@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk So I clearly stated I couldn’t take any calls until Friday due to work but I’ve had another call saying that will be the last attempt? No my complaint is not closed & it’s yet another thing you’ve got wrong. This has been terrible
