@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk Internet has been down all morning and haven't been able to contact an advisor due to your celebration of them. You recommend using the app but I can't do that as I have no WiFi and my house gets poor signal.. Appalling service really

@bt_uk I’ve tried to raise the issue with Openreach but their complaints procedure hardly covers this issue I’m trying to resolve. Llanishen Exchange in Cardiff needs to have the front of the site tidied up, grass cutback and made to look reasonable. It’s disgraceful and needs sorting!

@bt_uk Nope only apple products. It's a known issue with BT WiFi as there is lots of discussion on it on the Internet. I've raised it before but all I've been told is to split the WiFi or something which means nothing to me

@bt_uk Hi, your wifi is not working in most of my house (I pay for 'every room') and your phone number doesn't seem to be working either when I call. Am WFH so really need support please.
