@BTCare Yeah, I really appreciate talking to someone in customer care forgetting to turn the mic off before complaining why I was coming through to him with “shit like that”.

@Iwelch22 @SheridanRobins @bbcsomerset @Official_NCFC @btsport @SheridanRobins has been nice to you and we don’t have any of the London clubs with horrendous pronouncing issues

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@bt_uk problems all day with BT broadband dropping out. When will you resolve the problem?

@bt_uk So you're saying the only solution is to manually turn off one frequency *every time* I want my devices to talk to each other, and then manually turn it back on again when I'm done? Or can you offer another solution that won't make my experience of BT broadband terrible?
-
Eddy
(@Gingeronstun) reported
@bt_uk Okay. And will that be a permanent fix or will I need to contact you to do that on a regular occasion? Is that something only you can do or can I do it myself from the Hub Manager?
-
Eddy
(@Gingeronstun) reported
@bt_uk So can you offer a better solution for getting my devices to talk to each other across 2.4 and 5GHz, other than turning one off and having an overloaded single channel? I moved to you from Virgin because they were unreliable, but this is hardly hassle free.

Funny thing. The website experience for getting a @bt_uk broadband is so bad and i find impossible to find a way to contact their sales department. Looks like a @virginmedia customer acquisition scheme.
