    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    @bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    Absolutely unbelievable that we have been having fault after fault with @BT(@bt_uk) and they can’t send an engineer as they haven’t got the communications to contact them! They can’t say when they will be able to contact anyone either. Priceless. Atrocious service on every level.

    @bt_uk absolute disgraceful service from you guys! Supposed to have broadband and TV set up on 4/5/21! Open reach work was not done properly to connect property as the engineer could not install this morning! My partner is keyworker nurse who works from home, unacceptable!

    @bt_uk Hello! Yeah, tried that and got a “No channel” message. I’ve reset the box by holding the button down until it reset, but it’s made no difference 🙁

    @bt_uk am not happy because i pay £40 a month for internet to get a max of 32mb, yet someone 2 miles down the road with fibre gets 140mbs for cheaper, because i stay in a sma village were low down on the priorty for fibre, complete scam if you ask me

    @bt_uk Atrocious service as these appointments are not fulfilled due to getting ‘lost’ in the system. Clearly customer service is not important at all to bt.

    @bt_uk I’ve had a Full Fibre outage since the morning. Spoke to someone on the phone who advised it’s an area outage and that I’d be able to track the fault online but when I log into my BT account it doesn’t show any faults??? Also service status claims there no faults… strange
