@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@bt_uk is by far the worst organisation for Customer Service who's only redeeming quality is the strength of their broadband product. Trying to renew my broadband for weeks just to be metby constant lies by staff only after a tick on their sales sheet. Is compliance even a thing?

@bt_uk just want to share a positive note. Internet been dropping out since Friday. Major incident in our area. Called BT and got through within 5minutes. Got a mini hub on it way today and received great customer services by Rob. Well done BT in these challenging times.
