Richard (@iceman500000) reported@btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home
-
Eaters (@eaters2009) reported@bt_uk This is not acceptable. You told me to phone you regarding my issue. I tried last night and again this morning on 5 or 6 occasions. I can’t spend the whole day trying to get through. Put more people on the line.

WJBBrown (@WarrenBedeBrown) reported@btbusinesscare Disappointing to hear you are penalising loyal customers for paying slightly late. Most of the Country, especially small businesses are struggling and yet if you are late with your bill payment, you charge loyal customers £40. Hidden in your T&C's. Terrible.....

Euan (@euanwab) reported@asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
