    @DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    I would not recommend @bt_uk at all, at the moment. Terrible experience (already logged a complaint). Setup has been horrendous so far. Meant to be activated on Tuesday (after ordering a month ago) and it's now Friday :)

    @btgroup @btcare @bt_broadband No internet, no phone for 5 days, no one has any idea when I'll be back up and the mini hub is worse than useless. Been told 3 times "we'll ring you back in 24 hours "dreadful, dreadful, dreadful service. #halo1 £56.91 a month for what? #crap

    @215247POD @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp It seems like BT Openreach which runs all internet inferstructure in the UK generally has issues with power during corona if lots of BT, Virgin, Sky ect routers are all going on and off randomly if you are from the UK.

    @virginmedia Having an issue with your service, very high ping in online games in the evenings, basically makes my internet 50% unusable. I know it's nothing on my end so unless something is being done im gonna have to hop on with @bt_uk or @SkyUK

    @bt_uk I am not on my 17th day without broadband after it has been cancelled without my approval. A neighbour added my address by mistake and i am now 17 days without connection. Your customer service and resolution has been appalling

    @bt_uk Hi Claire, No I have been promised an engineer would come out every day for the past two weeks to fit in my broadband however no one turns up and customer service have been rude to the point of putting the phone down on me twice today...

    @bt_uk It’s ok thanks we have made 5 phone calls, had two engineers, somehow ended up with no broadband for 2 weeks and today found out a new telephone number had been set up into our home. Formal complaint submitted hopefully someone rings us back by Monday otherwise 6 times lucky.
