@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk Avoid BT's Fibre Optic Smart Hub2. Since June 2020 NO broadband.Been using my own data. Received BT Mini Hub in Oct (BT didnt even offer this in June) Every wk they disconnect it 4 non payment, even though they promised us all payments are paused until issue resolved.

@bt_uk My nextdoor neighbours are in some distress. Their phone line has been down for a few days. This has been reported. They are an elderly vulnerable couple with reduced mobility and a number of health issues. They have no mobile phone.

@creativesheepuk @btsport My credentials are the same for both. But if you're a BT customer with another BT product you'll still be able to login on the web, but maybe not in the sport app if you dn't have Sport enabled. If sport is provisioned you'll use same credentials

@bt_uk To get any refunds for poor wifi you have to suffer at least 2hrs on phone, wait for engineer to turn up after 2 weeks and 4 weeks later if still poor wifi you might get paid. BT will argue you are using too many devices hence poor wifi. Take their ad with pinch of salt

@bt_uk Today is the day I finally get an engineer out to fix my internet. Let’s hope they fix it and don’t say I need a new hub then tell me I will need to wait another 5 days for them to send me it out

@CornwallTory @bt_uk Peter, they left out the best recommended tip for increasing the service levels:- tell them you are switching elsewhere, & ask what can they do to help........
