@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk BT … Lazy response…always take it to DM as your responses are lazy & unhelpful… Broadband service not fit for purpose… Guaranteeing speeds only using Ethernet cable and asking to test with only 1 device connected.. it’s 2022

@bt_uk Hi Lizzie - well yes - sort of! Would you believe I had 3 texts telling me that X was coming - 2 of them after the issue was fixed! The left hand appears not to know what the right is doing. I then had to spend £200 getting a local aerial co to help me because "by won't touch it"

@bt_uk No service issues for BT. UNLESS YOU CHECK A NON-BT PHONE FORUM ELAINE! Elaine, it is not your fault, but I do not think it is acceptable that these people are still without a service they are paying for. Two of them are vulnerable as well. The engineer I spoke to had 18 jobs!!!

@bt_uk Hi Sharonk - have an engineer booked for Monday pm and mini router on the way in case the connection drops completely so hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly.

@bt_uk @BTCare set up Smart Hub 2 and trying to run speed test so apart from new digital phone not working there seems to be a gltch with the Smart Hub 2 - so please send me a replacement My page has started showing me nothing but ads and notifications.

@IanTaylorAlmond @bt_uk @haven Oh my gosh yes! We found drugs tucked down the back of our sofa and Haven’s front office staff were nothing but rude and dismissive! We’ve still not heard back from various emails and phonecalls regarding this. Good luck to you in having your matter taken seriously.
