    Now @bt_uk who accidentally cancelled my line made me open a new account so I have to pay for two lines & accounts that I can’t use and no one seems actually able to fix/sort this issue!! All I want is to have one phone number, the internet & BT TV! HELP!!

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I have tried to contact you online about an issue , please can I DM? I cannot get fibre but my neighbour can. (Only a few feet away)! You say no plan to upgrade my area - but it's already available in my area. My house doesn't seem connected. Please help!

    @bt_uk I have DM'd you about the month-long struggle with our WIFI. Please respond ASAP, the issue is unacceptable and the customer service suggestions were also lacklustre, to say the least.
