@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

Day 75 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

@bt_uk I have been without internet since yesterday evening..kids can’t do their homework..we are all having to use 4G which is costing extra on top of our BT bill. Mini hub absolutely useless!! Please help!

@teeny_beanie911 @bt_uk Get yourself a cheap 4G router with a #SMARTY sim. There's no contract. Cancel any time and unlimited data only costs you £20 p/m. No install fee either. Assuming your cell coverage is good this is a v cost effective solution.
