    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk I’m so angry you defaulted my account for £15.98 with a late payment charge after 1 week of starting my contract 21/10/21 had nothing but headache with your staff over the phone spoke to a adviser from your team who said this should never of happened 220224-1799296 equifax

    @bt_uk I’ve only called in today I give my direct debit details straight away when I took the contract out this is the way I pay I have over 60 direct debits I run multiple companies this is insulting what you have done to my credit report I wish I never took the contract out with you

    @bt_uk No idea how you can justify more price increases right now. Having seen my most recent bill you've lost us as customers. I'll find better service for lower cost. Ridiculous to hike the prices when so many of us are struggling financially. Been a customer since 2006 ...

    @bt_uk need to get in contact with someone about issues with our broadband. I have recently moved house and have had nothing but problems since. Have tried calling but it says they are closed, any idea what time they'll be open?

    The lack of data sharing between @bt_uk and @BTSopenreach is staggering. Zero intel shared on faults and problem management must cost a fortune in time, money and customer satisfaction. It has for me! Again … I would love to have a chance to redesign their systems

    @AHNiallando @bt_uk Your neighbour is having a similar issue, trying to watch BBC but it keeps changing to ITV. Maybe your boxes are next to the wall and your remotes are on the same frequency.
