    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk After another 40 minutes on the phone today and the TWELFTH person I've spoken to, I believe it to be resolved now. I'll shortly be logging a formal complaint about my phone number being changed without my permission too.

    Company @bt_uk @BTGroup must think it's totally acceptable for customer to connect a SMARTPHONE to an Ethernet/LAN cable to get functional internet speeds. Why should I need a 5 meter long ethernet cable hanging from the bottom of my mobile at any given time in the 21st century?
