@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp Appalling service!! BT lied said equipment would be delivery on Friday. It was booked for Tracked 48 instead!! Royal Mail due to deliver 11.57 - 3.57 today. RM text at 4.05pm tried to deliver but no one in!!! Lies, 3 adults in & video doorbell!!

@bt_uk the irony of after days of crappy unstable internet you try on your pc to use the form and it won’t stay connected long enough to complete it. Open reach vans all over our estate but no indication from their site there is an issue

DO NOT BUY BROADBAND FROM SKY. I have an issue with mine, I ended up on a call to their technical dept in India and they didn't have a clue what to. So I went to Openreach and they told me SKY should sort the problem out. Wish I stayed with BT. @bt_uk @SkyUK

@bt_uk Hey bud! Yupp, both these things have been attempted. Customer service reps have been really helpful and kind, but just got off the phone and the response was “ask the previous owner to try again” for the third time.

@bt_uk Hi Jules - 2 blue lights when the box is on - as above plus a central red light when on and recording - single purple light on left when on standby - as above with single central red light when on standby and recording No issue w/ signal/pic quality, just doesn’t always record
