    @bt_uk please can you urgently help? I’ve online chat yesterday- very helpful but to no avail. Online chat today literally goes round in circles. My 89 year old father who I hold POA for has a fault on his landline. He is unable to use a mobile and his Telecare pendant

    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    @nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

    @nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach We have been waiting 7 weeks to get any kind of internet service. My wife and I work from home and have 3 primary aged children who cannot home school. Always told “tomorrow” (as was last night), now again it’s “give it a few days”. Please resolve this, now

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Awful service. I needed BT Business installed in my house to be able to remote work, placed my order after many phone calls, to then be put on two different monthly plans and two different orders have gone through. I can’t get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk third time today my router has gone down for more than 15mins each time, working from home is stressful enough without having to jump through hoops with a service that states it’s super fast and super reliable as well as costly !

    @bt_uk Is there a known outage in London? We are having trouble connecting to the Wifi and it seems as though others are too. However, your website says no faults. Please confirm.

    New customer @bt_uk had broadband fitted no problem, phone was supposed to be sorted day after, but had problems. When rung customer service got very rude woman telling me I was wrong. Think they need to give lessons in manners there. Very tempted to go back to old supplier

    @1661peter @bt_uk Totally agree. &don’t try ringing BT either. they don’t want to know. Spent hours on phone trying to sort out all the issues of supposed upgraded broadband ... leads everywhere(health hazard)/ tv apps wouldn’t work (needed 2 sets of special adapters). It’s a mess. Don’t do it!

    Bad start to Tuesday as our @bt_uk fibre is dead as a duck and they can't get an engineer out to us until tomorrow... so that's going to be a bit of a challenge given I have three (shaky...) bars of EE from which to tether.

    @bt_uk Been waiting since 14 Dec for delivery of Wi-fi 600 kit. Have made 3 very long phone calls to chase, including one yesterday where I was on for over 2 hours! Left my number with Manager in Sales who promised someone would call me back. So far, nothing. Help. Please.
