Have the players been told to watch their language on the pitch during live games? If not, why apologise for bad language that you’ve done nothing to reduce? #BTSport #EXEvBRI

@btsport wtf. Is the biggest game on the weekend on the Red Button in terrible quality. I pay to watch the sport, not clowns sat around with usless opinions tooting their own horns. Absolute jokers. Sort it out! Been dealing with your terrible camera angels as it is!

@btsport why is your streaming service so bad? It’s forever dropping resolution and stuttering. It’s terrible. and before you say it’s my internet it’s not. I stream football from other providers with zero issues. The footy is one of the main reasons i took out EE broadband. 😡

@bt_uk hi... I have been experiencing problems with my broadband over the last few weeks. I should be getting speeds of 50-73 Mbps with a guaranteed speed of 50, but I get around 30, and it goes as low as 13!!! Can you help please? Thanks

@bt_uk Not at the moment. It’s intermittent drops in signal, which would be totally unacceptable if the electric lights just dimmed and started working again.
