    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @david__123 @bt_uk This looks to be more a computer problem. I work in computers and we get a few laptops not liking our internet router. So I just uninstall the network drivers and update them and it’s all good.

    @bt_uk How come consumer gigabit fibre deals in other countries are 1,000mbps up and 1,000mbps down, but here in UK you refuse to give us more than 100mbps up? That's just 10% as fast as what other nations are offering the public.
