Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@bt_uk what can I say? Took a week, but you fixed the problem. For around four and a half hours. Back to having NO INTERNET AGAIN!!!! Polite words fail me. I am absolutely fuming.

You’re about to lose me as a customer, after incorrectly disconnecting me in the first place the new account you’ve setup is 10mbs slower than before and is causing me unbelievable latency issues @bt_uk - supposed to be getting a call to discuss compensation next week also #Poor

@KevinCowan @bt_uk I’ve had this email telling me they’ve updated the email service. It’s clearly playing utter havoc with the system. There was an essential two phase authentication. Emails are disappearing and I can’t search! Mail boxes no longer sync to the iPhone app either. It’s ridiculous.
