@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@DoctorBenjy @bt_uk Not sure what your options are but with OfCom regulations you’re allowed to cancel if it’s within 30 days of the price increase notice. From what you’ve said though it sounds like you don’t have many options

@bt_uk If you are unhappy with BT’s performance you should contact Philip Jansen CEO. He earns 2.6mill pa and hasn’t a clue how his bad his company performs.

@bt_uk I did, not very impressed at all. Engineer was supposed to come today and never showed up. Booked for tomorrow but no doubt weather will cause havoc.

Finally, back online @bt_uk 'unbreakable' is a bit of an urban myth, 8 hours offline, probably get the usual pathetic generic excuse, 0% customer service , 0% tv coverage, slow Broadband #BTCon

@DoctorBenjy @bt_uk It’s all a massive scam. Each month they pump up bills until you notice and then they put you down 2 stages and then push it up after 6 months again

@PaddyWV I basically said the same to @bt_uk and they said they'd offer everyone the purchase of a power pack that lasted 1 hour max, and that nearly everyone had mobile phones they could charge. erhrhrh the red warning from @metoffice said mobile signal may be affected by the storm.
