@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk my Internet is still horrendously slow. I enquired about this yesterday and was asked to send a text. All I got back was, you're connected. Yes I know but it's painfully slow. 9mbs is a joke when I pay for between 28 and 50 odd mbs.

So @bt_uk one week has passed and still no confirmed date for landline being fixed. No mobile signal here so cut off from 80+ y.o. parents incl one recovering from Covid. Poor service, no sign of engineers @WeareOpenReach.

@NEEZU5 @bt_uk That’s the stage I’m at too, everything has been set up, twice. There’s a fault at the box, but they can’t get up the pole because there’s cars parked near it. “Cars parked to close to the pole, health and safety, mate. Plus, I’m out of time” **** off.

@bt_uk What a way to run a business. Awful experience this week with your web hosting. You've removed the main website building tool, failed to communicate this, and now unable to access your replacement. Next time notify your customers in advance of major changes. Amateurs.
