@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Hi, are there any known issues in the GL12 / Charfield Area? Internet is down and there is a red light above LOS, not on the actual router but another box attached to the wall? Thanks.

@btsport Existing customer, £26 per month. This is cheaper and a free sub to The Athletic. Anything for existing customers?

@bt_uk Router keeps flashing orange and going down multiple times every hour all day. When I try to reset it gets stuck on purple instead. An engineer was meant to come this week but never did (at least I didn’t get a text). In need of serious help please!

@bt_uk as a customer affected by the fire at Bilsdale mast, it would be nice of you to send out an email or 2 to keep us up to date with what is happening rather than us pick up snips from the news, which isn't much! Is our TV with no channels for 2 weeks? Do we retune?

@badboybubby69 @btsport @SkySports Watching Newcastle v West Ham now and looks like camera lense has been smeared in Vaseline. Awful. They're reducing quality to flog UHD.

@bt_uk If BT's network infrastructure wasn't antiquated rubbish devoid of investment then there would be no need for a 4G SIM card to back it up. Just skip the bit where you give BT any money and buy a 4G router and unlimited data SIM.
