@bt_uk almost an hour with customer service just to get an answer 'will the engineer let me know when they are finished, so i can i see if it's working'. keep getting told that i have to wait to tomorrow to complain if it's not working.

@eddiemcgarrigle @bt_uk The issue sounds like interference from something. It could be a neighbour's heating going off, something you've got on timer, anything of that natures. It can be very tricky to work out what, but the fact that it happens at the same time every night can help to pinpoint it.

@BTCare agent (unhelpfully) advises I can cancel entirely. This is of course unhelpful, as cancelling means NO internet @OpenreachHelp!!

@BTCare I have tech booked for 13/11/21 between 10am - 12pm. I want this cancelled now. I cannot cancel online through booking and I’m not waiting over 30mins on the phone…that is a complete joke! Cancel it now !!

@bt_uk No we’re an EE customer. And I’m sure my neighbours will all be with different companies. It’s just that it seems to be the infrastructure which is failing and I assumed that belonged to you or Open Reach?
