@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk I've worked in called centres... I can almost guarantee they're not... They're probably manic with grumpy people like me, but if it takes them so long to answer the call then they need to employ more peoplr to do so, both to improve customer service & support the staff they have

@southwalesargus The biggest problem with Openreach is that it’s being robbed of investment to enrich greedy @bt_uk shareholders. A fundamental part of our national infrastructure should jot be this vulnerable to parasite investors.

@bt_uk every time I run a speed test I’m told it’s poor, follow the link to then be told we found nothing wrong. I just need a disc in another room but can’t order one anywhere. Please sort it out for me
