@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk I don’t think they can do that - OpenReach invest the money to connect the property to their network, they then have to offer access to all the suppliers as above not just BT retail; it may be that other suppliers have not yet got their act together.

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk Have avoided BT retail for the last 20 years. Now with Zen - cant fault them, UK based, excellent customer service. You'd still have to deal with OpenReach with the install, which may still be an issue from what I can see?

@bt_uk 2 month wait to get broadband installed. 3 teams of engineers fail to do prep work. Find out on day we can’t have the router where we want it despite checking we could. Left no Internet or phone after installation goes wrong and no fix date??? Going to be a long 2 yrs.

Now been on hold for over 30 minutes @bt_uk you were meant to install fibre to the property yesterday. You organised for my previous provider to cancel our contract with them. Now no hot water or heating as it's a hive set up. And no help!!!

Internet service down and will be fixed "within a few days" ...I could understand if some kind of natural disaster had happened, but apparently this is just normal for @now @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp? Why can't I live in a country with functioning infrastructure

Now at almost a month without internet thanks to @bt_uk. Talking to customer service makes me feel as if I’ve done something wrong when my only crime is to sign a contract to pay hundreds of pounds per year for, thus far, no service. Am completely out of ideas and exhausted.

@bt_uk I love 2 streets from the exchange and the internet is poor, there isn’t any fibre available and I live so close to the exchange, makes no sense
