  • RobJ93 Rob Himself 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@RobJ93) reported from Tain, Scotland

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

  • derekmanson Derek Manson (@derekmanson) reported from Dingwall, Scotland

@btsportscore please ask @JeffBrazier to take off that terrible cap. It played havoc with my photosensitive epilepsy. #btsportscore #btsport #premierleague

@bt_uk WiFi. Flashing orange. Please see previous tweets. Had months of this and two engineer visits, still getting problems. Had a pm from your colleague saying I'm not entitled to compensation cos I've not had a 'total loss of service'. So what exactly is this we've had, if not that?

  • jaisullivan Jai Sullivan (@jaisullivan) reported

@bt_uk Hi Alannah - thanks for the quick response. Why doesn't it say this in any of your email comms so that people can prepare? It just says 'there might be a short break in service'. My definition of short isn't hours or most of the day?

  • GlitterMermaid3 GlitterMermaid (@GlitterMermaid3) reported

@bt_uk No i havnt as been really busy but again as usual the internet crashes at this time? Fine all day till this time so i feel that the text service how would it help when its this time? Its like there no fault but the broadband drops? I know most people would be in bed? But?.....

  • RoswellCrash Chris Murray (@RoswellCrash) reported

@bt_uk any updates on when you “network maintenance” will be finished and we will get our internet back? Also really appreciated the heads up /sarcasm

  • ionareads Iona (@ionareads) reported

I’ve said I would tweet you because they have no way to contact the person who called them and are so frustrated they don’t know what to do. When will you stop assuming that everyone lives in a city and start making an effort to provide support for rural customers? @bt_uk 3/4

  • markjam Mark (@markjam) reported

Ok @btsport how do you cancel? My dad had it for champions league and doesn't want it now. Phoned but told to do it online. Tried online but its impossible to find how. FAQs say you need to phone. So how? #btsport #cancelbtsport #btsportripoff

  • jaisullivan Jai Sullivan (@jaisullivan) reported

@bt_uk Hi, FTTP was installed early this morning, I'm still waiting for it to be activated. Not great given I am working from home. Is there anything you can do to speed this up please? An hour loss of service is acceptable when changing products, but not all day.

  • AdrianFarrellAT Adrian Farrell 💫 (@AdrianFarrellAT) reported

@bt_uk I don't have a landline and my service provider, Utility Warehouse, effectively leases the Internet connection from BT. But BT isn't keeping their customer UW informed, which means I can't be kept up to date.

  • LABALKIN Louise B 3.5% (@LABALKIN) reported

@bt_uk Crazy'lack of customer care. Turned off my pal's mobile due to false info given to him by their agent. They admit the fault is theirs, could easily right it, but refuse to do so. Freelancer with a mother in hospital left with no means of comms. Shame on @bt_uk

  • jlancaster1862 Jay Lancaster (@jlancaster1862) reported

@bt_uk Utter ridiculous service. Charged £369 in error on 23/7. I called on the same day and was told it would be refunded in 7 days. It was not. Rang again on 2/8. I was told it would refunded by today. It was not. I rang again today and the same 7 day false promise. TERRIBLE!
