But if you're a BT customer with another BT product you'll still be able to login on the web, but maybe not in the sport app if you dn't have Sport enabled. If sport is provisioned you'll use same credentials

Received BT Mini Hub in Oct (BT didnt even offer this in June) Every wk they disconnect it 4 non payment, even though they promised us all payments are paused until issue resolved.

There’s always issues here and especially through lockdown when we’ve been stuck at home and we can’t use the WiFi it’s very annoying. The neighbours using sky WiFi have been absolutely fine the entire time what is wrong with BT??
