Alex Hudson (@ealexhudson) reportedHaha, @BTCare is apparently "Closed" despite being verified and @bt_uk is where it's at. Can't even get socials support right. Meanwhile my online complaint is being transferred to a super because "it has to be actioned or closed". If BT actioned the cancel, I wouldn't complain.

Gordon McCabe (@DrGordonMcCabe) reportedBought a BTSport Monthly pass today to watch the Champions League final. But I couldn't cancel the monthly renewal. You can't cancel until the payment has been 'processed', which unlike other websites, they claim can take 24-48 hours. @btsport have always been scam merchants.

Apparently, I now need to wait to Monday before anything can happen. Does anyone know how long you need to be without service before the contract counts as breached?
