@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

Note to self - next renewal swap unreliable @bt_uk for a cheap landline broadband as a back up and get proper fibre. Hopefully by then will have a choice if City Fibre get their act together. Connection up and down more often that Boris's pants today.

@bt_uk I've used that link - it shows three different incidents starting at 6:30am yesterday - 2 of them say unable to advise on fix and the other say 17:47 today. As far as certainty goes you might as well say "when the unicorn arrives!"

@bt_uk You don't know if your whole network is having issues? Yeah it says an hour last time i chcked but I guess that time is automated. Far from ideal as working frome home.

@bt_uk... I find it funny that I can't get internet out my back garden.. But a house few doors down can pick it up in their house? Of course I don't let them use it... Just find it funny..
