Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MrJDashwood The Dashwood Studios (@MrJDashwood) reported

@bt_uk @BTGroup can you explain why you offer compensation before an issue is fixed. 10 traumatic months dealing with you, which still hasn’t been resolved, My fibre was live for a week, it’s now off again and I’m opening post about the pathetic offers I’ve declined.

  • gobuddygo Frank Barratt (@gobuddygo) reported

@bt_uk Shame your customer care team don't return calls when promised, seem incapable to arrange Openreach to do a survey for me, 4 month's and counting to sort out my Fibre order.

  • UncleBranston JBranston (@UncleBranston) reported

Just had @bt_uk tell me that if I cancel my BT Halo package, due to not receiving full internet signals (Using boosters we bought) & go to BT Basic package, we will go to COPPER wired internet. We are disabled @ScotGov wont help us, but help Basic Customers.

  • HelenWeedon Helen Weedon (@HelenWeedon) reported

@bt_uk no they were promised a call back within 20 minutes, over 5 hours ago. I'm now on hold but no-one is answering. I am really concerned that they are in the middle of nowhere with no connection. If my Dad falls again and can't get help, it will be BT's fault

  • elderpegasus Neil Young (@elderpegasus) reported

Explanation of types of home broadband in UK really is woeful. Openreach information is patchy, presumably as they don't sell to public, but @bt_uk and other ISPs then say less, and just using vague branding of "fibre". Finally think I've pinned down what gfast is, but ->

  • adam_cannon Adam Cannon (@adam_cannon) reported from Barnet, England

had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

  • TattwoU Col.Sha (@TattwoU) reported

  • Bensedits Ben Holmes (@Bensedits) reported

@louismyles @btsport I will burn that castle down if you don’t win. Metaphorically.

  • LRSaunders23 Laura Saunders (@LRSaunders23) reported
