@a13xyZZZ @bt_uk I'm also having issues connecting to mongodb and various other cloud services. I can connect with no problem when tethering to my phone. This is definitely a BT issue. @BT I'm getting refusals and timeouts as are other people if you check all over twitter.

@bt_uk ALL my Alexa devices have gone into meltdown and PS4 won't play fortnite! I've read enough tweets to know the issue is on your end. Any idea when it's going to be fixed?

@_shaunirvine @bt_uk It started to fail around 12:15 its progressively getting worse. More and more sites going down. Can ping them but get zero response. DNS seems to be working so it must be a backhaul network problem.

Having spent close to an hour on the phone to “Computer says No. can you ask an engineer who knows what they are doing to check the ASN Router on 31.55.186.232 as it is stopping traffic on some of BT’s network to multiple Aws servers @bt_uk @bt_uk
