@_shaunirvine @bt_uk It started to fail around 12:15 its progressively getting worse. More and more sites going down. Can ping them but get zero response. DNS seems to be working so it must be a backhaul network problem.

@bt_uk hey there! a lot of websites aren't loading (at all) today, while others are still fine and download/upload speeds are good. using a vpn solves the issue, so I'm guessing a network issue on bt's end? similar reports from other bt users. would appreciate an update as/when!

@bt_uk No offence. I’ve been through it all. Yous denied the evidence I provided. Claimed 60mb/s on contract and I barely got 4. Pumped me for money to get disks only for them to have the same issue. Won’t be back, won’t be paying the 300 either.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp still not sorted despite my tweet last week. Turns out Openreach has us as a ‘Gold Matched address' which is incorrect and your own surveyor has said this is wrong! @bt_uk spent 3 hours on the phone this morning but not progressed! Please HELP
