Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@bt_uk yes hundreds have - all have been given individual engineer appointments - some in two weeks as no one seems to realise it’s a mass fault … you need to alert people … it’s Sky customers too so a big issue

@bt_uk Thank you. Problem resolved early afternoon. It seemed to be a general problem as "DownDetectorUK" was showing a lot of reports of email problems.

@bt_uk any updaye as to when broadband services in the 01908 dial code (Milton Keynes) will be restored? issues intitially logged at 09.30 Sunday but latest update advises fix will be 09.30 Monday???

@PamelaReay @bt_uk loads of peole withiut internet in MK - hundreds have called - sky too - hopefully open reach will pick up and fix - gonna be expensive for bt otherwise giving us all compensation
