@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk @bt_uk thanks Rita, but nothing has changed since I reported the fault on Thursday except for BT removing my right to cancel my contract early. As I said, my belief is that nothing has been done as of yet.

@Angels35Karen @bt_uk We had an issue with it dropping out. BT said they couldn’t see it, open reach said they couldn’t see a problem. I switched to sky, 2 weeks no issues so far. If BT had taken a look at their equipment maybe I wouldn’t have had to move.

@SamsungUK @btsport I have a Samsung tv. While the product itself is amazing @SamsungUK are struggling to register its 5 year gaurantee. The service is so poor. No one takes responsibility. I want to give up but not sure how easy it is to return the tv

@bt_uk hi, I recently had a broadband issue and just received a message saying my speed is still below the minimum guarantee. Trying to book an engineer via sms but got a response saying unable to process my request. Can I book an engineer on here?

@bt_uk Hi Rita. I have reported the fault. I also did a tracert command and it looks like the problem is between the exchange and the router so it's not a fault on my end. It's a problem with openreach network so I guess anyone whos offline now is out of luck until its repaired. Oh well

@UFCEurope @btsport You can't blame Herb for this, a split second can change everything in MMA. At the moment Herb moves, it looks like being a great decision, by the time the fight is actually stopped it looks a bad decision. Better safe than sorry when a fighters wellbeing is at risk though👍

@bt_uk I'm using wired, always have. It likes to drop at a certain time which really sucks. I have 40 down and a terrible upload of 6. Colours usually stay at blue, no colour changes when it drops tho.

@bt_uk - I don't really understand, why that my router likes to constantly drops every single time. Constant high pings, not be able to stream properly. Fix this rubbish. 😑
