@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk I ordered GFAST in March &used to get 200Md/l & 30mbps u/l. After an engineer visit he changed ports and now it's constantly going down &is 150 / 24 mbps. My neighbour still gets 195/29. BT sup. says no fault /no help. What is the best way to get back original & neighbour

@bt_uk We have a BT 4G hub using EE network for wifi and we suffer BBC iPlayer not working, TED talks not working, and now the network dropping out when on BBC news site. BT Mobile technical team have acknowledged the fault is with BT but months have now passed. What's happening?

@btsport heres my question because I cant figure out the service you provide. I have a subscription, that allows me to watch a ufc ppv event live but does it allow me to watch the full event after or does my money only buy the individual fights once the event has finished?

@bt_uk I always seem to have problems the broadband am a gamer / streamer and it seems to be the WiFi I know ppl say it’s because of this and that but it can’t be it’s worked perfectly B4 with same layout now am just getting constant catch up lag makes gaming online unplayable

@bt_uk No everything comes my broadband fed up complaining about it jeep coming out abd saying its because its in a flat total rubbish neighbours are all with sky and no issues , gling to change to them as well BT crap
