why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

@bt_uk You sent a new router to my parents in their 70s who can’t fit it, they have a terrible connection in their home, the engineer didn’t turn up to an appt then they found out he wouldn’t be going at all! When will your policy change, pls, so grandkids can chat properly?

@SebStJohn1 @bt_uk I know that Open Reach are doing various update works in the TW area, ie more than one van at locations. Has there been any road disrepair issue related to the freezing in ur area? Does changing the signal channel on your bt online dashboard improve things? fibre cable?

@bt_uk please help we are trying to get a phone line for our church office. This has been cancelled by BT three times due to us not having a door number. If Royal Mail can send us letters why can’t you connect a phone line?

@bt_uk our internet has gone down for the millionth time this month! We were sent a mini hub to help us when our main hub kept doing this. It got deactivated but we were advised if our hub goes down again that they can reactivate the mini hub. Can you assist please. Thanks.
