  @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

  @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

  @bt_uk hub keeps disconnecting/ dropping / flashing orange / purple. Increasingly random over the last two weeks. Are there any issues in the BD12 area?

  I swear things aren’t going my way atm! Literally every day I have to reset my internet multiple times Was fun doing YouTube while I could, hopefully @bt_uk fix their **** and I can get back on it

  @bt_uk Absolutely horrendous service. Re-arranged the afternoon to be in for engineer who’s not showed up. Call centre then hung up on the dot of 8pm despite being on hold for what feels like forever. In the meantime I’m still paying for WiFi that’s not working for a third week.

  @btsport watching Tigers on BT Sport 2 via Apple TV app and audio completely out of sync since around half time. Issue present on 2 different Apple TV’s
