@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@Ofcom @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach The only solution would be to get fibre to the doorstep broadband. That is years away. In the meantime you preside over a third rate service.

@bt_uk trying to cancel BT services but unable to do online , e mail or live chat, don’t want to speak to someone as I’ll get all the bull, poor customer service one of the reasons why I’m leaving
