@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@JadeDav28993024 @bt_uk Had exactly the same! I’m now left with no service at all! I’ve had less an 4 meg since 18th Dec, no call backs after being cut off, just appalling
