@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk My connection speed went down to uner 35mbps when I was getting 140mbps. I was sent a mini bo & an engineer was sent out to solve out from outside. Will I be getting some kind of refund for the loss? Cheers.

@bt_uk Not one of those links are to downgrade. This is just ridiculous now. I just want the internet and landline but no calls to reduce my bill. If I wanted to upgrade I would have had help by now!!!!

@bt_uk Nobody asks anyone else to "go on mute" because their connection is too slow. What difference would that make to anything? How can a broadband company not know this?
