    @bt_uk Having been told by your customer that your own engineer has said that work stated to have already been done doesn't appear to have been, I would have expected any decent company to have looked in to it faster rather than wait till 29/3. Speaks volumes of BT customer care

    @bt_uk I told you back in January existing broadband was unstable. No one came then but suddenly in March an engineer apears for a fault no one reported or knew existed! Absolute joke mickey mouse outfit

    @bt_uk Hi, it’s just me, so I either take another day off or it doesn’t happen. If I can’t get the day off, it’ll be yet more delays and then who’s to say it won’t get cancelled again? I’m just sick and tired of being messed around, the service here is already dire.

    And yeah, in meantime, direct debit has been deducted from account twice. So in total I paid - setup fee (20), twice monthly payment (30*2 = 60). And NO INTERNET YET. This was supposed to be best service in UK. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hi Colleen, support sucks, my fibre hasn’t been installed yet and is delayed because you need a planning team, you won’t turn on the copper cables so I’m using an EE hub which as you can see from my previous image, sucks *****.

    @btbusinesscare @bt_uk I'm a frustrated, getting nowhere since 23 Jan private customer previously loyal to BT for decades but now at the end of my tether as all I get is false hope and lies with complete and utter inaction. I hope this answers the query

    @bt_uk Ordered a broadband package on Thursday, never recieved a confirmation. Last night was texted by the order management team saying they'd cancelled it due to an error. I called this morning to check the status, and was told I needed to re-order, which I did over the phone.
