    @bt_uk He found no issues and second line support suggested a new router, same as the other people who got an engineer on the estate today, what’s the likelihood that 5/6 routers all failed at the same time on the same estate using full fibre?

    @bt_uk is there a limit to the number of calls I can blacklist? I’m up to 100 and I can’t add any more. I get many junk calls a day despite being registered with the telephone preference service. Just blocking 100 of these numbers is not enough

    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    @bt_uk You mean to spend ANOTHER 40min in a queue to be told we’d be called in a few days to be then told AGAIN we’d be called in a few days with an appointment that AGAIN isn’t attended by any engineer... we have been in this loop for weeks. I’ll next send an invoice for our time #help
