Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk That’s fine then. You’re happy to charge me for a substandard service with repeated promises that it’s going to get better. Open Reach want the Communtiy tonfund improvements. So I’m going to 4G and forgetting antiquated Land Line.

@bt_uk Im not sure if it can be collected the following day at the royal mail depot. But the problem is i have an engineer coming round tomorrow between 8-1 and im not sure if i’ll have the hub for the engineer. Do they need it to carry out installation?

@bt_uk nearly an hour and a half (again!) on the phone to you & now awaiting a call from a manager. Meanwhile my 91 year old mum’s phone line is still not working after you cut it off 3weeks ago. Hopeless.

@bt_uk Eventually got through to cancel my broadband, but then was told that I need to take out a new 12 month contract for the landline. You know what? No. That's punishing me for your failings and isn't legal. I expected better from BT.
