@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@adarkelimited @bt_uk It takes days to speak to someone in a far away country then you discover they have made two other accounts in your misspelt name and then decide in the ether that you broken those contracts and swipe £460 from your bank account!!

@bt_uk Very frustrated that your new 2 step security verification is not working and apparently many cannot access their accounts. Please fix asap

  • JSads1983
    James Sadler (@JSads1983) reported

@bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.

@bt_uk seeing as your saying I do not have an account does that mean I can cancel my direct debt and not make anymore payments for my services? Because it’s not very good trying to access account to make changes and been told no account yet your happy taking £70 a month out bank

  • deborahsacks
    Deborah Sacks (@deborahsacks) reported

Oddly, their chatbot still isn’t dealing with the issue! @bt_uk @EE

  • 6igantuar
    6igantuar (@6igantuar) reported

I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

@bt_uk Referring someone to Ofcom when you won’t fix your own issues is not a solution

@btbusinesscare Hi have you guys fixed the issue the web ex portal error? There is an unknown error causing a problem. this was the start of the error but to be told by support im making it up is a joke even with images of it.

  • TrainDriver1982
    Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported

@bt_uk Can’t believe this. Obvious misdiagnosed as both neighbours and ours routers going down. Now I’ve had an email to say my router is being delivered…. to next door.

  • TrainDriver1982
    Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported

@bt_uk Your detection system says everything is ok, clearly it is not. Means I’m going to have to speak to your normally incompetent tech support since my open reach box was accidentally wired up to neighbours when development built. Literally had enough.
