  • digitaldaz Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

  • digitaldaz Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

  • digitaldaz Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk Hi I have a problem with the transfer of my number from TT to BT after installation of FTTP

  • willsagnew William Agnew (@willsagnew) reported

@virginmedia So I take it by your total silence and disregard for customer service that you no longer wish to support a paying customer? When it comes time for my DD to leave I’m thinking I might just cancel it and ignore you! Wonder if @SkyUK or @bt_uk fancy a new customer?

  • ShaunieMcMaster Shaunie McMaster (@ShaunieMcMaster) reported

Is anyone else having issue with @bt_uk internet, the past week has been awful and I’m expected to do home learning but keep getting kicked out of zoom due to internet connection??

  • theNaMoShow Nadia Mostafa (@theNaMoShow) reported

@bt_uk Yes I will raise a complaint, and I will also seek advice on the accountability you as a company have on this. Is a mere “sorry you are dissatisfied” is good enough? When people are dying from this virus?? Your staff should be wearing #ppe!

  • theNaMoShow Nadia Mostafa (@theNaMoShow) reported

@bt_uk @bt_uk this isn’t about customer service. This is about lives of your customers being put seriously at risk of contracting #covid simply because your engineers don’t wear #ppe when entering homes. Do you understand how serious this pandemic is? I will be contacting @BBCWatchdog

  • ElBuffalow Alfie (@ElBuffalow) reported

@bt_uk So you want me to pay an extra £15 per month to get a decent wi-fi signal upstairs?

  • resonatmortis resonatmortis (@resonatmortis) reported

@bt_uk It’s not affecting the service but the cable is hanging across 3 properties and the box in the centre is getting closer to my neighbours car window every day!

  • chewystuey stuart (@chewystuey) reported

@joetracey7 @PippaCrerar @bt_uk There are several providers who run their own circuits, often now fibre, but also copper into customer premises. You also need to clearly differentiate BT Openreach from BT consumer (who made the offer to DfE). They are NOT the same company, have extensive regulation between

  • OldTup DrewWalker (@OldTup) reported

@btsport as a bt broadband&landline customer what options do I have to view my efl team FA Cup game on BT tomorrow other than full btsports subscription I don't want? I've searched for game&matchday passes but not found anything?

  • memike72 Jim (@memike72) reported

@bt_uk I’m using the checker on the ‘now’ tv box when the internet slows down and the picture begins to pixelate. Afterwards I did it again and it was up to 7mbps. It’s intermittent drop of signal, very frustration g.
