@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

@bt_uk @BTCare never fail to amaze with how poor your customer service is 👍 over 40 days since I claimed the reward card and still nothing. To then be told by the third party company that you never submitted my reward card claim. Pathetic to say the least. Not even sorted yet.

@btbusinesscare we are a small business in Edinburgh. Our phone line and internet has been down since the 6th of October. The fault has been reported numerous times but alas to no avail. It seems BT is not interested in our loss of business. The Garage Edinburgh.
