Official complaint made to @Ofcom about @bt_uk . Joke of a company. Moved premises, charged me an early termination fee, then doubled our bill, claiming it was a "new package". I only asked to move premises.. didn't leave, and didn't ask to change anything.

Oh my god. @RingCentralUK is the worst software. A high school kid could do better for his homework. @bt_uk sell this crap. @MicrosoftTeams Phone is a thousand times better.

@bt_uk my Nan's phone and internet are both down, her care line relies on her phone. Is anyone able to help? She needs it fixed asap but because there's a 'warden' in the area she lives, she doesn't qualify for your disabled persons help thing 🙄

@WhichUK @bt_uk - cut off our internet for over one month and had to call approx 50 of their Customer Services team to get it fixed, we weren’t assigned an Account Manager. Never again
