@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk Unfortunately the only customer service updates are from a bot and the estimated service fix day/time has passed. Appalling customer service. Please register this as a complaint as there is nowhere else via your website to actually register one , which goes against regulation.

@bt_uk and after rising our bill by an astounding £5 for me not to be getting the service Im paying for is ridiulous, after being told our contract will be fixed at £32 for 2 years, only for your team to say “that was from a 3rd party so we dont know what was said” 2)

@bt_uk Sorry Catherine but Im not phoning again. Your team seemed pretty adamant yesterday that they were not going to help other than run a diagnostic test. That test said our internet is strong. After me telling them that my room is a black spot, they passed me around! 1)
