    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Yes, ring them to cancel my contract. And I demand it is cancelled on the 2nd of July. I'm not prepared to pay for any longer.

    Just tried to cancel my @btsport package. Being a long time BT customer of broadband and phone I thought this would be simple- I cannot cancel until Dec 2022, which is crazy. Anyone else having these issues?

    @RyanJMeek @bt_uk We have had engineers out putting the infrastructure in place for FTTP and were told that it just needs connecting by Openreach now from the pole to the property However now 'field based issues' prevents this from happening. 4th deadline has now passed #mentalhealth
