@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk £27.99 a month for broadband £20 compensation paid if it doesn't work for 30 days how exactly is that a good deal for the consumer it means you're £7,99 a month worse off

Well that was poor, disappointing, depressing watching this England team at the peak of its powers being skittled like that, the only thing that would make this series worth watching is being a couch guest on bt sport for one of the remaining tests @btsport #AUSvENG #Ashes
