Itโs fairly obvious to me that the complaints section on your site is designed not to work to manipulate @bt_uk complaint statistics

Nigel Budge (@nigelbudge) reported@bt_uk Very poor customer service, BT forcing customers onto EE without putting customer service in place meaning we are still paying full contract rate for our 2 mobiles, rather than SIM only deal.
