@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@btbusinesscare @johnmooredge This is pathetic after sales care , I left BT 22 years ago and I thought I’d give em a try to see if you have rehabilitated but still just as bad .I placed an order for full Fibre to the premises and was told that by BT on phone, but what I got was fibre only to the CABINET
