Paul Williamson (@squarefrog) reported@bt_uk I signed up with that last summer when they were running the fibre lines. Currently just says VDSL available. Just curious why 3 streets are left out of the rollout and it’s impossible to get any further details with Openreach as an end customer.

Gary (@XXL_Cyclist) reported@BTCare When I lodge a complaint about an issue I raised Sept last year I would hope for a faster response given how much I am paying every month! Wifi dont work. Super Slow 900 dont work either even at your own engineers advice but still I pay for it! Not happy.

I had a similar problem, cancelled contract with BT and this company immediately pop up in our payments without having any contact with them. We'll report them as a fraud. We should all join and go against them, all of them
