    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    @bt_uk hi guys, I'm continually getting the ge001 error on the android app after updating it. Recordings play fine, but the app fails with this code when trying to watch live. Any ideas how I can fix? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled. Thx.

    @bt_uk really upset that my 79 year mother has a fault on her phone line for the 2nd time in the last two weeks and has been told that it may take until next Friday to fix. This cannot be right as she is vulnerable and the phone provides a lifeline to the outside world 😡

    @bt_uk Please could you improve product and #customerexperience training for your call takers? It took many calls to get my broadband 6 months ago and now the same when trying to get Fibre 900. Shouldn’t have to keep calling until one gets the right service

    Hi @bt_uk I am forever having issues casting on complete wi-fi. Even though all devices are connected on the same SSID it's as if one is connected to the router and one connected to the complete wi-fi AP and won't talk to each other.

    @bt_uk Hi Ash. I’m really sorry but I don’t understand your question? All I know is I’ve paid more this month for a lesser service. I’m not sure how to see if you’ve raised any faults on the service?
