@bt_uk I've just sent a message. The phone cut out after 50 minutes on hold, I'm at the point now where I just want to cancel, it's been awful.

@bt_uk This isn't an account issue, it's a network issue affecting multiple users. This clearly needs to be escalated up the chain without delay as it's a P1 issue for your Network Operations Centre.
