@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

Some of the commentary and pundits on both @SkySportsPL and @btsport are so awful, they talk with their fan head on and don’t give a neutral view, Ally McCoist was fab during the Euros, one of you please get him on the live games so we can actually enjoy listening!

@bt_uk -Why would you charge a recently widowed 82 year a ‘penalty’ for cancelling the broadband and TV package that she can no longer afford or has any use for? Why would you give assurances that you would call back to help and then not? Disgraceful

@bt_uk Yes I have spoken to 4 people at @BT who have said it has been fixed but now a week later we are still having problems. I have lodged 3 complaints and nothing. Your customer service is shocking no option to speak to someone and no updates. All through chat. It’s rubbish!

@bt_uk Yes, there was a problem reported yesterday with an estimated fix time of 00:59 on Tuesday and a problem reported today with a fix time of 21:25 tonight. My router is flashing magenta but my landline has a dial tone.
