  @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

  @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

  @MockKing_J @PeterRicke63494 @JamesMelville A subscription service like (in the UK) BTSport comes down the internet, not "through the air", but the BBC licence fee still applies if what you're watching on it is a live sports broadcast (stream).

  @btbusinesscare hi there Iv got a standard hub in my place and had some WiFi switches fitted but won’t connected to the hub. The electrician thinks it’s because it’s dual GHz and the switches are only 2.4ghz, is there anyway to turn off the 5ghz to try? Or direct me who can help?

  @btbusinesscare I have been waiting since August for a refund of money collected by error by yourselves. I have been fobbed off with repeated promises of a cheque . Hours wasted on the phone with your rude and unhelpful staff ! I’m still waiting ! It’s now November!

  @btbusinesscare what was the point in sending the 4G box when it was never going to work. Maybe escalate the complaint to Openreach and get this sorted.
