@bt_uk disappointed with service today. Upgraded two weeks ago to digital phones and sports channels and now not working - fix date is 31/12/21. Guests for Christmas not able to watch the ashes, football or any HD channels. Will be looking at other more reliable suppliers.

A question for you techphiles. Why do mobile devices always want to connect to a @TPLINKHelp router (w/ low signal) in the cabin 50ft down the garden rather than our @bt_uk home router (w/ full signal) that’s 5ft away. Is it something in the settings of my devices? @AppleSupport
