@btsport So, you've just taken £25 from my account for a Monthly pass and immediately informed me that the service is no longer available. How does that work, please?
-
Dr Amanda Lee (@amandaleehull) reported from Bonby, England
@BTCare terrible signal today - since our ‘whole home Wi-fi’ account was botched by my EE mobile switch - (didn’t request it - but I ended up on a lesser account) - the Wi-fi speeds are far slower ..

Lol now a rumour going round that @skytv are asking rugby league teams to polish up with new badges "so the younger generation can connect with the sport" what a load of ****!! Should of gone to @bt_uk after all!! #rugbyforthefans

@btsport Any danger of asking your cameraman to stop shaking the camera up and down? #headachecity @btsportfootball

VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

Connor Sasse (@CLKhull) reported from Hessle, England
@bt_uk why is BT sport so expensive for us in Hull, not our fault you wont provide a telephone or Internet service in the hull area.
-
Liam Dearing (@liam_dearing) reported from Hessle, England
It’s nice that this final is free to air from @btsport but it’s a bad advert for their coverage to have Robbie Savage on commentary. Honestly can’t think of a worse commentator 😴😴😴😴

@ivinsp @FutureDarren @btbusinesscare You’re a star!! Thank you. Spoken to Ankul, Rushsli, Snehit, Sreya, Muskan just this week. Not one had bothered to move this forward or get back to me. Awful.

Mark (@Walesguy2) reported
@FutureDarren @btbusinesscare I mean the “help centre” in India is absolutely dreadful. Mind boggling incompetence and quite happy to lie to customers. I don’t know why @Ofcom don’t do anything!!!
-
Darren the new me.💜❤💙💚🧡🙏 (@FutureDarren) reported
@Walesguy2 @btbusinesscare BT as Multi National Conglomerate should be held accountable for so many faults and errors,…..but yet, here they still are!
-
Mark (@Walesguy2) reported
@ccshoreditch @btbusinesscare In over 20 years of running businesses @BTBusiness is the worst company I’ve ever come across. No comprehension of the havoc they cause. They take responsibility for nothing. Just don’t care.
-
Mark (@Walesguy2) reported
Why didn’t Ankul from customer support keep his promise to contact me yesterday @btbusinesscare ? My business has been without a phone line or WiFi for seven days. We can’t operate. Business care? That’s a joke isn’t it. Dreadful.

Rich Harris (@RichCmiHarris) reported
@btbusinesscare how do I process a complaint please.
-
ADHD Will 🇺🇦 #FBPE #BLM 🇺🇦 (@adhdiwill) reported
@btbusinesscare I think the problem is you say you want us to lock in a better deal, by renewing our contract, but you’re accidentally showing us the deals only available to new customers. Who am I supposed to complain to about this? Is it ofcom? Trading standards?

Delna (@Delna1234) reported
@jonesrachelann @btbusinesscare @Keir_Starmer Just occurred to me that I’ve heard of a number of people having problems with O2 and Virgin. All having difficulty with problems re getting through to call centres . O2 keep saying caller failed the security test until they threatened complaint

@jonesrachelann @btbusinesscare Hi Rachel Did you get it sorted? We are in the same boat. The sales are great but then the technical support in India is useless. We are on the 7th week and its still not working. I think I have made 40-50 calls in total and its still not working.

@btbusinesscare Hi I work for a local council, I'm trying to help a customer with an address for some stables, BT say they need an address for a connection, but stables aren't something which Royal Mail would issue an address to, How does BT deal with these situations? Thanks
