@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk I’m in the norfolk area and my internet is down. I’m currently using my data. My internet will not work on anything. It’s refusing to load things. The WiFi is working fine on the tv but else where is a problem. I’m just curious what’s going on as many are having problems

@bt_uk yes every other week we call up. i'm really thankful that u are trying to help as well. it's always "call back in a month or so to see if fibre has been added" or they just give us sympathy. We can switch in 30 days since we dont have what we have been promised
