@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk Hi - I’m not at home at the moment to check but I’ve looked at my Hive and Ring systems and they appear to be online, so that suggests the outage has been fixed thanks.

@bt_uk I’ve cancelled my direct debit for my broadband. 2 years of having the morons at @OpenreachHelp trying to fix it is beyond a joke. All they need to do is employ someone who’s competent at their job and not just blag the repair

@WeAreOpenreach 8 weeks without broadband due to your line being down & still no date for fixing it. Still being charged by BT for this non-existing service. Do you still charge @bt_uk when you provide no connection?
