    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @bt_uk I've called that number over 20 times, no chance I'm going to be put on hold listening to mindless muzak again. I need my service fixed so as I can move to another ISP. If it is not resolved within another 4 days, I will be going to a solicitor. I've had enough of your lies.

    @bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

    @bt_uk @KerZE87 No one is following up our complaints 2 put of 12 recorded. Something is seriously wrong when technical support is trying to sell to you smells of desperation.

    Hello @bt_uk and @skyuk your service really sucks. Why is it taking 30 mins to download ‘Prisoner’ when I have Halo 3 that I am paying loads of money for each month? You are pathetic 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
