  @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

  Can we arrange for some ****** for @bt_uk ? Seems they're having tremendous difficulty keeping it up at the moment. Always a good sign when the service status page says no errors, yet your modem says there's no link to the exchange

  This month @bt_uk are increasing what my 88 yr old mother actually pays by 27.8% (because their CPI increase is being based on the so-called full price - before their "special offer" - which she never actually pays). This is called having your cake and eating it @MoneySavingExp

  @bt_uk Received postal mail about digital voice. No IVR option for it on 03301234150. Being passed between teams. Didn’t anyone anticipate the ensuing customer queries that would come from resuming DV rollout? Poor customer experience waiting for BT to figure how to manage this.

  @bt_uk hello we've got an external fault but think an engineer has been booked to come to the house at 8am. Can you tell me if there's a wider issue?
