@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

Frankly I’m not sure which is worse. BT Business Broadband or BT Business Broadband support so far I’ve lost 5 hours and I’m not confident I’ll get any work done today. I really thing @btbusinesscare should either sort their product out or get some tech support- preferably both

@bt_uk Hi I had super fast broadband fitted last week but one disc is not sufficient to ensure complete Wi-Fi coverage in my house. I have tried to contact yourselves online and via phone without success- please help - I am most disappointed with the service received so far

@bt_uk why is it so life wasting to try and find help regarding home broadband and connected packages? I was told by your adviser a new router was needed to solve my problem. It's a broken router that was identified. Promised a new router within 48hrs and it would be upgrade
