    @nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    @bt_uk Maybe an answer for someone else in future with that error code. Bt app via now tv, bt themselves bill me but problem was the actual now tv box playing videos. Restarting box was the answer

    @bt_uk I have never in all my years dealt with a company as truly awful as BT. Time after time I am made promises, given assurances and mis lead with regards to my expectations. Share price is lower than it has been for years. No wonder! Shocking company.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the reply. I’ve done a factory reset which has made me realise that if I stand right by the hub it will connect. Get 5m away and it loses signal and says that there is “no internet connection”

    @bt_uk So what BT are saying is that they supply **** WiFi around the house. You pay an extra tenner a month for extended WiFi and if that fails they'll give you a partial refund. That is total shite. We dumped BT because poor WiFi in a small bungalow.

    @bt_uk You can't actually deliver on this though can you. Misleading advert. When we complain about our signal you tell me its to be expected at peak times, or I've got too many devices using WiFi.
