  Our local fish van seems to be a bit of a street water-cooler. He arrives on a Thursday morning, the usual crowd wanders up, chats, complains about the woeful mobile signal (yes @bt_uk , yours) but... We buy incredible fish - and local eggs, strawberries, scones and cakes!

  @bt_uk You could call me like you said you would today after 6pm. Adding insult to injury you have emailed to say you have closed the complaint and that you were Glad that you were able to help!! BT hasn’t helped , still no subscription channels . On hold again
