  @bt_uk Been trying to complain for ages there never seems to be anything on the app that helps, it all Pre set questions. I have the halo with an extra hub and I still have to go upstairs or outside to get a signal. It cuts out 5 or 6 times a day but they’ll tell you your signals ok 🤬

  @bt_uk my broadband keeps failing, I’m getting “not secure connection & weak signal”messages. Can’t get through to apps on my tv without reconnecting. Losing signal on my iPhone. What’s going o? Not good
