@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I just want to cancel my service because of the shocking service I’ve received over the last 6 months. I called to ask for my service to be cancelled (without a termination fee); was passed from pillar to post. My request was not listened to. I’m writing to the ombudsman.

@bt_uk that sucks. @Btsport app no longer works on my iPad. iPad can't upgrade to ios12. Nowtv still works fine, just Bt as usual screwed things up for me. Will you supply a free iPad to such a longstanding customer so I can continue to benefit from my btsport subscription?
