@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

@bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

Yet another failed promise from our internet service provider (service to be used in the lowest sense of the word). It’s now a full week without a connection to the outside world, despite 4 promises of ‘it’ll be back on at midnight’ @bt_uk your a shambles, absolute shambles!

@bt_uk See the responses from @virginmedia if you would like to see how customer service via social should be done. I don't think your customers care who you outsource to, how the mechanics of divesting work or who you share the infrastructure with.
