So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk this is why we never win anything, because people like you say let's get behind them for missing a penalty, no let's tell them how bad they were so they go out and practice penalties, then maybe next time we won't get beat on penalties. why do we always praise por performance?

@bt_uk Our country doesn't deserve to win anything given the response to Sunday game. If rashford (or any England player) has the opportunity to score the winning penalty in the world cup next year I hope they do that crap Skippy run up, pick up the ball and punt it high into the crowd.
