    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk I'm still getting these calls and your agent Kieran said that this can happen if we don't pay bills but as I'm not account holder BT refuses to help. So I'm loosing my peace because BT refuses to investigate who is calling me and as a customer am also subject to rude response too

    @bt_uk I don’t think it’s down by mistake, work being done 300 yards away, just think that BT didn’t have the good grace to advise everyone that they were turning it off

    @bt_uk How can I report the call. If BT calls me and threatens to murder me, will then someone take notice? Maybe I will get better resolution if I call OfCom.

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk MARC I HAVE ANOTHER FAULT WITH MY BROADBAND. I HAD A FAULT THAT TOOK 4 MONTHS TO FIX... NO INTERNET FOR 4 MONTHS. LAST 2 DAYS INTERNET INTERMITTENT, DID A FAULT TEST AND GOT ANOTHER FAULT. I AM SICK OF BT YOU ARE USELEZS

    @bt_uk I registered a complaint about shocking customer service & you promised a refund over a month ago. I've received no money or communication since - kind of proving my point... Can you tell me what's going on with ticket VOL013-563211554580 please??

    @bt_uk Yes but absolutely no help whatsoever, next available engineer visit 13 April, BT and Openreach just don’t care. BT are toothless Openreach have you (and others) over a barrel.
