    @DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    @bt_uk Sometimes recently on my Xbox I have some issues, the weird thing is I’ve played on the same server on the pc game for a long time and never had an issue, these issues seem to have been since my line was put onto didgital phone

    @bt_uk It's probably the wind. It had better die down, ironically I'm planning to replace a section of fence 2moro that's 26 years old, and could fall down if I leave it too long

    @bt_uk Hi. Day 3 with no internet & I’m concerned as I WFH. Internet access is an essential especially in these pandemic times. @MariaMillerUK @Keir_Starmer it needs to be treated as an essential service. Loss of access needs to be a high priority fix.

    @bt_uk Is there a way to make a formal complaint to the supplier? It's insane that they are allowed to just shut us off with no notice, costing you money and costing us our connection (in a neighbourhood with *terrible* 4G signal).
