@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk can you confirm if internet outages in the SN6 area will be fixed today? We were told it would be sorted overnight but still nothing this morning and your website says ‘no known issues in the area’?!?!

@EE Thanks for coming back to me @bt_uk beat you too it 😎 they have called the EE tech team for me and they confirm a power outage at the transmitter locally to me so hence no signal on our phones or our hybrid connect router 👍🏼 @bt 🥇🫶🏻

@bt_uk Hi BT, I ran your Diagnostics Bot and it said that there is a Network problem and expected to be resolved by yesterday 18:57, but still without broadband and the BT service status still has an undefined repair date. Do you have more information on your end (01424, TN37)?
