    @DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    @bt_uk @BTBusiness I need to speak to an agent about a billing issue asap, So you tell me to go to live chat……..nobody available????? So how can I deal with this issue ?? How do I get to actually talk to someone ? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. So frustrating!!!

    @bt_uk Hi still waiting for compensation for fault that lasted from December till March this year.Have spoken so many times and had fault logged and complaint escalated however still no compensation but you are on the ball taking out new higher payment for April.

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @BTCare We are on holiday in Switzerland unable to neither make nor receive any mobile calls. BT is our mobile provider. We urgently need to phone insurance provider for healthcare. Please can you help? We cannot make any calls to the UK

    @btbusinesscare please push for @WeAreOpenreach to fix the lines. There are only 4 houses down. They are saying 15. The telegraph pole is ***** and intact. It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.
