@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@PaddyWV I basically said the same to @bt_uk and they said they'd offer everyone the purchase of a power pack that lasted 1 hour max, and that nearly everyone had mobile phones they could charge. erhrhrh the red warning from @metoffice said mobile signal may be affected by the storm.

@bt_uk been having trouble with my BT TV Pro box since the software update, it keeps going blank on me and requiring a restart to get it back working, is there a fix coming or can I have a new box.

@bt_uk I just send you the message of my address and postcode area surely It can be fix by tonight or tomorrow I desperately in need of wi fi this weekend or even better by tonight. Was told its not my modem that I'd having issues its BT that is having problems with it wi fi.

@bt_uk I did, not very impressed at all. Engineer was supposed to come today and never showed up. Booked for tomorrow but no doubt weather will cause havoc.
