@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@Benxlfc @LFCMaxs @btsport But if that’s how we’re looking at it, imagine the wages that can be paid with new deals through ESL. BT and sky do not give a **** about you or football mate. They’re fuming because they’d lose revenue.

  • Falling_Nova Corey (@Falling_Nova) reported

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness wow. thats gross and shady as heck. I'd never do business with them.

  • bighaireecoo Bighaireecoo (@bighaireecoo) reported

@btsport The problem with football is the money involved. BT spent £1.2b. You are part of the problem.

Is anyone else with @bt_uk having issues getting to @Google sites? All other sites are fine, except Google... It feels DNS-y to me, but BT aren't able to put me through to anyone who can help on that side

  • hughmacd Hugh Macdonald (@hughmacd) reported

@bt_uk I've tried going to Chrome and disabling QUIC like that solution suggested, but that didn't help. I've also tried flushing the DNS cache as suggested on page 1 of that thread, and also no luck

  • ancedotalist 🇲🇹 Chris (@ancedotalist) reported

@btsport You are part of the problem.

  • SheikhSadio MainManMané (@SheikhSadio) reported

@btsport you're only talking now cuz your licenses & profits are in jeopardy. stfu it's never been about fans

3/4 What can we do: Against European Super League? Retweet if you agree, spread the message: 2) Support your local teams. Now more than ever your local teams need support. 3) Remember it's not the manager or players fault. @btsport @SkyFootball @MrGeorgeBenson

  • jonnycampbell89 Jonny Campbell (@jonnycampbell89) reported

@matthewrayner @bt_uk Nightmare mate. I can live with a problem on the line & a week without internet - it's not ideal but I understand it could happen. It's completely unacceptable to sit in the house with life & work on hold for an engineer who doesn't show & doesn't even bother to contact you.

@bt_uk Thank you. Yes, a system update. I’m now seeing the exact same query from EE users on forums online. I will call BT mobile for clarification though. Thanks for your help here
