4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk Raise complaint with ofcom. You will be able to leave penalty free within 28 days (I think it is) if they cannot provide the service.

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk SEVEN?!!!! That's horrendous. I used to be with BT then went over to Eclipse who have a fantastic service, hardly ever lose the Internet - but guess what, they lease their fibre and phone lines from BT. How come I get a better service/customer service than you? #BTSUCK!

@bt_uk I’m wondering if I can cancel an order I’ve placed this morning for a mobile SIM? I’ve looked online and can’t see anywhere. My current provider EE, were able to provide a better deal, but they’ve cancelled the PAC. Thanks.
