@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk No.. I cant afford a mobile phone. I am housebound disabled and on benefit, Why would I have 2 telephonesThats crazy, besides my daughter said it is a blackspot for cellphones.. she has to walk down the road to use hers when she visits

@bt_uk Every evening BT wifi drops for a few minutes. By the time it's reported, it's back on. This is CRAP service. How do we get to actually speak to someone???

@bt_uk Yes, also the route of the problem is probably an email address associated with the older account, as it is still active, although I have long since forgotten what it is or any credential information, so its a repeating £0 bill action, which generates the email.

@bt_uk How will clearing the cache on the laptop help my iPhone though? BT appear to be blocking the access. To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.

@bt_uk Been trying to get our fibre connected since November. Now having to wait until March. You have just lost a customer who has stayed loyal to you for a number of years. Now to start researching who we can move to.

I am disappointed that @BT_UK have refused to rectify damage on a vandalised telephone box in Longsight at the corner of Slade Lane and Stockport Road, because it is 'too expensive'. Why should my constituents have to put up with BT's failure to maintain telephone boxes?

@bt_uk Reset password and logged in. I'm a bit a bit confused how this has happened as my user name and password are stored and / or use biometrics, facial recognition. I'd be grateful if you could investigate this please as its a little disconcerting. Thanks for the help.

@bt_uk No its not a business account. I just run a part time casual business via eBay. It’s not my main job. Plus transferring me would just be passing the issue on to someone else. However please feel free to ask colleagues for suggestions on how to fix this situation.
