    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    @bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

    @bt_uk just had a nightmare trying to switch to a different service once my contract ends BT cut me off my broadband 11 days before my contract was due to end due to a “glitch” Would not advise anyone to sign up to BT now appalling customer service and slow broadband

    @bt_uk Oh Alannah, I did call & I can't cancel without the help of Royal Mail. Curious, I did cancel broadband over the phone last October. Not allowed to cancel my BT relationship over the phone this time. Odd.

    Internet is barely usable! Dropping out every 2 mins! 😡 @bt_uk still haven’t fixed it! Got ANOTHER engineer coming out Friday (if they turn up) who’ll no doubt not be able to fix it! Paying a wedge to BT for some of the worst customer experience ever! Who do I need to switch to?

    Infuriating that companies like @bt_uk force you to stick to the set-term contract that you both agree to at a certain price but at any time they can increase their prices. An epic effort to get shop costs down in Oct only to be told today that prices will increase by 14.4%

    @bt_uk by BT with no explanation other than a fault?! Today's email again has put this back to 17th Feb. They have been left with no WiFi or tv since 28th Dec. Surely such a service requires a quicker response
