So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Thanks but don’t need another phone call to be told I need to increase my bill due to the failings of BT to provide the original guarantee - Only to have the speed fix after 29 days then break again next month - starting a new 30 days. it’s a scam

@STattisconie @chris_kammy Sky sports in general has gone down hill. Poor shows transfer talk, Sunday goals, Gillette Saturday,skysportsnews. All gone down hill I've started watching @btsport Saturday much better.

@lollujo I gave them a chance a few months back when I subscribed to btsport, didn’t bother with raw, knew it was tosh, watched smackdown a few times for pat mac, watch nxt for 6/7 weeks and gave up, it’s terrible, over produced nonsense with zero respect for fans intelligence. AEW is fun

@bt_uk So I’m paying you for a service you have no control over and your claiming a speed guarantee you have no power to achieve - how is this not false advertising? One aspect you do fully control is the billing - yet you have not offered any compensation.

@bt_uk So for the 2nd time BT has cancelled an install for an upgrade without telling me causing me to lose another days pay because of their screw up. Don’t get into a contract with BT if you can help it !
