    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk @UNICEFEducation Yes I could do with help with my account.I phoned in n explained that I am a Pensioner n I am Halo3 n with the cost of living increase I could do with some help.When phoned in n got told I would have to wait untill next year when my contract ends.Not helpful ty.

    Gah, @bt_uk being rubbish again. Downstream sync speed has been dropping of late, meaning download speed is now lower than the much slower package we were on before. (And you have to keep an eye on this yourself, BT won't tell you they've accidentally merged your service)

    @OpenreachHelp Dear @bt_uk I've been told to report it to you from @OpenreachHelp (both on Twitter and a conversation with an agent). PLEASE can one of you tell me the right place to report a faulty drop wire? It goes out in heavy rain so difficult to report whilst it's down. Hanging wire also
