    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    Been trying to have @bt_uk installed since the middle of December. Between them and @WeAreOpenreach and a multitude of errors their end, thinking the Salisbury Fibre Project is complete have a date for the 18 May. Far too long and not good enough...

    Hi @bt_uk thanks for informing me of your new covid restrictions hours before my installation that meant I had to cancel the order. Unfortunately I just didn't find having the engineer install the modem on the living room floor would agree with my two asd kids. Ta.

    Ey up @BTCare, if I sign up to a 24 month contract then in a year I decide to move home and the now area doesn't support Full Fibre Broadband, what happens then? *thanks in advance

    @bt_uk Help! Can't log in to mails - just keep getting a red box telling me "something went wrong"! Password and email 100% correct and have tried on both personal laptop and work desktop but get same error message!
