    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

    @btsport Hang on “Martial quite rightly went down”? Having your shirt pulled from behind doesn’t make you fall over, it makes you slow down. So why is it ‘quite right’ that he went down? Martial in your good books is he, because other players would be SLATED for that.

    @SkySports why doesn’t your app have Picture in Picture functionality on iOS ? @btsport does. Their app is 10x better than yours, and their Windows functionality is better. You’re so far behind the curve it’s awful.

    @BTCare hello, a man came and removed our supply (damaged pole) on thurs with no warning and no idea of when it will be back in service. Can you give me a contact at OFCOM so I can complain about your service? Most people need to work from home. Not sure how you justify this.

    @bt_uk I've been having problems with my internet all day. First it went down this morning and now it's gone again. Phone line goes aswell. It's been slow all day after it can back aswell

    @bt_uk SORT YOUR **** OUT MAN! £30 a month and I can’t even watch anything on device whilst I have my Xbox on! Absolute joke! Sort it out and give me the £100 you say you’ll give people if they don’t get internet in every room!!
