@bt_uk I have noticed that the cable into my home has some minor damage to it. This is from the junction box on our wall join to pole, down into our house exposing the bare wire inside. Who do I speak to for a repair on this please? Thanks!

@bt_uk mobile may be the worst network I’ve ever experienced. Poor app/website and an absolutely scandalous charge system for when you run out of data! 100% won’t be using again.

@bt_uk @CultureCityJoe Why would you do this? Cold calling is a practice littered with scammers and predatory behaviour. People’s homes are NOT for unsolicited promotion. I NEVER answer my door unless I’m expecting a visit. Three times in one day? You score top marks for harassment and trust erosion.

@bt_uk been trying to sort an issue out at my business for 2 days since you’ve disconnected the wrong phone line and now we have no broadband! Nobody seems to know what they’re doing or can solve the problem!

@bt_uk 36 h without service and you're not even paying a compensation when it's your FAULT. You're a JOKE. Worst internet in Europe and most expensive too.

@hammers2468 @BTCare Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @Farahs_tools by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.
