Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Placed order for broadband switch with @bt_uk. Paid for engineer installation to avoid issues. @bt_uk cancelled appointment in automated text message with no explanation. Telephoned to rebook and get reason........given runaround by customer service, still no engineer! #bt_uk

@bt_uk Let me ask this - do you often connect your new customers' broadband service, barely 30 minutes into the day (night) of the first day of service? Don't tell me you do, because that would be a damned lie. Years of custom, and this is how you treat your customers?

Sat in a sainsburys carpark tweeting & working because @bt_uk Halo is RUBBISH; never accept their "mini hub" it's awful & they have left me with no Internet for 9 days & I still have to pay my full bill ... Cheers @bt_uk your a dream 🙄 #BT #InternetShutdown

@bt_uk Your terrible customer service is a large part of why I decided to change - this episode confirms it. I have at least 2 other accounts still with yourselves elsewhere but it will be my priority to end all those services and never use you again.
