@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk Tbh to sell someone, a new customer a product and tell them on the 12th the engineer and installation date is the 28th. No one show. No phone call to tell me either. To now say oh just wait. How is this service acceptable?

@bt_uk Yep, you have to give a phone number. My friend has broadband only.I found that page in about 10 seconds. I'm not on BT.They asked me as they can't look themselves as their internet is out. So there's no public service status page? So we cannot find anything at all out ourselves?

@bt_uk shocking service, just held on 45 minutes to discuss why Bt tv isn’t working yet again. Third week in a row, spoke to a lady in Dundee, who hung up on me and hadn’t rung back, when she failed to rectify the fault. Still no Tv.

@BTCare can anyone help me? I’m getting fobbed off big time! Took £500 off me and still can’t sort my bills and accounts, if I had known I was going to have this much trouble I would have never signed up! Told one price and put me on another, I’m fuming
