Claire Wright (@crjjwright) reported from Boston, England4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

I have an opinion (@26u37393y3u392y) reported@bt_uk Temporarily locking an account for 20 minutes after 2 or 3 failed sign in attempts is rather annoying. Especially as there is no option to remove the temporary lock via text or online if you're already signed in on another device.
