Day 13 of no internet, and @btbusinesscare is saying it won’t be fixed for at least another SEVEN days. This is unacceptable service, particularly when it affects someone’s business so significantly, and even more so when the fault lies entirely with BT.

@OpenreachHelp My provider @bt_uk has been contacting you directly, for the past 4 weeks! Nothing is happening, your engineers just keep kicking the can down the road and aren’t dealing with the issue. Someone just needs to take ownership. Please help get this resolved
