@bt_uk An Openreach engineer came today to upgrade our current internet package to Full Fibre 900. However, now he has left and told us there’s an issue, and now we have no internet whatsoever. This is ridiculous as I have absolutely no internet, not even my old internet works.

Just had a scam call from someone claiming to be from @bt_uk and I played along for a while and said ‘ok so do you want my bank details and to take all my money then?’ and he screamed down the phone YES IM GOING TO TAKE ALL YOUR ******* MONEY and hung up 🥴

@bt_uk an openreach technician cut off my neighbour's fibre broadband this afternoon - it's only just been installed after 2 years of waiting. He is being told 2 weeks to fix - not good enough. Suggest you have 24 hours to resolve. DM me for more info.

@bt_uk @stephenklong Why does BT keep saying sorry? Obviously they aren't sorry at all. Just because the contract says they can increase charges by that amount doesn't mean they have to. And the staff trying to justify this have probably just had a crap pay rise too.

@BTCare made a complaint last week about pressure selling trying to blackmail me to renew my BB contract - was advised I’d be contacted within 72 hours but nothing happened - just had an email saying the complaint has been closed - well done BT , shocking attitude and service 😠

@bt_uk I just don't understand how my phone, on the same network, is showing 55mbps down, but my laptop is failing to register a download speed. And when it does, it's circa 2mbps?
