@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk I used the trouble shooter on each & every occasion it happened which fixes the problem but the same problem persisted over a period of time. A few days ago it it happened again. At that point we made our decision to move. Perhaps in the future ill consider BT again. Thank you.

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk We can't go around in circles again "make a complaint to BT" "Wait 3 days for a call from BT" @bt_uk "Openreach don't have any excuse" "An engineer will come next week" - engineer doesn't show up and then around and around in circles FOREVER. We need internet to work from home!

@bt_uk I called your customer services and had to cancel my contract i was able to log in eventually but after i had missed the sporting event i wanted to watch, the Ashes Cricket!

@mrsunnymatharu @bt_uk To expand the BT Smart Hub 2 phone port is a ata like interface. BT's Digital Voice service requires the use of the smart hub 2 as that has specific config and implementation securely inside. If you want to have a non DV phone elsewhere then you you would require the DV adaptor.

@bt_uk can I get my box delivered to a different address? I’ll be moved in soon but not living there yet and want my service there when I move in. I was told this was an option but I can’t find how to get it delivered else where when I’m purchasing the WiFi.

Hi @bt_uk - we signed up for a broadband/TV package 2 weeks ago and no sign of router or TV box, & we can't get into our online account as the email we signed up with was previously used for a BT email 10+ years ago. Any idea how to fix?
