    There was I saying well done to @btsport for streaming it on @YouTube... problem is the quality is absolutly dire!

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk hey BT. Had fibre installed few days ago but have had no Internet since it was installed. Try to phone customer service and just get put in a queue which never seems to end? Help please.

    @bt_uk shocking service from BT should of had an installation on Wednesday but engineer didn't turm up been told Monday now then got a text saying i needed to book another appointment otherwise you would cancel my account your waiting times for the call centre are shocking also

    @bt_uk been charging me for a business internet service that has never been live. We hve been paying rent on this new branch office but cant use it bc no internet service. 2nd time (day) we hve been waiting for a non existent Openreach Engineer. No update whatsoever. Shameful!

    @bt_uk Believe me, I’ve done all that. Now assured service will be live by Midnight Monday !! One day to switch off and 5 days to switch on. Crazy, and all BT’s fault. No point in talking to anyone else, as ‘the system’ won’t allow any quicker action.

    @bt_uk can you tell me what 'stuck in the system' means? I've had no WiFi for 3 days now and engineers don't turn up when arranged! your CS tell me my fault is stuck in the system meaning they can't book another engineer and basically can't help at all. How am I supposed to work?
