Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

Just, wow. For our truly awful 10mbps internet, @bt_uk are pumping up the price by 14.4%. It can't be for investment in infrastructure, as these internet speeds are below the average from a decade ago.

@btbusinesscare Everything is set up with all the equipment , the phone won’t pair with the hub , we are on the cloud app as well and they say the line is not up and running , it was supposed to be a seamless change over , they can’t even redirect our calls , I have a complaint ref IMP111336548

@JoeAinscough92 @skytv If you cancel the customer cancellation team tend to ring you a week or so later to give you a decent package. That’s what I always do (inc SkySports and BTSport etc).

@bt_uk how do I escalate a complaint? I have been waiting for over a month for a refund for a service that I have advised on multiple occasions I did not want (back in 2018!) remains on my bill to this day. Service has been beyond poor and lacking in knowledge of my case
