@bt_uk Hi, thanks for this - turns out we're on full fibre. Service is poor however compared to our previous satellite broadband provider (and even now with fewer people in the house).

@bt_uk can you help? I’m concerned about a lady in her 80’s who lives alone. Trees have brought down her phone line today and I’m wondering if you have an estimate as to when it will be back on. She is a priority customer.

@bt_uk I had one of your colleagues point out my TV would impact the service. The same TV I've been using for 3 years now. Also with the previous service! I need to use my phone in the kitchen so the Complete Wifi works, It struggles in the lounge where the router is. And so on.

@bt_uk absolute fuming after BT deleted my email account I had for over 20 years by mistake, and cannot retrieve it now due to their system error. Someone was supposed to call today, but never did, or just could not care less

@bt_uk Yes I do need someone's help! I've been told a further four times this month the issue has been sorted and have still been overcharged. Why am I being lied to?

Honestly cannot wait to switch from @TalkTalk to @bt_uk on the 8th of February, it’s got that bad that I can’t even watch catch up on my TV!

@BTCare @bt_uk can the landline in a new-build voip-enabled property be remotely activated, so that an old style phone can be plugged in and used? Asking on behalf of my mum, currently without power or mobile signal, vulnerable and lives alone with no way of calling for help 😢
