Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@OpenreachHelp @openreach @bt_uk Do you think its ok to leave a new customer with no service on their FTTP after 2 weeks? No explanation, no timeframe for sorting out. The line has been tested, and you guys just need to activate it. Absolute shambolic service

@bt_uk no BT fibre broadband since 22nd July in SE26, was told this would be resolved last night. I've called in multiple and been provided no solution other than sitting and waiting for open reach fix the problem. Where's the temporary fix? Terrible service. #BTdown

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@btsport As per my initial tweet this doesn’t help. Nothing helps as it’s the BT side of things that is useless. In the several years since I last interacted with BT I naively assumed things would have improved
