Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

Bit insensitive of @EE and @btsport to show an advert of Kevin Bacon trapped underground considering the players are wearing black armbands to support the victims of the Turkey and Syria earthquakes 😔

@btsport jermaine jenas is the worst co commentator you've ever had, and yours are often terrible.
-
Super Mik Arteta
(@NickUTA) reported
Is Jermaine Jenas the worst co-commentator? Called a chip that hit the post a "great finish", and then told Soucek he should've stayed on his feet when he pushed someone in the back. It's almost like he does it on purpose. #BBCFootball #btsport

Blimey, BTSport's results service is childish garbage, isn't it?
-

I don't think that's a handball by Soucek. In slow motion it looked like the hand was placed to save the ball but in real-time it actually is a natural position to put your hand there when falling on the floor. #WHUCHE #btsport

@bt_uk The hybrid hub has 4g signal. However, none of my devices switch over to it (when my home hub loses power). Shouldn’t the hybrid hub inherit all device connections in the event of power loss (to the home hub router) ?

@moggsymo @btsport I'm not sure mate - why on earth is North going down on one knee? Has to be mitigation (as they said). That said ... 1) I don't like North & 2) Turner is in my fantasy team .... x

@kirkdawes @bt_uk @bt_uk I have this too. However the BT engineer didn’t test it. When I switch my main router off, I had expected the EE Hybrid connect to kick in. But it doesn’t… it seems it’s only useful in the event of a BT service issue - and not much use for other events such a fusing.
