You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

To then be told by the third party company that you never submitted my reward card claim. Pathetic to say the least. Not even sorted yet.

I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.

Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on
