@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk well Bt, Can someone tell me if it’s normal for a company as large as yours to have messed up so much that you have left a business without a telephone line for 5 months and internet service for 1 month ?. I would really like to know the answer to this.

@bt_uk Thanks Mark, this website does not address where BT contracted engineers damage property. My parents are elderly and cannot face the stress of dealing with multiple people call centres. Can you provide a direct line so we can get this resolved
