    @bt_uk ****** excuse I was given is because of outstanding bill..but iv never not paid my bills. .. because I upgraded to ftth my bill was a bit higher so anyone with half brain would realise it will take longer to pay..but ohh no bt just cuts of with no warning at all ...

    @bt_uk Your company is tragic, how are you not gonna send me a code for an Xbox series x when I registered to receive one? Loyal customer for 10+ years and this is how you treat me, guess I'll go **** myself then. Awful company, you're lucky you have rights to CL football.

    @bt_uk Now I'm being told by resolution dept that I won't be reconnected..after confirming that a Manuel reconnection will be done...by yourself and resolutions dept WTF

    @djspoonie @SkySportsNews Yep 100% - nearly bad as Peter Walton on BTSport who comments mid-game on decisions and ALWAYS agrees with whatever the ref does. Waste of time!!!

    @bt_uk Waiting for your colleague to phone me to tell me. Not holding my breath because customer service has been appalling. Fourth attempt to get engineer. Last 2 phone calls either not returned or line dropped and no attempt by your colleague to get back to me.
