    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    @bt_uk please can you urgently help? I’ve online chat yesterday- very helpful but to no avail. Online chat today literally goes round in circles. My 89 year old father who I hold POA for has a fault on his landline. He is unable to use a mobile and his Telecare pendant

    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    @nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

    @nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

    @bt_uk @byrnechris86 Loyalty there is no loyalty with bt they send a phone they don't know they sent you. And are not thankfully. Send a engineer who tells u lies, re sending a disc back that never worked ever

    Be aware that @bt_uk and @EE are running a con game between themselves. Sending unwanted mobiles and then both denying help to return them. Hardly the image of a worldwide brand is it @bt_uk ?

    @bt_uk struggling to report an issue with my broadband. The engineers came over yesterday and fixed externally but this evening its been working intermittently how do I contact to let you know. Rather annoying that this keeps happening

    @bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

    @bt_uk I need some help to understand whether the direct debit has been sorted. The app was not clear after I put the bank details in on whether the direct debit is active. I have sent you a DM with further details.

    @bt_uk Hi can I find out why our activation date has been put back at the last minute. We work from home and this is a real problem. No tx or email only found out by logging on to check the status. Not a great start

    I'm already losing money because I can't work and I'm self employed. My partner can't even WFH now. The @bt_uk Web chat team essentially glossed over the problem, told me what I already knew and passed me on to a manager who said "my colleague has done everything correct".

    I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

    My BT landline stoped working few hours ago and the number to report the fault is busy all the time. All I get is automated nonsense message! That is a terrible service @bt_uk !
