@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk This is not a laptop it’s a desktop Mac and I do have normal speed half of the time so the problem can’t be with the wi-fi or my computer as the results are the same with other devices I have like laptop and iphone

I have been in and out of hospital for months and during this time my BT bill hasn't been going put due to banking issues. Noticed today, got in youth with @bt_uk and they went above and beyond to help me with a payment plan and told me to watch my health first. 1/2

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted with your customer service at the moment. You have cut off frightened, vulnerable elderly man we had absolute confirmation from yourself that this wouldn't happen yesterday and yet here we are!! Appalling, you should be ashamed.
