I have the worst luck with broadband. Upgraded to @bt_uk from TalkTalk because they were offering a good deal at a higher speed but now full fibre is in the area, I'm paying more for an inconsistent 77mbps when some providers are offering up to 900mps for around £5-£9 less.

@btsport could you please stop announcing the scores of other champions league matches. I had every intention of watching Napoli and then Real Madrid. Unfortunately you kept announcing the score of the other games during commentary so I watched 2 games instead of 4 . Very poor

@bt_uk I work mainly from home in an area of poor mobile phone coverage. I have no active phone line (emergency calls?) and face loosing income.
