@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

Horrendous customer service from BT! Monday on hold for 1hr 42 mins - it cut off as they shut at 8pm! Yesterday on hold for 50+ minutes - gave up and still on hold today after 25 minutes. @BTCare can you help?

@bt_uk Spoken to manager the other day; this was escalated to another team and still nothing. No communication and phone nor reinstated. Dont go to BT; customer service is unsatisfactory. Looks like i will be going to the ombudsman

Had a few calls from 02083378335, saying she was from @bt_uk claiming the Internet was not working properly. A very rude and dismissive person said she would disconnect me. Not even with BT.

Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

@bt_uk over 20 minutes hold for answer , advise engineer will call me. Put phone down, no call. Daren’t get on with my work by making a call! You need more staff if you cannot operate as is.
