    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk The case has now been opened and closed on 4 occasions with no follow up or resolution. I have to keep in calling/holding & have the same conversation about a distressing subject over & over. I want a bacs payment made ASAP

    @Bt_uk @BTGroup I still cant believe that I ordered broadband for my 89 y/o sick ill Godmother, so I can set up safety cameras and a ring doorbell & the sales person added Fibre BUT cancelled her landline leaving her STRANDED with no means to dial call 999 in an emergency

    @BTCare what a shocking service you provide, been on the phone for 40mins with no answer. Had eng booked for today 1000 till 1200 no show!! Bet you’ll want me to pay my bill on time though! 😡

    @bt_uk Here we are again, the same fault that's happened biannually, for the last decade. Another month without a reliable usable connection Another replacement router cos the last one is a whole 9 months old. Yet there's never a problem with the service 👀👀👀👀
