    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @bt_uk Any issues with email forwarded to accounts via @namecheap hosts today. Support call says not but mail forwarded to any account outside BT control arrives fine??

    @bt_uk But the connection team are not helping. They are blaming OpenReach for not bringing forward the date of the transfer from the 12th. OpenReach are saying that BT need to contact them by chat to do this. Please help.

    @btsport why does the sound frequently jump back 30 seconds or so? Makes watching rugby difficult at best, seems to be a worsening issue

    @bt_uk I can, but will it help? Between us, we have rung and emailed many many times, been promised call backs and dates to fix and none of this has happened.

    @bt_uk My Uncles phone has been out of action since 8pm on Friday, when we reported the fault. He is in his 90’s and classed as vulnerable, and we were told it would be fixed within 30hrs!! We are now very concerned for his welfare as we are unable to call him. Please help

    @bt_uk So I’m going to be without broadband for 5 days because someone at BT brought forward the transfer by 5 days without telling Sky and OpenReach but nobody at BT or @OpenReachhelp or @SkyBroadband will take ownership of the problem. Abysmal CS from all 3 companies.
