  @DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

  @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

  @dawnlovesgreece @bt_uk Now you say that, mine's been a bit iffy, signal dropping in and out on limited connection since last night and this morning. Maybe it's a Liverpool/Wirral thing? Mine's really only started working properly with no drop-outs since about noon.

  @bt_uk I was advised this morning that there was an issue in my local area. Then I was advised it was fixed. However, I cannot connect to the internet and @bt_uk have now said they can send an engineer on Tuesday #useless

  @bt_uk You've told my mother she would be set up with FTTP on the 16th and when the engineer came round he said he didn't know how to install the fttp (open reach) and now she's left with no TV or broadband and no signal, when she rang you said it can take a further 5 days, madness.

  @btsport we have a problem on a business account and cannot resolve it because offices are closed until Monday now, not great for commercial premises that are open all weekend until late at night, will be seeking compensator loss of customers!
