@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Winners of the Richard Branson Awards for Shite Customer Services are @bt_uk and @EE Phone ends contract,#BT say I now have to be with #EE. BT fail to send PAC. Chased it up next day. EE tell me it will take 6 (SIX) DAYS & would I mind being on a temp no. til then? WHAT A JOKE

@bt_uk Most modern mobiles have far too many features - older people just aren't interested - and onscreen keyboards are too fiddly for people with poor eyesight and/or diminished manual dexterity to use confidently.

@bt_uk never know such a poor service. phone wait times constantly 30 mins to 1hr to speak to customer servoce. no landline for 6 days and still not fixed. hours on the phone.
