After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help

Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.
