@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk If you don't tell me specifically the amount of compensation coming off of my next bill then there is a high chance it will be the last bill I have with you. I don't want a link. I want a personal customer experience from you, who I have paid for 2 years my money to.

@bt_uk Please can someone sort this out for my elderly mum! Ongoing since June. Changed from copper to fibre broadband but has been told she can't keep her old number (had it for 65 years). She lives in a very rural area and mobile signal is awful - landline is essential!

@MariePercival4 @btsport It depends who picks up the rights so too early to say. Prime have ATP to end of 2023 and WTA to end of 2024 so another year before it's a problem.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp so it's acceptable to come onto private property but when we try to actually speak to someone about it get a load of unrelated automated options, hung up on and told to fill out a form that doesn't work. Just how I like spending my day

@WeAreOpenreach No I did not. I was driving behind them. They had the "working on behalf of openreach" on the side of the van. Perhaps @bt_uk can help? A "sorry we don't know who this is" is not good enough.
