    @OpenreachHelp Whilst this is appreciated, this was vandalised before Christmas! @ButcherMartin this is really a huge problem if this is the timescale we are being forced to accept. It needs to be brought to higher attention. I'll see what can be done. @bt_uk shame!

    @bt_uk our Internet was installed yesterday, its still not active due to a blockage on the line, I've been told #openreach will be out on the 31st to try to fix the problem is there not anything that can be done quicker due to working from home?

    @bt_uk your service is shocking - we have been without internet for 15 days - called your teams 5 times over the past few days. Promised a call today to update us and still nothing we call this evening and get told the order is cancelled! This is ridiculous!!! @MarcAllera

    @bt_uk You could do that without increasing prices. Some of us have put up with sub 1mb speeds for years while your profits have run into £bns. Now you expect customers to pay for your failure. I'm not sure what that link was for, but you never finished. "As such and in line with..."?

    @bt_uk How can I contact a U.K. based engineer to report a network issue? The only thing your website offers is a ‘virtual assistant’ thing which connects me to an agent based in a different country and then disconnects me mid-conversation.
