You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

Mags (@mags_cav) reported@bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, I’ve been told keoghs are ‘not entertaining’ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but it’s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

M.C. (@MCarvill180) reported@bt_uk absolutely ridiculous service. My extender wouldn't connect, customer service replaced it with another identical extender, wouldn't connect, customer service then said they were completely wrong extenders and they would send proper extender, guess what ..
