Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

@bt_uk Powerline adaptors. I've recently gotten new ones as my old ones stopped working. However the glitching is very bad and really disrupts our viewing. It has only started happening.

@bt_uk your website is advertising deals that when you request to move to it charges 50% more. Phoned 150 and they tell you it is an online only deal so can’t help. As you are online can you?

@NottsCounty1991 @sampacey1 @btsport I remember at least one on one. No matter, you have an opinion and it differs to mine. I pride myself on being unbiased despite my support. In my opinion Dagenham were controlling possession, territory and opportunities before we scored. All this BT Sports stuff is embarrassing

@bt_uk Have just reported a fault with my broadband online via the app to be informed it will be Thursday 2 Dec! Tried calling 150 to be advised I can only chat via text!!! Very Poor for a communications company. How do I obtain a mobile hub to support my connection until you repair?
