4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

@VModifiedMind @NeilDenham1978 @bt_uk Hey Vince. Amazing to think that modern technology has allowed us to discuss my mother's broadband. Good to be in touch. The screenshot on the left is all she is being offered. She cannot get the screenshot on the right cos she's not a new customer.

@hwallop @bt_uk If you have "smart" devices plugged in and switched on all the time aren't they actually consuming power? Wouldn't "stupid" use of off switches be more effective?

@bt_uk our Internet has been down since 11th June, engineer came out 16th June, said it was down in N2 & would be fixed by today. Its not & website says no issues in our area??

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk Good luck! I waited weeks for BT to sort their **** out before I gave up and cancelled the installation. Fortunately I still had my old provider and line to fall back on.

@pricetom @bt_uk yep... my out of contract ended up at £60+ which needless to say was cancelled as I'm moving, but it's a shoddy way to treat existing, loyal customers My gf has now signed us up as an existing customer of sky to £50 (which also includes tv & netflix)
