    @BTCare reported broadband issue...ran speed test....no results given to me....asked to chat or call to fix problem....at least you acknowledge there is a problem now....not a happy chappy👎

    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @bt_uk need help! My hub is on its way to the wrong address(new property even though we have not moved in yet) the correct address was specified to the advisor when placing the booking. Sent a dm with the relevant details!

    @bt_uk @EE Don’t ever and mean ever move to BT. I can’t explain the amount of issues we have had with this network. Biggest scam and my Wi-Fi is practically non-exists

    @VodafoneUK I am not trying to be a **** here, but I am fed off by companies just giving **** customer service and not being called out on it. I had the same problems with @bt_uk. Unfortunately the help desk people are the face of the company so they get all the heat.

    @1661peter @bt_uk Totally agree. &don’t try ringing BT either. they don’t want to know. Spent hours on phone trying to sort out all the issues of supposed upgraded broadband ... leads everywhere(health hazard)/ tv apps wouldn’t work (needed 2 sets of special adapters). It’s a mess. Don’t do it!

    Yesterday I had the absolute delight of @bt_uk coming into my house WITHOUT MASKS because they “LOST THEM”!!!! Baring in mind myself and my step father are vulnerable! To then be told the internet is broken and would be fixed the next day... today comes, not fixed until 26th!

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    Oh @bt_uk you have surpassed yourselves , not only did you cancel the BT engineer yesterday without telling me after I booked it on 10th Dec, you’ve ordered the emergency mini hub to go to our OLD address?! Now in another another queue to talk to someone , the wait is 30 mins min
