@bt_uk we loose our signal regularly, can't use wifi on any more than one laptop or phone any one time else it slows right down or cuts out. Was advise to by a booster from you no improvement. Need it sorting ASAP can't work.

@bt_uk extremely frustrating. Moved home a month ago and still no BT or broadband tv. Eng was a no show on Thursday and cant get through to anyone to help me on the phone. 😡

@bt_uk As I mentioned in live chat I've used my account ID, not my email address, to get to the next page, I get to input new password & confirm it Then I get to login to my email account with the new password BUT The new password doesn't work Until your system works why bother‽

@bt_uk I'm not sure if the router still keeps restarting because i've been distracted... but i'll get back in touch if there's any new problems... if i'm able to. Thank you. If only you could help with other (non-tech) issues as swiftly. But you can't.

@bt_uk Who exactly do I contact about no internet for 2 days?? Activation date yesterday and no one on phone willing to help! New customer already feeling like it was a bad move! WFH and home schooling now impossible
