@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk It’s a shame that BT do not show the same concern about vulnerable disabled people in the U.K. that they’ve left without a landline and broadband for 7+ days and repeatedly fobbing them off with a moving fix date! VERY POOR SHOW!

@bt_uk Their customer service is absolutely shocking, long pauses where you have to ask “is there anyone there?” The simple fact is they simply are not interested even though the issue started when they started messing with the phone contracts.

@bt_uk thanks for leaving a vulnerable disabled household in a rural area with poor mobile signal without a landline to call for help in an emergency and not keeping them informed on what is happening. Fault was reported on 16th and landline and broadband totally lost on 25th😡😡
