We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Pam Medlock (@PamMedlock) reported@bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫

I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service I’ve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?

Put details in, get texted a code, put code in, go to look at acc & get taken back to password page… round & round 🔁 🙄 If you want people to pay their bills it’s quite useful to let them see their acc 🤨

john conner (@johnconner05) reported@bt_uk I do call - every Monday, get told order failed they will re-issue told to wait 3-5 days . I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
