    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, Β£30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk why can't I change my package online? I don't want to upgrade, I want to remove a service. Tried calling several times, but get frustrated listening to endless awful music & being left waiting ages. Can't change package via online chat either.

    @bt_uk Are you able to tell me what you think a good download speed is? Im appalled my your poor internet. Its embarrassing. I don't want to talk to your shiity call centre's and be on hold for hours. What is the download speed you SHOULD be offering?

    argh @btsport is the worst user experience website I've ever encountered?! Have to sign in multiple times then when you get to what you wanna watch... boom, it changes to something else. Ridiculous. At least you're not extortionately priced eh.. oh wait..

    Complaint tool is disabled again, same issue as always, saying there is no contact phone number on my account even though there 100% is. It’s fairly obvious to me that the complaints section on your site is designed not to work to manipulate @bt_uk complaint statistics

    @bt_uk Very poor customer service, BT forcing customers onto EE without putting customer service in place meaning we are still paying full contract rate for our 2 mobiles, rather than SIM only deal.
