  @bt_uk Been without internet since saturday due to a box being damaged. Only seen workmen come out once... and they left after doing nothing. Any update on when/if it will get fixed? And why you wont call back regarding this issue? Thanks.

  @bt_uk After speaking to one of your managers regarding a new contract being open in july and cancelling my old one. The old agreement is still present on my credit report causing me problems with my credit !!! This is a joke and needs to fixed ASAP

  @bt_uk having to soft reset numerous times and retune tv channels at least once a week! Not really the service I signed up for. I would warn anyone thinking of switching that whilst the broadband is great, the tv service is crap.
