    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @bt_uk is there a problem with connection in Aberdeen? For 5 days, we've had recurring issues with our connection. modem keeps changing colour from blue to flashing green, a constant orange and continuous flashing purple. I turned it off and on so many times to no avail.

    @xxsnzz @bt_uk What issues have you had? Maybe you could ask for a deadlock after going down the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) I have contacts in the industry so may have some ideas on how to get it sorted.

    @bt_uk @tinmanrocks I am simply waiting for BT to fix a BT TV problem ongoing now for 70 days. Expecting a call from a member of the BT Loyalty team who promised on Friday 17th a solution by Tuesday 21st, nothing so far.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp what does a customer have to do to be provided the internet connection they’re paying for? It’s been 32 days with no meaningful work being done.

    @bt_uk Dear Matt/BT, we've had constant internet down daily for weeks, sometimes several Xs a day. Usually self resolves, but today almost an hour, still orange/pink flash. May I attempt same text/landline test if unresolved in next hour? Regards, R Elizabeth aka ladybudd.
