  @bt_uk Hi Eileen that is correct. The bill should not be £72.99 per month. This was never agreed at £72.99 this was never the pricing offered in the email. I am so frustrated that this seems to be such a problem. It’s unbelievable that is has gone on so long.

  @btsport if I a Have a BT Sport package with Virgin Media is it possible to use the BT Sport app? My TV does not support the Virgin Media TV GO app.
