@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

@bt_uk I’m unable to take control of my sky+hd box with my iPad. This is a known issue with BT home hub routers apparently. Please can you advise. It works ok with my iPhone just not my newer iPad.

@bt_uk Now I get a email telling they are switching of my mini hub off as my Broadband up and running REALLY how did that happen NO mini hub I can’t work!!! So 5 months 2 Weeks later taking payments each month for service I don’t have they want to take my income away FFS@Bt_uk

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@bt_uk It's been fine thanks. The engineer couldn't find any fault but recommended I be sent a new hub which has yet to arrive. Would be better if I wasn't left £100 out of pocket thanks to a fault with your service but what can I do.
