@LittleOlivia7 @btsport @raphaelvarane I guess we could have done, however, may have caused issues. It wasn’t planned, and we were all playing it by ear. Rio felt more comfortable just congratulating him and i think it made great TV. 👍🏻

@bt_uk Hi Clare, yes I rang BT 5 months ago explaining I wanted to leave and to remove a cease order from the line that was preventing me from leaving. they did not help unfortunately and I have been charged since then despite not using the line.

@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

@bt_uk No - i cannot make an sort of contact person to person The online support tool is switched off It is a shambles and the left and right hands in BT are not in touch Ensuring that the equipment is in place before switching off the old is basic stuff

@bt_uk @Marina__Coyle Living out in the country, I have a reasonable data allowance on my phone, and hotspot the computer etc. Uses less data than you'd think. The problem is that almost every provider is running over openreach, so repairs likely wouldn't have been fixed quicker anyway, Marina.

@bt_uk BT promised they would add no cancellation charge to my account as they had been completely unable to give me functioning internet!! Despite four home visits by the technicians! Finally managed to cancel and I have been hit with a £200 cancellation charge?!? Terrible by BT!!!
