@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

*Finally* got my @bt_uk contract renewed - why the bloody hell is it such a faff? Nothing's changed, everything's the same, please just continue to provide the exact same service I've had for the last twenty years. It should take seconds on the website, not 20 mins on the phone.

@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

@bt_uk If you didn’t cut me off it wouldn’t be a issue!! Obviously that @bt_uk way of retrieving old accounts with old tariffs. Young or old BT is willing to leaving them without landline or Wi-Fi for over a month #sicking
