@bt_uk is there a way to see / find out an ETA of when Full Fibre will likely be available in my area? Currently with Virgin Media and getting 350Mbps. Very unhappy with their customer service but sadly you can't offer us speeds anywhere as close yet! :(

@bt_uk Constantly slow…. Or lagging. The other day I had a download speed of 4mbps. I have Wi-Fi discs around the house. This point I’ve disconnected everything apart from my PlayStation from the internet and still not great.

@bt_uk how can your wifi be so shocking? Patchy all day, app says an outage, click on it and says all services are running normally. Is it just a roll of the dice as to whether or not your shite, overpriced low speed internet decides to work or not? ******* joke.
