    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @jaydee_97 @bt_uk Totally agree,it seemed to take a snotty tweet to get somewhere & the person unlucky enough to catch it,gets the frustration.A quicker way to talk to a real person would help & spare them the customers anger 🤔

    @bt_uk That just puts you in the text rubbish, I want to talk to someone about emergency calls during a power cut as our mast goes off too just had a call from the ‘bot’ one ring and gone. This is disgusting customer service!

    @dopeydrafter @PhilTheRocker1 @bt_uk Assume that's only any use if the connection coming into the house is working/stable though? Or does it pick up other people's if yours is down? Lack of wifi within the home isn't something I've come across, so just curious.

    @bt_uk Problem with braodband in the Chlemsford area all morning. When I put my landline number into your status checker on your website it says no problems in the area. When I use the text number it comes straight back and says there's a problem. Very, very shoddy.

    @bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup I am very unhappy by saying this.. BT was a not right choice for one to work with and creates so much stress and HR going on personal level now.. I will never recommend BT to any one.. comments will appreciate

    @bt_uk Is there any update on the Chelmsford broadband outage? The last communication I saw advised that it would be fixed by 2.30 but mine is still down!

    If @btsport can get their act together, that would be great. All morning there has been sound issues. Its been coming and going like £15 worth of petrol #AFL #AFLSwansCats
