    Absolutely awful service. I said before this started, do I go for speed or do I stay with reliable and good service... I went for speed. @bt_uk your service stinks, your installation stinks, maybe we should have more deregulation of the market because you really need to improve

    @bt_uk That 4G 'backup' service 'just in case', well EVERY customer MUST have to rely on that. If your service was any good, then you would not need the 'backup' 4G. That is the reality. I am not grateful to have it. I should not need it.
