@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk tried to cancelled my BT sport but BT won’t let me cancel it. I don’t have sky, virgin media or BT tv to watch sky sports on so I’m wasting £22 a month until NEXT year. Trying to cut costs down due to these energy prices and you won’t help. Cheers 👍🏻

@bt_uk Their customer service is absolutely shocking, long pauses where you have to ask “is there anyone there?” The simple fact is they simply are not interested even though the issue started when they started messing with our phone contracts. ((4))

@bt_uk We check the app, it shows no data left. We then check manage my plan and it shows 3 GB left. BT claim it’s a display issue… so it’s a problem their end. We never had this issue untill they lied to us about moving to EE. ((3))

@bt_uk thanks for leaving a vulnerable disabled household in a rural area with poor mobile signal without a landline to call for help in an emergency and not keeping them informed on what is happening. Fault was reported on 16th and landline and broadband totally lost on 25th😡😡

@bt_uk I am disgusted in your service. I am disabled and this is the 4th day I have been left with no active sim therefore no phone! All roads on your website direct me to a call centre where for the last 2 days I have been ringing with no reply! Now I’m helpless! What next?

@bt_uk It’s a shame that BT do not show the same concern about vulnerable disabled people in the U.K. that they’ve left without a landline and broadband for 7+ days and repeatedly fobbing them off with a moving fix date! VERY POOR SHOW!
