@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@bt_uk I have not been happy with my internet today to the point I txt fix. As the day has gone on it has got better but there was no issue found but an appointment created for tomorrow which would cost me if they couldn't find an issue. I have cancelled it for now...

@bt_uk Why? Because you don't guarantee a good connection. One of your engineers told me this week the 5 drop outs per day is acceptable. That's right people, BT consider it acceptable that your broadband can fail 5x per day

Never had a problem with @bt_uk in the last 20 years until now. I'm having to move home (landlord has served notice so not by choice), broadband is half the speed I get now yet they want to charge me the same or I have to pay £1000 to get out of the contract! #ripoff

@druidic_giblets @bt_uk If they didnt monopolise my entire town for internet I'd have nothing to do with them . I've got an engineer coming to my house for the 3rd time in a month .... And I bet they wont fix it

@Megacharlizard @bt_uk We have the same issue, swept in before we moved into our new build and made a deal with the builders for FTTP so no one in my area will try with it as they have to pay BT a **** tonne It's a joke, I just wanna leave maaaaan
