I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??

Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.
