Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@bt_uk I've been alternately distressed, furious and appalled at the post-bereavement service offered by BT over the past 15 months since my mother died, culminating in yet another email today threatening action if I don't return kit that was returned months ago. No excuse for it

Bloody wifi and internet shocking !! When I called last time even the engineer who turned up couldn’t fix it and said they had sent wrong person. When you have to use your 4g in your own home. Get your act together BT!! @bt_global @bt_uk 😡🤬
