@bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@karenfiliz @bt_uk The phone line connecting to the side of my house is damaged. I can literally see the problem. They insist on sending someone to look at the front of the house and once that's done, leave and then rebook a time to come back and access the side. Pointless nonsense #Kafkaesque

@bt_uk I am trying to change my BT TV package but online I can only upgrade. Your chat agent told me that I could ‘choose wisely’ from the offers!!! You need to fix your webpages for customers not all want Black Friday deals

@bt_uk I’d rather not. There is nothing wrong with the password as can be seen as I’m able to login to the Bt Wifi network and your website, just not the app. Is there a wider issue? Or any other help you can offer?
