@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@bt_uk Hi, not long after this message the service status now says that there are no issues in your area. However we still have no internet, done the usual power off, reboot router etc with no luck. Any updates for the LA16 area, thank you.

@NeilParkLIVE @bt_uk Yeah, incredibly annoying. I've just had my 2nd text message telling me that it's fixed when it clearly isn't. Wouldn't mind as much if I was paying for the cheapest Internet from a cowboy outfit, but @bt_uk charge top dollar for cowboy customer service!

@bt_uk And I have explained repeatedly that I was given information yesterday that it would be fixed by 23.45 and I only gave my postcode. So please address the issue and stop repeating the same mantra.

@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk stopped using BT email years ago - deluged by spam, couldn't use it abroad, emails would get lost and disappear, unreliable and awful service. The problem I have now is people still email me at old address so still lose bits of work because of BT.

@GerardThornley @bt_uk I had a similar experience during the pandemic. 4-5 days with no connection, spending a fortune on mobile data Home broadband is now critical national infrastructure and should have appropriate service levels and penalties.

After an very frustrating time with @bt_uk trying to get 2 churches' broadband reconnected after they made a mistake, talking to 20 different members of staff who only made things worse, the wonderful Aimie solved the problem efficiently and professionally. Credit where it's due!

@bt_uk I’m trying to use your website to sign up for your broadband as a new customer however whenever I’m adding my postcode to “see your deals” the page keeps refreshing and won’t load?
