@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

So @btsport 2, ESPN and ultimate are down, I’ve tried going online with error code, rewiring, rebooting you name it. Am I pay over £100 a month for all that too!! @btsportfootball @BT

@bt_uk I've already been down that road, about ten minutes ago, and it was negative help -- the autobot running that service just forced a BT Engineer onto me tomorrow, when I'm at work, without any confirmation from me and did nothing to actually remedy my problems.

@bt_uk my wireless signal has dropped out yet again- the light on the Hub is blue but there is no signal in my house. New hub due tomorrow to replace the one you sent last week. It’s getting really really tedious now.

The lady on the @btsport panel is awful they've basically plonked a non league standard player between 2 internationals. I wouldn't mind if she was interesting and informative but it's just waffle and clichés. I know why they do it but it's not a positive. 😒 #justsaying
