@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk happy with the new telegraph pole today. Shocked that you don’t feel the need to notify anyone in advance. Trying to wfh, but without internet for 3 hours and couldn’t get off my drive! Poor workmen had to inform everyone! Simple letter in advance would be polite.

@bt_uk I posted that after spending 2 hours being passed from one @bt_uk department to another. This outage was entirely BTs fault and my impression was they were annoyed that they had to fix it. All the faux apologies in the world don’t matter when the organisation simply does not care

4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk I’ve just moved into a place in Hackney, told the BT internet was good – currently I’m using my phone data cos all I’m getting is around 1mb on the BT wifi and can barely load google...is it down at the moment or can we get some more speed please? #BTareyouhavingalaugh

We’re now on day 46 and not even the executive team at @bt_uk can fix our issue. I can’t believe it’s taking this long to get our connectivity back. Completely useless. @Ofcom

@bt_uk That would be tricky also; Rural area and mobile reception is poor or non existent. Also the person is elderly and has hearing difficulties.
