@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

Tech hive mind-Help! My desktop is connected by enet over power to my @bt_uk homehub For the last 10 hours or so, I've been unable to get identified on my network on the pc. Disabling and re enabling the enet adapter always shows identifying then eventually unidentified network

@bt_uk Thanks - it clearly is a known issue since I responded to a bunch of threads of people reporting the same problem and BT agents responding to it. There’s nothing diagnostics is going to pick up - it’s a network glitch, just checking if there was a solution yet. Appears not.

@bt_uk @VillaFan001 You don't listen I'm afraid, iPlayer crashes the minihub every single time, whatever device you try to use it on. Surely it's not beyond your engineers to find a fix for this?
-
Stephen Denman (@superstevetest) reported
@bt_uk I did that, it suddenly started working, now I've got an engineer coming on tuesday, and no way to track the fault because ... my bt is broken. So can't cancel the engineer as it appears to be owrking now. Even funnier is that i'm leaving BT on the 6th anyway
