@bt_uk please can you urgently help? I’ve online chat yesterday- very helpful but to no avail. Online chat today literally goes round in circles. My 89 year old father who I hold POA for has a fault on his landline. He is unable to use a mobile and his Telecare pendant

Considering using BT Broadband? Please dont. We are ovwr 3 months in to a change on our account & we have less services than ever. The complaints team are inconsistent & do not seem to understamd businesses need prompt service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare #customerservicefail

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

@btbusinesscare tbh, I am not even going to bother. I've emailed the retentions tea, who set my FTTP and will take a gamble on if they help me. BT is rubbish when anything goes wrong. 29 mins on hold to a foreign call center, 20 mins going through security. Put on hold and cut off again.

@Dazsankey @btsport I don't think they gave PSG enough credit .. they played some excellent football 1st half. Plenty of English support for PSG tonight .. tribal rivalries / underdogs / Pochettino.

@bt_uk As we discussed in a DM, 15 minutes quickly became another 24 hours. And that’s now become this… Estimated fix time: Fri 07/05/2021 at 19:00. That will be ten days without Internet. And that pathetic Mini Hub still doesn’t cut it. Never without, unbreakable, rubbish!

@hendopolis @bt_uk Several problems with "broadband". Water in the wires above & below ground. Speed drops randomly & stops occasionally. Fibre to the Cabinet but BT put the cabinet over a mile away so speed is under 18 even when working properly.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp - no Internet for 3 weeks, and 2 engineer appointments where they just haven’t turned up. Unfathomably useless.
