@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk its nearly 3 weeks I've been without BT TV channels. Each day my fault resolution date moves back a day. Is it time to switch to @SkyUK? Come on @bt_uk sort out the service I pay for!

@bt_uk An engineer has checked the line and we were told thats the best it will get. My issue is having to pay the cancellation fee when i am not getting the upload speed promised.

@virginmedia Why has our install been delayed again?! Original install date of 23rd November... then delayed to 5th December and now being told its delayed even further to 19th of December! Never had any of these kind of issues with @bt_uk.
