@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk gets worse. They have the audacity to charge £80!!!! for an engineer. Not one of their engineers fixed the problem. No compensation given for the ‘no show’ engineer. What cowboys

Worst part of being on hold on a call with @bt_uk is having cheesy Christmas songs assault the ears whilst you wait. That's really putting me in the right mood for a civil conversation. Especially 54 minutes worth.
