@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk It's not just about the compensation. I've been asking for an engineer for a month only to be told there is no fault. I've been told so many lies and I'm not getting the service I've paid for. I can't be left without a functioning service and I'll be paying £60 PER MONTH soon.

@bt_uk My question is why after 6 weeks of unusable WiFi, am I still expected to keep paying £55/month. Complete WiFi means I should have no connectivity issues but I can't even make a stable Zoom call. I am constantly being lied to, fobbed off and ignored. Someone needs to help me

@bt_uk So I don't need to expect separate Netflix charge/debit? Thanks btw. Hope the frustration doesn't come thru too much in text/tweets. As I said, I hadn't been seeking to be a TV customer again. We were happy with nowtv sticks.

@bt_uk What is the next stage of complaint after the BT complaint handler? Glad I was on phone with him when the dropout occurred. I've been told 4 months that it's all fine. I am self employed, WFH and have no income without a reliable WiFi signal. It's been weeks and weeks now.

@bt_uk Of course it hasn’t been resolved - everything we’ve ever recorded has now been deleted! Totally inept support

@bt_uk I will definitely be escalating this beyond the level of the existing complaint. Your Halo tech expert told me that a 54mbps download speed is not enough to run a zoom call. Told me I had to turn off all my cloud-based backups. No TV. No other devices. This is clearly a lie

@skiptotheend @paullewismoney @bt_uk Unfortunately that isn't the case of continuing to support the PSTN network as parts are hard to find and the technology & skills is no longer there globally. There are better devices out there to supply backup power and also ways to basically continue to have power when off grid

@bt_uk Then why even put the update up? You’ve just told me there’s a hours delay to it Your support just directs me to what I already know But you’ve just said what I already know is inaccurate

@bt_uk hello I reported an issue but having driven down the road it's a telegraph pole that's been hit, likely weekend repair?

@bt_uk The only devices we have directly connected via an ethernet cable are a Sky Q TV box and an Xbox I believe so we can't do a speed test on that. But testing closer to the router on a phone or laptop gives the same results & the same high ping issues occur on the Xbox as on the PC
