@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Virgin Media has installed fibre broadband cable outside our home some time ago with its connection point sitting ready to be connected outside the front of our house. Can BT take over and provide fibre broadband service to our house? I don't see why if it is not possible.

@bt_uk Still no service after a week!! Numerous phone calls with hours spent holding. Promised calls that never come, mini hub sent to old address!! When arrived didn’t work!! No fibre engineers available till May!! What do I have to do to get service???

@bt_uk Well I’m still waiting for someone from comms to reply or call about the complaint I lodged that I was promised “within 24 hours” 48 and a bit hours ago. I still have no internet despite being informed I would have via your communications system, but your agent saying 22nd....
