So bad that anyone that does not have @btsport cannot watch the highlights of their team. Broadcasting companies destroying supporting your team

  • gwelmor Gwelmor Holiday Home, Widemouth Bay (@gwelmor) reported from Plymouth, England

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

  • haydonbeagley Haydon Beagley (@haydonbeagley) reported from Plymouth, England

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

  • MikeyJNoble Mike Noble (@MikeyJNoble) reported from Plymouth, England

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

  • Lucyk1091 Lucy k (@Lucyk1091) reported from Plymouth, England

    @bt_uk your internet is shit.

@bt_uk Absolutely no point, you rarely respond, when we do get through you do nothing. You still owe us money, you still aren't delivering us a service, you are a disgrace and in the real world you be bankrupt running a business like you do #Banditsnormallywearmasks

  • FLC1889 Simon Jenkins (@FLC1889) reported

Why are @btsport apologising for bad language? It's 1.15am! If there's any kids still up watching this England team, then they've got bigger issues to worry about than the odd naughty word!

  • PHOENIXS80 Mike Neate (@PHOENIXS80) reported

@bt_uk It wasn’t sales he said he was hear due to complaints about slow speeds in the area, he showed ‘BT’ ID but from a distance to my wife , I have a photo of him on my ring door bell

  • fe010c Felix Chan (@fe010c) reported

@bt_uk my company’s internet is down since yesterday and area status showing there is no fix date on repairing, do you know what is happening at Bayswater W2? Thanks

  • chenieschap Gordon Ince (@chenieschap) reported

@bt_uk The process above has been followed, you just don't deal with it or ever fix it. You hide behind messaging and anonymous call centres, you have cost us considerably due to your complete inefficiency and 'couldn't care less' attitude, you should not have a licence from @Ofcom

  • ablfc1892 AkBrennan (@ablfc1892) reported

Btsport coverage of The Ashes is really poor.

  • Timbabaland1888 Tim Land (@Timbabaland1888) reported

@Goodall1892 @katecross16 I thought Fox sport was bad but BTSport have the nerve to charge customers good money for this trash. I can’t believe I’m say this but I actually went onto my IPTV and flicked on the FoxSport version

  • mavericktsg Jay Styles (@mavericktsg) reported

@bt_uk I've reset and rebuilt the network countless times. It seems to be OK for a period then all go to pot. To be honest us getting a bit tiresome

  • The_21st_Doctor Sam (@The_21st_Doctor) reported

    Why are @btsport apologising for bad language? It's 1:15am. #CricketTwitter #ASHES #AshesTest

  • mavericktsg Jay Styles (@mavericktsg) reported

@bt_uk Generally OK, the odd blip here and there but the kids stream a lot and not a huge amount of problems. The TV box itself does seem to be awfully slow, whether that's a contributory factor?
