@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bojack90s @bt_uk Wait that's in BT's contract? They put in mine last wk, their COVID installation conditions mean my routers in the kitchen and so wired connections are via plug socket, so far my PC has a best connection speed of 35Mbps from the suooosedly 900Mbps service I pay for. Shite.

@bt_uk My Internet keeps dropping out, early last year I was put on Halo new hub was supposed to come out never came, could not be arsed chasing it up looks like I am not the only one.
