    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @adele_hartley @bt_uk I have had the same issues with BT and they don’t care all they want is for you to upgrade. I lost over 7 hours of work last week 🤬 2 engineers abs still the same issues

    @bt_uk 0.45 Mbps speeds when I pay so much per month to get above 50Mbps. Spoke to an advisor who said engineers will fix it by THURSDAY. I work from home. Will I be compensated for the hours of work I will be losing out on? Unacceptable

    @bt_uk Who do I contact about appalling customer service. I’m having constant hassle from BT, requesting equipment back, saying I will be charged if I don’t sent it back. I have tried ringing & sending email to the customer resolutions team but getting no response - I’m at my wits end

    @bt_uk Good Morning Team, The current failure in Portsmouth is now ever 2 weeks being down, with completion dates being consistently moved. What is the real problem and a realistic date for the Broadband is working again, and since I am a business user it is causing issues.
