Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

It’s nice that this final is free to air from @btsport but it’s a bad advert for their coverage to have Robbie Savage on commentary. Honestly can’t think of a worse commentator 😴😴😴😴

@bt_uk are absolute scammers. Phoned to terminate my account when my contracted ended but they have no record so now I have to pay for a service I did not want and have not used. Yet during COVID when someone at @bt_uk randomly terminated my phone line & broadband 1/2

@bt_uk why do your customer service managers not follow up complaints that have been passed over to them. Every time I call in I get told they will call on a certain date but it never happens. Called in several times now. No email address to send anything it’s phone calls only

@bt_uk never known a company to repeatedly make placing an order so difficult. Broadband renewal ordered at 11am, system cancelled by 1pm, 2 phone calls and an hour later and now I have to wait for a callback tomorrow. 4 orders in 7 years and each one has been difficult. Why?

@bt_uk You are missing my point, they were promised they’d get the number TODAY, last time I explained to parents BT said they couldn’t have old numbers I had my mother in floods of tears for over 30 mins. MY PARENTS ARE REAL PEOPLE PLS TREAT THEM ACCORDINGLY

Hi @EE I've got a mini hub provided by @bt_uk whilst waiting for my broadband to be installed, but why do I only get 15 mins of connection before it decides there's no signal? I'm on EE for my mobile in the same location and have full signal? Not useful
