Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

Sunandan Datta (@dsunandan) reported@bt_uk @BTCare What this means is that if we again move address in 12 months a new contract will start and basically we will be in this endless loop where we don’t have any autonomy to quit BT unless we pay a princely early termination fee. Would you be able to help please?
