People. If @EE try and sell you @bt_uk stay well clear! They sell you what you DONT ask for, get you to cancel old package then palm you off when you want to speak to them because its all wrong. Cant find the call when they know they are guilty of mis-selling. Convenient that

@bt_uk I've removed, reinstalled, restarted etc but nothing. It's got to be a server issue at your end. BT email isn't working on my phone or tablet. Gmail is fine on the Samsung app on both.

@BTCare shambolic customer service from BT and open reach strikes again. Not only have I been without broadband since Saturday but open reach have just decided not to turn up today for a prebooked appointment. Had I not called the customer services I would have sat here all day!

@bt_uk Engineer has just been out and fixed it - but says we need to report that the dropwire needs replacing (it's hanging down and broadband goes down in heavy rain). Any idea how I report this to be fixed?
