    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    There was I saying well done to @btsport for streaming it on @YouTube... problem is the quality is absolutly dire!

    @bt_uk I didn’t have the patience to tweet back, I finally managed to get through again on the phone and an engineer is apparently coming tomorrow morn to fix it, will believe it when I see it

    @bt_uk hello, just checked out BT TV box and all of our recordings have been wiped. This isn’t something we’ve done manually; are any other users reporting a similar issue?

    @bt_uk I am now heading into my 3rd week with no router. 1st one never showed up and was told yesterday I would have a 2nd one sent out and would arrive today. Still no router. I am not paying my bill for a service I cannot use. I work from home and this is making it hard for me.
