  @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

  @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

  @bt_uk It's not for me. BT Call Protect isn't enough, it needs an action to be taken in advance. I think you need a simple post-call reporting tool so the scammers can be easily identified and blocked from your network; ideally prosecuted.

  @bt_uk Double the speed online which is obviously wrong. The correct result is in the bt app. These speeds are after i factory reset the hub. Should this solve my broadband issues?

  @bt_uk ordered broadband/phone line month ago today - STILL not connected. Engineer on NYE couldn’t complete job,engineer on 7th Jan didn’t even turn up. Was promised engineer would be here before 1pm today and no one has turned up! Brilliant service - NOT!!

  Nothing but problems with @bt_uk nowtv addons. Added HD channels and now can’t stream any channel through the guide, again! More time unable to use it than using it and still paying full whack for it!

  @bt_uk Every other service, agency, company or provider I know responds to complaints, acknowledges, apologises and at times states how they have handled the complaint. Why does @BTGroup not do this? How do I know the complaint has been handled/ looked into at all?

  @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp you've broken your own 72hr welfare timeframe. Parents shielding in 80's with NO phoneline or internet/ TV services. No communications over Christmas/ New Year whilst shielding. I live 250 miles away so can't help. Isolated and stressed. What can we do? Please help

  @btsport @btsportcricket Once again, your digital video highlights service from the cricket is lamentable. When are you going to have an on-demand link available of day five from Sydney? A decent 30-minute wrap-up, say? Subscriptions are expensive and we need value for money!

  @bt_uk is an absolute disgrace. My 88 year old mum in lockdown left without internet or TV after years of bad service and shoddy engineer work. And you tell her you can't fix it for over two weeks. Hello @skytv

  @bt_uk Thank you. I want someone to tell me when this work is happening and show me evidence!!! Ive had 13 missed appointments. 2 last week. Then when yhey dont show and i contact u i juat get told another date and it never happena and the cycle continuea
