why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

@btbusinesscare Does not work - reported our Business line was fine - turns out you have a Nationwide Business Broadband issue with sites having a Static public IP....you have failed to let customers know this is a problem and wasted so much time. Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

@btsport we have a problem on a business account and cannot resolve it because offices are closed until Monday now, not great for commercial premises that are open all weekend until late at night, will be seeking compensator loss of customers!

@bt_uk shocking service. Been without broadband for over a month whilst BT have been dealing with a problem with openreach. There seems to be a serious problem with their communication systems. No one talks to each other and certainly not the customer. Should have stayed with sky
