@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@EE Thanks for coming back to me @bt_uk beat you too it 😎 they have called the EE tech team for me and they confirm a power outage at the transmitter locally to me so hence no signal on our phones or our hybrid connect router 👍🏼 @bt 🥇🫶🏻

@DoctorBenjy @bt_uk Could be worse, you could live here in Hull where Kcom have a monopoly, along with terrible customer service and sky high prices. You'd also live in Hull which is bad enough as is

@bt_uk My service started yesterday, it has taken nearly a year for bt and open reach to connect the new build property to the network so I can still cancel the contract if I wanted. I pulugged the hybrid box into it and re checked speed later on and it was still the same
