    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk Hi our BT tv box keeps cutting out and needing reset every time it makes a recording. Followed your online factory reset keeping recordings and it now turns off every 10 minutes. The fix has made it worse. Any ideas as I’m not happy at the moment, we can’t watch any tv

    @bt_uk Oh for goodness sake. Treat me as an adult - of course I’ve done that. And I’ve reported it. You just have failed to fix it. Nor the account problem I’ve had since August

    @bt_uk No still not sorted! Forced to go with you & given 2 different connection dates yet we’re still not connected. Spoken to 10+ different staff members in the past week who all keep palming us off to other departments! We are going round in circles. I just can’t believe the service!

    @bt_uk we have found out yesterday afternoon that our house move is not going ahead and when asking to delay our BT Broadband being cut off we have been told it is too late and we will now not have any internet over Christmas - with kids and family here. Help please!

    Absolutely dumbfounded that @bt_uk can keep charging me for two packages no matter how many times I phone to say I should only be paying for one and then saying it’s resolved when it’s clearly not. Shocking service

    After yet more phonecalls, it appears @bt_uk sent the WRONG engineer AGAIN, despite knowing what the fault is they have sent someone who is unable for repair it, that's twice this week already, he also never called us and decided to try and close the complaint.

    @bt_uk services have been shocking. Passed from pillar to post, spending easily 4 hours on the phone in as many days and still no fix. You will not be paid unless you sort this out and I am granted some form of compensation for all of the stress. #useless

    @bt_uk Given you haven't delivered my Internet as promised, and that leaves me without any phone signal I'll soon be lonely. No updates, no reasons, no communication. It's almost admirable that all aspects of BT's operations are equally awful.
