@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

I have been trying to get broadband installed in my caravan on Anglesey by @bt_uk for 10 months. Wednesday night I drove 100miles there for an engineer appointment Thursday am. The engineer did not turn up! I am furious. @bt_uk appalling service @MoneyTelegraph
