Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .
