    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk as i confirmed yesterday this is untru. complaint closed in night no reason why and told to go to ombusdman nobody rang at time agreed by u all on here today.broadband still not working so means lifeline and panic alarm arent either.u cancelled emergency open reach 2day 0 care

    @bt_uk I'm very unhappy that my landline, on which I rely, has been down since Friday and in spite of promises nothing seems to be being done. Contact is very difficult and clumsy, please help.

    @davidhorsefield @bt_uk today one call was hour and half. spent over 20hrs to sort my disability issues faulty bb still not working etc since monday to be told today my fault i got subsidised broadband needs a disc but my hub goes off and drop on wired as know the best.had service taken as complained
