@bt_uk @BTCare could someone be actually bothered to respond to the direct message i have sent regarding the shocking service I have received over the past week and get it sorted once and for all 😤

  • chris__head Christopher Head (@chris__head) reported from Whitehaven, England

@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

  • RichardWatson44 Richard Watson (@RichardWatson44) reported from Frizington, England

@bt_uk absolute waste of money paying for the WiFi when it never actually works

@bt_uk Yeah, there's an engineer coming tomorrow now. They factory reset the router and it made no difference, they think it may be surge damage from a recent power outage but I'm not entirely convinced but will wait and see anyway before raising a complaint as they also suggested.

  • birajprajapati Biraj prajapati (@birajprajapati) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Probably best I reach out to @Ofcom too to let them know how you are tricking customers into switching accounts and not taking any accountability after they've switched, and providing the customers no alternative and way out if your service is not to the promised level.

  • Timbo157 Tim Jones (@Timbo157) reported

@bt_uk SERIOUSLY?????? REALLY???? Telling me that the router is in transit will help restore our internet??? THAT IS NOT “HELP”!!!

  • RobSpring01 RobRoy💙🥩 (@RobSpring01) reported

@bt_uk Hi, why do you keep sending me emails asking me to return the 4G Wi-Fi Mini Hub this was sent to me because you messed up my switch to BT internet I was advised by Craig Duffy of your Executive Customer Resolution Team to keep the units

  • WakemanKathryn Kathryn Ayton (@WakemanKathryn) reported

@bt_uk appalling service. Over 3 MONTHS wait so far for broadband installation. 4 engineers have turned up unannounced to take the same pictures for a new telegraph pole. Useless mini hub with zero range. Numerous complaints zero progress VOL013-706759004707

  • CWPJenniS Jenni Sullivan (@CWPJenniS) reported

@OpenreachHelp @BTCare You're service is apalling. 6 WEEKS I have been waiting for my installation, still no sign of an engineer. I am so close to just cancelling my order and going with another provider. All about sales, absolute SHITE customer service.

  • Timbo157 Tim Jones (@Timbo157) reported

@bt_uk But what is NOT out of BT’s control is when the current service gets turned off, specifically when you have been given three days notice… this is not customer service!!! And don’t be such a prude!

  • FeatheredChaxs Clojo Fullbuster (@FeatheredChaxs) reported

@bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down since about 8/8:30pm when the LOS light turned red for no reason. I’ve tried resetting the box, the Hub, done everything your website has said but nothing has worked. Can you give me any help or advice? Thanks.

  • KayDee21673149 Kay Dee (@KayDee21673149) reported

@bt_uk internet service down but website says no problems in my area, my neighbours is down too

  • birajprajapati Biraj prajapati (@birajprajapati) reported

@bt_uk Yes, It was a lighting cable issue and BT were waiting for @OpenreachHelp to assign an engineer. I think since it's only one customer that is affected, and since you've already tricked us to joining your contract, we can easily be ignored. Happy to DM my details.
