@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk A reply from a Local openreach engineer. Looks like a dslam card has gone down and will affect most people on fttc broadband from all providers. I'll get on the case at 0800 and see whats going on

@bt_uk are you phone lines down in my area, we use sky broadband but run off of your lines and our phone is down? We have had not Internet for 18 or so hours??

Trying to help sort out @virginmedia broadband tv contract for my elderly mum and dad. The contact process is unbelievably complicated and wait time up to an hour. In contrast I renewed my contract with @bt_uk this week in one easy relaxed phone call, no ‘press x for y”

@bt_uk Hi. The issues with the broadband were resolved yesterday. I also had someone appear at my door to collect the old tv box, even then I still don’t have the new one yet
