    @bt_uk guys you REALLY need to do something about the number of nuisance calls allowed - 10 today and we're not even at 3pm yet, all automated. Not good enough monitoring of your network!

    @bt_uk I clicked some links and there’s nothing wrong with my broadband in my house but my download speed is still very bad, we’ve restarted the router and it’s done nothing.

    @bt_uk Everything is slow. It just randomly cuts out and keep having to restart my router. Having to do it 3 times a day isn’t good enough

    @BTCare Just don't see the connection between removing certain channels (which i have never watched), and then compensating with sport channels.
