    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

    @bt_UK @openreachHelp My old contract for YEARS gave me download of 64m (max was abt 75,) & 19.6m upload (max 20). It recently fell & my new contract gives me 50m down & 13m up. Why has this been deliberately cut, all my offers are for same speeds, how do I contact BT MARKETING

    @bt_uk bt website won't load, can't issue a complaint, WiFi isn't working at all and hasn't all morning, not the first issue I've had in the last month. Paying extortionate amounts for this shite

    @bt_uk if I buy a third party router, do I lose support like other ISP's? Just I pay a packet for Halo 3 and is rather not if I lose potential support.

    @bt_uk Hi. BT youview box catchup isn't working. Comes up with error code YVM105. Have tried restarting box/router, updating software but not working. WiFi and TV channels working fine. Any other cause for this?

    (4) @bt_uk disaplointed, have been a BT customer for years but will be looking for a new provider tomorrow. Will warn colleagues of the same too - the lack of on-call personnel / ability to schedule callbacks etc is ridiculous for a company like BT. Complaint ref available...
