@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@tobiasgavin @BTCare will now only guarantee a download speed of 1 mbps in the city centre of Brighton. And state happily that there are no plans to upgrade the network at this time - a position they've held for the past 5 years.

@bt_uk Have gone through every rule on 'BT Help', marked messages not junk, marked senders safe senders, saved safe emails to contacts. For 2 weeks (from 23 Dec) no Junk mail rec'd then TODAY 50+ email suddenly disappear into Junk folder. The problem is BT Server Nothing has changed.
