@jeffreyjohnbell @bt_uk Whenever you get a work culture that's dominated by males you get the "laddish" macho bullshit. At 18 I worked in an office in the Met largely staffed by over 50's ladies. Those old gels were so lovely to work with and some of my best managers have been female. The worst blokes.

My sister and bro in law are in their 60s and 70s and carers for BIL's 101 year old Mum inc liaising with hospital. Haven't had internet or phone for over a week because of errors by @EE and @BT_uk. Should have been reconnected yesterday. Nothing! Can't be that hard to turn it on

@bt_uk my appointment with one of your engineers has been cancelled. No explanation why. New appointment given is the 9th of Feb. Absolutely shocking service from bt. Roll on March when my contract ends and I can look at my options.
