@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk so much for promises of a welfare case and things being sorted. A week has now passed with no working phone or lifeline and you have left an elderly and vulnerable person completely isolated and cut off and unable to call for help. Shame on you. just false promises & lies

So, we are paying for a fibre service we don’t have. We have no idea when an engineer might attend again and connect us. We cannot book another appointment and are wholly in the hands of “specialist team” who don’t seem to want to contact us. Good work @bt_uk

@bt_uk I’m looking at broadband with you for when my contract ends. It’s a FTTP property so everything is already installed. Am I able to select a specific date for the service to go live? I’m with Three mobile broadband so it won’t be a switch.
