4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Broadband installation to my business. An extra £500 was required for installation. I signed the documents and agreed to pay. Open Reach kept not turning up because they said they hadn't been paid. Two weeks of phone calls to BT about the issue and now it's been cancelled.

@OpenreachHelp I know it was Openreach engineers who installed the fibre on our road (I chatted to them at the time) & there’s no other network providers infrastructure. @bt_uk have confirmed they are paying Money Expert to knock on doors, so sounds like they are making false claims at the door

Help @VodafoneUK - I moved BB&LL to VF on Fri. Openreach fitted FTTP equip, @bt_uk disconnected on time, still not working. I spoke with your colleagues - Fri PM/Sat AM & PM/Sun AM & was expecting a call back this AM - no call! Poor service. Correct ONT lights on - please help!
