@bt_uk Brian I get moving it by a week or 2 but 2 months! I have called BT but they need to talk to openreach so I have to call back again tomorrow! Still not customer service in my eyes. Bt should call me at an agreed time!

@claire_horwell @bt_uk Most people won't use one, but there's still enough people who don't have adequate internet / smart phone skills or access and would rely on this. There are also still enough landlines that don't rely on internet access that this would be useful in an internet outage.
