    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    @BTCare terrible signal today - since our ‘whole home Wi-fi’ account was botched by my EE mobile switch - (didn’t request it - but I ended up on a lesser account) - the Wi-fi speeds are far slower ..

    Honestly @bt_uk are a total shower of s**t!Had nothing but grief from sending equipment to the wrong address to engineers not turning up!Cancelled with them & then they have the cheek to try & charge £118 for a service we haven’t had!

    @bt_uk Residential line. When called, not only does it not forward to our mobile (as set up perfectly too) but it tells the caller “you have dialled an incorrect number. Please try again”. Has happend 5 times today. Please help as this has been going on for months.

    @bt_uk I know how to record programmes - my issue is that when I series record some programmes, it doesn't work - when I go to the next programme in the series, it isn't set to record so I have to do it manually (defeating the purpose of series record!)

    @bt_uk Can someone explain why I was cut off? I’ve had to be connected as a new customer so connection date 3 weeks down the line since set up. Customer service has been shocking since 29th December.

    @bt_uk Don’t worry Mark, I’ve gone through all avenues to gain the help I need, you’ve sold me a fibre package that emits 80% less MBPS across our house than what the package is. Engineer visit found there was an issue but now you want me to upgrade my package because you can’t fix it.

    @Cronin_JP_ @bt_uk If you’re out of contract with BT I’d honestly leave them.They’re a total shower of s**t.We had a home move booked & they never turned up!Sent the new hub to the old address.We cancelled & they’ve tried sending a bill for £80 for a service we’ve never had!

    @bt_uk It is a full fibre hub with digital voice,it’s ok I just used something to kick them out my system,now I’ve got another Gunn working,but pity you never answered me 6months or even the engineer who visited,so they are only left in an engineered version of Android 13,I’ll deal/1
