@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@btsport Please sort the layout of your website out. It’s the most impenetrable interface to use, you can’t search for anything and the player is constantly glitching. Not really good enough considering you’re raising prices soon. No problems like this with NowTV sports.

I just had 2 minutes of stable connection. Almost feel like celebrating with a 6 week Holiday in Australia. Played 18 games of FUT Champs with a signal strength only accurately comparable to dial up from the 90’s. @bt_uk out here powering my internet with a hyena on a bike

@bt_uk Every single customer BT has needs BT to look into it further. FTTP shouldn't have deliberately neutered uploads, if they pay for 500mbps then that should be download and upload. Like companies in every other nation offer.
