4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

Sitting on hold to @bt_uk and the hold music is unnecessarily fast paced house music and overstimulating it’s actually making me anxious 🤢 (also logged into the online help centre and have been waiting 15 minutes and counting for a human to respond…)

@bt_uk My flatmates and I have been stuck since 30 August without Wifi despite contacting your staff to carry out exchange work. We have repeatedly been told that an engineer will visit to complete this and that it is being escalated but nothing actually happens! Help please ?
