@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk I need help sorting out my elderly parents' broadband. I have tried your Vulnerable Customer support line, 0800 919591, which gets me through to a lady in Falkirk who is unaware that any Vulnerable Customer service exists. Who should I talk to?

Thoughts on @btsport’s broadcast of the #jakepaul #tommyfury fight last night. Poor. Wrong presenter. This needed someone more current and known to the fan base watching. Also they should have been at the event not a studio in London?! No atmosphere and beyond dull. ‘Box Office’
