@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk @Ofcom I have great concerns about the treatment of my parents by BT broadband. I’ve supported my mother with phone calls about this issue but everyone refuses to deal with the problem.
