    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @bt_uk BT smarthub bricked few weeks ago. Raised issue 6 days ago, still no reply. Internet running at 1/4 speed you promise, but I know you won't do anything unless I have the smarthub in the first place. Help me out here.

    @btbusinesscare The link in your fault confirmation email for amending a fault doesn't work, suggest you get someone to look at it. On top of this, the address of the fault isn't right but number is!

    @bt_uk I had my broadband connected on 2nd December, however my online account still says I can’t claim my £120 reward card, as I have no rewards to claim. Can you help please?

    @MoRodgers4 @bt_uk Why don’t you just cancel your subscription? It is not like the TV licence. No one is forcing you to pay. You also might wish to consider that all Scottish BTsubscribers are not Nationalist raving moon howlers like yourself, so “our money, our rules” is not a great argument.

    @bt_uk I don’t want an update. I want a definitive resolution. When will the internet, definitely, be connected? I get different answers every time I get an ‘update’, and it costs me hours of my life. I’ve been waiting since the 1st December. Last I was told it would be 18th Jan. why?
