@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@btsport AAAARRRRRGGGGHHH No I ******* don't! All i did was watch the cricket in half time, and now you think I've got too many streams running. Logging out doesn't help. You have to sort this - either give us a way to kill all active streams or allow more streams.

@bt_uk where can I find your plans for the new service you'll be rolling out in my area? Currently I'm connected directly to my local exchange no FTTC/FTTP, presumably there is a plan if you're switching analogue off in 2025?

@bt_uk @btsport why you get rid of the BT sport app on Windows. Now have to watch on Web site. And it's been poor tonight. Stopping loading etc. Unable to change stream quality aswell.

@bt_uk Never got the call back from the BT Ireland guy I spoke to. No idea whether the refund has been processed. How do I escalate this to a formal complaint? Whole experience is utter rubbish.
