@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Well considering I am not receiving the service I am paying for the least that BT can do is release me from the 24 month contract that was never signed - by me or BT - it will save on legal fees.

@bt_uk holes in front room walls which then were poorly repaired. Customer care is shocking. Waiting for the 3rd attempt for them to call on the time bt arranged and guess what 3rd time still no call !!! Worst customer service 2/2
