@bt_uk We have had that many visits from engineers I've lost count. We've had the hub replaced. Line from the pole in the street to the house replaced. The junction box in the house moved. It improves for a little while but on the whole it's terrible.

The platform is broken, as long as it keeps pushing certain narratives, it will always be broken, it's a terrible human social experiment that leads to the depression of millions.

And there was me thinking that @BT_UK had the most disjointed, ineffectual - the customer is always wrong - customer support, but it appears that @warnermusic Group's support team might be where BT support team are seconded to for inspiration on just how bad they can aspire to be
