    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @bt_uk I can’t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    @bt_uk over the last 5 days having "Sorry, we can't get your account details at the moment" from both app & web. DM you and am auto directed to using the app, that I can’t log into because of the issue mentioned 😡

    @bt_uk I have but I am still trying to find out what the actual incident is and why it was down 5 hours yesterday and over 5 hours today

    @bt_uk broadband is running slow I’m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they can’t help me as hub looks normal yet I’m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they won’t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?

    @bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).

    @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?
