@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk Hi Ash. So I recently joined you - yay! - and I need to activate the BT ID so it asks me for my birth date, but when I choose this from the drop down menu, it tells me it's incorrect. We've tried multiple links, resetting passwords. They're raising it level 2 technical now. 😓

@drsje3 @bt_uk You can now leave with only 24 hrs notice failure to provide the service your paying for is breach of contract on there part just away BT can’t hold you hostage like they once could

@bt_uk I've never experienced such disgraceful customer service in my life. We've been passed round for 4 weeks now by numerous customer advisors, promised a phonecall back from a manager by 8pm today.... and NOTHING.

Trying to contact @bt_uk via phone because my Internet has just completely dropped... I was told to hang up and wait for a text so they can figure out what's wrong. I go to reply to the text and I get told I WILL BE CHARGED LOL. @bt_uk wtffff man. I want out of this contract 😭

@bt_uk BT SMT your team seem unable to fix my broadband. It’s now been 1 week!!! My two teenage daughters in the midst of their GCSEs are being impacted hugely being unable to access on-line revision documents. It is being made worse by the appalling communications, ironically!!
