@bt_uk yes. even before the outage, we only had 3-4mb download. pretty poor for the premium service we pay for.

@bt_uk on the plus side - this slow internet performance is getting me off social media and back into books and things! every cloud has that silver lining I suppose. Its just paying a lot of money for a not very good service that grates...
