@bt_uk what’s your complaints number? You resolved my complaint by telling me I had £25 credit and then you only gave me £10? Now it’s a 20 minute queue to speak to someone again lol

@bt_uk Yes it's via mini connectors (only ~20 feet away though). When we turn them off and on again that usually fixes it, for a while. Doesn't help us recover recordings that are already corrupted. Is there a more permanent fix?

@bt_uk Well I’ve done everything you asked, even spoke to a lovely Hayley. Can’t do nothing till Monday, which really is not good enough. Having to wait four days before someone comes out and you have to work from home, which now, can’t do, poor show @BT

@BTCare Are there any private companies that can fix this instead of openreach that I can pay, I know I pay you guys, but your stuck with openreach with their monopoly who don't care about anyone, I might as well pay someone to fix it then I can use the facilities that I pay you for
