    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @bt_uk Dear BT , I'm ur customer for last 12 months. Due to my son medical emergency moving to India. when I check to disconnect my service, team saying to pay the penalty of £250+ for breaking the contract. I'm happy with BT service but due to uncertainty I'm moving to Ind #BT

    Very poor show @bt_uk - first you keep ad ons even though I phoned to have them removed. Then you say "we have a special tv offer for you" but of course I cant place the order - "sorry we don't have any personalised offers for you.." When did BT become such a mess??!!

    @Deeniebean89 @bt_uk @sky Yep, most people ardently get great deals when they quit, I failed in that. That’s really bad! I bet they made a lot of money in interest off that too. Are you going to get compensation?

    @virginmedia And just to be clear when I was with @bt_uk broadband I was using the exact same set up. So my service has deteriorated coming to virgin

    @btsport is becoming a joke!, Asked me to sign in to account & now locked me out for 20mins with correct user name & password🤦seems I'm missing the rugby tonight & don't know why I pay my subs anymore tbh!.

    @bt_uk Temporarily locking an account for 20 minutes after 2 or 3 failed sign in attempts is rather annoying. Especially as there is no option to remove the temporary lock via text or online if you're already signed in on another device.

    @Deeniebean89 @bt_uk I had that from @Sky but they tripled it. They wouldn’t go back down in price so instead I have left them altogether. There is no way they should be allowed to up charges like that.

    @bt_uk is there a way to complain about a poor service in getting a pensioner phone fixed. Over a week to get an exchange fault fixed with absolutely no updates. Impossible to get through to faults. Disgusting service
