@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk @Ofcom I'd urge anyone to avoid BT at all costs. Worst customer service ever experienced and terrible behaviour when trying to leave. Clearly says a change in circumstances voids any contract yet moving home BT seem to think holds me to contract. Unfortunately not

@bt_uk please, please help. My 81 year old Mum has had her telephone cut off since Saturday after problems connecting digital voice and her lifeline alarm. Openreach left voicemail today saying they would ring in a weeks time. Being quoted 30/11 for reconnection. BT Help Pls
