@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk hi I am having issues with my bt tv box. Now and again the picture freezes for a second and then I hear a beep noise that comes from the box and then a few minutes later at least once a day the sound starts to break up

@bt_uk Broadband has been essentially non-functional for 24 hours now in the Ely/Mepal area with no "fix date" yet provided. Can you please provide an update? this really isn't acceptable, my family are working from home and need to be doing video calls, remote servers etc!
