Hello @bt_uk could you explain why I’ve had loads of spam calls, all different numbers on my landline this morning EVERYHOUR when I’m ex directory? I had loads past few days too. When I do answer they hang up. Thankyou.

BT fixed WiFi next door & ours went off. Engineer coming here Wednesday-5 days away. Why? The fault is outside-3 miles away, why are you not fixing it? @bt_uk #Incompetent #monopoly We need much better service.

@bt_uk Both- we ordered a new service for our new build house, but have had no connection due to an apparent fault with the FTTP network/wiring into our house from when Openreach installed it during the house build- no updates from BT, and when I call I just get given wrong information

@bt_uk I would like a personal call from Tania to explain why it’s been over 7 months since my FTTP (BT Fibre 300) order and the issue has till not been resolved by Openreach. Now on slow Copper broadband which is affecting my work and my customers! Shocking customer service.

@bt_uk absolute joke customer service. 4th time I've had to call you in the last 2weeks. an hour on hold this morning only to be cut off by the person who eventually answered! the only reason I'm calling back is because of the incompetence of the people I've previously spoken to!
