    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

    @StephenPhipps17 @btsport Same issue, absolute dogshit app, fights won’t load, when they do they play for a minute or so and keep freezing but the sound carries on, then it’s pixilated and then drop out saying video unavailable.

    Can't watch the UFC replay yet again.. been nothing but issues since I have had it. Updated everything but honestly the app is garbage. Took over 2 weeks to get it to work now this, waste of money @EE @btsport

    @bt_uk trying to get help phoning is a waste of time on hold forever was moving to BT from sky then sky tried to get me to stay but decided to go to BT now order cancelled 2 days before it goes live please help

    @bt_uk Thanks Brian. There were no issues locally. Reset the Hub a couple of times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still a few buffering issues but managed to watch what I wanted. Just can’t believe my internet is the issue at over 300mbps?
