    @motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk Hey Laura, sadly that isn’t an option due to the hub having to be placed in the hallway. Hence why we received the booster to mitigate this problem.

    @bt_uk Placed an order in December - moving over from another service provider. Service engineer was due on 14th January. When he came he said as we had an existing service (albeit with another provider) he was not allowed, due to Covid restrictions install it that day

    @bt_uk every single timescale set has been failed, every promised update never arrives, every day there is zero progress meanwhile literally every single house on the rest of the development has been upgraded already - utterly farcical

    @bt_uk he assured me, as I did ask several times, that there would be no interruption of service. Today, however, both landline and internet from the previous service provider have been switched off.
