@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Oh any by the way someone called Liam Holbrook was supposed to be dealing with this sbx he’s lied about calling and hasn’t provided any compensation for the lack of reduced service fir she’s. Oh nor did he send me a returns bag and label so I’ll be cgarged!!! 😡😡

Question is, are @bt_uk systems so bad that nobody knows what’s going on or are their staff so poorly trained that they can’t use the systems or are they trained to say things to try and keep customers happy and quiet even when what they are saying is an outright lie? 🤔 tbc
