@bt_uk Yes left with no broadband at all. As BT have disconnected the Sky FTTC service. Supposedly by end of Tuesday coming even though I reported it yesterday afternoon. Been told it's an issue at your end and not at home. So why hasn't it been done today or done as a priority tomorrow

@bt_uk internet been down for 11 days. Engineer has been to fix the problem at least twice. So frustrating with BT contracting work out to Openreach. We now have to wait from Friday afternoon round to next Tuesday for the engineer to make a 3rd visit. Ridiculous service.

@bt_uk @wellbelove I'm sorry to post here but I just can't get an answer from you; why has my broadband degraded form a stable 55mbs for the last 4 years down to 36mbs for the last 96 hours, exactly one month after I renewed my contract with you for another year?!

@bt_uk I have to give a great big shout out to Danny customer support agent in Edinburgh who has just spent an hour on the phone sorting a problem I have had for nearly 14 days & other agents failed at.He was patient, helpful and had a great sense of humour He needs recognition !
