@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk been promised a call back yesterday and then again today. Nothing. A communication company that doesn't communicate! Last time I called I was on the phone for 1hr 55mins. Still no broadband and no idea what's being done about it. Terrible experience BT.

Watching @btsport and @JoleonLescott is on screen. Reminded me of a few years ago towards the end of his career, he turned down a move to Rangers FC because it was “too far from home”. Ended up at AEK Athens

@bt_uk VOL013-721157925424 hugely disappointed there are 2 openreach vehicles & men outside house 2 fix 2 neighbours phones & broadband but no message for them to fix my sisters. It beggars belief. She lives alone neighbours don’t. Fix this BT urgently

@BTBroadbandOUT @BTCare @DowndetectorUK Raging against BT all day yesterday, no one turned up. Another go this morning and I got a reasonable chap on the phone and he realised it was a mess. We put the old router back on and it worked fine. Never go to BT. Ongoing for 4 weeks….
