@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@btsportfootball @btsport @ChampionsLeague What on earth is this **** camera on the Chelsea Porto game tonight. That far away from the pitch can’t tel who’s got the ball. For the price BT are charging at least expect the camera to be in the right bloody place... not good enough!!

@bt_uk I tried to ring your 0800 number but my mobile network wouldn’t let me. Online chat no one available. I then used my landline twice but waited so long the phones batteries went flat. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.

@bt_uk Hi, I should also add — I've been told to expect a call tomorrow to see if the new router has fixed the issue I'm having. No need to make that call yet, the router hasn't been delivered. If it arrives tomorrow, I won't be able to get it set up until Friday at the earliest

@bt_uk Still no phone after 6 days and no communication from BT. Order closed and fourth number on mtbt which doesnt work eirher. Been on chat and got disconnected. I am so frustrated with this service; it seems completely acceptable to be without a phone service you have paid for
