    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    Just received a sales call. Nothing interesting so far. The salesperson had called previously when they worked for @bt_uk last yr about biz network services They've moved to another company & were calling to say if I still needed help Why was my data allowed to travel? #GDPR

    Right, 18 days of being lied to by @bt_uk & @BTCare is enough. Plenty of polite requests for a call back, which I was offered, have been ignored. With no technical resolution, official written complaint going in now to CEO Philip Jansen @MoneyTelegraph

    @bt_uk @FoggBrain I have phoned them made a complaint and was told to call back in March. Then received an email to say my complaint had been closed!? No it hadn’t!! It really is a disgraceful & disgusting price increase. It only adds to inflation. It’s purely profiteering.
