@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk @leeh24 Lee i got mine working by myself. Turn auto network selection off and choose ITIM now turn on airplane mode, wait 30 secs and turn is back on. I tried this before and it didn't work but this time I LEFT the page selecting ITIM open and didn't press the back button.

@bt_uk shameful customer service, ive been your customer for years, moved my broadband to a new address, and i was told on 1st of feb it will move smoothly, since then no broadband whatsoever, landline has no dial tone, and you cant be bothered to send and engineer to look
