Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

@bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

@bt_uk Nope because the text replied nobody there till 8am. However I did raise a similar issue days ago and my service was apparently tweaked (but it’s got worse)

@bt_uk continue with their shambolic broadband service and now communication. 23 days since installation + cannot still provide a decent broadband service. Also seems a rip off @bt_uk are on Hub 6 but I was provided with Home Hub 4 ....

@BTCare So, can you please tell me when exactly the fault with my telephone & fibre line will be fixed, as I’m now sick of paying for a service I’m not getting...!!! It’s not as if we live in the sticks... Next stop will be @BBCWatchdog & @Ofcom if it’s not fixed very soon!!! 😡

@btsport and @btsportrugby .. if you subscribe to BT Sport via a SkyQ Box ... when you are recording one rugby match on BT Sport 1 ... How can you record the other rugby match being televised on BT Sport 2 extra ... is there a way or is this poor programme planning?
