    Anyone else got @bt_uk Broadband and having constant problems with @SkyHelpTeam @skytv ? I have to reset all the SkyQ boxes daily! £80 a month for problematic TV is extortionate! Cust Serv are about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot! Cancelling my Direct Debit until it’s sorted.

    @bt_uk DO NOT DO IT HONESTLY. Iv had problems in the past with customer service inc sky and virgin but these guys are jokers worst iv experienced. Many mis sold deals and many hours wasted hanging on and not even ended up with a resolution

    @bt_uk My activation date for my fibre broadband was due 10 days ago but I still haven’t received a service. I have phoned BT several times without success. I am very unhappy at the situation. Wondering if I will ever receive the service.

    @bt_uk You say you’ve been in touch with Paige M’s manager. Waited all day, guess what...No call. Got hold of Liverpool office at 1.30, promised a call back off Pete or Joe, managers...guess what...No call back. Appalling customer service and no one at BT cares!!!

    I tell @skyuk that their automated customer services is very poor and I will be looking to leave ASAP so they polity direct message a link to cancel, I expected more spending in excess of £70 a month, what have you got @virginmedia and @btsport
