@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

I can officially say @bt_uk is the most horrendous ******* internet provider, yesterday my internet went down and they repaired it today just for it to instantly go down until tomorrow.

@bt_uk I was due an upgrade to my broadband yesterday because of constant issues. I was guaranteed by Emilda from BT support that this will be complete before midnight last night. The upgrade hasn’t been completed. This is day 2 that I will lose income!

@bt_uk I can't because the account is in my dads name and I don't wanna bother him while he is finally able sleep, I turned it off for 10 minutes to let it cool down and it is working better

I want a new phone bracket installed on my house. Why does @bt_uk take 30 minutes to figure out it's OpenReach that does this, gives me a number, only to find out, erm, OR have stopped their phone service! For a £10 bracket and a 10 minute job, this is world-beating uselesness.
