@bt_uk Hello I received a spam email the other day that read Your Bill is ready to see! and when I tried to sign in it went to another page with a form to fill in & not to the official BT site so I deleted it Morvien Lloyd.

@MarcAllera @bt_uk May I have your email address as my daughter would like to make a complaint as she had planned to switch to PlusNet but they cancelled her previous supplier, then cancelled her order leaving her without broadband over Christmas.

@bt_uk Bt know about how terrible it is. It's gone down three times over this holiday and I've managed to get it going again. You need to release me from the contract after all I'm not getting a good service from you, and I don't see how you can charge me to leave, disgusting!
