Usual @bt_uk ridiculous customer service. No broadband in village but unless we get every individual to ring in they won't believe us and won't come till Wednesday. Saying that if they do it will be Tuesday. Well done again BT

@virginmedia @virginmedia have just put back my installation by another 4 weeks after originally delaying it by 3 weeks - no internet now for 10 days with 3 kids home schooling and 3 adults WFH. It’s appalling.. @bt_uk how quickly can you help us get broadband? 🙏🙏please!
