    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk WiFi signal has nothing to do with sustained speeds or ping or packet loss. I could have a solid WiFi connection throughout the home and still have a **** connection. So this advert is utterly useless. And the guarantee is flawed and useless also.
