@BTCare Yeah, I really appreciate talking to someone in customer care forgetting to turn the mic off before complaining why I was coming through to him with “shit like that”.

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@bt_uk Why do BT randomly change my appointment to have Broadband installed? 11th Oct then 13th then 26th then 20th am then 20th pm then 3rd November. Serious communications problem. 5 weeks and counting at this rate will take 6 months or more. App just random. Unbelievable!

@MichCrad @bt_uk I’ve just been told they have set tomorrow as date to fix it, but it’s a complex fibre issue and “may take longer” 🥲 that said my wifi box has just come back online, so maybe they’ve managed to fix it now? Has yours come back on if you don’t mind me asking?

@bt_uk Since this has started initially I was told it would be fixed at 23:30, then it was fixed, then no indication and up to 48 hours. That’s not just poor. That’s shambolic.
