@bt_uk So I got a PM from @bt_uk saying that they were working to resolve this and that someone would call me yesterday (26th). But, just like the rest of the service I’ve received I was mislead to again and no one called me.

@bt_uk you need to be telling your van drivers to be more considerate !! Parked down my road which is a cul de sac so very tight. Parked on the path or they block the road !! When all the houses have drives ??!! So where are they going !!

@bt_uk Please can you help? I have had no line or internet for 10 days since the storm. Every day you say it will get sorted but now you have sent me an email saying it is fixed and closed the case. It is not fixed. The line is snapped in half outside my house.

@bt_uk Our broadband isn't working and our LOS light is red (PON also off). Power cycle and reset doesn't work. Can't work form home without an active connection. Engineer can't get here until Tuesday, anything else we can do?
