@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@virginmedia my company has suggested I switch to @bt_uk due to poor internet connection. I tried to call for assistance but there is no-one to speak to. I would recommend anyone working from home to avoid Virgin at all costs!

@SkyHelpTeam the mini box disconnections, pixelated pictures, sound drop outs, snail speed fibre broadband are worse than ever now with this new unfit for purpose HDR v3 box. I was even advised to terminate my @bt_uk BB contract by Sky for this awful service. HELP @BBCWatchdog

@bt_uk Easy option DMing me postponing work again :) what is plan to getting the work done rather than rearranging every 2 days? The first appointment to fix this was in november. 13 missed appointments later its still not fixed. ive had days off work waiting for an engineer 13 times

@bt_uk He’s managed to fix it now. But he barged in, didn’t want to wear a mask or anything when he came in and unplugged before could explain about work and needing internet connection. Rather poor work if you ask me

@bt_uk so then BT you send out an offer to upgrade the link fails and it’s asks you to call, you call then you refuse to honour it! Basically being called a liar by customer services

@bt_uk hi BT. Your customer service isn’t brilliant with your engineers specially during a pandemic. We have one visiting today and never received videos we were promised before the visit. And the engineer cut it off without warning even though I work from home. Any help please?

@bt_uk there is an issue with the line for my house. It tells us we are 4200m away from the cabinet. We are not. We have had openreach out to or house and they have told us we are not that far from the cabinet. We have being going back and forth with this issue for over a year...
