@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk apps are not working on my box. I’ve checked the Ethernet connection with other devices and the internet connection is fine. YMV104 is the error code shown, I have followed steps and nothing?

@bt_uk loss of service again for the 8th time i think? Not good enough. Think I will try to go down the route of getting my money back now as been paying for a service that doesn't work Couldn't do my show @TruckStop_Radio thanks to the innternet dropping out

Out of contract and @skytv broadband speed is just dire. 0.06MBps.m right now. TV downloads stalling. This is a month after engineer installed new hub and boosters. I think we are heading back to @bt_uk. Somewhat reluctant but they are less **** than Sky.

@bt_uk Couldn't get back online due to these cowboys wanting 242.20p off me I was a existing customer and moved couldn't get a engineer to come to my house after 2 months of waiting so I left I recommend these to nobody all I did was move
