    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk ... you can't install until 3rd May and there's nothing you can do to change it. Please treat this as a complaint and listen to your Sales call when I placed the order to see what I was told, then let me know whether you can in fact bring the installation date...

    scenario ... i join BT Internet ... i attempt to change the bill day to align all my bills ... theres an error and it never changes i call @bt_uk who change it for me (they actually didn't) i call again to be told i will get a call back as there is an issue changing the date

    @SketchLisa @BTCare A further point the problem might not be on your property in My case they ended up digging up the road some 2500 yards away where they found s problem with some cables

    @bt_uk @EE as a current customer of both I was look to upgrade my sim only contract yet your deals are not available to me as an existing EE customer? Why? #badservice #noloyalty
