@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk you sent me a new disc. It won't setup (red light), no internet, old disc doesn't work. Text support doesn't work. Phone waiting time over 1 hour. No online chat support. Seriously, how can you offer such an awful service? Can't someone reach out to us?

@AILAHT0909 @bt_uk BT have lost the plot. I asked to cancel phone line. They say I dont have one but they’re billing me for one. Internet is rubbish but they cant locate any info about me to rectify. They can bill me though!
