@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

Taking to Twitter as a last resort on behalf of my mum. She been trying to sort an issue with @bt_uk for weeks. It is causing her great distress and calls are not returned when they say they will. The service is appalling and it is making her ill. Please sort it out BT

Thanks @bt_uk for nothing. Full fibre broadband outage causing me to miss the Merseyside derby. Can’t even watch through the BT sport app as the 3G connection keeps cutting out! 😡🤬🤬
