    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    There was I saying well done to @btsport for streaming it on @YouTube... problem is the quality is absolutly dire!

    Considering that a @bt_uk engineer at some point disconnected the phone service from my property to give it to someone else rather than solve the problem is the reason it may take up to 6 months to move my service... Well done 👍

    @bt_uk internet has been intermittent for about a month now and now it’s simply not working at all, I’ve been told there are no problems with the internet in my area and we have restarted our router multiple times to no success.

    @bt_uk Again no joy from Openreach today saying there is a systems fault with my order and to call back tomorrow. Ive waited and waited and still cannot go to work due to no Broadband. Apparently I am not the only customer having this issue, so what’s going on?! @WeAreOpenreach

    @bt_uk It doesn't seem to tune any channels no. I'm going to borrow a different cable and see if it's that. We're in a new build and apparently the aerial is in the roof and it's all been installed but maybe that's the issue.
