@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk brilliant service from BT. New customer. They don't order a hub for my new installation (which is today) then keep me on hold for an hour this morning. Is this what I signed up for? I didn't think anyone could be worse than Virgin.
