    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk I feel like most of the people having issues just either don't know how to set up basic equipment or think WiFi is magic and can pass through anything. I actually pay attention to positioning relative to walls and I couldn't be happier with my service.

    @bt_uk Yep - that’s AFTER BT took off a tenner a month for a TV service I have never used but was “included” in my contract.

    Genuinely annoys me that BT Sport exist....who is giving them all the games!! Wish they would go back to their place before Covid showing the crap games like West Ham vs West Brom or Villa vs Fulham etc....#EPL #BTSport

    @bt_uk The disc I have now will not connect wirelessly with router. Even right next to it. I really don’t want to hard reset the router again like last time. Could it be the router that’s the problem?
