@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a worst customer experience than the one I have had with @bt_uk over the past couple of months. The final insult- being charged £12.48 to deal with an issue that was their fault. Never again!

@bt_uk 2/2 Attorney evidence, even though im able to cancel the service without it. Now a woman with dementia is out £300+ because your representitives dont follow through with whats asked of them. What is happening over there? Absolute shambles.

@bt_uk I can test the speeds wired shortly but that’s not the problem. I can get 300MB/s on a wireless connection in the same room as the hub but as soon I’m upstairs I get less than 30MB/s. Would it be possible to get another line in installed upstairs? Thanks

@bt_uk can you help... again? I purchased NOWTV through BT and I’ve followed all the steps suggested when getting this code and nothing. In 15 mins it will have been 3 hours. I want to enjoy being a customer but issue after issue 😭
