    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @bt_uk I know a new order is needed. Hence told to ring back... and go through it all again, and the saga continues! An order to fix the botched one !! let's hope the person tomorrow can do their job properly. I can but hope.

    @bt_uk Thanks- already have this number after your sales team failed to pick up before 9pm, and the lady on faults couldn't put in another complaint because your system was shutting down !

    Biggest rip off ever!! Overcharged, refunds not given. Internet rubbish, replacement equipment ... faulty. Hours on the phone these last few weeks. And now, refund done but TV package cancelled! Just bloody arrghhh 😡😡😡 1st class incompetant service provider! @bt_uk
