Gra (@GraemeK15785114) reported from Stittenham, Scotland@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

Lesley Rubenstein-Pessok (@QuoSpera) reported@Somerset01 @BTGroup @bt_uk These structures should have something on them to determine ownership and wouldn’t it be great if there was some form of contact info to report vandalism or any damage easily, say, a QR code.

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

Clarissa Reilly (@clarescastle) reportedHello @btbusinesscare I’ve wasted hours of my life, and raised my blood pressure all afternoon trying to connect new Cloud Voice kit and set up an account. You’re the worst in the world. I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank I’d be hitting the brandy.
