@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@prof_j_mitchell @bt_uk An Engineer came last Friday afternoon to connect my dad's broadband, he went to the cabin on the street to check the cable, never appeared again, then we got a message saying there is a fault and they will come back 2nd Feb (yes last month!) :D still no news

@btsportfootball The word 'deliberate' always used to be quoted and often ignored...in this instance though its not deliberate it charges down a clearance and creates a goalscoring chance..so i'd still give it as a free-kick #FULTOT #btsport

@bt_uk I’ve been a customer for 3 months now. I have had absolutely no issues for over 2 months now after a few wobbles initially. I’m obviously very pleased - and wanted to thank the Twitter team (especially SharonK) who were really helpful when I did have activation issues.
