@bt_uk Hi, I can't setup my BT Smart Hub 2. The phone support line disconnected me after more than 60 minutes, the live chat isn't on, and the texting support doesn't recognise the number that I gave it (which I got from the My BT app). What do I do? I need internet for my job

Decided to move to @bt_uk for our broadband; needed to check some issues and I’m sure the dude I spoke too was either high or didn’t seem to care. You got to wonder when their only solution is “cancel the order”.

@jaspland They’ve said 3 times now that DCL hasn’t scored for 6 premier league games but did score in the last round of the FA cup. Honestly why is @btsport commentary so bad!
