@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

Hi @bt_uk I’ve tried to sort this via Chat and was directed to residential, then business, then back to residential. Nobody was able to help. I’ve re-registered interest & still no code. Also an EE customer. It’s very frustrating! Can someone from @bt_uk please DM to help sort?

@bt_uk Hi guys. Normally BT Call Protect has done a good job at filtering out spam calls before they reach us. Unfortunately this afternoon I have had four calls from a 'Sarah' with an Asian accent. I blacklist each one but they still get through from another number. Any help?
