@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@jackAJmorgan @btsport My understanding is games not on a channel cant be cast...so live streams only. Only solution is to watch on laptop and cast chrome tab...but if you full screen it, it won't work...

@andyurwin84 @bt_uk It’s ridiculous! I’m with EE now, I know they’re all the same etc but I’m sure I got mine installed within 2 weeks of moving in, with a whole line needing installed & it’s never had an issue either!

@bt_uk Much as I love sitting in 40min+ queues for support on ridiculously slow fttp speeds, only to be disconnected by your support staff TWICE IN A ROW, this is getting very old.
