@btbusinesscare We've raised this with our contact at BT. However, we're rather staggered at being sent an agreement without consultation or explanation - the only talk was an 'upgrade' to the phone service.

@bt_uk your service is an absolute joke. Slot booked for 1-6 for an engineer to see to a fault - text us at 17:40 telling us that it’s been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances!!! Can’t afford to take days off work to re-arrange. Nobody to speak to via phone. It’s a disgrace

@bt_uk My landline/Broadband has increased in price by 9% but as a BT pensioner with 30 years service my Pension only increased by 3% based on Aug 2021 CPI.

@bt_uk That’s understandable, shame Openreach or who ever else makes the decision can’t just fix the issue, they know what it is but won’t pay for it as it’s not a cheap fix, they pretty much said so when talking to us

@bt_uk Hello, why would I have just received an email that’s headed, ‘Your BT Broadband service is up and running - Please help us learn how we did with this 5 minute survey?’ I am out of contract, as far as I know, with no desire to renew and I haven’t actively made any change.

@bt_uk @gentlybentley I have been waiting many days to have fault corrected by your engineers. Your customer services are not fit for purpose. We are very disappointed in task solving processes. Not even advised if and when you will fix your problem to are phone lines.
