    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    @bt_uk @Ofcom Ordering Upgrade to fibre 31st Dec.. No fibre. Broadband service completly cancelled by BT on the 19th Feb! Still taking debits! Promised call back twice .. no call back! Promised fix date twice didn't happen. Promised again for today still no internet! What now?!

    @ring after waiting days to receive my ring doorbell from @bt_uk the blooming thing does not work. Cannot begin to explain how infuriating this is, after spending 20 hours waiting for the battery to charge, & now it’s too late to get support. SO ANNOYING Is this gonna continue?

    @bt_uk my service fell OUT OF THE BLUE this afternoon and the estimate is for the 7th for a fix. i want a discount for the amount of time my service is down bc i had to pay for mobile data. this is a joke i live in central london and you don’t have one emergency engineer???

    @BT @BTCare Need to understand why the Relay UK app for deaf persons has stopped working ( tried using on two phones). No advisers available on the 24 hour helpline either. Has the service been shut down???

    @bt_uk how do I cancel a product without having to phone up? I can order via the web; why can't I cancel via the web? A 14.4% price hike is literally ridiculous given the shoddy service you've been providing me for the past 6 months.

    @nidriks1 @bt_uk Sky said they aren’t putting prices up this year. I’ve been a BT customer for 15 years - their attempt to stop me leaving was paying a little more to save the pain of changing provider. Agree more people should complain or move mate.
