@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

I'm already aware the service for @bt_uk is shocking on my new street but other residents have struggled to get out of contracts because of the fine lines around unstable connections. I'm happy to cancel but no one can seem to agree on what my cancellation fee is.

🙄 @bt_uk doing the absolute least to fix our broadband that’s been out since last Saturday. First they said it’ll be fixed by Thursday 27, then Thursday 3 June & now Friday 4 June 😤 people still need to work from home y’know?!?

@bt_uk The connection type in this instance is irrelevant. As you can see on the original image, I am seeing PPP session disconnects. I never lose sync but the session drops. I put it down to Openreach playing silly buggers at the DSLAM/Exchange but it is getting a bit daft now :(

@LowerFaster @bt_uk Their response on the DMs is that it ‘might’ get fixed next week. They won’t send me a dongle because I’m not paying them enough money (despite paying for a service that hasn’t worked this year)- they just don’t care. There is no motivation for them to help a disabled customer
