@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@bt_uk switched to another supplier after a year of v. poor bb signal. BT reply: we will charge £231 for your unspent contract (expires March 11th) you will lose your unlimited calls (dont have any) called but no abswer. clumsy scare tactics?

@btsportrugby Yet *YOU* were willing to forego this roar/passion w/YOUR wish to retain relegation? You were happy to punish all these fans,(or another club’s) many whom have continued to support club £ despite not seeing a game live!Glad RFU saw sense; scrapped it or we’d be cancelling BTSport

@bt_uk Yea I get that what I was wondering though was if there was any range extenders that BT would recommend that would allow me to get Wi-fi in the garage. My garage is right next to the room that has my router in it and I do get signal at one side of the garage just not the other.
