@bt_uk I’ve sent a DM. You’ve even switched off my mini hub. So I can’t use that as a back up. The person I spoke with on. 22nd March clearly didn’t put through the cancel cancellation request. All your calls should be recorded.

Impossible things to do number 1. Speak to a human at @bt_uk. Therefore if they do charge me a fee for not returning the broken kit that was delivered back to them 19 days ago they can expect to refund me, pay interest and pay extra for my time, chargable at a mere £30 per hour

Helping my dad reduce his monthly bills. @SkyUK were happy to do this via live chat (great for my dad for whom conversation is now tiring) whereas @bt_uk insisted he calls. When he said this was a problem the response was "I've raised a complaint for you." Learn from Sky, BT!

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Thank you Lesley, I explained the situation to the rep on the phone and asked for her to ask someone to call me to justify the insult but was told that wasn’t possible if I wanted to cancel today.

@bt_uk And if I was a new customer it would cost me £13 less for the same package I'm on now. Guess the BT way is just to gouge existing customers.
