    @bt_uk been promised a call back yesterday and then again today. Nothing. A communication company that doesn't communicate! Last time I called I was on the phone for 1hr 55mins. Still no broadband and no idea what's being done about it. Terrible experience BT.

    @BTBroadbandOUT @BTCare @DowndetectorUK Raging against BT all day yesterday, no one turned up. Another go this morning and I got a reasonable chap on the phone and he realised it was a mess. We put the old router back on and it worked fine. Never go to BT. Ongoing for 4 weeks….

    @virginmedia @bt_uk Just been on hold for 42 mins and then you "transfer me" then it gets cut off - worst service i have ever eperienced.
