  So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

  @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

  4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

  @Fionak33700582 @bt_uk Fiona, I was with BT and didn't find it that easy to resolve a couple of problems. That said once I started making progress everything was sorted. I know it can be really frustrating. Good luck with it. 👍

  @bt_uk I have Virgin Broadband but I do have BT Sport - I’ve been continually let down by Virgin Media. I am in a typically bad service area and I don’t believe BT offer fiber optic

  I have seen bad customer service in my life but never something as terrible as @bt_uk. It has been three months since our wifi should have been installed and they keep laughing at our faces.
