@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

@btbusinesscare Why am I 38 minutes into a call in which I've spent 32 minute on hold, about a service you've failed to install at our new address for 4 months, but continued to charge me for at £51/month (which you say is for the line to an office I moved out of in March)?
