@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Except it is broken because the coverage is poor. Storm Arwen took out our lines & the EE mifi is useless without mobile signal. No phone, no broadband, no “unbreakable” connection.

@bt_uk hi we are moving house tomorrow and it’s not clear if we will have b/band or not. On the app it says the engineer visit for the 10th is unconfirmed. I rang on sat and the lady said openreach would contact me and she would dispatch a mini hub to keep us going, help pls?!
