  @bt_uk "could" isn't great when my wife - who works for the NHS from home - required connectivity. When I pay for Halo but can't use it because I already have phone contracts elsewhere...how is this service beneficial?

  Hello @HyperopticCS , I am tweeting this using @bt_uk broadband, Coz your’s which unfortunately I am a customer never works when its required. What would it take to work again after numerous fixes done as claimed by you ? Does this tweet downloads at ur place ?

  @bt_uk - outage in ox29 area has been going on since 1pm yesterday and there is still no estimated fix time. Can you please look into this as it is causing problems.
