    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk But it works perfectly well and I signed up with you again on Monday as we're really happy with the quality of your service and you were able to offer a discount I really didn't want to have to connect the various devices in the house to a new ISP

    @bt_uk We were persuaded to upgrade to G fast deal with a new router and now we seem to have worse connection issues than ever before! All our devices regularly struggle to connect to the router! Thanks BT

    Incredibly poor service from BT @bt_uk . 3 missed engineer visits. Different excuse each time. Now having to wait 24 hrs before a new appointment can be booked. No Wi-Fi for nearly 2 weeks. Mini hub doesn’t work sufficiently. Husband losing money as he can’t work.
