@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk what an utter joke! So a number we have had for over 30 years lost after constant promises that we would not lose the number. Apparently this os ok because we’ve been given 1 month free- really?! We never requested the changes you have tried to put on our account
