@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

@SkyHelpTeam I know @OpenreachHelp could let this drag on. It took all of us a long time to get them to take any serious action to improve. I hope we're not going back to the bad old @bt_uk days. I also need to know who will compensate us in this instance.

@Plusnet as a loyal @bt_uk customer I changed to a Plusnet mobile sim last week and my old number has not polled over yet should've been Friday a bloody nuisance with two step verification bank investments etc
