@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk It is too complicated to type. Two months of failed service. At least six fault reports. At least five engineer visits. Going round in circles. Being asked to return a Mini Hub which was never sent. Is that enough to get to speak with someone higher up?

@bt_uk Online Fault checker says fault. But can't book appointment as keeps saying test expired. Ok. Try text service. Says have a fault, choose engineer slot. Can't process it. Will call within 30 minutes- 1 hour later... Sort it out please.
