@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

  • gwelmor Gwelmor Holiday Home, Widemouth Bay (@gwelmor) reported from Plymouth, England

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

  • MikeyJNoble Mike Noble (@MikeyJNoble) reported from Plymouth, England

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

Just when you think @bt_uk have peaked at appalling customer service, they take it to the next level! Months of intermittent internet and now another no show after confirming an appointment! Twice in as many weeks! Need to find a viable alternative to this shower!

  • Stebee01 Steve (@Stebee01) reported

@bt_uk BT DON'T CARE ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMER !!!! INSTEAD THEY RIP YOU OFF AND LET OTHER PEOPLE ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT GOING THROUGH SECURITY QUESTIONS!!!! THEY TELL YOU 1 THING AND DO THE OPPOSITE!!!

  • Stebee01 Steve (@Stebee01) reported

@bt_uk IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING ISSUES WITH BT LETTING OTHER PEOPLE ACCESS THEIR ACCOUNTS? SO MUCH FOR DATA PROTECTION!! WHAT HAPPENED TO GDPR?? CLEARLY BT DOES NOT FOLLOW THESE RULES!!!!

  • MikkoCJ Mikokonuts (@MikkoCJ) reported

@btsport your apps are crap. Constant audio lag, regardless if it is via chromecast or app on TV. Been like this for ages and I've complained before with a very generic sloppy shoulder response. Show some integrity, own the issue and fix it.

  • maes_bach Rod Evans (@maes_bach) reported

@bt_uk don’t believe it a service that was cancelled Jan 22 yet still being charged for it unbelievable, complained a number of times but not getting sorted, why? had e-mail Nov 22 to confirm account will be credited with £45.95, guess what, get bill this week and no sign

  • BrixtonBobbyBob Christiana 🕷Activist Lawyer (@BrixtonBobbyBob) reported

@bt_uk What’s the reason? Squirrels? Community Fibre cutting the wires or BT just not sorting out the service?

  • BrixtonBobbyBob Christiana 🕷Activist Lawyer (@BrixtonBobbyBob) reported

@bt_uk They’ve been aware of the problem for three days and have done nothing .. #justsaying

  • ray_p_oconnor Ray O Connor (@ray_p_oconnor) reported

@BTCare I’ve received an email to return a Wi-Fi disc by March or else I’ll be charged £30. This was sent out to me free after speaking with customer services having had an engineer out to the house as we have the whole home package and needed an extra disc which was free 😡😡😡
