  @bt_uk Perhaps they should be advised to call the customer as soon as they know that any previous job is going to over run and cause them to be late, not when they are already late and saying they will be another 20+ mins. Can you rebook or will I have to call Monday?

  @bt_uk @Wylo4x4 BT have the rights to the WRC "All Live" feed for every WRC round. But EVERY RALLY BT ALWAYS let me, and other customers down when they pull the feed off their main and 'Extra' channels. You have the channel capacity, so why are you letting us down when we pay for this coverage?

  Embarrassed to have recommended @bt_uk to my father after level of service he has received in last week. Date given for installation then order cancelled without notification, promised a new date which was then pushed back by 5 days and sold a device to give access but can’t! 🤬

  Ok, I’ll just move a @Sonos speaker for Glastonbury tonight. 3 hours later after whole Sonos system disappeared and wouldn’t connect, I find this... ‘BT Smarthub2 @bt_uk may have issues with 5GHz devices communicating with 2.4GHz devices to a firmware update’ AAAAAUUGGH! #fml
