@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@theJeremyVine @bt_uk It’s a line fault but you’ll never get anyone to confirm that.

@xKellieLou @bt_uk Aren't they (or some of them) striking yesterday and today? They probably have minimal people available to help. Hope you get your answers soon!

Now @bt_uk are refusing to offer web chat to sort the problem and refusing to call customer back. The customer must sit by the telephone all day whilst call handlers repeatedly cut them off meaning you have to call back again!

@bt_uk with the wait times way in excess of 30 mins (been on hold for nearly an hour), is it easier to visit your stores to renegotiate or cancel my contract with you?

@bt_uk over 3 weeks since I posted a letter to the complaints team and still not a word. My final bill and your ludicrous cancellation fee keeps raising even though I’ve been without your service for over 4 weeks. Genuinely the worse customer experience I have EVER had. Shocking.

@NPapadopoulou_ @bt_uk ‘outage’ is an americanism. We call them power cuts. But outage can cause outrage

@bt_uk hi BT. is anybody in the office to help. Spent / lots of over an hour holding on yesterday. Need an urgent update for installation for an elderly and vulnerable person.

@bt_uk There is another “30 minute wait” today, as there is every single time I’ve called, strike or not! Im all for your right to strike and support it but to use it as an excuse for continued poor customer support is disappointing

@bt_uk hi I need to terminate my contract (ending 8 Oct) but am looking at ridiculous wait time on call. Can you do this online please?
