Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk Hi there, had no internet for a since yesterday niw, plus connection kept dropping out for a couple of days before that, have got someone out tomorrow but can you advise of anything else in the mean time? Normally a top service from you so hopefully a one off !!!?

@Danjay114 @bt_uk I'm an existing BT customer over decades. Ordered fibre upgrade 23 Jan. Told then typically 5 days for installation/ certainly within month. All this time later, weeks of frustrations,wasted time waiting in for workers that don't turn up, made to feel like a liar by their 1/2

@virginmedia So glad my cancellation is only a week away, how can an ISP as large as @virginmedia have such poor customer support. Taking your status page offline when there is an outage isn’t cool! @bt_uk for the win

@virginmedia We’ve had more downtime and painfully slow connection than we ever did with @bt_uk. And we’re low users (no gaming or constant streaming). wish we never moved.
