Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

@TweetingYet @bt_uk Help Desks (I have run one) are a pain. I could tell you a story about a bomb going off outside our office in Belfast. Our response was not good. I got rid of that role asap. Just make sure you do not consider @TalkTalk

@lee_o_85 @EE @bt_uk Paying £45 per month for fibre BT Internet and BT Sport but can’t watch most games because their Internet is too slow. Tonight I can’t even get a measure of the internet speed because BT Internet too slow. Pointless moving to any other supplier because they all use BT Internet.

@madebygoogle Yeah done all that. It’s a @btsport specific issue because a message appears on tv saying that I can’t cast to that tv anymore. Same for all other tv’s. I can cast anything else.
