@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

Oh… now there’s a surprise, for yet another month, @bt_uk is overcharging me, being incapable of billing correctly & in accordance with my contract… doesn’t matter how often I call, they can’t seem to make a permanent fix! Bet this is a frequent thing @Ofcom hear about them?

@bt_uk No, because when I’ve called customer service they tell me someone will be here before 6. It’s 5:45….. still nothing- so they are either coming at the last possible second or not at all?

@bt_uk Yes we have reported it to customer services and they are treating as a class 2 case. It's a strange one. From Internet access all emails are 115 minutes behind for coming through and using the app no emails are getting through so it is being looked into

Terrible support from BT HOME HUB at 8:47pm this evening. Called up after a visit from engineer and replacement halo 2 router to be met with aggressive support who were due to finish at 9pm. Then got put on hold for remaining time. @bt_uk @BTGroup #poorcustomerservice
