@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Can someone please give us an update regarding the ongoing issues in Charvil RG10. We keep being told their is no issue yet 100+ residents are suffering major issues after one week. We are all reporting via our ISPs and getting nowhere!!!
