So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

Decided i'm going to save up the probably £400 @bt_uk will want to charge me to end my contract early with them and change broadband providers so I can watch videos in 1080p, stream, work and game without issues. Any good recommendations? looking at @VodafoneUK at the moment

@bt_uk I’m trying to get the average speed report emailed to me from the speed check facility when logging into my hub (guaranteed 51mb but only receiving 15). Email is not arrive despite email being correct and trying several times. Can you help?
