    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk Hi just upgraded to halo 3+. The smart hub 2 works great, good wired speed, strong wifi. For the hybrid device, I'm getting three blue strong bars, the central signal ring is white which I can't find any info on that colour. Mybt app says no signal when hybrid tested

    @bt_uk Well it would have been extremely helpful if BT had bothered to tell me that. I had to speak to at least 2 people to get it arranged neither of whom mentioned this. Appalling service, still took my money. I was very clear why it was needed.

    Once again my BT TV box recorded all of this weekend's Moto GP action on @btsport except the actual Moto GP race which "failed to record". BT are without doubt the worst company I have dealings with. Incompetent on every level.

    @bt_uk I had to work today and your crappy TV service has failed to record Vale's final race I am really really annoyed I dont know how you can possibly make up for this, totally unacceptable, rubbish, garbage service - please contact me

    @bt_uk No my daughter still not sorted. Very difficult to get through to customer service. They did promise to refund overpayment but took out the £60 the next month. Next time she got through they cut her off.
