@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

@bt_uk your letterbox router boxes don’t work. Trying to get internet at new house but postman didn’t post the box whilst I was out at work. Now having to go out of my way to arrange re delivery to a post office. Not ideal when your support agent assured me this wouldn’t happen.

@bt_uk I've now been told that my order has to be cancelled and reordered. They told me this last week, so nothing has been done in a whole week. I've now been told I have to wait until Monday. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an internet provider.

@bt_uk New customer signed up with BT 17 days before moving. No internet on moving day. Called & told they would have to cancel & reorder. Given a mini hub which is useless for work. Told I would be called on multiple occasions but nothing so I've had to chase. Still no internet!
