Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@mandown46 @bt_uk Same issue. Just moved into new house and previous owner didn't cancel. Bt cancelled my broadband but still emailed saying activation on 16th Dec. Now have to wait 28 days apparently. Spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday 1st hour on hold.

@bt_uk another engineer today who did nothing and closed the job. We pay for high speed and get constant drop outs. Even the engineer said BT won’t spend the money. 18 months of poor service while we all struggle to work from home!

@bt_uk shocking speeds during evening time at the moment. 40mb reduced to 2-3mb. Already spoken to customer service who changed my wireless channel on my router, which was pointless as I use a wired connection!

@bt_uk Horrible telecast quality of the cricket matches both in BT sport 1 and 2!! Freezes and audio cuts off every other second. Had to mute and watch. Fix it please @btsport
