@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk absolutely disgraceful customer service. My mum and dad has been let down twice by your team with regards to fitting their Wi-Fi! No communication whatsoever and now you have said you don’t know when you’ll be able to fit? Both have had to lose a days work!!

@bt_uk exactly how long is acceptable to repair a faulty broadband? Is it usual to make appointments to repair and simply not turn up or cancel them but forget to inform the customer?! Is it only businesses you’re interested in these days? 3 appts you’ve failed to turn up for.

@bt_uk your customer service is amongst the worst I have ever experienced. Complete lack of ownership over the last 2 weeks for my issues and I am still without internet. You have “so called” Managers who refuse to speak to customers or call back!

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk A few years back btinternet in its wisdom deleted all my emails even though I was paying for the service. Many were important. Their customer service is absolute pants. They couldn’t have cared any less.

@bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

@bt_uk yet again you have proved what an absolute mess you make of things. Broadband ordered 25th Sept 2022 many missed appointments by YOU. You installed unwanted phone line, still NO broadband. YOU cancel bband order and take £114 out of bank account. #whatAJoke
