@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Could they get in touch with me over the money that you stole for a service I haven't used/received? Call centre staff signed me up to whole home WiFi without my knowledge. I live in a 4 room house! No need for WiFi mesh.

Just joined @bt_uk last week. Shoddy service, no-one cares, they just want to sell you more rather than solve your problems and then the delivery I need to #WFH from DPD just doesn’t bother to turn up…jokers. Wish I could have ANY OTHER broadband supplier
