@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Thanks Nicola - but I didn’t need the standard info. The problem is that your mini hubs don’t work with BBC iPlayer (as per my original tweet), if you try and stream it then it causes the mini hub to crash. Is there a fix for this? Clearly it’s a known issue.

@PSAWorldTour @SquashTV @btsport I’m sorry, I don’t think I can bring myself to watch it. The baffling decisions and the attitude and behaviour of certain players this week has made it unwatchable. I love this sport and I’ll always support it, but it’s going in a troubling direction 😕

@shakemeister007 @MatthewKing35 @bt_uk I was virgin bb customer for 20yrs, prices seemed to go up every year for speeds that I didnt need and never got. Moved to vodafone 2 months ago, 3rd the price for 3rd the speed - a reliable 30mbps but that is all I need. I used to get on avg 30mbps with virgin for 3x the price.

@bt_uk completely disgusted in your new bt essentials service, so this is supposed to be for people on benefits (who will probably in the main fail a credit check) and then you're asking for deposits from said people, clearly bt essentials is just a virtue signalling sham
