    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    @DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

    Very poor service @bt_uk nearly 3 weeks after you put another number on my sim and you haven’t been able to give my phone number back to me. Promises of action and call backs but nothing. Very unhappy.

    Hello @bt_uk I have tried to DM you, but I am getting an auto reply, you clearly don't want to address my issues BUT the promised manager phone call never happened, the promised engineer today never arrived. Complaint to Ofcom on it's way.

    @Phil_Sandford @ingeniasteve @bt_uk It is bizarre, I have same hub and it's never really failed. Much much more reliable than the Sky service it replaced. Sounds like it could be issues on the Exchange -> House line perhaps?

    @bt_uk after a while of my problem broadband today I finally got it sorted lockdowns haven’t helped but by have been fantastic trying they best to sort it the 2 engineers today was fantastic would like to thank its drive me mad it not working now happy it’s sorted

    @bt_uk Dunno if you're still listening @bt_uk but we're now at 6 engineer visits and still no broadband. It first went down on November 24th. That's 2 months ago. Phone advisers say there's no way to escalate - just pass through to Openreach again. #GroundhogDay Thank god for @ThreeUK

    @bt_uk I have never been so disappointed with a service... I have been trying for an hour and a half to get through about a fault Bt this is ridiculous after 30mins my call gets cut off
