@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk No faults listed. No internet connection. Every colour under the rainbow, both still and flashing. The only colour missing is a blue solid one. (Mainly flashing purple and then orange). Prices went up, service went down. Zero surprises there.

Hate to moan about companies on here, but after five engineer visits over the past 10 months, I am still having an absolute nightmare with my @bt_uk broadband. 50 drops in services in May. Still no solution. Sixth engineer visit booked for Monday, and my patience is all but lost

@bt_uk Multiple change overs - That said its been like this for a number of years no problem. So I have not changed my mode of working. I cannot keep changing passwords every time I log in - Shows your developers are not switched on, they have missed a trick somewhere

@bt_uk why can I not speak to someone? Phone and broadband gone down and all I can get is some automated text saying you will let me know in 48 hours if an engineer is coming? We both work from home and are now screwed. Here to help????

@andysc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I remember my own horror when my fiber to the home in Kingston Upon Thames with Virgin stopped working and i called them and they told me to expect someone in 6 weeks. When I lived in NYC, similar problem addressed same day! Whazzup UK?
