@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk I sent a DM and no one has replied. There is a major issue with FTTP in the Billericay 01277 area. This is confirmed on the 0800 1690119 number. Many people in the area have reported via social media. When it will be fixed please, it’s been more than 24 hours without broadband

It seems customer are being fooled as @bt_uk at least pick customer calls. Customer are least of concern for @virginmedia how pathetic a company can go? They have all excuses for not helping customers. @LutzSchueler this is frustrating.. hope u r not facing this issue
