    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @bt_uk please help you guys suppose to fit our fibre today but due to your lack of planning we are now cut off from the internet due to you cancelling our current provider we now have no internet and the best your team can tell me is 12 weeks to get the fibre or 5 days for copper

    My timeline currently has people experiencing appalling 'customer service' from @bt_uk and @SP_EnergyPeople. I expect many other corporates are equally bad. There's a reason for this: corporations are not rewarded for being nice people to deal with.

    @bt_uk BT Internet down again. Utterly unreliable, such a waste of life reporting errors to you. Nice staff, but useless service. Shambolic, infuriating, disappointing, maddening. Richmond TW10

    @bt_uk is now charging me for their mistakes. They misspelt my name, misspelt my email, they say they sent two letters about my bills but who knows as I never received them, and I did pay my bills. I don't have £250, but even if I did I shouldn't have to pay for their cockup.
