    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    There was I saying well done to @btsport for streaming it on @YouTube... problem is the quality is absolutly dire!

    @Force22M @bt_uk Same problem here, given up reporting it as they send engineers out and never find the problem :-(

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Thanks Nicola. I'll give them a try. BT's customer service is very unhelpful and seem to communicate with the technical team by messages and said they couldn't redirect my call. When I eventually got through to the technical team even they had to escalate it up- no idea to whom!

    @bt_uk Why do you make it so difficult... Virtually impossible to cancel a monthly sports pass!!!! Where in living hell have you hidden this process in the MyBT section of accounts???

    @bt_uk when can someone sort my WiFi issue? Engineer finally came out today (only 18 months waiting) and he said "speed to router is fine, must be the WiFi. I can't help with that". Then left???
