@nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

@bt_uk please can you urgently help? I’ve online chat yesterday- very helpful but to no avail. Online chat today literally goes round in circles. My 89 year old father who I hold POA for has a fault on his landline. He is unable to use a mobile and his Telecare pendant

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@btsport could you please stop announcing the scores of other champions league matches. I had every intention of watching Napoli and then Real Madrid. Unfortunately you kept announcing the score of the other games during commentary so I watched 2 games instead of 4 . Very poor

just turned on the bt coverage of west ham gent and carlton cole just baselessly guessing where gent are in the league (guessed 8th when they’re 4th). just start the programme at 20 to if the coverage is going to be this bad @btsport

I have the worst luck with broadband. Upgraded to @bt_uk from TalkTalk because they were offering a good deal at a higher speed but now full fibre is in the area, I'm paying more for an inconsistent 77mbps when some providers are offering up to 900mps for around £5-£9 less.

@mattpoole2011 @bt_uk Hell no. Had a really bad experience with them too! Charged me for 18 months for 2 properties at the same time despite the internet in the new property never working as They hadn’t cancelled the old one. They couldn’t seem to understand I can’t live in 2 places at the same time !

@liammhornerr @bt_uk Update, they sent a message saying the fault has been sorted with and that my broadband should be normal again… guess what same issue occurs where it just crashes happens. Called them again, said an engineer will be sent in 9 days to check what’s happening.
