@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk I left BT for many reasons and paid up to get out of contract. Awful company awful customer service and yet still send messages as if they are best on planet. Went to utility warehouse superb Internet and they know how to treat customers with respect.

@Flaminhaystack @bt_uk @virginmedia I have never experienced such poor or frustrating customer service - “computer says no” is the attitude not “how can I help”. Notifying an increase in the cost under a “Thanks for making changes” just takes derision to a new level.

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk Hi there, like many on Twitter are reporting, I too am receiving HUGE amounts of spam directly into my inbox. Over 60 today already, I keep blocking but they keep coming! Pls help, is there an issue with your spam filtering?
