@bt_uk Your saying the order won’t be cancelled if not set up by the 25th of May and your colleague yesterday said it WOULD be cancelled. So which is it? Also I never got the requested call back from the connections team as requested.

@bt_uk That's a change in price, the price is therefor going from 10.45 to 15.45, also its not that I'm cancelling my broadband you lot couldn't provide me with an adequate service and broke the contract

When @bt_uk says your upload can't get more than 3.5 when clearly I been around 4.5 to 5 for months. Fed up with the service I get. Maybe move once contract finish

@OpenreachHelp We have tried to raise with @bt_uk who tell us that there is no one available to sort this out until 1st June. We have tried to escalate this, raise complaints and we are getting nowhere! HELP!
