@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

Bloody wifi and internet shocking !! When I called last time even the engineer who turned up couldn’t fix it and said they had sent wrong person. When you have to use your 4g in your own home. Get your act together BT!! @bt_global @bt_uk 😡🤬

@bt_uk been on hold over 20 minutes no answer. Moved home but engineer didn’t do anything. Now I’m paying for BT without any service. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Someone please contact me and rectify what was supposed to be done and what I paid for!

@bt_uk internet down again. Less than a week from last time it went down. DN3 3SZ. #openreach outside neighbours so wonder if this is part of a bigger issue here. Rebooted router twice and still get steady Orange light. No issues shown on check line page. 😫

@bt_uk My 93 year old Mum’s phone line was broken, the lady who took my call late on Saturday and the engineer who fixed it Sunday morning were amazing and both super helpful

hey @bt_uk You close my complaint case with the answer "We've explained our policy" when I haven't spoken to anyone nor have I received and email explaining your policy? You rip me off and then discard my complaint as if it was nothing. How can your customer service be so bad?
