@bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@bt_uk Been a while but we are off yet again! Says it could be midnight on Weds before it is fixed!!!!! All the neighbours on the lane who moved to gigaclear working fine…….. they have no issues with their service. I do consistently. Why should I stay?

Utterly shocking service from @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp. Appt booked before Christmas and have had to take a day off work. I had no less than 14 messages making sure I would be in and guess what, they don’t turn up and don’t let me know. #ToBigToCare

@bt_uk So we are absolutely clear - why should I pay to upgrade when you are not providing the service contractually agreed and meets our needs?!! If you want us to move to your alternative service because you want me to use it instead of that already contracted, YOU PAY!

@bt_uk Rita…… Ive had a order placed for 7months now, but you’ve not managed to get it sorted yet so someone decided to cancel it. Told i cant do online as needs to be linked to previous order so someone can chase and maybe get me internet within a year of ordering it.

@bt_uk Hi Kevin. Thanks for the response. The email said why not go for Full Fibre 100 with Halo 3+ for £44.99/mth? Clicking the link led to "as an existing customer you're not eligible" and then offered deals way above that price. 😕
