@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

Really bad audio sync on @btsport android TV app. All live channels are about a second out of sync which is really annoying, it's fine on my phone but casting from it just opens the BT Sport app. Please fix it, looking at Twitter I'm not the only one reporting this issue.

@Fandangofumbler @bt_uk I must agree, I've been without broadband since 24 Oct. Registered complaint, 1hr 55mins on the phone, very nice advsor but still no broadband. Promised call back next day, nothing. Text with another promised call back nothing. What's going on BT? I can only assume nothing.

@bt_uk hey! I’ve been waiting for my internet to work since august! I’ve raised 2 complaints which you have ignored - expected 2 calls over two days which have never materialised. How many BT employees does it take to install broadband… I’m on 22 so far…

@bt_uk been promised a call back yesterday and then again today. Nothing. A communication company that doesn't communicate! Last time I called I was on the phone for 1hr 55mins. Still no broadband and no idea what's being done about it. Terrible experience BT.
