Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

When they haven’t even served a notice? The only issue here is if BT own the pylon? But if their apparatus is on it they are still responsible for for your lost service?.
