@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk BT absolute awful customer relations I have now made 2 complaints regarding their refer a friend offer. Have not received the rewards and they have not acknowledged or responded to my previous complaints. Do not believe anything they offer they are complete charlatans

@bt_uk Our connection has been appalling in the last few days. I'm on a copper connection but I have been getting about 1-2mps. The connection will cut out every 5 minutes. Can someone come and take a look at get this fixed as its hugely frustrating.

@bt_uk It’s not an order Elaine. I notified you of a house move last week. I’ve moved in and the broadband isn’t working. I’m no engineer but loose wires in the Openreach box under the stairs looks like the issue. I need an engineer. Can you book one please. I’ve got things to do today.
