@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Every week or so, sometimes more often. The bigger problem is, when the connection drops, my router for some unknown reason unable to reconnect by itself. I need to power off the device and restart. Sometimes just flashing purple for hours.

@btbusinesscare Please explain why I have purchased TV and Internet package on 10th June for my business and still you have not installed the Internet despite me ringing several times, I'm paying for a service you have not provided and your engineers are disgraceful???

@bt_uk There is no way that the speed is5 mbps! cannot even get the speed checker to load! Ot is unbelievably slow and has been for the last 3 days. My neighbour is also having difficulty.
