@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@teadrinker68 @bt_uk @BT Really? Guys next door have Virgin and it's been seamless for years. Customer service with BT has got better though, but their offering here is poor.

@jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT They are but I judge on how many times it happens. I've been with BT for just over two years, this is the first issue I've had with them. It was a regular occurrence with both Virgin and Sky.

Day 4 without broadband. Seems everyone at @bt_uk is trained to be polite, well meaning and incompetent. 4G mini-hub still has no network either (I guess BT can't activate sims correctly either). Hope the engineer coming tomorrow is not typical of the peeps I've dealt with so far

@jinks_bar @bt_uk Is what it is. Got to get your broadband from someone and I'm paying for the convenience of having all the sport & channels and the likes of Amazon & Netflix without the hassle (usually). Just a bit **** when this happens. Oh well. Pub tonight 👀

Five games in the @premierleague scheduled at 14:00 today. Guess how many are being shown in the UK by @SkySports or @btsport? One - the Sportswashing Derby (#CHENEW) It's bad enough when games aren't shown on Saturday but why not show all the Sunday games and let fans choose?

@jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT To be fair, our broadband with BT has always been spot on. Sounds like you need a box upgrade. Really would advise against Virgin. Was with them a while ago. Appalling service. Broadband was terrible and the outages were every week. Left them for Sky but they were just as bad.

Just got home from that **** show to discover that there's a BT outage and I've got no TV or internet at home till midnight tomorrow. Nice one @bt_uk well worth the £97 a month this.
