    @bt_uk Not very good renewal deal of £53 when new customers get *3 months broadband free *£32 for the same service Just off the phone to the loyalty line and £53 was the offer.

    @bt_uk @BTCare need assistance with ongoing issue with a business line. No dialtone. Sent a fault report and it was updated to say fixed and we happy. We still have the fault. One phoneline for a company. Help!

    @bt_uk I upgraded from Halo 1 to Halo 3 - will I be sent a new smart hub as my existing one is out of warranty and occasionally drops service - the line has been tested and is fine

    @bt_uk we’ve been without internet for 2 days now. Day 2 of wasting time on the phone trying to get an answer to the 4 day timeline we’ve been advised it would take to solve a line issue. When repeatedly querying the 4 day timeline -“that’s all the info we can give you” (1).
