  @bt_uk worst company ever. First the engineer don't turn up. Then turns up 4 hours late. Can't even install the Internet as another company needs to do something first. By the time all this is done I imagine be a couple weeks. And now I can't even cancel! Absolute joke.

  @bt_uk All fine now really, was just amazed that I was being prompted to book an engineer visit before a restart had even been suggested! Only really used the troubleshoot service to see if there were any known faults in my area.

  @duncanwoodward @bt_uk Mine all went down with their perfectly planned no interruption of service digital phone switch over... till over a week to fix and they lovingly have my £4 compo after telling it would be £8. Now been down nearly a week and still nothing... all lies and promises.

  @bt_uk congratulations to BT by managing to not show up to 3 out of 4 booked service appointments in 2 weeks! That has to be a record. Wasted another day waiting for BT to come and sort out your terrible service that I have been having since March. @zeninternet here I come.

  @bt_uk what an absolute disgrace your company is. My grandad is deaf, he has written a complaint and you want to try and ring him to discuss it when he has clearly stated he is deaf. Tried to discuss it on an online chat with a 'manager' and he cut me off!

  @bt_uk so router arrived 5 days late. Your engineer did not turn up as scheduled on 3rd but I’m expected to just book another slot of which there are none until 15th! This is my livelihood I work from home and am a key worker! Not my fault yet nothing you can do? Cancel my order.
