    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk zero customer service. Mia sold a product, went on online chat and was “resolved” look on the months bill not changed. Speaking to online chat again, first hour long conversation has “disappeared” and now they can’t do what they promised and now have to wait 7 days to hear

    Thank you to @bt_uk for finally properly fixing the 5 GHz network issue with the Smart Hub 2 in the latest firmware update - mine is back to working at full speed now rather than 1/10th of it. 👍

    @bt_uk Can I give my code to a friend (who's not a BT customer themselves) or can it only be used by the BT customer themselves? I've seen people sharing codes on Twitter but not sure if other people could use them.

    @bt_uk online customer service is awful. Was missold a package, Was promised a resolution, next my next bill charged double again. Now online chat saying my previous conversation has magically disappeared. Not good enough

    @richie_rich77 @virginmedia @bt_uk My advice would be to check your location for Wi-Fi signals. If you are having problems with your Virgin Wi-Fi there is a high chance you will have probs with any provider.

    @msmith850 @btsport Problem I see is that now we had a good day yesterday we aren’t set up to control games as any early wickets which are expected will extinguish any converted fight back to put these Aussies under any real pressure. I’ll be watching
