@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

.@bt_uk Why do you offer new customers at our address full fibre 100, (150Mb), whilst as an existing customer you only provide the option of fibre halo3 (74Mb) which is half the speed for the same price?

@pjm1kbw @bt_uk It has left my parents without the Lifeline support they need. As you can imagine, it’s stressful for them and us children. BT apologise a lot but nothing gets fixed. Glad your father was able to get it fixed though!!

@bt_uk We have recently moved in to this house and do not have the landline number but have had BT install fibre internet. Been working fine last few weeks but since storm it has cut out

@bt_uk Official word is it'll be sorted today. Bt workers reckon we'll be down til MONDAY. Tell me again why I'm paying £40 a month for reduced speed Internet, WiFi that doesn't reach all areas of my 2 bed timber framed house properly and poor customer service?

@btsport I HAVE to refresh or I don't get the option to press play, and it happens EVERY time I login. The browser should be irrelevant, unless there are known compatibility issues with a specific browser that you haven't made customers aware of? This has been happening for weeks now.
