    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @bt_uk Hey Alannah, The time has passed numerous times though. I have no idea what the issue is and how massive the outage is? Its seriously affecting my ability to work so i need some further information/updates.

    @bt_uk Hi thank for checking. Still no hub and looks like it won’t arrive until tomorrow. Have been unable to do anything productive for work today. Not really the service I was expecting for a simple upgrade to Full Fibre.
