@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk No it was a wider issue than just my service and was resolved on the night thanks. I wouldn’t have let it lie had normal service not been restored before now

@bt_uk Yes the earliest available slot is in 2 weeks? After being let down because he didn’t have the equipment to do his job, you’d think that they would be out with in a couple days, which is what the engineer assured us they would be.

@lollujo @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Tablets and devices with SIM cards wouldn’t help? If the consequences of no internet are potentially that serious, don’t you have a plan B?

@bt_uk no broadband connection & 502 bad gateway on your website (using mobile date)… what’s up??

Yep, that moment when @bt_uk knock on your door and tell you (with 5 minutes notice) they're replacing a telegraph pole and taking your broadband down for 4 hours. How hard would it be to give their customers at least a day's notice? Grrr

Kevin Chapman
(@lollujo) reported
@itisbaz @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk No, but Andy could smash the entire house, causing thousands of pounds of damage and injuring himself and us…

@bt_uk Nineteen days now without Internet or Phone! @Ofcom. When are you going to do something about this virtual monopoly which is not providing an acceptable public service?
