@btbusinesscare good morning. I was expecting an engineer yesterday to install the line I ordered in Jan. Didn't show up, didn't let me know. You still haven't paid me the refund you owe me and almost 4 months since my order you haven't provided service. My BT is down. Shambles.

@bt_uk If your employee says he's already checked the line and that's that and BT has closed my complaint, why would an engineer need to be booked?

@bt_uk Yes and let down again. Raised a case for my BT Wi-Fi issue to be resolved. Was told I would get a call back Wednesday, guess what. Nothing.

@bt_uk I taped a call - to show what has happened to my line, but your employee didn't want to hear it. I'd like to know how BT can close my complaint because it reads very much like the employee just wanted to close the case to look competent ....and not solve it.
