@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@btsport @premierleague the issue, as I understand it, is the 12.30 Saturday slot is agreed by clubs, PL and TV. The TV cos THEN select the games irrespective of whether that team has a game on wed eve. It IS the TV cos which are causing the problem. Why not show WBA v Sheff Utd

.@TheDesKelly confused? Klopp was clear - @btsport chose the LFC game for 12:30 on Sat after a CL match on the Weds. YOUR choice. So you don't give a **** that Milner is injured. Players dropping like flies. The product suffers, but you don't care. 3 subs is another problem.

Fair play that @BTsport interviewer. Didn’t back down. Complicated situation- and let’s not forget it wasn’t too long ago the big six were bullying the rest over larger shares of the TV money pool. Finding it hard to have much sympathy TBH. 5 subs has a point tho. #BHALIV

@btsport had a nightmare there with Klopp, your interviewer says u never picked game so premier league say you have that game then? Klopp is correct you didn’t need to pick this game with so little time between games if you cared about the welfare of the players even Ole had a go
