4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk @BTCare the problem with my phone line persists. You have fobbed me off for years and years, you will not give me a contact to use until it is solved. you close the case repeatedly. Time to change provider I think

@bt_uk I've just got off the phone with your team, and the order for the mini hub, which was meant to be on Thursday 21st October, never got put through. I feel like my account should be closely watched by someone, how can so many things go wrong?

@jmtd_DWG @bt_uk Shocking sadly not surprising now after a week of trying to engage with BT. Lots of similar horror stories on social media. My property and street left in disrepair. If postie is injured at least the union will take them on. I am forced down legal route too for want of response.

@bt_uk help - mum’s line down for a week. 85, lives alone (by choice) 100 yds from neighbours (phone lines also not working - ?10 houses in all). No internet, email or mobile signals - completely cut off. 85 alone unsteady on feet. Latest message no idea when fixed - really !?!
