    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    So. @bt_uk on Monday insisted my broadband going out was not related to my contract renewal. Told me its Openreach's problem. Guess what? It wasn't Openreach's problem, there's an error in my order code somewhere with BT's Wholesale team which could be another 72 hours to fix.

    @bt_uk we were fitted with a new modem/WiFi unit last week. We were told to keep the old one and that you’d send details of where to send it. To date we’ve received none. Can you help?

    6. Called again. Finally got to explain the problem. Did so in great detail. Was told I'll get a call back with appointment details. Never did. 7. Called again. Explained the situation again. This was all new info to the rep (does @bt_uk not teach reps to take account notes?)

    @btbusinesscare, @BTBDirect, @BTSopenreach A whingey thread from a frustrated consumer. On Monday, it was windy and the phone lines serving my house and some neighbours snapped off at the telegraph pole and landed in next door's garden. I phoned my service provider to report it.

    @bt_uk It would be much appreciated if customer care called you back when they said they would. We have had ongoing issues since joining BT in March, multiple engineer visits and still not resolved - it is unusable - very disappointed with whole experience.

    Hey @bt_uk I’ve had very limited service on your mobile since Monday, 4g is none existent which is annoying but no matter I can still text & call the old fashioned way, oh wait.. I can’t do that either, What’s going on your your mobile masks in Oswestry please
