I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

Mail just recd; it’ll arrive Weds & seems 2b the same as I have! Meanwhile I’m w/out internet & paying 4 the privilege.

Emma (@88ejackson88) reported@bt_uk I cannot use the service checker, as I said I can barely get any 4 or 5g and am using what little I have to tweet. I have messaged the helpline but is this just going straight through to AI and how long until I get replies?

Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
