    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @bt_uk I have complete access to her email and nothing came through, normally she pays her bill by cheque and posts it but this time my brother paid it online, but for some reason your system never registered that it had been paid

    @BTCare #Fareham Stopping and restarting the hub sometimes works and sometimes it works for a minute then gone. Sometimes getting nameserver errors reported trying to use internet... checking logs etc shows devices being dissociated randomly. Whats going on?

    @bt_uk Yes can’t download for last couple of weeks. We have very slow speed as only have copper in our road, been waiting for overhead fibre for 2 years, have restarted router several times. Do we need a new router??

    @bt_uk disappointed to have my order cancelled for the sixth time today. Assured last time it would go through. Is communication between openreach and BT that bad or am I getting fobbed off because it seems all beyond the customer service agents understanding nearly every time🤯

    @MellyChaps @btsport @Virgin I've turned down some higher profile stuff because of this before. Would rather work for the ppl who pay quick or at least indicate when payment will come.

    Ok. Watch what you do if you renew your bt tv subscription with @Bt_uk You end up keeping your ageing bt box whereas a new customer will get the brand new BT box Pro.

    @bt_uk Hi we’ve tried to reconnect the routers but it’s saying there’s a problem with the broadband and it’s now saying we’re not signed up for certain things when we’ve been using them until recently and we were sure it was all part of the package…it’s all been a shambles
