4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk my smart hub 2 keeps changing lights to orange from blue meaning I lose connection. I can’t check the service in my area as I have a package without a landline.

@btbusinesscare the call center guy told me you can use wide area network and we will give you a service on copper cabe will start 4th of feb. Ofcoursw I said ok. Today we connect the service but it’s too slow just 10-13Mb download 1Mb upload. Your wide area nw speed is better!

Television (picture)Definition of @btsport on the @SkySports platform is awful. They ask for more money just to provide normal TV. Guess I’ll be cancelling end of season, there’s nothing else on the channel worth paying for.

@bt_uk my elderly nan has had problems with her phone all week, she can’t call out. Engineer came out on Monday, fixed it but it’s still not working, everyday this week we have been told that an engineer would be out the next day and no one has turned up?

@bt_uk hi my landline is down and when I have tried to call the helpline using my mobile it just tells me to text a number I have done that and all it does is says check the Wi-fi which is fine so the text is no help at all. Not impressed with the service at all. Please help.

Moved house and booked a @bt_uk engineer to come out to set up a new line. Waited all day only to find out the booking had been cancelled (without telling us) still no communication. WTF?
