    I don’t mind @btsport but ever since it’s inception, their inability to find a co-commentator for football has been awful. From Owen to Jenas and McManaman in between, they have never had a @GNev2 or @Carra23 to call upon #TOTMCI

    @bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

    @bt_uk I've just turned once of your engineers away as they've arrived 45 miles from where they should be. They should be attending my parents fault 45 miles away. I've never reported a fault on my line........Cheeky Elf

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

    @OpenreachHelp disgusted with your lack of service & communication. Your engineer was due 8am-1pm today & it is only by me phoning @BTCare to query non arrival i find out you have lack of resources today & next appointment is 5 weeks away. Why did you not let me or @BTCare know?

    @teamginola @btsport Mental David as I’ve asked young fans if they know of the Bosman rule? There reactions “what’s that?” It totally changed football and fair play to Jean-Marc who never gave up.

    @btbusinesscare hi BT you are causing additional damage to a small independent hospitality business by not resolving problems with our system. We rely on wifi for payments, service and ordering. None of it working properly because BT has not dealt with it correctly.

    @bt_uk this is now the second time a call that was promised by your case managers hasn’t happened. Now 10 days since the internet hasn’t been activated with no resolution/progress in sight. Not acceptable service.

    @bt_uk when are you going to crack down on these scam BT Internet calls. Your lack of action is appalling! Fake incoming call ID’s are masking the problem to your customers!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk no, it is not a new build. Why has no one been in touch to advise of this without me chasing? Connections Team were supposed to ring me with an update on Sunday, Monday and today, but I have had nothing and had to do all the chasing. Dreadful customer service

    How hard is it to get a phone replaced by @SamsungUK on @BTCare mobile network seriously. I ask for proof of ownership from BT and they send a word document instead of PDF with the wrong IMEI number on!!!
