    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    @bt_uk Thank you, I have done this. Please resolve is, it makes BT service look a shambles. And while we are at it, I want to look back at her account for some years. She paid a few £1000 pounds out for something and I want to see what what was.

    @ChrisPJGodfrey My thoughts exactly, its rich talking about money and bad owners when they have taken money from them. £100 a month for BTSport and Sky to watch games is crazy, not to mention the proposed £14.99 per a game

    So @EE have cut off my internet as I’m meant to be changing to @bt_uk today but BT have cancelled my engineer and rebooked for 2 weeks. Without giving me any notice!! Have had nothing but trouble form BT since I agreed that change. Will not recommend them to anyone!

    @bt_uk Erm, excuse me, but you seem to be charging me a one-off charge twice! Activation fee of £9.99 was paid on my March bill but you have also put it in my April bill. #fail

    I would not recommend @bt_uk to anyone. Absolutely awful. Don’t bother to notify you of change of engineer date #donotuse #awfulservice

    @bt_uk That doesn’t answer the question at all. Will otherphone sockets around the house work ??? For on call emergency staff will the phone still work in a power cut ?

    So now i have @btsport demanding money 1.the period they are on about was when i was closed down for all but 4 days 2.i cancelled the contract in November 3. They have no record of my cancellation 4.take me to court please

    @bt_uk How many phone calls does it take to book a BT engineer? Am now ringing on a virtually daily basis- which my online Fault Tracker tells me to do. Friendly staff on the phone but no appointment offered (though "they may look at the problem tomorrow"). BT : not cheap!

    @hpxrsrjj @bt_uk @Ofcom They are, passed through multiple persons for hours at a time. This is why we pay bills per month and never set DD. They would rob you blind. Utter shower.
