@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk Get my WiFi fixed then. Been offline since 4th April and non of your team are resolving the issue! Been on the phone over 7 hours, to various team, Micheal Smith assured it was being fixed yesterday and still a red light! Appalling service from BT.
