@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk Except when bt completely erase your home connection for no apparent reason & think its acceptable to tell me it will take 7-10 working days to maybe fix, if they feel like it, funny thing is I'm not even a bt customer

@bt_uk I need help ASAP. I’ve been trying to connect to the WiFi on my PC for the past hour however it will say in connected to the WiFi but not the internet, when I look for the problem it says DNS Server not responding, I have an important class to attend to in 2 hours!! HELP.

@AmitKamlani @bt_uk They won’t help you! We’ve been waiting since Friday and no engineer turned up! They expect us to wait two weeks for it to be fixed can I add we have no landline and no internet and I work from home which also means I have no tv either! Awful company I would think about moving
