why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@BTCare Yeah, I really appreciate talking to someone in customer care forgetting to turn the mic off before complaining why I was coming through to him with “shit like that”.

@bt_uk are a joke, wrong bill sent. On the phone for an hour and then reassured it would be sorted. Didn’t bother and taken four times the bill amount. BT great when going well but if there’s a problem then look out, avoid!!!

Another @bt_uk Tweet posting just how shocking they are. I can't access a web page as their internet service is so poor. Why is it acceptable to provide internet speed less than the UK legal limit? Are you that awful? FIX THE NETWORK

@bt_uk Thanks John. A 4G minihub is not a sufficient replacement. I've gone from a working FTTC service & paying for a premium FTTP upgrade that is not working at all. Providing hybrid connect as a gesture would at least allow me to have something that resembles normal service.

@bt_uk Hybrid would mean my BT bill going up by an extra £26.99 a month for a service that doesn't offer a speed increase, what your pushing is called reliability something that should be included in any package as standard.

@bt_uk can you please tell me why I pay close to £100 a month for my internet to never work? It’s been two days now over a weekend, do you know how annoying that is? Work all week can’t even relax on the weekend! #BT

@bt_uk Have also swapped out various ethernet cables and sockets to see if that was the problem but it's not that either...
