@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

Its convenient how they never have the right angle at the moment of the incident with the 20 cameras they have in the stadium @btsport they do it everyweek. They'll show you the most flattering angle during the incident and then flash back to what actually happened after #RBLMUN

@KatBrown086 @bt_uk I am a new potential customer. I have tried to phone BT 4 times today about a query with my order, but waited for an hour each time before giving up. All I got was the repeated ringtone and the frequent message "We are very busy..." Why does BT not answer the phone?

We are out of the Champions league thanks to Ole poor management and tactically inability, at this point am not ok for him being our manager. He’s just so so terrible and makes a lot of mistakes and bad decisions weeks-in, week-out @markgoldbridge @LiamPaulCanning @btsport
