    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    There was I saying well done to @btsport for streaming it on @YouTube... problem is the quality is absolutly dire!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk She wasn’t given anything apart from a reference number. Said it can take 24 hours for service to resume once they payment was made again even through she paid the bill in March, then was told can take 3 weeks to look into the missing payment from March

    @bt_uk It is now 5 days since my broadband has been off and there seems to be no urgency to fix it, my wife works from home and can’t do her job because of this, I’ll be returning to Virgin as soon as I can.🤬🤬

    @bt_uk I'm lucky I'm out of contact. with the latest price hike, its made my mind up I will be leaving bt for my broadband and phone and on average will save £15 a month after being a customer for over 25 year's

    @bt_uk just paid £19.99 for access to wi-fi whilst visiting my Mum in Scotland and it doesn't work!! Sort it out BT!! It’s North Scotland NOT North Pole! Quick to take my money but not so quick to help!! Appalling!!

    @bt_uk trying to speak to someone regarding a broadband issue is nigh on impossible. I'm not interested in stupid text messages that incur a charge on my mobile. How do I speak to someone? Pathetic service this.

    Okay,@bt_uk No smartphone, no smart tv, not able to program a satnav but calls you, aged 90+, and orders the fastest and most expensive fibre package you offer to domestic customers. Formal complaint filed but we need to talk before this is escalated to @Ofcom.

    @bt_uk Yes I would like to know why the engineer didn’t show up yesterday, after a week of waiting, and now we can’t get anyone out before 2 May which will be over 2 weeks without a service!
