    I have been trying to get broadband installed in my caravan on Anglesey by @bt_uk for 10 months. Wednesday night I drove 100miles there for an engineer appointment Thursday am. The engineer did not turn up! I am furious. @bt_uk appalling service @MoneyTelegraph

    @computerized_co @bt_uk Absolutely. Multiple street works installing competing high fibre networks causes additional problems in maintaining paving and roads even after disruption. You'd never have multiple water suppliers putting in duplicate mains - it's just utterly crazy (and costly).

    @bt_uk We have just lost our landline without any warning. The phone number that we have had for over 12 years has just disappeared. Apparently it’s to do with ‘future voice number’ but we have no idea what is actually happening. Can you help @bt_uk

    @bt_uk i absolutely love it when the network goes down regularly at night. Im an insomniac who basically functions as a night person. This is happening way too much now and were considering changing providers since we pay so much for a service we can barely use.
