Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more insane, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner), had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.

Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk why do you not notify your customers via text when there’s a fault in the area? All other companies do, water electricity etc so why can’t you. Broadband been down all day & not a word from yourselves to your customers
