    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    @bt_uk The way to avoid the costs is to a) keep your network running properly, b) communicate with customers accurately about when things go down (or in advance if planned) and not lie about it being fixed when it isn’t

    @bt_uk We're still having problems however the app says that repairs are expected. So I'll wait until then and if nothing then I'll DM.

    @bt_uk what is going on with BT TV? Told me to return, now I've lost pretty much every channel. And the signal is awful and so is the Internet!
