@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@Thegeordiefaith @bt_uk I contacted them today after Downdetector showed scores of people affected in my area, while the BT site (as usual) reported no problems. They company are fundamentally dishonest. Quick enough to take our money but unwilling to acknowledge problems or fix them

Had an idea @bt_uk . You provide the service that I'm paying £67 pm for in my contract ie; a phone that gets a signal in all the rooms in my bungalow or I go to @sky and won't pay you the £513.71 that you say I should because of my outstanding contract.
