@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

So @TalkTalk are a bunch of liars. Despite telling me they had cancelled my contract with @bt_uk TWICE, BT say they have received NOTHING from them. I refuse to pay BT just over £127 for a service I have not been using.

@corinne_loris @bt_uk Sounds very similar to me, they said i hadn't ordered broadband which I did, then it was well we can't do it now for weeks, so I just left and never been back in and never well! Money focused not customer focused!

Anyone out there able to give some advice on my legal rights to leave @bt_uk early due to constant faults on my broadband for nearly 3 months….need to get back to @SkyUK… 15yrs and no broadband issues with them

Sitting on hold to @bt_uk and the hold music is unnecessarily fast paced house music and overstimulating it’s actually making me anxious 🤢 (also logged into the online help centre and have been waiting 15 minutes and counting for a human to respond…)

@bt_uk Committed to helping old folk stay connected? I think not! Currently a 96-year old has been without phone & emergency fob for two days. Meant to be fixed by today, but when I enquired (2 hrs) I was told to book an engineer. 1st appointment available is in 5days! Rubbish!

I’m sorry, but why are @btsport asking to text & donate £10 to Pakistan to help victims of the floods? Pakistan spent $1.1 billion last year on their nuclear weapons programme?! I know it’s more complicated than stop worrying about Indian & focus on your people, but still…c’mon!
