@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk your WiFi is absolutely horrendous, my router keeps turning green constantly and i can never get a good connection. your speeds are absolute crap and at this point im tempted to throw the box away and stop paying the contract. fix your crappy service or im not paying.

@bt_uk It's not a fault, it's the way the broadband was installed on the exterior of the property. The neighbours wire is hidden under the step, ours is up over the door and looks awful

@bt_uk Well it seems I’m out of contract for my BT Sports with Hd so you’ve just lost that as a result of your underhand and extortionate price increases. My broadband will be next. Treat customers like crap & don’t be surprised when they leave in droves.
