@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@Sillytees @bt_uk Work for Electrical Distribution Company, BT are, by a country mile, the worst company I've ever had to deal with. And there's no way to contact anyone and get a problem resolved in person. Service costs money, and that all goes to the bosses and shareholders!

@bt_uk After an hour of waiting dates chat I was told by your chat agent (“Om”) that I needed to contact my aerial service (whatever that is?!) as he / she couldn’t help! Even though the problem is directly related to the BT box

@BTCare Customer Care shockingly bad. Call reps could not give a dam. Such poorly trained staff. No wonder BT has such poor scores on Trust Pilot.

@YouViewSupport @bt_uk There is always a delay from pressing a button to something happening. I’ve tried replacement remotes, replacement boxes, cleaning and stuff. It’s been like it for years but more noticeable when visitors point out how slow it is compared to others. 🙏

@bt_uk what is happening with the broadband? Since Christmas we’ve been losing connection we pay for a service that we can not enjoy, a service that is not cheap either! I have reset my router etc this has not helped is there an issue with your service?

@bt_uk No one ever gets in touch, been told this countless times, was told this morning that it would be resolved in 48hours, now someone will update on the 30th, so another week and nothing being done. It’s ridiculous service!
