@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk interesting that the broadband here has been up and down all day Sent a text and it’s back although not at advertised speed Surely there can’t be a connection to this and the fact the firmware was updated yesterday Still waiting for the phone call the bot said was coming

@virginmedia y the hell is the on demand not working, paid £25 and can't see anything, @btsport you need to show this on your normal channels for those who have it and on Virgin Showcase for those who don't, we've paid our money we deserve to see it
