I am unable to work from home, and @bt_uk suggests I should work at a friends house. How about u get an engineer to fix the problem. It’s funny how no matter what system is down, or if there is any faults, your system to take my money always works.

So @bt_uk broadband has been down since 4 o’clock and they are saying that I won’t have any service till 7th or December. The mediocre apology and the promise of a refund for the days without internet is diabolical.

@bt_uk No broadband for a week now and have 3 different dates for possible fix, plus one that says you have no idea. What's the truth? Making it impossible to plan anything or run my business.
