Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@btsport just spent 30 mins (despite being told wait was 5) on your chatbot waiting to speak to someone about why my Android app want connect to sport channels (rebooted, reinstalled etc). No reply. I'm not getting the service I pay for.

Called yesterday to reschedule my installation with @bt_uk and they still managed to send the poor engineer out this morning to waste his time. Knew this would happen. And now i'll have to wait another two weeks, I suppose?
