@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

Now @bt_uk that the long delayed FTTC order is stuck due to account merging & data integrity is working on it but their system was down yesterday. How long do I need to keep being forgiving for the bureaucracy until I realise the service taken by BT can't be given back by BT?

@bt_uk I appreciate that, but this has only been an issue over the past few days and i have had the mini hub for over a week, also my phone runs on 4G and has no issues when multiple things are connected to it.

@BT_UK you are a complete shambles. 2 months no service, 3 lift and shifts, 12 engineer visits..... and still no clue how to give us broadband... thanks for helping with the home schooling.....

C'mon @bt_uk Two no shows from your engineers and have now been on the phone to customer service for half an hour with no result. Why the hell do we pay for enhanced broadband speed and service levels? Very disappointing.

@bt_uk very disappointing service from BT. Over 2 months into our new home, which previously there was no issues with the line, but still no working broadband. Countless engineers and countless phone calls to be told it will be fixed...... still nothing. #annoyed

@btbusinesscare No you don’t care !! Back to square one this am with Bt mobile bill for Bt hubs that we never even wanted wrong Bill every month no internet you disconnected us !!!!!!
