@bt_uk OK if all your customers get these calls, do they get 20 calls in a day? You seem to support the wrongdoers even though they asked for my bank details saying they are from BT. You refused to investigate and when I called your helpline I got a rude response. You are complicit.

@BenChittock @bt_uk @Scotlandteam I’ll take that. Just standing up for what I believe in and corporate bullying to cover up poor customer service is worthy of a fight. Done now, tonnes of wasted energy and bad blood over a small amount of money. Will never put a penny of revenue their way.
