    @TheRealMrDavid @bt_uk I do think some people like to be pains in the arse. I’ve definitely known a few and their customer service is atrocious but they never seem to get clocked

    So @bt_uk now have no expectation of if and when this will get fixed, just been told I will get a call on Thursday but it's unlikely to be fixed this year. My elderly vulnerable mother cannot call for help or even receive calls over xmas because #BT have a 'system issue'.

    @bt_uk Ok, so is this fault an outage for many customers or just me because i see my neighbours wifi still on so im guessing their broadband is fine, which tells me its just my brordband thats out. Thx.

    @bt_uk Because the last time we dealt with BT was back in the 2000s. It was the WORST customer experience of my life, BAR NONE. One of your moronic staff swore at us and hung up in the middle of an emergency. I WILL NEVER PUT UP WITH BT's IGNORANCE & INCOMPETENCE AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE

    @bt_uk Yes, I called and have been informed an engineer will attend tomorrow between 8 and 1. Its disappointing that there is a lack of care by these engineers used by BT. Can you help expedite a fix?

    So sorry to hear @BumbleCricket is retiring from cricket commentary as after watching the crap coverage from @btsport with the Australian commentators and poor presentation was looking forward to the summer and hearing bumbles dulcet tones

    @bt_uk I would love to talk over the festive season - and also watch TV and listen to my Talking Books (I am disabled and partially sighted) but that is not going to happen. I live in a no mobile signal area and have had no broadband for a week and BT cannot sort it until the New Year!
