    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Just had a call from “BY Openreach”. Apparently there’s a problem with our internet. We’re not with BT and when I asked if they thought BT was our provider they hung up. You might want to let ppl know there’s scam callers doing the rounds #scamcaller

    @bt_uk Rita are you pulling my leg here. Don’t you think with all the problems I’ve had with your broadband I would have gone through all the scenarios put to me. Your broadband is unreliable & doesn’t work for a family with Wi-fi required in every room. Unless you have cardboard walls.

    @trillb19 @bt_uk I know it’s openreach, but the engineer was confused why my appointment was cancelled, I’ve never known in my life, not one, not two but three appointments and the engineer being in my area who was unaware of why my appointment cancelled it makes no sense 😫

    @bt_uk It’s jumped back up to 35mbps which is fine. Unsure why it’s yoyo’ing though. We had issues last night too. Just came to a head whilst partner was attempting to teach a lesson on g meet.

    @bt_uk Two phone calls and two engineers and we still have an unstable broadband connection! The hub is either disconnecting or it’s so slow you can’t do anything.

    @bt_uk Hello BT, I have recieved a call about offering deals about broadband. I am in interested in deals but more interested in better than service than any deals for now. I am currently in touch with Openreach trying agree on a installation.
