@btsport @Arsenal I’ve heard better commentary on local hospital radio. It doesn’t affect the quality of the game though which is pretty poor.

@BT_UK you are a complete shambles. 2 months no service, 3 lift and shifts, 12 engineer visits..... and still no clue how to give us broadband... thanks for helping with the home schooling.....

@bt_uk Good evening. My Internet has been down for 4 hours and I urgently need it for meetings tomorrow from Noon (UK time). Please can you advise what the fault is? From Google, that looks to be the case. I don't think there's an issue at my end as everything else is working.

@bt_uk Hey BT, it's really strange and a bit unfair that you offer a lower price to new customers and are not able to offer attractive offers for renewing customers. My quoted price to renew is 15.4% higher than a new customer. Don't you think it should be a bit equal?

No stream today folks due to internet issues, no internet at all now Phoned @bt_uk, engineer coming out on Wednesday Hopefully sourcing another router for tomorrow, will keep you posted. 200 PPs for tomorrow, another 100 on Wednesday if we can’t get on. The send shall happen.

I've given up on #football, the poor refereeing, the poor handling of #VAR, the ****** players who think they can do anything they like, the poor owners, the cost of @SkySports & @btsport, the rule changes. I'd rather spend the money on #music & artists who deserve my money more.

@bt_uk today a man from loyalty said he had moved my £137 credit for no service to my bank account. It’s not showing in BT account but not in bank either and no confirmation it’s happened. Please can you help?

My btconnect email gets hacked yesterday. So far spent 50 minutes holding and talking to people who can’t help @BT first I’m told it’s a business email, but business department can’t find it. Just been given yet another number. Why’s it so tricky?? @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hi. I had some very strange man knock on the door and first thing he said " don't worry you're not in trouble we're just come to check your Internet" he claimed there had been issues with the internet in the local area that he was from BT I assumed it was a scam?
