@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Audio delays. Means after a minute or so of watching a live stream, the audio’s suddenly about 30 seconds behind and generally it stays that way. For the PSG match, the images went back and joined it so the second half was bearable. But it’s really crap that it happens at all.

Once again, amazing customer service from @SkyUK - been trying to live chat since 10am, and constantly busy. Quick enough to take your money, but not deal with issues. Have no service on anything and you won’t do sod all about it. Time to move to @VirginMedia_TV or @bt_uk
