@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk My wife has text to say you are coming to install fibre optic on the 21st March, Now the issue is we gave not enquired or requested Internet with you? A check on our credit report shows you searched! Why we do not want it, nor do we want to move fro @virginmedia

@bt_uk Broadband issues since February. Openreach cleaned up line but problems persisted. The diagnosis by Openreach was a faulty hub. Over the past few weeks BT has ‘sent’ me 3 replacement hubs but none have ever arrived. Today a fourth has been ‘sent’. What a farce!

@bt_uk is it possible to get a free replacement router for my broadband as it drops minimum 3/4 times a day iv done the line check thing and it seems there’s no problems I can’t even watch a YouTube video without it looking pixelated it’s a joke!
