why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

@mlb @MLBEurope I am absolutely devastated I can’t watch the postseason on MLBtv. I love baseball and it’s the only streaming service that i can afford. Its expensive but so worth it. I cannot afford to buy @btsport to watch my blue jays this postseason. It’s a disgrace

@bt_uk Hi Laura. Sorry, I ended up speaking to an agent on live chat. The issue hasn't been resolved but I've escalated it with a complaint. As you can see from responses in this thread it's a common issue and I don't think BT have worked out the fix.
