    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    Waited in for Openreach engineer to sort out our dodgy broadband only to find out they had cancelled the appointment because the fault was fixed. Really @bt_uk nothing has changed. You could have at least contacted me about the cancellation. Very poor customer service.

    @bt_uk i have no words. the absolute worse customer service. we still have no internet after over a week, and you have still DONE NOTHING. Nothing at all. No support or anything and even charged us for YOU CANCELLING OUR ACCOUNT. FIX THIS NOW.

    @bt_uk GB18891250 fibre, TV, phone were meant to be activated today in new house after house move. It's not been done. Almost two weeks without internet now. Can you help?

    @bt_uk your mobile service support is non existent. No service since 26th and update will be 06/01 RIing to complain. Promised a call from a manager - Wayne at 20.18 and still no response.

    Having had a quick read of the @OpenreachHelp tweets and reply it's obvious it's not just me or just a @bt_uk thing either as it appears customers of other ISPs are having a crap time.

    @bt_uk Tier 3 with no phone or internet was bad now tier 4 and still no connection -2 weeks and counting
