@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

  • GraemeK15785114 Gra (@GraemeK15785114) reported from Stittenham, Scotland

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@eurohumph It was never going to happen with #Openreach subsidising #BTSport. The government flunked the opportunity to separate Openreach from BT and doesn't have a plan B.

  • jacquimee Jacqui Mee (@jacquimee) reported

Massive thanks @bt_uk for fixing the fault on my 84yr old Mums phone line this morning. I only reported it yesterday by text so that's amazing service. Credit where credit us due.

  • Doodman6666 Hedley Dodd (@Doodman6666) reported

@bt_uk Thank you so much. My son moved his computer and so far, all is good. The router is working fine, it was his computer losing connection to the router. If it happens again, I will message details so hopefully we can find a permanent solution. Much appreciated.

@bt_uk Hi I have recently moved house and was told by BT to take my router with me. I now have the internet at my new home but my Maps Apps think I still live at the old address because I am using the old router. How can I fix this?

@btsport Awful boxers, one can’t move normally looks like he’s made of wood. The other is a quitter, needs another occupation
