@JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport They just ripped me off for £217 as claimed I did not cancel my contract which I did, so had no choice but to pay up or face a debt collector

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

@JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them £109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for £307, after an argument settled on £217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that

@btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

Really disappointed with the service from @bt_uk. Unhelpful and taking money for services not being used after contract has expired. Even doubling the charge after the agreed term. Disgraceful!

@MissChloeLord @bt_uk if your paying for a service that you not able to actually use as it’s not working that’s wrong. Ring them up and ask about getting your money back / compensation in the mean time, my dad had to fight virgin to get ours fixed, still properly isn’t but it’s better than it was

@bt_uk how come you are plugging BT broadband on @lbc and me as a 40 year long customer has to wait till March 11 for an upgrade appointment? Your service desk told me folks who don’t have broadband get priority I also don’t get a ‘sale’ discount

@DJSnM Surely you remember @bt_uk? I left after they switched on family filter,it was greyed out in the web portal and call centre told me all BT networking was under my control,not theirs. I went to @IDNet and they chat technically or write down what you say & pass to engineers.Amazing

Need to contact @HMRCcustomers about being stuck at sea and being unable to file my tax return - impossible to do. Want to cancel @btsport and @bt_uk won’t let me so they can steal money from me. My credit card company won’t let me pay them unless I can phone them UK is a joke
