It’s nice that this final is free to air from @btsport but it’s a bad advert for their coverage to have Robbie Savage on commentary. Honestly can’t think of a worse commentator 😴😴😴😴

@BTCare terrible signal today - since our ‘whole home Wi-fi’ account was botched by my EE mobile switch - (didn’t request it - but I ended up on a lesser account) - the Wi-fi speeds are far slower ..

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

@bt_uk Thanks for replying, Dee. We have the latest update. What we want is someone who doesn’t just say “sorry, nothing to do with us!!” as openreach delay installation for yet another week. There seems to be zero accountability. I’ve never experienced anything like it

@bt_uk I’ve sent a DM with the information. The bits I will share here are that the box is on a wired connection, it has been restarted, and the software is up to date as of 12/6/21 - only since this have the problems occurred

@excoundrel @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Honestly if you are having openreach issues might be worth looking into switching to virgin media (even though I hate their customer service) because of no service you'll be entitled to early termination, unfortunatly every UK supplier bar virgin uses openreach I believe

@excoundrel @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Is this to have FTTP installed? Must be an underground feed if it's causing this much trouble.

@bt_uk My aunt called on my nans behalf. Last night they said a team leader would call between 8-10 today. Aunt called at 8 this morning and apparently that’s still the case but still no call at 9:45. If my Nan falls whilst her alarm is down BT are liable as far as I’m concerned
