4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@EE had one of your mini hubs sent to me through @bt_uk and it was brilliant. Unfortunately i woke up Sunday morning and no broadband. By the time i received it Monday my broadband was back. Bt want it back. If its goes down again the hub would already be with me without waiting

@btsport @btsportfootball problem with having ex-players as pundits, they really can’t see past their blind allegiance. Happy West Ham still have a chance to go through, gotta support the English teams but that was so clearly a red card it’s ridiculous to be arguing it

@bt_uk Ok I’ve already done this but as I say BT provide the lines if there is a dusky which it clearly shows there is on the down detector map then maybe yourselves should make it known to customers being affected

Recently had @bt_uk @EE fibre broadband & phone line installed. The phone number we've been allocated used to belong to a phone repair shop. We're getting calls daily. Today's call: "hello, my husband threw his phone at our child and it's broken (the phone) can you fix it?" (1/2)

@bt_uk Ok is the down detector map not correct then? As this shows lots of internet problems also others nearby have confirmed theirs is out my internet service provider is not open so as BT provide the wifi lines I’d assume yourselves would be able to elaborate on these issues

Poor interview by #btsport with #DavidMoyes. Yes as a West Ham fan would be disappointed with the decisions by the ref but take a lesson from sky sports and get to the point and get the answers we want to here for the boss

@bt_uk Oh yes I’ll keep this going for over a month and know that you have no phone line, internet or other possible provider. Ah yes I’ll also throw in forgetting to book a big vital piece of equipment every time. And you can stay in all day! Yes I pride myself on my customer service!

@bt_uk My broadband has been half the speed it normally is. I registered a fault and according to your fault tracker it has been resolved. I’ve troubleshooted again but got a text to tell me there are no issues. This seems to be an ongoing issue - please help #thinkingofleaving

@bt_uk My service provider is useless and has had me on hold for hours today to tell me it could be my modem which it clearly isn’t if Bt open reach are getting reports of problems in the area can you confirm is BT having issues in Wirral
