date ??

    @HelsS19 @bt_uk I emailed their CEO when I had a problem a few years ago due to their abysmal customer service. They refunded me for the period that my service wasn't working correctly (2 months).

    @bt_uk Joined BT and my installation date isn’t until 6-8 March, SKY broadband is shocking at the minute and I’ve used all my damn data because of it...any way we can move this date forward? 🙏

    @bt_uk every single timescale set has been failed, every promised update never arrives, every day there is zero progress meanwhile literally every single house on the rest of the development has been upgraded already - utterly farcical

    Considering it’s impossible to pre-empt what date you’re going to move in, 6 weeks to ‘activate’ our line is madness, how ******** are we meant to go until MARCH 19TH without internet when we’re meant to work from home?!?! @bt_uk absolute mess

    @bt_uk But that’s kind of the point. It has definitely effected my service. Unless it’s just a massive coincidence. It has for today. But its dropped out every day since last Wednesday when the workmen arrived. It always comes back - but during a timed exam, that kind of doesn’t matter.

    Once again we’re having to stay calm while TV signal keeps dropping out, broadband is sloth-like etc. Just phoned them but got cut off after waiting an eternity for an answer. I’m sure @bt_uk will tell me yet again that they’ve checked and all is fine!!😡😡😡
