@bt_uk THIS is radiculous. One of your engineers came out to fix my WiFi replaced some cables. But the same issue is still happening. At what point do I give up? I might as well just be using a 4G hub for the rest of my time living at home. It's not good enough.

@bt_uk No the booking failed on both occasions, but no one cared to let us know so the engineer was never going to show up! I’m not holding my breathe we’ll see an engineer Tuesday 🙈🤞@bt_uk

Internet went down last Sat, phoned @bt_uk & booked an engineer appt for Monday. Relative waited in for 6 hours - no show. BT apologised & made another appt for today, relative sat in for another 6 hours & no show!!! Next available appt next Tuesday 🙈 awful system & service!

@bt_uk It’s still as bad as when we phoned you earlier in the week. All the Apps are completely unwatchable, apart from Netflix. One of your agents said she’d phone back early Mon night to discuss further. But so far, appalling, broken service.

.@bt_uk I have Now TV & BT Sport through BT. I also have an EE account. I’ve just discovered I’m paying for BT sport on that as well. They never told me, even though BT owns EE. The wait time to discuss it is interminable. It’s so frustrating not being able to talk to someone.
