Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

It only offers option to select one of those appointments. Doesn’t offer option for what to do if they’re not suitable. I work from around 7 to 6 every day so can’t spend hours calling

Stu Ballam (@tizstu) reported@PigB0dine @bt_uk @Ofcom Fundamentally BT is no longer a communication provider. It’s a Communication Billing Company. The Service and actual service is provided by Openreach… who provide the same service for all so you just need to choose who you want to bill you.
