  @bt_uk since broadband upgrade last Sept no dropouts, fast speeds all OK. Then got messages about changes to the phone service and arrival of Hybrid Connect and things have gone wrong. Constant dropouts, erratic speeds. The Hybrid engineer knew nothing of phone changes. Help.

  @bt_uk explained shocking service and failures. Speak to someone new. Robin. She assures me many things, one being I will get a call back today. Guess what?????? Another useless member of staff. Impossible and shocking service provider. Are there any managers that are competent??

  @bt_uk The way to get really fast broadband is to move to Lancashire and get B4RN to deliver Fibre to the Home. 1gb/s up & down for £30 per month and £1500 deposit.

  @bt_uk Why don’t you support your customers! No internet access for over 8 days! You’re in the wrong business. Maybe philanthropy is something you should stick with and get out of telecoms altogether
