    @bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

    @bt_uk still struggling with this BB 3 years on, the service you are providing is distrusting, We are forced to go into the office against government advice, putting ourselves and others at risk. The service I am paying for doesn’t work, DO SOMETHING BT

    @bt_uk Please can someone with sense/technical knowledge at BT please help get my landline and broadband finally connected to my new address please?!? This farce has been going on since 28th Nov, when surprise surprise, the transfer from my previous address did not happen!! 😡

    @bt_uk I have never dealt with such terrible customer service as I have with BT. Unable to renew the contract since September, and cost gone up. No one can answer why it can’t be sorted. Many calls and online chats, no resolution. Very poor. @Ofcom - Complaints ref VOL013-543558706111
