@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@btsport we have a subscription as part of the broadband package on the sky box works fine by the app and web site just says we don't have BT sport's but in the past we could watch it with no issues

@bt_uk Service installed and working then order cancelled and service removed and 4 weeks of "we're looking into it" followed by "you'll have to create a new account" then multiple disconnects while on hold. Pathetic for a communications company really.

@btsport @btsportfootball Your commentator on the Slavia v Maccabi game is shocking. Just called Slavia ... "Prague" on 89"20 Would you call Chelsea or Fulham LONDON? Next game is Pardubice in the same district as Slavia yet commentator says travel to.... ??? Very poor.

Hi @bt_uk, hope you're having a great day. A week after loosing the phone and Internet service in Whitestaunton, Somerset absolutely NOTHING has been done to even attemp to fix the problem. Let's hope nobody needs to contact emergency services, this is a mobile blackspot. @Ofcom
