Lookedrare (@lookedrare) reportedOpened complaint with @financialombuds against @bt_uk today. 2 years with default on credit file finally apologised was their fault, still not received refund or promised compensation. Now net doesn't work and told 'get local IT company around to fix it' Absolute jokers.

Positive Impact (@teampisales) reported@btbusinesscare Our business has been without a proper Broadband & Phone service for 14 days! All we keep being told is it is with 'Complaints Escalation'. BT Business have accepted full responsibility for not providing our service, despite contractual date of 23/8/22.
