    Has @bt_uk's "customer" "helpline" been "very busy at the moment" at all times of day and night for the past two years because of the volume of complaints from disgrunted customers or because it can't be bothered to employ enough staff to deal with us pesky customers?

    @bt_uk Hi I was on the phone for a total of 30 mins, I obviously knew about the outage. I'd asked why the hub had changed from amber to purple. I spent 12 of the 39 minutes on hold. To be hung up on. Which is what happened earlier in the week. The BT app still says we r 6 days 2fix

    Dear @BTCare can you let me know why the smarthub 2 is absolutely terrible? Plug in an ASUS router and everything works wonders. Put the smarthub back on Netflix streaming is terrible again. 900mbps down connection so it should be wonderful but it’s appalling with the smarthub.

    @techienickb @bt_uk @Ofcom I think I am on the 9th official complaint now. Some compensation has been provided, but if I lose my job, their T&Cs cover their ***. Just spoke with the social media team member who is going to try and escalate it with OpenReach
