@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

Seriously @bt_uk my work is now significantly suffering due to the poor service. Order for fibre placed 26 may LAST YEAR recently move again to 29 July. Shocking service.

@bt_uk you are an embarrassment. Engineer just doesn’t turn up 8-1pm slot. claimed to have tried my phone at 2.30pm apperently wouldnt connect, I had full signal notes say he couldn’t find the house and went home Seems a strange coincidence after the football on Sunday.
