If I’m quiet it’s because my internet has gone down since 1:30pm today! Doesn’t help the fact I rely heavily on my wifi for work so had to cancel my later shift and tomorrows shift! Useless @bt_uk

@bt_uk My elderly parents have had issue with their home telephone for 5-6 weeks now. Still have no dialling tone, unable to use their phone and this means they cannot use their burglar alarm. No help from you whatsoever. What is happening?! #btbadservice #bt #help

@bt_uk BT @bt_uk has been charging me for broadband for 6 months without providing any connection and refuses to refund me the money I have paid. It's ridiculous I should have to pay BT despite them not providing me a service at all. Avoid BT. #bt #broadband #avoidbt @BritishTelecom

Another day with no WiFi.. @bt_uk how do I file a complaint please? Not showing up to my house for the appointment, plus having customer service put the phone down on me is disgusting service.. not like I’ve been waiting all day or anything!!!!

@bt_uk @EE Videos/Streams won't buffer on semi decent quality, let alone HD. No point in even thinking about downloading a file over 1gb or uploading anything of any size at all. Be there all night doing so. Can't understand why the speeds are so poor.
