@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@MichaelBensonn @btsport @Tyson_Fury the Furys are an embarrassment to the sport. However I'm more frustrated at Wilder and the others for not putting this bum away many years ago. Boxing is struggling, he's never been a champion. Tyson Lewis holyfield all these guys would have eaten him.

Not a great start with @virginmedia….since getting it haven’t had any tv due to an ‘error on the network’ which will take 2 days to fix. Also can’t log in to the tv app. Regretting moving from @bt_uk already

@bt_uk Oh ok. So when my elderly mother is offered it, can she ask to stay on the copper service? I only ask because she lives in an area which has lots of power cuts and still needs to be able to phone people. Thanks.

Day 4 of @btsport @Plusnet issues. Any updates? Any workarounds or compensation plans? Spoke to BT tech support and told it's a known major issue escalated to highest level but customer service teams still seem unaware.
