    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk BT have double charged direct debit payments automatically. STILL not corrected and money NOT refunded. Call centre stalling refusing to look into it. or fix. Refuse to escalate to senior level. Hopeless customer service.

    1/2 Today @ 10:41 my @bt_uk internet failed. It is due to a quite serious ‘multi-something outage’. I have a Hybrid Connect attached to the hub which is the @bt_uk backup providing very slow access internet access through a 4G EE network.

    Landline not working, rang @bt_uk and they said "Major Service Outage with #BT since 9ish this morning.... Definitely be fixed by the THIRTY-FIRST(! 😱😱😱), but hopefully within 48hrs 🙄 - touch wood Broadband is still up & EE dongle thing at the ready #btlinesdown #nophone

    In the next episode of “if you want to be a b*stard to yourself…” Order @bt_uk full fibre and then watch how they cut your old broadband off and fail to ACTUALLY connect you to full fibre. 4 engineer appts and 10 days later and still nothing. GAH.
