@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi. It’s my office internet. Not there again till Tuesday so will check then. It was awful last week - the BT hybrid connect couldn’t even cope with filling in the void periods when the internet went down. So frustrating when you’re trying to work especially as new router etc.

@bt_uk Scenario.. I have unlimited wifi 1 hub a disc and free calls… if I’m on connected on a 30mb line. And I change to a 1gb line because it’s now available. Will the unlimited wifi and free call service cost more…

@bt_uk I keep getting an alert to say my 'my sim has been turned off by your provider'. I can't call because I have no phone network for some reason & the live chat bot said I couldn't use live chat for tech help! Please can you look into this ASAP!!!
