why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

@bt_uk why do you and ‘Money Expert’ have cold callers/salespeople knocking at doors at all hours? In a pandemic? To tell me my neighbour is complaining about slow broadband? This should be reported to the press - it’s harassment.

@bt_uk I have had 3 home Tech visits cancelled within the 2-hour period that the “expert” was supposed to arrive. At home s requested - yet they fail to arrive and let you know 45 minutes into the 2-hour period they suggested that they wont be arrive. Terrible, terrible service!

@bt_uk my nans landline phones are saying "please check the line cord". Do you know what this means bc she's been on hold for about 30 minutes now. Is it an issue with her phones or the power lines outside?
