Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

Now she's been disconnected & lost her lifeline with the outside world. So tomorrow we try again. 4th time lucky? I hope so.

The 1st available appointment for an engineer visit was 10th Jan, so a mini hub was going to be sent. Still no mini hub by Wednesday, phoned back up, turned out it was never ordered.
