@bt_uk Which then proceeded to cause issues. If I had done this myself I would understand, but do not believe this is the case. Are you able to retired a phone call (if recorded) so you can verify I am not at fault and was instructed by the CSA. Thanks 2/2

@bt_uk Hello, a car crashed into a post on boxing day leaving our whole neighbourhood without Fibre broadband. CW12 area. So many people have complained and been fobbed off and still no one has come out to fix it. It has been 3 days now without any internet! Please help!

@bt_uk Sorry doesn't allow me to listen to music without buffering or to speak to relatives & friends abroad online without a frozen screen. I want wifi that works- the service I am paying for #NotFitForPurpose
