@nat_alia93 I left @SkyUK , After they did the same and their customer service was terrible and went to @bt_uk - got a great deal on broadband , landline and mobiles too!

@bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

@nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

be very cautious if you're thinking of switching to @bt_uk for broadband! Been without broadband for nearly 2 weeks now purely down to the mismanagement of the switching process and still can't give a date for connection.

@bt_uk That was implied, but doesn't help. I was sent multiple confirmations that the appt. would go ahead, plus a video showing how to prep for it, which I had to confirm I watched. I don't now know what is going on, and the tracker says I will move to the new (more exp.) pkg today.

@bt_uk Jules, I have fibre to the premises at almost 300mbs and yet cannot maintain a reliable bandwidth in order to teach from home. An engineer of yours has been incredibly helpful with sending equipment to manage the issue but it has not improved. #teacherontheedge
