Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@bt_uk @bt_uk still waiting on my email to give me the price to get my original date!? Oh and my TV box is getting delivered the day after my aerial install even though I contacted and told you I needed it earlier. Again I'm losing out because of poor service!!

@bt_uk I’ve moved into a house that maybe used to have bt fibre & there’s a bundle of cable on my front garden, going down a very ugly plastic pipe into the ground… can you remove that? Or can I just cut it away…?

My sister and bro in law are in their 60s and 70s and carers for BIL's 101 year old Mum inc liaising with hospital. Haven't had internet or phone for over a week because of errors by @EE and @BT_uk. Should have been reconnected yesterday. Nothing! Can't be that hard to turn it on

@MoneySavingExp Our @bt_uk broadband renewal quote was £8 or 25% more. In the letter the same deal was offered as new customer/actively change for £2 less than what we were currently paying its a joke. You have to waste time on hold waiting to talk to someone otherwise automatically pay more.
