@bt_uk Be nice to have internet, I was meant to be connected on the 1st of this month an I’m still not connected, I’ve spent 10 hours of my time on the phone trying to sort this out , shocking service, an shocking the way I’ve been treated!!!

@AimThaMachine_ @btsport It's not uncommon You can't access some videos bcos of copyright issues where you live. Sometimes i don't see videos of American Sport pages even tho i am in an European Country

Come on @bt_uk , when your BT WiFi fails, a 2 week wait for any support is too long when you are WFH together with 5 children also at home with remote learning. Less of the BT diagnostics bot, and more customer service delivered by real people, please.
