@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@BTBroadbandOUT @BTCare @DowndetectorUK Raging against BT all day yesterday, no one turned up. Another go this morning and I got a reasonable chap on the phone and he realised it was a mess. We put the old router back on and it worked fine. Never go to BT. Ongoing for 4 weeks….

@Fandangofumbler @bt_uk I must agree, I've been without broadband since 24 Oct. Registered complaint, 1hr 55mins on the phone, very nice advsor but still no broadband. Promised call back next day, nothing. Text with another promised call back nothing. What's going on BT? I can only assume nothing.

@bt_uk been promised a call back yesterday and then again today. Nothing. A communication company that doesn't communicate! Last time I called I was on the phone for 1hr 55mins. Still no broadband and no idea what's being done about it. Terrible experience BT.
