You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!
