@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@btsport So I buy a BT sport month pass so I can watch the UCL, BT take the £25 out of my account and then it says there’s a problem with my account and i can’t watch it, even thiugh theyve taken the money! Typical appalling BT customer service @btsportfootball
