    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @bt_uk I never asked for it, but no matter. We've reached the situation where in the effort to protect against fraud, it's become exceptionally difficult for a legitimate customer to get stuff done. Doesn't help that you take 45 min to answer the phone.

    @bt_uk Hi Jordan, to be honest, the steps didn’t really make a difference. The internet is still pretty slow when trying to use more than one device connected to the WiFi

    I'm trying to help someone who uses @123reg email, their outgoing server is set to 123-REG, but their emails are still marked as spam, apparently because their @bt_uk IP address is blacklisted. Anyone got any ideas for resolving this?

    @bt_uk @ScouseTims I’ve reported it on behalf of 7 neighbours this morning. The problem with your response being that they don’t have any internet access!

    @virginmedia your customer service agent today actually advised me to stay with @bt_uk and not to move to Virgin. He refused to take my complaint and hung up on me. I am going to leave reviews everywhere. I'd like a call back today please.

    when I signed up for my new BT fibre contract I was assured I would never pay more than a new customer. BT are now offering 3 months free broadband to new customers. I have asked for 3 months free and BT have refused. Shame on you @bt_uk why can't you honour your agreement

    @bt_uk Wirelessly. As it’s a new hub and I have a disc, I would have thought it could handle having a few devices connected to it. I’ve done all the steps repeatedly but it doesn’t resolve it. I keep being told I’m getting the speed I should but keep having issues.
