  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

    I don’t mind @btsport but ever since it’s inception, their inability to find a co-commentator for football has been awful. From Owen to Jenas and McManaman in between, they have never had a @GNev2 or @Carra23 to call upon #TOTMCI

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

  • mattgarciablitz Matias Garcia-Constantino (@mattgarciablitz) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

    @bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

  • Colm1984 Colm Gordon (@Colm1984) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

    @bt_uk I've just turned once of your engineers away as they've arrived 45 miles from where they should be. They should be attending my parents fault 45 miles away. I've never reported a fault on my line........Cheeky Elf

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

  • manfred698 Fred Nurk. (@manfred698) reported from Ballygalley, Northern Ireland

    @PrentonTommy @btsport Never had it

    @bt_uk What is the complex issue then?

  • orlandokbrown Orlando Brown (@orlandokbrown) reported

    @bt_uk is it normal to wait 4 days for an engineer, for them to say the problem isn't theirs to fix and another dept must fix it which will be 4/5 days more?

  • conradhx Conrad Andrews (@conradhx) reported

    @bt_uk I just want to say the customer experience I get when I call by is always the best from any company I have ever dealt with especially the Cardiff call centre

  • Farmer_Boycie Sir Johnny OBE (@Farmer_Boycie) reported

    @btsport just said how bad Arsenal media is. I could not agree anymore

  • TrendyTurtle14 Christopher (@TrendyTurtle14) reported

    This lady reading out the full time scores is bloody awful. She’s clueless. She said Sheff Wed beat Plymouth despite the graphic clearly saying it’s a latest score. And she doesn’t read the home/away teams in the correct order. Come on @btsport get it sorted. @btsportscore

  • Mark4848483 Mark Palmer (@Mark4848483) reported

    Any danger of @btsport doing any analysis of the #EveArs game instead of speculating about what’s going to happen in the future?? What about the clear pen not given - wasn’t even mentioned! The punditry is terrible

  • nattynats1 lovelife21 (@nattynats1) reported

    @Ofcom my WiFi has not been working since 25 Jan 23 and @bt_uk are giving me the run around, can you help?

  • PaulPIsHere Paul Pringle (@PaulPIsHere) reported

    @bt_uk What is the complex issue that is going to take days to fix? Sound serious. Might have to sort out a new internet provider now then as it sounds like you cannot fix it.

  • SimonWardMusic Simon Ward Musician (@SimonWardMusic) reported

    What is this @btsport "Player of the Match"? What happened to "Man of the Match"? 22 men on that pitch. WOKE as **** this is. Just start a trans league and have "Tranny of the Match", leave the rest alone.

  • PaulPIsHere Paul Pringle (@PaulPIsHere) reported

    @bt_uk Well? What’s this issue?
