@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Initial report said by the 8th. Then there was an update saying there was a problem "in our area" that would be fixed by 2pm. And the router is back online now.

@bt_uk gutted as queued from 8am. Got a PS5 in basket and then the system asked us to login again and refused to recognise log in. Left us staring at product in basket. Where does brand loyalty get too?

@knight247 @bt_uk Bt have actually been the only ones to do things right my dude. Don't think it was even possible for bots to get through this. Captcha at the start of the the queue, unique codes for every customer, site didn't burn down. Best launch so far. Sorry you didn't get one mate.

@bt_uk ... I had to cancel my existing order and request a new one. Your system is incapable of accepting a new order with current one pending, so I was told my current order would be cancelled and someone would call me the next day (yesterday) so that I can place a new order with you.
