So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Bit hard to speak to anyone on emergency calls only tbh. Attempting to find who to contact is a repetitive troubleshooting loop of dispare. I've checked each day and seen it show as a outage and not alone suffering the lack of service

I stopped subs for BT Sport ,not succumb to overstated expensive Amazon Prime .Amazon makes most money from Prime subscription and little from retail sales.Subscription platform profit for provider but bad deal for subscribers. #BTSport #amazoneprime

@bt_uk Utterly unhelpful Robert in Newcastle Technical - elderly parents with no broadband, zero updates, recovering from Covid and have to hang out of a window to get reception on a mobile and you offer a text only facility. Shame on you @bt_uk

@bt_uk Taking time to get resolved? I'd say more than a month of complaints, 5 engineers, or was it 6, and still not getting what I'm contracted to receive is pretty rubbish, and rotten service, and complete unacceptable.
