@bt_uk No.. I cant afford a mobile phone. I am housebound disabled and on benefit, Why would I have 2 telephonesThats crazy, besides my daughter said it is a blackspot for cellphones.. she has to walk down the road to use hers when she visits

@damianchapmanuk @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Possibly is the ONT or that particular power supply that’s faulty then. FYI, no lights on the BBU mean that’s not working. You could try the PSU that’s on your router, it should fit, if that has the same result then you know for definite it’s the ONT.

@bt_uk Our internet has been down for 4 days tomorrow. I booked half a day holiday for the engineer not to arrive. You tell us that this will be resolved and then extend it day by day. Our neighbours have the same problem but the website says no issues in your area!

@bt_uk No its not a business account. I just run a part time casual business via eBay. It’s not my main job. Plus transferring me would just be passing the issue on to someone else. However please feel free to ask colleagues for suggestions on how to fix this situation.

Hey @bt_uk our service has been cut today with no notice because a pole is being replaced. The engineers say the copper will be reconnected but no timeframe for the fibre. I'd like to speak with someone but can't get past the text fault recording.

@bt_uk So you migrated me to digital voice without forewarning me.. So you sent me an emergency battery for power outages.. BUT you never considered the lack of phone service when the broadband goes down leaving me with no way to get help in emergency!!
