@bt_uk please can you urgently help? I’ve online chat yesterday- very helpful but to no avail. Online chat today literally goes round in circles. My 89 year old father who I hold POA for has a fault on his landline. He is unable to use a mobile and his Telecare pendant

Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@JimmyCardiff @domjoly @bt_uk As I understand it, they've now been compelled to ...Openreach this is actually... To start building fibre infrastructure instead of tagging snazzy bits on the easy parts of the network. Who knows, 20, no, 30 years, we might have more than 1 choice for full fiber. 🤞

@bt_uk Absolutely shocked and disgusted by your lack of customer care. I ordered super fast fibre broadband Nov 20, and had engineer out 22 Dec 20, Couldnt install, Came back 22 Jan 2021, fibre brought to door, couldnt install because of covid restrictions. 1/2
