    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor showπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

    @BTCare reported broadband issue...ran speed test....no results given to me....asked to chat or call to fix problem....at least you acknowledge there is a problem now....not a happy chappyπŸ‘Ž

    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    @bt_uk spoke to a advisor 2 days ago about a network issue on our line and a engineer would be out, yet when I check on my account there is no fault raised and no engineer has turned up

    @bt_uk Shocking service, no escalation of a complaint allowed as your at home, leaving my vulnerable parents unconnected since early January. Almost an hour on hold every time we call to be fobbed off, not happy!!

    @bt_uk My mum is being totally messed about by your installation team! She had an engineer round Monday, he seems to have cancelled her order now and her old number doesn't work and neither does the broadband! She was supposed to move over to you on the 15th! She can't get help

    @bt_uk I have been trying to help my father in law with a home move and we keep getting an error saying to ring you which we have.. there’s a block on the line and should have been sorted in 24 hours.. we are 4 days down the line and still no further along!!!!

    @bt_uk Could you set up a system where a customer could press a specific key sequence immediately after hanging up on a call to report it as a scam call? Once I have picked up the phone, my day is already interrupted, I don’t want to then have to find a website to report it.

    @bt_uk Spent an hour on the phone with BT yesterday. I was assured that I will get a call today to get an update from the supplier (openreach). Unless I'm getting a ring after 5pm, I doubt I'll hear back. WILL BT EVER, PLEASE, FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ACTIONS? Oh, I mean your actual service.

    @domjoly @bt_uk I had crazy fluctuating speeds for ages, ended up being a software problem with our fibre port in the box on the street! BT customer service is decent though tbf

    I check at the start of every game im watching the HD version of @btsport - easily the worst picture quality. Anyone else think this??
