@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk No good. Mine has been unstable since mid June! New filters, new socket, hub and cable. STILL intermittent at best and MIA at worse.

@btbusinesscare Hi BT business, how come you have lost our order details, we now only have a limited service and your hopeless helpline says you can’t do anything until 29 July? What are we supposed to do? No support available at weekends and some of us have to work at weekends

@bt_uk we are on day 4 of no internet. In Oct we had 4 weeks with no internet! I have not had one phone call, or message from you despite me calling you, messaging you. We have a “stay fast guarantee” but no mini hub even provided. Costing £100s a day for office hire. Help pls!

@bt_uk so someone changed my account and told me my monthly payments would be the same however it's now doubled and my connection is still awful. Wired I get 50mb when it's supposed to be 1000Mbps

@BTCare Why is my internet SO slow\ offline this morning, over 1300ms response to any site LAN or wifi. Engineer booked through troubleshooting but now I sit and wait until Wednesday?! Refund please!

@bt_uk Hello things have pretty much been the same, I turned the WiFi off the other day for about 20 minutes and it made no difference. I just frustrating as the one game I enjoy playing starts lagging every time I’m on it which it never used to
