    Anyone ever had a return call from @BTGroup @bt_uk ? I’ve been promised 3 so far by each person who assured me that they wouldn’t let me down. Engineer didn’t turn up. No phone, internet or broadband since Monday. Total shambles.

    @bt_uk your Google with Chromecast BT Sports App now opens to a mobile version of the App since a March 3 update. The icon has also disappeared from the my apps line up despite being installed. Is this a known issue. All fine before March 3 update

    @bt_uk my 84 year old Dad is on his own with no landline till 10 March, This is not how long I would expect a vulnerable pensioner to be kept waiting for an essential service.

    @bt_uk You keep saying we will look into it, but you NEVER do anything, the complaint I made last month has yet to be resolved. With that complaint still pending, you are behaving the same way this month, changing dates without notice or courtesy.
