    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ Hi Trevor, there are hundreds, maybe thousands that are having issues. Rebecca texting fix isn't going to solve the problem is it? Why not investigate before responding with your cookie cutter response?

    @bt_uk It's a DNS issue, about 50 people have tweeted that. If we can figure it out why can't you? (Sorry to be rude but when something isn't working and you straight up say there's no issues people will be angry)

    @bt_uk Yes alot people with bt Internet are having issues as I've spoken to many with the same issues on twitter. . My WiFi connection working fine but but the line connection is not working. Coming up with NAT failure.

    @bt_uk looks like there is an issue with BT broadband and zoom. Works fine if I disconnect from Wi-Fi

    @bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ @bt_uk Trevor are you insane. Nothing on my BT fibre is working. All ring cameras are offline but the router is Blue. I can’t even open your help info without flicking onto 4G - sort it out

    @bt_uk Been working 8am till 8pm last 10 days aswell and today was 1st day I didn’t have to go into work until 3pm and I spend nearly an 2 hours trying reconnect and speak to customer services #typical
