@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

Ok, I’ll just move a @Sonos speaker for Glastonbury tonight. 3 hours later after whole Sonos system disappeared and wouldn’t connect, I find this... ‘BT Smarthub2 @bt_uk may have issues with 5GHz devices communicating with 2.4GHz devices to a firmware update’ AAAAAUUGGH! #fml

@bt_uk Bizarre then that Shaheen from Tyneside Loyalty team mid-sold it to my dad on a contract at £7 per month(!) saying it would give him emergency access immediately knowing he was due for the engineer to install broadband on 2 June! That’s really poor!!!

@BTCare one of your engineers visited yesterday and “fixed” the issue. I still have intermittent internet access. This was been going on for 3 days. Please can you assist?

@bt_uk Theres nothing wrong with my broadband and connection. As I previously stated I can watch the XtraHD channels with no problems. I use my phone as a hotspot and I have no problems with the connection, everything runs smoothly.

@bt_uk just had email reminder today to send kit (old router) back, as you mentioned we said this 8th May, part issue was you never sent returns bag, i called for one a week later, as of 18th i posted kit back (have postage proof), hope I don't get charged?

@bt_uk in April we moved house & went from 2 accounts to 1. We still have a guaranteed WiFi service which doesn’t work properly. Trying to install another expander to find app & on line account have been disabled by BT.
