    @bt_uk I've just turned once of your engineers away as they've arrived 45 miles from where they should be. They should be attending my parents fault 45 miles away. I've never reported a fault on my line........Cheeky Elf

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

    @bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

    I don’t mind @btsport but ever since it’s inception, their inability to find a co-commentator for football has been awful. From Owen to Jenas and McManaman in between, they have never had a @GNev2 or @Carra23 to call upon #TOTMCI

    @bt_uk Help please. I can no longer use my work VPN with my broadband. If I tether to my mobile phone it works. So therefore it's a fault with BT. Fix please

    @bt_uk when will the Fibre feed be reconnected in Crich, Derbyshire? It went off yesterday, I have no information, no text messages/emails/phone calls and staff that don’t have any idea either. Not a great service !!

    @bt_uk Would you not check the area you are sending the engineer to first and then if there is no way you can actually connect the customer for an extended period of time maybe communicate this to them and maybe they would not then be left without reliable internet ???

    @bt_uk So glad you shut down my line and broadband several days before I actually move. Let's hope you can sort out the service when I move to my new house. #bt_uk are useless!

    @bt_uk business line fault on 1/3, was marked as resolved but same problems & reported again 3rd March again shown as resolved but less problematic. Reported again 11/5 marked as resolved but far worse reported again 20/5 marked as resolved and reported again 20/5 still open.
