    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk Hi Alannah TBH we know whats happening. We reported a fault that requires a new box. Every time an engineer is booked to replace it, they don't turn up. We have even been promised a call from customer services to make sure all went that didn't even happen. Shocking service.

    @BTCare rang to offer me some exciting deals. I have been with BT for over 40yrs and they ask me to answer some security questions to verify who they have just called! They cannot move unless security questions are answered. I have had enough of this garbage.

    @bt_uk 106 days and counting since you switched off our fibre for no reason. You seem to think that giving us copper is a great solution but there was a reason I was on fibre 900. Curt 17 down and 1 up just doesn’t scratch the surface. Shocking service.

    @bt_uk we have now been waiting over 2 weeks for hub and discs to be delivered even after numerous phone calls....very disappointed with your service....can you advise us who to call? We have spoken to customer care about this issue and they have resubmitted orders twice!!!!
