@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@bt_uk 25a Woodcote Mews, SM6 8RB. as for the landline number I haven't a clue because part of my complaint is that BT changed my number without my permission!!! I have since moved back to Sky because of the absolutely shocking behaviour and service from BT.

@bt_uk your levels of service, account responsibility are nothing short of atrocious Checking my account today- the £232 refund highlighted on the account to be processed on 25th Vanished, no where to be seen. Promised call back, shock horror no call back. i cant wait to leave

@btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare You compensated me £25. My phone bill to resolve the issue (including VAT), was £26.54! So you have not provided any compensation at all, and I am still out of pocket! WTF do you use a premium line for your business customers? 2/n

@SkyHelpTeam That does not help me…it’s 2pm!! Trying to speak to someone at Sky is like trying to get blood out of a stone!! So poor…compared to @virginmedia and @btsport - if this does not happen today are you going to pay for my day taken off to be at home?
