    @bt_uk hi any chance you can tell me what's happening with the WiFi in BN3 please? Been down for 48 hours now and all I'm getting is auto response bot texts from your diagnostic text line telling the problem will likely be resolved in '4 hours'. Been 2 days. Pathetic #bt

    @matthayesthfc It was a disgrace Carragher is allowed to commentate never mind on the Merseyside Derby but nowhere near as bad as Steve Mc and Robbie Savage on @btsport. It's painful for everyone

    @bt_uk How can it be that @bt_uk take a payment each month for a Broadband service they know they cannot provide, with an answer after upgrading, “you need to down grade to another package that might work”, a REALLY moment. Open engineers don’t turn up either.

    @bt_uk been on hold for 17 mins and still waiting to speak to someone. Expecting to be cut off on the hour when office closes. BT Tv errors mean no internet channels. 2nd time in 2 days. Not good enough. #frustrated
