    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    @DrGaryWood @bt_uk They are forcing me to take a new contract and charging me one-off £29.99 for broadband connection for the chaos they caused. The service will start 13th June apparently, more than two week. Not happy at all.

    @bt_uk Frustratingly for what might have been a very simple mistake nothing can be done, have checked. It's far too complicated to unpick apparently. Nice support team your side, but frankly ridiculous this cannot be undone due to archaic systems in place.

    @btbusinesscare Are you all special needs or just acting dumb? You's done the work as a 3rd party in my home, and your manager is sorting compensation for the damage caused as it was caused by your staff so tell me again you's can't help when it's with your clais team???
