@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk I was right, BT could not sort the problems. My parents have cancelled the order. It was simple, change the existing Broadband package to a new broadband contract and you could not even do that. What a load of rubbish. Disgrace!

BT, what are you doing? Slow broadband issues not sorted, not only that but we can’t dial in or out on our landline as well as slow broadband. Halo 2 seems to have down graded to slow or extra slow! @BTCare why should we stay with you after so many years of loyalty?
