Claire Wright (@crjjwright) reported from Boston, England4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

I stopped dealing with them several years ago. I’ve just signed a contract with Fibrus. They’re the polar opposite, local staff, nothing was any trouble

BT messed up an address change and somehow keep sending engineers to the old address to fit a connection and provide internet that we're paying for. How difficult can it be?

The other address decided to move to another provider (don’t blame them) & BT instead of stopping their service stoped mine 🤔
