@bt_uk We have and they're useless. We're waiting for a bt engineer to call us (who have been just as useless, we have been waiting for said engineer since Thursday) but @Plusnet can't push the matter so someone here needs to help

@bt_uk Thanks Elaine - I'd also appreciate confirmation that the automatic compensation scheme remained in place continuously across the 21 days (after the first 48 hours) as there was no service at all at any point, even when the 'major outage' was apparently 'fixed' last Friday.

@bt_uk I was just trying to watch the football. It’s the only reason i’m paying £29.99, but this service is far from acceptable. And it’s not the first time
