@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@virginmedia you may have faster network speeds but if you don’t improve your router network range I’m going back to @BTCare at the end of my contract!
