@bt_uk #BT taking the absolute piss. Offered FREE upgrade to #BTSport @btsport #HD charging me £79.80 a quarter for it. I complained. They email me to say complaint is dealt with. NO IT IS NOT !!

@bt_uk No confidence in your customer service: dead line and broadband for 2 days. 3 different future fix dates cited by call centre, app and fault email (last of which has a “track” option that says I have no fault!). Hopeless. App each day says fault will be fixed today. Help!

@bt_uk I notice you have painted over some of banksys precious work. If an agreement cannot be reached I will cancel everything I have with BT. I know it won’t make much difference to you but maybe if all LUFC supporters did the same you might have a rethink.
