@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@SkyHelpTeam @btsport An absolute joke. Paid £19.95 for the Paul v Fury fight on BT Sport Box Office via Sky Glass and the stream ended before the final round. Stream cut out at 4 hours 30 exactly. I would like a refund. Please respond ASAP
