    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk I've done your online test on myaccount. Unfortunately the response was to book an engineer (Next available appt is after the switch). It also gave me the Right to Exit because speeds are not being met, even though I'm already switching lol. Seems bad practice.

    @PippaDaCosta @bt_uk I know I was with them before and it was awful and I swore never to again. I was lured back and I’m already regretting it. They just can’t communicate with other departments effectively.

    @bt_uk About ready to leave BT for Tv now. Over a month of issues, passed from pillar to post. Will sorted and be done in 14days, then 5, then another 5, then a few hours and still not fixed. Is there anyone in the company that can actually fix issues?

    @bt_uk broadband has just dropped out for 4th time this morning. Abysmal. App says no problem but clearly there is. Counting down the days til end of contract!

    @paullewismoney I've been waiting for my fibre connection from @bt_uk since October. Missed engineers' appts, wrong engineers sent, cancelled appts without telling me, an official complaint with no resolution. I've wasted 4 days off work waiting. They are a total shambles.

    @bt_uk How do we get £100 back? Because our BT WiFi is shocking. Lived in Belfast for years, always had Virgin with no issues. First year with BT and I could not be more unhappy

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    @bt_uk thanks for the text saying the problems in my area are fixed now. One small problem. Nothings been fixed. I’ve had no internet all afternoon or evening.
