    @bt_uk after taking out another 24 month broadband contract, I ask for an engineer to come out because of a few issues with ping etc previously but I get told I can’t get an engineer because I’m not using the smart hub and want to charge me £40 because of this…ridiculous

    @bt_uk totally incompetent. For no reason our account was cancelled today because they couldn't fix a fault. Don't believe their claims they can provide the best broadband service. They cannot provide a basic service. After 40 years with them I looking for a new provider.

    @bt_uk Imagine offering new customers broadband £10 cheaper per month than an existing customer, then while doing so charging an extra £7 a month just because they can and telling the customer its because their contract says they can and they cant do anything about it. Yikes.

    @bt_uk Hi Sharon, have sent DM as well but unfortunately the engineer couldn’t fix the problem. Open reach OP coming out Wednesday 12 April. I’ve had no internet for 2 days already and got to wait another week to hopefully get this sorted. Am I going to compensated for this at all?

    @bt_uk as I suspected I've been placed on another 5 day wait list😡 Attended to by cold, uncaring service and marketing reps who didn't show an ounce of empathy. Sad indeed
