@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@bt_uk My small business is dependant on the 4 phone lines we rent from BT. Following a repair visit from BT to fix one of our lines we now only have 2 working lines and received a call asking if BT could close the repair!! Please fix the lines we pay for! #customerexperience

@bt_uk Apparently we now need to start a new repair request, despite being told by the engineer that they would need to come back to finish the repair (before we realised a second line was then down too) #CustomerService

@bt_uk We phoned you guys last Wednesday to switch to phone and broadband. With the exception of a horrid letter from our current provider (even though the contract with them is well and truly up!), we haven't heard anything from you guys. How long until we get it in writing?
