@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk @bbcbitesize Hi my BT internet has had a fsult for 11 weeks. 2 kids to homeschool. Limited and poor communication from u where i am constantly chasing YOU and Openreach to resolve. Please look at your DMs. 11 weeks! Would never reccommend BT and cant wait to leave and go back to Sky.

@btbusinesscare Why aren’t you dealing with our issue after 6 days without business broadband? Disgraceful service as our business is at a standstill with no replies or urgency!

@weeyin13 @bt_uk We have had the same problem up our lane (5 properties) ... BT claim it is the lines that are old and need replaced (but they don't do it!) ... they have also said they would send out a new router to me (twice) and once to a neighbour ... we have never received them @bt_uk

@bt_uk Well yesterday's issue seemed to be fixed. But hub crashed about 9.15 this morning and has only just started working. There is a catalogue of faults on my line. I need internet access to work from home. Please get this fixed.
