  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

@btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

  • French_Polisher French Polishing 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇮🇪🇦🇺🇪🇺 (@French_Polisher) reported from Llanwnog, Wales

    @DonaldPond6 @bt_uk @EE Take a look at GiffGaff, works on O2 network.

  • DonaldPond6 Donald Pond (@DonaldPond6) reported

So, @bt_uk contact me to say my mobile service is stopping and I need to transfer to @EE. All good, only I now discover that EE charges for roaming in Europe if you weren’t a customer before 2021. As BT own EE, that’s just rotten. Have to look elsewhere now.

  • TotemFlow Totem Flow (@TotemFlow) reported

@btbusinesscare Not really when my broadband is up and down like a blue a***ed fly.

  • mbpix_8 Morag Braithwaite 🇺🇦 (@mbpix_8) reported

@connelhooley @TheAthletic @Plusnet If there’s a fundamental change to what you signed up to at the beginning of your Plusnet contract I would’ve thought that would leave you room to either cancel or renegotiate your contract?! Hope it works out. They’re taking sports fans for a ride #BTSport

  • HearneCM CatherineHearne (@HearneCM) reported

Problems with @bt_uk email...is it just me or elsewhere?

  • funflannel Uffdaddy (@funflannel) reported

@bt_uk I was told you couldn't comment on other people as their details weren't known. I offered the details and was told their accounts couldn't be viewed because of data protection. So really it is discretionary and discriminatory as to who you help on lesser packages.

  • PaulOehme5 Paul Oehme (@PaulOehme5) reported

@bt_uk Was able to connect even when I got the first txt saying that there was a problem with broadband in my area that why I was confused as I have a TV service that requires Internet and it is has a ethernet cable and my mobile was connected to WiFi all the time.

  • KIERAN86X Kieran (@KIERAN86X) reported

@bt_uk my internet is down & when i try to login to my account it's saying I'm not a customer and doesn't recognise my email 🤷🏻

  • Ry_R0se Ry Ry #coyg (@Ry_R0se) reported

@bt_uk my bt app is not working either

  • iancharris Ian (@iancharris) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Think yourself lucky. @bt_uk sent me a lovely letter where the envelope said "Important news regarding the improvement to our service". The only improvements to my phone, broadband and tv deal with them was them charging me £ 13.53 extra a month.
