@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

1) My internet is broken AGAIN. I've been having problems since the start of September, called regularly to ask for help in fixing it, and nothing has worked. I've had 3 engineers out now, none of whom seemed to actually believe me, and another didn't even show up! @BTCare

3) I have had many customer assistants tell me they/someone else will call me back in a few days- they never do. I've had 5 people now tell me they've sent me a new router, but only one person has left me with tracking details. @BTCare

@bt_uk Course not great, that's why it's on Twitter. 12mths later, our upload /download speed still is pathetic, being advised by a BT operator to cancel & leave is an admission of failure to provide what you are being paid to provide. 26yrs of loyality, rubbish.

@btsport just bought BT Sport package to find it doesn’t cast to my JVC TV making my purchase pointless. Live chat with your support team to request a refund - no solution. Directed me to call support - No answer. Have rated your app 1 star until I receive my refund. Unacceptable

Watching the game on @btsportfootball What a terrible website. Logged in, already pay for BTSport.... all it does is try and sell me BTSport everywhere. WTF!!?!?! Watching the game at 77 min... all it does is pop up alerts for highlights in the game that IVE ALREADY SEEN FFS!

@bt_uk BT Broadband sucks. Had lots of problems with internet connections. Then I decided to switch to Sky Broadband and it’s lot better.

@bt_uk My internet has been poor since joining BT every time I ring up to get it sorted I don’t get to speak to anybody and the automated service says there’s no faults .I’m constantly using my phones data the broadbands so poor 😥
