@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@btsport Rubbish! I pay to watch BIG BASH cricket and what do I get. Braodcasts ending several overs before the game finishes. SkyQ **** so no +10mins on recordings. V unhappy. Show the whole games please.

@bt_uk It still doesn't help us does it regardless of which team is supposed to be dealing with it. Sad we had to contact someone so high within your company to get a response after a month of shambles. How are people supposed to work from home with no broadband. Joke @bt_uk

@bt_uk what is the best number to call to cancel my package. Iv had on off broadband all over xmas, waited 2 weeks for an engineer for the appointment to be cancelled. I have your "halo" package and even when I asked for a mini hub I was told thisncant be done. Unacceptable.

@bt_uk This is a load of crap. The WiFi in my sons room is as bad as ever and we have not long upgraded but all you'd say is the walls are in the way or something. Even doing a test says that all is fine but it is not!!!

Going to extremely difficult to teach remotely when @bt_uk keep delaying installation and connection of internet. Wouldn’t say much for their customer service either. #lockdown

@bt_uk 1/ My elderly parents (one with Parkinson’s disease) and their neighbours have been without internet or phone line for over a week now since one of your engineers severed the line, and there is no mobile signal in their area.

@bt_uk @GrahamKeyte What does provide up to 3 discs and what is complete WiFi? I recently upgraded to halo (is it called that) so we could have better gaming for my son but he said its as bad as ever ?
