    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    Day 85 of waiting for @bt_uk broadband installation. Promised by TWO @bt_uk customer service reps this morning that today was the day for the work to be done. Cancelled work engagements to be at home… did they turn up? NO of course they didn’t. Absolute shambles #BT

    @bt_uk Jordan It’s day 13 & I am still without @bt_uk fibre #BTbroadband I was told this was a massive service outage affecting thousands. Inexplicably BT sent two copper engineers for a telephone I don’t use & not connected to the fibre broadband. Don’t know what else I can do??

    @bt_uk Hi Janet, an engineer is coming tomorrow (possible) but regarding my complaint about my treatment, not a word. Just avoidance and insults from the team.

    @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp. No Fibre now for nearly 2 weeks. What going on? No one seems to know what’s going on yet me as the customer is suffering not being able work. Can someone take a look please. It’s getting stupid

    @bt_uk Check your DM pls! Things have been fairly ok till now but this issue & your estimated fix time are beyond acceptable! I’m never afraid to leave a company and at this rate, you’ll be next because I don’t okay about getting what I pay for and this is NOT IT!

    @bt_uk Yes still need assistance it’s been over 1 week now and BT still can’t send an engineer. What are you going to do? Can you tell me what you require to fix this by the weekend!
