    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @DonkstaTV @zeninternet @bt_uk You're never gonna chunk that 73 upload with streaming, twitch doesn't support bitrate high enough for it to be worth getting 110 mate Plus like I said in dms 500 down does 20gb game installs in under 10 minutes 👀 Save some pennies

    @bt_uk All I want is land-line and WiFi. Thats a month! As I've said on numerous occasions, I suffer from severe disabilities. After all this time 4 or 5 no shows. Someone came out today. Still not working! Should be ashamed, disgusting way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk @MattBigwood Same thing happened to me and I did cancel my contract in the end because I became so frustrated and three months on they are still charging me despite confirming my account is closed on numerous conversations with the customer service team!

    @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service. Nobody listens, customers get told one thing by an advisor and something different by another. A situation is repeatedly explained to you. Promises are made by your staff which never happen. Never had to deal with such incompetency.

    4 months since ordering broadband from @bt_uk and still not online. Today our @OpenreachHelp installation appointment just got cancelled without notice or reason. This service is an absolute ******* JOKE
