@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@Walker277 @btsport @BT Exactly. It’s more annoying when you see people paying £100 a year for like 1,000,000 channels and never miss anything. What annoys me with them is they didn’t even try to help with it. Shame.

@bt_uk BT will never call back as always calls end up with different CS member. And when fault is BT then will pass buck to BT fiber. Just like this tweet response pass the buck. Fake promises of refunds. Its after 30days of poor service not 24hrs.

@bt_uk On Tv ads they say only £20. And to get this refund he have to suffer for 30days. If less than 30days you don't get anything. Avoid BT it's a scam.. speeds are very poor. CS is even worse. You will end up speaking to at least 5 different reps b4 u give up.

2nd jan and still no service @Plusnet after "install" on 29th December!! I wonder how long this great service will continue. Think I'll contact @bt_uk &jump ship and get out of this "contract", surely @Plusnet are in breach! #BadService

@btsport @btsportcricket Does the person pressing the ads button on your cricket coverage know ANYTHING about the game? Just cut to ads when comms said "Breaking news..." and we missed it! Constant problem. Not getting what we paid for.
