    @BTCare reported broadband issue...ran speed test....no results given to me....asked to chat or call to fix problem....at least you acknowledge there is a problem now....not a happy chappy👎

    @bt_uk Finally got through to a human being. They re-set the hub but still having the same problem. New hub on its way.

    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    Absolutely raging at @bt_uk right now. A full week my Halo package hasn’t been working and your bloody 4G mini-hub is useless. Can’t even contact customer service. Letting people down when they need it most. Contract renewal on 29th June 👋🏻

    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @bt_uk Hello. I need urgent help. My elderly housebound mother’s phone and internet is down and it’s critical for her. It also connects her community alarm in case she has a medical emergency.

    @btbusinesscare Never heard back. 4 promised calls to investigate. Nothing. What the hell is going on???? You have now left us 20 days without a business service. @btbusinesscare are as useless as BT Business complaint management.

    @bt_uk once again our phone line has issues, not working, can’t make or receive any calls, my elderly mother can’t even call family or 999 in an emergency, this happens far too often! I want to make an official complaint, this level of service is not good enough!

    @bt_uk Yes for this coming Thursday but it’s another day that we have to wait in for engineer of which there is guarantee he or she will turn up and our broadband not working bearing in mind we reported the fault over 7 days ago

    @bt_uk Yes they’ve done everything possible within the limits of good patience unfortunately if other houses are receiving phone calls from different properties It suggests it’s the telephone line or the box which service is the area which is at fault not being an expert I would suggest
