4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

@bt_uk I have waited 8 hours to be able to use the chat to talk to a customer services rep and it's not working and I have no way of contacting you by phone as my contract here doesn't allow international calls. Do you have an email address I contact you by?

@bt_uk Ok so my issue is there is an outstanding problem with my intranet caused by a failure in your infrastructure that has taken two months so far to solve. The solution you have given is a mobile hub which does not deliver the bandwidth.
