    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @bt_uk It's nice that you're sending an engineer (again) but are you going to refund my father any of the £70/month you have been charging him for at best an intermittent and ridiculously slow service. I'm shocked that you are willing to take advantage of a pensioner in this way.

    @bt_uk Been trying to get a fault fixed on my elderly father's not working phone since 5th July. Stuck in a loop of text messages saying an engineer will call and nothing happens. How do I get the fault fixed please!

    @bt_uk After the amount of stress he's been through dealing with your useless customer service representatives he deserves a full refund.

    @bt_uk Our upload has lowered to as low as 0.26 Mbps, tested on multiple devices whilst the "lag" was happening. The connected has never been the same since next door had service installed and the joint outside was replaced, old speeds were 50/12 vs low averages of 20/4 at lowest now.

    @bt_uk Appalling service. Home move booked 2 weeks ago. Engineer didn't turn up but signed off job as completed. Another appointment booked on complaining but apparently no Engineer assigned by open reach!! Booked another one today, waiting! @WeAreOpenreach

    @bt_uk when I signed up I was supposed to have 6 months of nowtv. It won’t let me watch any of it. Couple that with not telling me I needed an aerial this switch to bt has been pretty rubbish and I’m seriously going to cancel
