@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

To arrange this work ASAP please. At the same time, I need a senior person from @btbusinesscare to contact me to arrange a refund of the last 10 months internet fees I am a polite and patient man, however 10/11 months with no resolution of my issues and untold hours of my life

@NOWHelpTeam I’m fully aware of what it provides. HD should come as standard like it does with every streaming service. I was thinking about grabbing a sports pass, and coming back to NOW, but I think I’ll just stick with @btsport who doesn’t actually charge for HD.

@bt_uk Just done an update for BT sport on the ps5 and now the app won't load any videos at all. Just gives me a black screen. BT sport still works fine on my phone and tablet so something is wrong with the ps5 version. Can you help??
