Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

@samj0606 @btsport @sky Same here. Every 10-15 mins says “there is a problem” but you can press play again and it works. Then same thing happens again after another 10-15

@bt_uk can’t watch BT Sports through PS5 for longer than 10 seconds before it crashed with error code VC019, any suggestions on how to fix this been going on for weeks

The BT Sport App is actual dog **** ****. Doesn’t work on my Apple TV doesn’t work on my Shield. Working fine on my Xbox though. @btsportfootball @btsport fix it please.

another stupendous fail by @bt_uk phone lines +30 min wait, try online chat for a technical question...1.5hours later, even after it being escalated they couldnt even understand the question being asked and repeatedly gave back some unrelated information after telling them so

It’s time @btsport should find the close down their channels and concentrate on their broadband speeds which are currently a joke. If you wanted to watch highlights of a match on YouTube on their channel 6 to 17 MB is a disgrace.
