@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk It is just rubbish! Drops out all of the time and the speed is almost snail like! I would love to have @virgin but they say they can't put a cable in! Therefore I'm stuck with @EE at £78 a month for a crap service! #ruralproblems

@Captain_Bold @bt_uk Yep. And I’ve just had a DM from BT confirming it’s out and may not be expected back until 9pm. Which isn’t a help for me as I have a night school class on zoom from 6-7pm that I’ve paid a tenner for and my data coverage on my phone isn’t good enough to use as a hotspot 😒

@SimmoRichatd @bt_uk Mine took 1.2 months to fix and all they did was make my line be 24/4 and then change my guaranteed speed so I can't moan

@bt_uk my internet hasn’t been working all day any chance you are going to fix it? To make matters worse your 4G coverage is useless. The internet cut out at lunch time and was supposed to be fixed by 1930.

@bt_uk Is there any way to narrow it down from ‘sometime in the next 3-4 years’? I’m getting better speeds off a mobile broadband setup right now. Under 1mbps upload is kinda frustrating when our old house in a smaller town had 17mbps upload.

@bt_uk We have no account due to you inexplicably cutting our internet and have to wait until the 5th for it to be re-installed. Terrible service after up grading. So in the mean time we will be changing provider. Shocking from what we considered to be a big company.

@KyleOK10 @bt_uk Having the same issues! Installation date was meant to be on the 18th… they came, done nothing and have now told me to install the line requires major work. I’ve already cancelled my old provider and now am stuck with no internet or TV!
