  @bt_uk I've have been given a reason, yes. However, I have not placed a new order. As I expressed to the colleague of yours that I spoke to, I do not regard an order being cancelled without notification as being indicative of good customer service.

  @bt_uk No it's ok. If you refund me or give me a reduced bill then you'll have to do it to everyone. It's just frustrating that every so often i have these issues from time to time. I came with you because you had good reliability reviews and you were rated faster then sky. Cheers tho

  @bt_uk So I got a PM from @bt_uk saying that they were working to resolve this and that someone would call me yesterday (26th). But, just like the rest of the service I’ve received I was mislead to again and no one called me.

  @BT / @btsport proud owners of the slowest TV box & remote control ON THE PLANET. Up to a minute to load a f-ing channel. And then when you call customer services to get it sorted they send you the exact same piece of crap. DIRE all round. #norenewal #subscription

  @bt_uk Thank you for your reply, a 1pm-6pm would do for a friday as my friday shift finishes at 11am, the text service is only offering tues 1 march just now, is it just a case of text each day and see when a friday appt is offered?
