    So despite the fact @BTCare can't fix my broadband until 10th December, they still want to charge me £96 to cancel. And the mini hub they sent is useful for browsing, but it's not really up to working from home.

    @bt_uk its bad enough we are in a lockdown yet bt still can't sort their masses! Why am I paying for Fibre optic but lose connection every 5 minutes since 8am?!

    @virginmedia Are you able to explain why after being back for 12 hours, your broadband service has fallen over yet again? Paying a premium price for a non existent service. Heading to @bt_uk once lockdown has finished. I can no longer rely on you

    @bt_uk Hi, absolutely no audio on any stream using the BT Sport app on Xbox Series X. Any idea why? I've reinstalled app and problem persists, despite all other apps being fine.
