Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@bt_uk Online chat for BT they have said this can take 72 hours to come back for these payments is beyond unacceptable. Your systems shouldn't be able to just do this. This refund needs to be returned today, asap. This service is an utter joke.

Only reason I'm not overdrawn is cause I've got strick instructions on the acct to avoid that - after a similar OD incident where I was in turn charged.This is madness.Reached out for a resolution, only to have another 2 attempts at acc for £25 a pop
