@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

@bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

@btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

@bt_uk This was never mentioned or agreed. We are fighting to have our old number as all of our customers over the last 20 years of trading have our number 01302 302302. BT have put this number up into ‘the cloud’ and have lost it.

@btbusinesscare Trying but struggling to log the fault to get engineer out as you have deleted our account information. Was confirmed in July at last fault report that it was your end and you would sort it out but obviously not done that as problems again!

A very disappointing and patronising phone call with an operative called John. I have rang 4 times to complain about this ongoing issue and it has still not been resolved. Advised by John I can’t escalate my complaint, is this a @bt_uk policy for their loyal customers?

@bt_uk please contact me with regard to complaint reference VOL013-537030085981 number is 07814967620. You have failed to deliver broadband service to my new build as promised. Costing me a fortune in data. Having to travel to work as I have no broadband. Not good enough!!
