@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk why is it taking 8 days to reconnect phone and broadband in the IP19 area? We have no 4G signal indoors so are having to go outside to make calls. Why call it guaranteed broadband it’s ridiculous?

@bt_uk does anybody work in your call centre? Don’t even get the option to hold. And the online chat is just as bad. Painful service
