@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

What a pile of **** the @btsport app has been tonight constant live stream crashes with VC034 error. Never had an issue last season on my Samsung TV (yes it’s updated). Sort it out #Shambles

@bt_uk pay for ‘super fast’ fibre which continuously drops out during the day and means my work is affected. Answer from your caller is they can’t do anything since the problem is intermittent. Unacceptable, paying for a service I can’t use in the day!!!!

@bt_uk been trying to upgrade my broadband package for 5 days now to an online only package. The order can't complete and the live chat function won't connect me to anyone. I've phoned in only to be told they can't do it over the phone. Any help please ?

@bt_uk They say they can't change me onto it as its for new customers even though it doesn't say that anywhere. I thought we were well past this penalising loyal customers business practice. Poor show overall really.
