Peter Walton your a ******* disgrace. Be honest for once. So full of shit. @btsport get rid of this ******* clown. No one that has ever played football thinks that’s a penalty. Impossible to play with your arms strapped to your side

  • barbncake barb lloyd (@barbncake) reported from Sticklepath, England

@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

  • barbncake barb lloyd (@barbncake) reported from Sticklepath, England

@bt_uk It's a BT issue according to Western Power ...

  • NickHamlyn76 Nick Hamlyn (@NickHamlyn76) reported from Exbourne, England

Day 5 without a landline, @btbusinesscare’s service faltering quicker than @LFC’s bid to retain the title.

  • LaraKT_M Lara (@LaraKT_M) reported from Okehampton, England

  • NickHamlyn76 Nick Hamlyn (@NickHamlyn76) reported from Okehampton, England

@btbusinesscare why do you have ‘care’ in your twitter handle when you don’t give a toss about your customers. Broken promise after broken promise, very poor customer service!!

  • noprobsbob Bob Marston (@noprobsbob) reported

@bt_uk The engineer came today, needing access to house. He and I both hope that the problem is fixed, though we’re not sure how. I was merely pointing out the anomalies in the computer-generated conversation.

  • kathylead1 Kathy leadbetter (@kathylead1) reported

@mustbecwaced @bt_uk Time you where getting hold of BT chief executive. @bt_uk absolutely pathetic the customer service you have received. They should be paying you for having to use your mobiles, sorting the problem and apologising for for everything they’ve put you through.

  • DanielsJet Jeanette Daniels (@DanielsJet) reported

@bt_uk I’m still waiting for a manager to call. This is getting beyond a joke. I want to resolve the complaint and move on.

  • AngharadHafod Dr Annie Byniaeth #FBPE 🇪🇺 #FBIW🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@AngharadHafod) reported

Warning: BT scam call doing the rounds "This is BT [not]. We've detected suspicious activity... press 1 to speak to an operator, or we will cancel your phone line, internet, etc". For me it was from 01773 206432, but likely that's variable. @bt_uk

  • hollynett Holly (@hollynett) reported

@bt_uk Still no Internet… and it’s Wednesday, the day we were told our service would be restored by “at the latest”. When is close of play for your engineers?

  • BarnabyPerks Barnaby Perks (@BarnabyPerks) reported

@bt_uk I’m already speaking to your complaints team (rising up the escalation tree). They seem powerless to do anything. Problem is Openreach unwilling to maintain the local network properly. Small village=low priority. @BTGroup @bt_uk consistently poor service but no alternative.

  • TinManVlogger TinMan 🏍💨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TinManVlogger) reported

@jamclarkey @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk So if the end user doesn’t require or want a more expensive fibre service They will be made to move as they will no longer have a phone service ? So if that’s the case would it be considered that they are being forced to a more expensive service just to have a home phone ?

  • jonesyej_80 Emma Jones (@jonesyej_80) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Clare, how long does this test on the line take? And will you guys let me know the issue?

  • _rob_p_ Robin Phillips (@_rob_p_) reported

@bt_uk It’s like a carbon copy of before. It is now back on again. Whatever it is that’s going wrong needs to be fixed / stopped from happening again. If it is just my connection that’s the problem then that needs looking at. If it is at the exchange then that needs sorting out.

  • SoupTomatoSoup TomatoSoup🇪🇺🇬🇧💉💉 (@SoupTomatoSoup) reported

@iamTongueNCheek @sarahisitme @bt_uk I guess these are the people who claim issues don't exist and its the flaw of those trying to fix them for mentioning it.
