@bt_uk wow again. How long should I normally expect to wait for a complaint to be acknowledged? Do you just keep closing complaints by email so as to meet targets rather than help customers. Why is it impossible to get any reasonable answers?

  • EHChalus Prof Elaine Chalus (@EHChalus) reported

@bt_uk Yes, I know these are wireless speed tests. Do I have to do them all wired to show you the the connection is still varying? I don't think the problem is with the equipment. I think the problem is with the line and capacity or cross-talk/interference. There must be a reason

  • yulia_bulgakova Yulia (@yulia_bulgakova) reported

@bt_uk Trying to sort this out now but it's pretty outrageous that you shut down internet on behalf of someone else requesting it and without notifying or giving few days warning to the current account holder. Essentially anyone can cancel internet at any house under this system.

  • ErikaSanderson Erika Sanderson (@ErikaSanderson) reported

@LucySweetman @bt_uk Is the internet having a bad day today? Everything is so painfully slooooooowwww at the moment. Lost an evening’s rehearsal last night cos it kept crashing out. 🤬

  • yulia_bulgakova Yulia (@yulia_bulgakova) reported

@bt_uk There was definitely no contact and it was a complete surprise this morning when email came through saying the internet is shut down.

  • Vintage_BM the flower decorative (@Vintage_BM) reported

Absolutely sick and tired of being fobbed off by @Plusnet @bt_uk @MartinSLewis can you help

  • RoryMuir3 Rory Muir (@RoryMuir3) reported

@EHChalus @bt_uk We had a similar problem which was solved (fingers crossed) by going onto a cheaper plan that promised slower broadband (but still faster than we were generally getting). Apparently when we were on the faster plan the system kept having a tantrum (at least that’s cont.

  • vpani_info Heather Greig (@vpani_info) reported

@bt_uk received info on changeover to Digital Voice. Can you still make an emergency call using this? Is there a reduction in my bill as service is being integrated into existing broadband and no further use of copper line?

  • LucySweetman Lucy Sweetman (@LucySweetman) reported

Oh my God the broadband rage. I have just spent 30 mins in one of those painful online chat things during which the @bt_uk oppo spent too much time trying to flog me a new package and not enough time sorting out the effing problem. I’m trying to work and now I’m feeling stabby.

@bt_uk What happens during a power outage?
