    @BTCare ring customer services, get a “better deal with sports etc” ring sky, get offered (and accept) much better deal. BT ring me, I explain what’s happened. BT then say they can do better priced deal. If so, then why not offer it to me first?? Very poor

    @scottnicholls78 @lannomedia @btsport @SpeedwayGP A night for the conspiracy theorists, such is the drama of (all) sports and as usual a Referee (and Start Marshall) who want to be more important than the "participants". It will fill column inches as sadly, for once, the GP Racing tonight has been pretty poor.

    @BTCare I made a complaint but it is still not resolved. We had issues with broadband back in jan 18. BT decided to send engineer and has now charged us for this visit. Stating it was client equipment yet I still have the same euipqment. Engineer didn’t touch my equipment.

    @BTCare No, was hung up on four times before someone would even look, information given completely sketchy, tech person has apparently passed it on and someone will contact me , no day or time given, asked to raise complaint as no manager available (VOL013-338736204644) Garry

    @BTCare Based on where my socket has been installed the smart hub Wi-Fi signal doesn’t reach every room of the house

    @BTCare They advised me it would cost £130 for an engineer, and I advised them otherwise, as I had borrowed another router to check it wasn’t that, and also changed micro filters, wasn’t that either, clearly a problem at your end

    @BTCare It says there’s no faults, but there have been a number of times where I’ve had to reboot my router or switch to mobile data as performance using home broadband is poor

    @BTCare They said open reach had a problem that needs manual fixing. Open reach was supposed to do work oct 8 so why was I not informed there was a problem until after I called on oct 15. Now I am without internet and tv! They said they will update me oct 22 then book an engineer to come

    @BTCare it was clear from the first tweet that explanation wasnt required and that a disgusted customer getting unjustifyable price hikes at the start of a contract was hoping for more than you read from the big book of vague excuses. You clearly have no desire to help at all
