@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

“Fraudsters are known to make calls claiming to work for @bt_uk” says their website. Never experienced until today; automated voice call saying internet would be cutoff in 24 hours, press #1 gets u thru 2 a bunch of Indians who try2 walk u thru typing sh*t into a web browser
@bt_uk Ohh no. I moved out and didn’t cancel the service. No one used it but I had to pay up until I did cancel. This was last year though.
@bt_uk Yes but doesn’t work either hence the call! 20 mins now and transferred to a queue as operator had a problem with her system
Phoning @bt_uk to get a line fitted and broadband and 15 mins in and told systems issues, doesn’t bode well 😱
@ChrisPrattFanAk @bt_uk Ask Lisa if I can have her number. Also, if it’s in his name then he has to pay the bill. It’s his fault for not contacting them. I forgot to cancel after moving and even though they can check and see the data usage was at zero for two months I still had to pay. You lucked out 👍🏻

@bt_uk I login using lastpass, it logs me into my email but not MyBT but both have the same password.
@bt_uk Hi Aideen, the engineer has been and said he cannot find anything wrong with the line or the equipment. I’ll see how it goes and get back to you if there is still issues. Thanks
@bt_uk Have completed form. Poor service from #BT. No correspondence emails no communication at all. No help
