@bt_uk It's a disgrace. No one has a clue what they're doing and we keep encountering the same problem. BT messed up an address change and somehow keep sending engineers to the old address to fit a connection and provide internet that we're paying for. How difficult can it be?

@bt_uk have to be the worst for customer service. All I want to do is fix an issue with our BT Youview Box but no. Always an issue with them.
