@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I was assigned an escalations specialist who regularly claimed matters were escalating despite Openreach refusing to provide any clarity on the issues. On Tuesday night, internet connected, right before the day I was promised a direct overseer for openreach.

@bt_uk did you really just ring me once two weeks after last contacting me on a service that is almost 40 days late, and, because i didn’t answer you closed my complaint despite NOT ACTUALLY SOLVING ANYTHING?!!!!! is this for real? you cannot be serious. abysmal shambles.

@bt_uk i have had the same issue in August with my router flashing purple. And now again, 4th October, again even with the replacement router it has started to flash purple again? What is this? I’ve contacted the technical support team, they said an engineer was meant to get it

@PSAutoparts1 @bt_uk You'll need to raise and get your provider to escalate the issue with Openreach. @bt_uk is just a communication provider such as Sky and TalkTalk and do not maintain the lines. Lines are maintained by Openreach but it needs to be your provider that speaks to them.
