@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk hub is on 24/7 but you always find it showing off line?. You don't need to test the speed I am getting what fibre 2 NOW says I should, Down 64m > 52m, UP 19.9m > 13m. Obviously deliberate decision to throttle my local box or exchange WHY? What do BT marketing have to say.

The lack of response from @bt_uk is not a surprise. Called again today to get a resolution, placed on hold and then got cut off. Same story - different day. It would great if you can put some effort with your customers @bt_uk instead of trying to attract new customers!

@bt_uk I'm still waiting for your team to sort my activation which was on 20th January. 2 engineer visits which were booked ended up as no show. As a first time customer I am utterly disappointed with the service!

@bt_uk Hi, I was sent a new hub last week as we were having internet issues. Same is happening now. I have the pink flashing light. I'm really getting fed up of this now.

@bt_uk can someone please explain why I am being charged an activation fee for my broadband tomorrow morning when I am a current BT customer? You have downgraded my package, why do I have to pay?

@bt_uk Well, in the end there were 4 houses in our street that had a loss of service due to workman severing cable on Saturday night. Because it was a multiple house problem, Openreach worked on the fault on Monday and now sorted. Will return mini hub tomorrow Thanks
