@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@VOD_Alex_ @bt_uk They live in a mobile deadzone,move rooms,you lose signal,so wifi,3/4g essential.Been having problems still 4 months later,engineer came they were running off a neighbours line,all the time,he had to go to a junction box up the road and reroute everything.

@bt_uk appalling customer service. Have had no internet since 25th Dec.Originally told would be sorted by 30th Dec, then told the 3rd Jan. Was told I would get an update on the 3rd. No update, as promised & now can see online won't be fixed till today at 6pm. What you playing at?

@bt_uk Thanks. I’ll keep an eye on that reference number. The 4G signal is ok, but can be quite patchy from time to time. Additionally it is not really sustainable over the next 4 working days due to the nature of my work and data limits.
