    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    Hey @bt_uk my Dad seems to have a problem with his landline, so I gave him the number 0800 800 150 to call from his mobile. Apparently this just cuts out and tells him to text the problem. He doesn’t text, how can he speak to you?

    @bt_uk Theoretically we Should have our number returned by close of play today. After a month of chaos and 5 failed attempts guess what? My confidence level? About 3%. Digital voice so a disaster for us. Most of the phones don’t reach half the house. No signal. GREAT.

    After being promised a fault repair yesterday after 13 days or waiting @bt_uk updates the estimates fix to 26th August. No explanations and no support. That will be 16 days without internet and 22 since moving house.

    @bt_uk Disgusting service. Notified you that my Dad had died & sent back all equipment he had. You’ve sent him an email to say you’re sending him another returns bag as he didn’t send all the equipment back & if it’s not returned he’ll be charged. He doesn’t own the other product
