    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk I may see someone next Wednesday. It’s not good enough in this day and age. When employment is reliant on a service, it needs to be reliable. Waited days for the first engineer, who assured me it would be resolved today. But no….

    @bt_uk I have decided to cancel my phone and broadband contract with BT. How do I proceed/contact BT to close my account. I have been a BT customer for over 30 years. Thank you.
