@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@ERantzen @BTCare listening to your Radio 4 interview today on internet phones. I have a customer who was transferred last week which caused her stress & £80 for an extra electric point for the WiFi connector to attach her static phone to the router which is upstairs.

@bt_uk ...impossoble to fix it remotely and the red light showing would always need an engineer. This is the second time BT have failed to deliver on a contract with me. The first one cost your company hundreds of pounds. I'm not sure why I would remain a BT customer now

@bt_uk You are in breach of contract by not fulfilling the service of our agreement. Just cancel and I will gladly go to SKY, who can provide the service I need. They are also more professional than BT, who are at best, pathetic. DO NOT USE @BT_uk they lie !!
