@bt_uk failed FTTP install today apparently there is blockage that needs clearing @OpenreachHelp say October before it will be sorted surely can’t take 4 months to sort? I’d understand if I was in a city on a major road but I’m only in a village on a small street, help!

@bt_uk I was promised a phone call this afternoon at 4pm to clarify when an engineer would connect our line. I did not receive a phone call. We are still waiting impatiently for a service we pay for but are not receiving. Very frustrated now. 😤

@btbusinesscare Staff are waiting after hours for engineer. Still. The fault was reported at 1400 yesterday. I think the public need to know just how poor the service from yourselves is in this area. Once resolved we will push for a written apology to share with patients. Unforgivable.

@bt_uk I have an appointment on 15th. But don't hold out my hope. I'm a new customer but order number Id =HMNAAZZZZ09001436787. I've had no home Internet since 15th of April. 3 months is a huge wait. Now the mini hub has gone wrong after 4 days.
