@bt_uk my Internet is down, my router is flashing purple, I have reset my router many times, reseated the BB cable, used a new BB cable and used the test socket and no change!!! While the hub is flashing purple it clicks every now and again. Is it knackered?

@bt_uk After ringing up the tech people 5 times to be told they can see there’s a problem with my broadband and arranging for a engineer that does not turn up . Check the fault on my by account which says it’s been fixed . IT HAS NOT . Will be leaving BT very soon ,
