@bt_uk your service is so shocking. 1 month for install after to expedited appointments. Install today all working great then 2hrs later no broadband. Faults team beyond useless.

@bt_uk Hi We has an engineer to come to fix a fault with our broadband where the hub was disconnecting from our devices we thought he fixed the issue,our devices are still connected to the hub but no internet and the hub is on blue

@bt_uk However, that's not the problem, the problem is that you didn't ask the account holder whether they agree with the request to cancel the internet and only told on the day it's cancelled.

Oh my God the broadband rage. I have just spent 30 mins in one of those painful online chat things during which the @bt_uk oppo spent too much time trying to flog me a new package and not enough time sorting out the effing problem. I’m trying to work and now I’m feeling stabby.
