@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk so after my previous issues (read my last thread between us and @bt_uk ). #1: You ‘accidentally’ cancelled my account and cut our connection we were paying for. So we said, ok send us a mini hub to see us through THREE WEEKS before you can fix! THE MINI HUB NEVER WORKED!

@bt_uk #3 After the hotspot and new TV box was sent to wrong address 3 times, we got it and it didn’t work. Also we weee promised A REFUND for the month that we had no service. WHICH I HAVENT RECEIVED.
