@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk day 4 of no Internet for half a town of people...come on this isn't good enough:( pay for a service that someone will come out and have us up and running...seen no one..been sent a mini hub that doesn't support a PC. Please help?!

@bt_uk Hi Laura. Sorry, I ended up speaking to an agent on live chat. The issue hasn't been resolved but I've escalated it with a complaint. As you can see from responses in this thread it's a common issue and I don't think BT have worked out the fix.
