    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    Virgin media taking over our internet on Saturday because @bt_uk super fast fibre is anything but fast, after 2 years of snail slow speeds we have had enough. Wednesday night BT decide to cut the service early without warning. Cheers BT can’t wait to not be a customer anymore!

    @bt_uk could you contact me in regards to my complaint and the reward that was supposed to come with my order? Every time I ring I waste an hour to be told that “your complaint is being looked into and you claim the reward after 18th August” Neither appears to be true. Ta
