@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

Haven’t had internet since Thursday because @bt_uk didn’t actually process our house move. Was told on Thursday it would be 24hrs. On Friday was told 48hrs. This morning we’re told the order hasn’t even been placed yet and will be at least another 48hrs. What a **** show.

  • 4candles4 Karen O (@4candles4) reported

unbelievable poor service from @TalkTalk set up a new contract for my elderly in laws... rang up this morning - NOTHING on the account! #NotElderlyFriendly #ScamCompany #RipOff Back to @bt_uk we go. Dont bother ringing I'm not interested in your empty promises

@FreeviewAdvice @bt_uk Thanks Dylan, but have found a broken aerial cable, hence the problem. Being fixed today.

  • Camillas_Books Camilla's Bookshop (@Camillas_Books) reported

@bt_uk @phi_jan Our home internet has been offline for about a month. We have had several automated messages telling us when it would be repaired. It isn't, and you are still charging for your "service". Any plans to fix it?

  • RCaitlin Robyn Caitlin (@RCaitlin) reported

@bt_uk My partner has already spent over 5 hours on the phone to you across Thurs, Fri and today so unless you can bypass everything else and process the order instantly I don’t think DMing any details is going to fix this. Definitely want to cancel our contract as soon as possible.

  • pokiscot pokiscot (@pokiscot) reported

@bt_uk Hello, no I don't think you can fix the problem with looking at my order. Your colleague already did, and @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach knew of the issues for over a month, and you guys took on a customer knowing there's an issue. Fun times.

  • SimonMonger Simon Monger, SCMP (He/Him) (@SimonMonger) reported from Poplar, England

@howiejk @bt_uk Most still blame COVID, which I think after two years is a poor excuse.

  • pokiscot pokiscot (@pokiscot) reported

@bt_uk you say you provide internet to my address, knowing that @WeAreOpenreach has a problem with the supply line to the property. Today was supposed to be my installation, now I must wait for thier 'review' by this friday? What does that even mean?it's been 2 weeks!

  • MikeBeeson4 Mike Beeson (@MikeBeeson4) reported

@walkinglamppost @bt_uk Same problem - there needs to be another way to check the internet connection than landline @bt_uk

  • JaneFallon Jane Fallon (@JaneFallon) reported

@btsport is there a problem with the ufc 272 download? I’m just getting ‘scheduled ‘ every time I try to download it
