    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    There was I saying well done to @btsport for streaming it on @YouTube... problem is the quality is absolutly dire!

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @McNallyMirror @btsport Hey I had this when I hooked up the new bt tv box, was awful, I unplugged it and plugged in my old now tv box and access BT sport via the app on it - much better - still losing though :(

    @bt_uk again i cant get service because ive complained about disability etc is this permanant and are u going to cut me for all rhe recordings by staff till yesterday saying its your error?why did theresa slam phone down on me and hostile when asked for debt team to pay till disputed?

    @bt_uk Over 3 hours to download a game update at 10mbps when we’re paying for around 50. Disgusting service.
