    @bt_uk hi we have a 4ktv youview box thats approx 4 years old. Over past few weeks it has started buzzing quite loudly whether on or off. I have ensured to clean it of dust and it is in an aired area. Any advice on what to do to fix?

    @btsport the best league in the world we’ve sacrificed any control we had. The ESL is an awful concept, however, corrupt institutions (UEFA and FIFA) are just as much, if not more, culpable for creating a landscape that allowed the ESL to be conceived #PLTonight

    @bt_uk we have been having problems with your services for weeks, now fir sone reason you have changed our telephone number and today topped the lot with NO internet😡 My mobile relies on the wifi because your lack of masts. NO INTERNET NO LAND LINE VIRTUALLY NO MOBILE CHAT

    @bt_uk I can connect with Ethernet cable and it works. Wireless is the problem.

    @bt_uk 70 minutes being passed between chat agents again tonight trying to get an answer to a simple question about the move to Digital Voice.. all I got was “i’ll be right with you...” Poor customer service.

    @bt_uk Hello, BT here. Sorry we can't yet tell you when your service (order VOL013-571367868688) will be ready, but we're working with the Openreach engineering team to figure out the fastest way to get it up and running. We'll contact you again within 3 working days' of sending this

    @bt_uk could you confirm there is a major outage in my area? This is what the team has told me however I don’t know anyone else that is having this problem and finding it a bit weird
