@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bfafleck @bt_uk Big corporations aren't bad when it all works but are universally **** when they go wrong. Not enough staff, not enough flexibility or accountability, too much inconsistency. They watched "computer says no" on Little Britain and used it as a business model.

@btsport Why is your App terrible? I pay £25 a month for it and all it does is crash constantly..I don't think I've ever watched a 90minute game of football without having to reset the app

@bt_uk I’m absolutely not happy with them, I have wait 2 weeks for my activation for broadband, after that they didn’t activated the wifi, calling them is just impossible, waiting almost one hour, I still waiting for my wifi, long story short I will cancel my contract!!

@barneyronay Sorry Barney but the referee is the worse I have ever seen. He set the tone and he was the only one in the Stadium to think that was a penalty. Shocking decision you can tell the referee has never in his life played football. @btsport
