@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@btsport why is the app on PlayStation so terrible? I've lost count how many times I've woke up on a sunday to watch ufc replay on it and it either plays and skips back to the start continually or won't play at all.

@bt_uk Thanks Brian. There were no issues locally. Reset the Hub a couple of times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still a few buffering issues but managed to watch what I wanted. Just can’t believe my internet is the issue at over 300mbps?

@bt_uk Whilst the @itvx app is present on our BT TV box, it doesn't have HD support, FAST or live channels or full integrated support for premium programmes.

@bathnes I've been battling with @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach for 61 days as a fault has totally severed my internet connection. I'm being told the resolution is waiting on planning permission. Is there any way I can speed this up? I've been offline for more than 2 months.
