@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@SketchLisa @bt_uk If you have an Ethernet cable and can plug a laptop in and do a Speedtest, then compare to your phone over wifi. It might help work it out. Depending on how old the router is, that is where my money would be on the problem.

@SketchLisa @bt_uk A neighbour? No Sat/ Sun appointments? If it’s the line the problem may be between or at the box and your house. There machine will plug in at the master socket ( and cable to it) to test the speed. Sounds like they are trying to solve it (finally) for you
