@bt_uk possibly the worst customer service ever experienced. As a new customer as well. No-one we speak to understands my wife’s Yorkshire accent it seems. Can someone who might be able to contact me asap as you have doubled charged us!

@btsport we have a problem on a business account and cannot resolve it because offices are closed until Monday now, not great for commercial premises that are open all weekend until late at night, will be seeking compensator loss of customers!

@SkyHelpTeam I shouldn’t have contact you for a credit you should do that automatically. As we have mobiles with sky, data to help cover the loss of service would be a very helpful offer. @BTCare hubs now have 4g built into their hubs and if you have an older one they send you a 4g hub
