Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

@bt_uk Hi there, I’ve not had a home phone plugged in to make and receive phone calls for some years… I’ve just been told I can cancel my phone number but keep my fibre into the house broadband… is that right? If so How? Thanks

@bt_uk I was able to mine pi cryptocurrency from my pi app via my home hub. Now I have to turn Wi-Fi off on my phone. Start a mining session on 4G. Then turn Pi network back on and so on. Never used to have to turn Wi-Fi off. Took me about 3 weeks to figure out you’d blocked the app.

@bt_uk 2/2 On top of the, money was taken from my account without my permission ANDyou want to increase my monthly bill +£30. I’m now not being given what I was promised. Lost ALL faith in BT. I will be calling soon to cancel my contact having been with you (in total) for 39 years!

@bt_uk Just received notification that you’re switching me to Digital Voice. Your FAQs say: “If there is a power outage or your broadband fails, you'll be unable to make calls using Digital Voice, including calls to 999. Please use alternative means such as a mobile phone.” 1/2

@bt_uk Hi Claire, I spoke to the sales team. Turns out part of our street has fibre (and our nextdoor neighbor!) But not us. They've queried openreach for us to see if this is correct. Cheers for the help. I've never worked so hard to give someone my money!

Broke down in tears on the phone to @bt_uk ECR because the line ive been waiting for since July and was assured would be turned on last Saturday and then changed to Tuesday now has a fault on it and has gone back to @OpenreachHelp. I'm just so so so fed up

@bt_uk the service my parents have received is appalling. This needs resolving now, they are being lied to by your representatives, how do I escalate to get this resolved properly. The person they spoke to said if they complained it would come to them!
