@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk don't care about their customers. Just shut you down and fob you off when things become too difficult. Won't discuss things with you to try and solve ongoing problems. Appalling customer service. Talk with @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

@bt_uk . Appalling service to our surgery. Rang fault line — they want me to tell them where the fault is and exactly which line it is in. We are in a maintenance contract, so isn't it your job to look for it? Or at least talk us through it? Also took ages to get out account #!

@bt_uk Hi, any known errors in the NR1 area? Came home to find an issue with our broadband. We can't file a report as the apartment management sorted the broadband.

@bt_uk I need Some help the new hub on my new flat won’t connect to the internet I have no broadband. I had to go and buy additional cables and adapters to connect it all as you did not provide them in the box. Help?
