Marcus Nash (@norfolkbirdtour) reported@Shandazar @bt_uk I would gladly ditch BT, but most alternative providers just use the BT network, so when there is a fault (regularly here!) it is harder to get it fixed (one blames the other). Still getting emails from @TalkTalk offering us full fibre too! Mobile coverage very poor here as well
