Hey @bt_uk my 85yo uncle is in a care home & has cancelled his broadband, so you’ve put up his mobile cost which he needs to also cancel as he has no signal now he’s moved & you want him to pay the remainder of his contract How is that in any way fair??? 🤔😡

@tempusvastum @EE @BTCare I am told there are many logistical issues, and BT does move at a glacial pace, but it IS happening. People are already seeing changes (like the hub software removing BT logo). I am just trying to save some money!
