Iโm physically disabled and itโs incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโd never joined BT.

Ramnish Kalsi (@ramnishkalsi) reported@bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.
