Gra (@GraemeK15785114) reported from Stittenham, Scotland@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

Amai Chong Memes business (@AmaiChong_ninja) reported@bt_uk Our thoughts are with the people who used BT’s service and found out: •Hidden charges are everywhere. •The app is useless and has no interaction with the company. I’ve messaged you 6 times now with no reply. Scammers
-
Jess Sanderson (@VSKisser) reported@bt_uk you broke the internet end of Feb! Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!
-
Mark (@Walesguy2) reported@bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? I’ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldn’t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that can’t organise itself?

Miss🐧Magellanic🐧 (@Magellanic80) reportedHi @bt_uk Need a bit of help please. I've been send 5 emergency backup line telephones, when I only need one. I'm regrestered as a vulnerable customer. How do I go about sending them back and stopping further deliveries. Thanks

Josh (@_JoshDenham) reportedHi guys, is there any reason why my Broadband Hub won't connect this evening? I've tried the usual off and on again, factory reset but no connection whatsoever! Please help? @bt_uk

Zoe Roberts (@thesewingcroft) reported@bt_uk any chance someone can tell me how to remove mobile accounts from my plan? Absolute NIGHTMARE. Forcing me to pay for something I can’t even CANCEL!!! Reporting to authorities
-
Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.

Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk Your "digital voice" switchover system keeps making orders by itself and then cancelling them by itself. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.

Rosemary Dunnill💙 (@RoseJean12) reported@ladylittler @bt_uk We had a longish power cut and lost Internet and landlines (bring back pre digital voice). Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency
