@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk my app keeps dropping my Wi-fi network and I keep having to reset it every time I log in. Furthermore my disks all drop off too and have to reset them all which in turn causes connectivity issues please can you assist

@bt_uk @educationgovuk Paying top price as a loyal customer for very poor internet connection that keeps cutting out with a uni student trying to finish his degree. How about you stop robbing us blind while your at it & stop charging for speeds that don't exist.

@bt_uk If you never cut my connection off then there would be no problem. I probably spent 8 hours on hold with you all! You didn’t inform us you where cutting off our line and broke our contract. What you guys did was not legal.

I have literally never had so much trouble setting things up than I have with @bt_uk, from getting our address wrong, to wrong orders and then the box turning up and not working! Honestly getting fed up!! Have rang like 10 times in 1 week 😡😭 #NotGoodEnough
