Options seem limited!!

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
