4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk how long after canceling your service can someone rejoin? Like if I were to phone up now to cancel our internet how long after can I call back and get a new contract with you?
