@bt_uk @coach_hill_14 I notified them around an hour back that there is an issue going on. Even now it isn’t fixed. How can they miss this on such a crucial day? Absolute disgrace. They should give full refund to the customers.

@bt_uk Trying to reach BT via phone from last 30 mins. I'm unable to login into BT app. The only time I use this app is during Champions League and it's not even working. Even reset password isn't working. I need full refund of this disgraceful service.
