3 phone calls claiming to be from @BT_uk technical department about our poor internet connection. Number is 01020396042. Beware as I'm assuming it's not really BT? Nothing wrong with my internet, but could easily fool someone.

@bt_uk My parents have received a bill for work that an engineer did, despite being told at the time that there was no charge. They've tried calling customer services but were told there was a 40 min queue. Is this something I can raise with you here on their behalf, please?

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness do you make it a habit of constantly putting the phone down and hounding businesses for bills when they are not a customer?? If someone competent doesn’t get in touch I will have no choice but to go to the ombudsman! We R Not customers of BT Business!!
