@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk As the outage affecting Amazon Alexa, PSN and other smart devices is making national news now, any chance of addressing it on your status update page? A lot of us have been left completely in the dark.

@bt_uk huge spikes in reports .. over an hour wait (and counting) with online support, 2 hub resets and you're still insisting there isn't an outage and it's my hub? Get a grip and start communicating with people!
