    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @bt_uk I joined nov20 can't tell which hub I have but it appears to be missing the separate 2.4-5ghz option in the hub settings? It is a problem for some of my devices can you advise where I can do this as it isn't in the advanced WiFi settings.

    @bt_uk just switched my TV on and it's telling me I'm not subscribed to BT Sport. Your MyBT app is woeful and despite entering password and won't let me in to try and find out what's wrong. And my team is on in 20 minutes. Awful service.

    Our Internet is gone again at the exact same time as yesterday. Starting to make me wonder what I'm paying for @bt_uk. If we didn't check service status website we wouldn't know there was even an issue with service at the moment.

    @BTCare you really should be ashamed of with the level of not only just poor broadband but the poor service to fix this! Even looked at taking services to @EE but i believe they use BT so won’t be going there!! The overall level of service over the past three months is awful
