@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk Thank you for your reply. I think you are mistaken. I don’t think you can use your live chat for cancelling a contract with you. Am I wrong? 👀👀👀 If so, then it would be better if that was made clear as it would help all the people who struggle to make phone calls.

The fact that in 2022 @bt_uk don’t have live chat on their website and specifically force an actual phone call, Monday to Friday during office hours might I add, to cancel a service is absolutely ridiculous and bordering on criminal!

@bt_uk Why is that this website has 5 serious errors. One due to fix tomorrow and another due to fix Sunday. Yet the free phone line to check for status says no issues at all? Also will we be compensated for this outage? :(
