    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk We have and they're useless. We're waiting for a bt engineer to call us (who have been just as useless, we have been waiting for said engineer since Thursday) but @Plusnet can't push the matter so someone here needs to help

    @bt_uk Cheers Sharon , I’m on yr unbreakable wifi, it’s droppin regularly, yr team confirm that . Neighbourhood has reported Bt engineer is dealing with an issue , I cant get bt engineer to me til next week. If we knew if current btengineer is resolving the issue today it might help?

    @btsport Please fix your terrible app. #ManCity v BMunich ruined by 12+ buffering probs. Have 80mb bb speed & no probs with any other apps or sport. Please sort LG tv issue - long overdue - as whether casting, steaming via Apple/other platforms. #btsport app perf is DREADFUL.

    @btsport your streaming ‘service’ is a joke. It never, ever works on my TV for the Champions League games. £30 per month for this crap is laughable.

    @bt_uk Nearly 10days on and still no movement need to get out of my contract and move on, the issue has been going on since the 27th of March.

    If @bt_uk offer you the 4G back up (which is now also failing) DO NOT TAKE IT. It's just another way they can palm shoddy service off and claim they aren't breaching your contract even if your WiFi is down for weeks because I'm totally paying £60 A MONTH for 4G connection
