@bt_uk Hi, I not very happy with BT, Thought I would be honest and return a Mini Hub supplied during broadband outage in May? last year.just had text to say thanks we will dispose of it or recycle. Had I known that is the outcome I would have kept it and reused it. Total Waste.

@virginmedia My broadband service continues to be interrupted for a few minutes at a time, sometimes for several tens of minutes. 3 months and I’ve finally had enough. @bt_uk Full Fibre now available for me, so I will be ending my @virginmedia contract after many years of good service.

I’ve made some daft decisions in my time,but the decision to change bband providers to @bt_uk will definitely go down as the worst. Awful,inept company,who you’d think would want to treat a new customer well.Instead they’ve proved how woeful they are with 1 fiasco after another🤬

@bt_uk Yes I’ve managed to get another booking but it’s shocking customer service. 2 previous agents have tried to fix this problem but haven’t managed to. I’m losing hours at work and it’s starting to affect my job. Might as well leave for a different ISP

@bt_uk If my line is not restored by tonight as promised, that would be 9 days without service. Im super annoyed by you but also fully aware why. My neighbours are all in. the same boat no connection for 9 days due to cable being replaced. If its not resolved, im seeking compensation.

@bt_uk On Monday we used the chat line to try and sort the renewal of our bt landline and bt sports. It’s been a while mess and have been blatantly mislead online by your operative Ujjwal Kumar. We are king term customers and feel totally let down. #bt

@bt_uk Since installing fibre broadband on 6th October my landline phone service has been dead. Numerous complaints raised and fixes tried. I need someone senior to take ownership of the problem, how do we fix this? My business partner had the same issue, took six weeks to fix.

@bt_uk @dannyfarrar91 No, both parties stated that the other party was at fault. I've been paying for the service myself since November now. Doubt I will be using BT next time
