  @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

  @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

  @bt_uk Hi, my internet connection keeps dropping out very regularly and then reconnecting. I work from home so it’s causing me issues to get my work done. Any idea why this is happening?

  @wideawakewesley @bt_uk I've got this issue, my BT GP sub expired months ago but I already had Game Pass so it extended it but now it's showing my game pass still being managed by BT until 2024. I just assumed it would fix it's self then but apparently not. This sucks.

  More issues accessing @bt_uk having so many problems with emails last few weeks. I will have to change provider asap, luckily not under contract although been with long time. It's too bad now.

  Disappointed with @btsport I paid £25 for a month and my laptop couldn’t play the app, we couldn’t have 8 people huddled round a phone.. I rang cancelled and was TOLD I’d get a refund, today I rang to check and they won’t? Disgusting, avoid the service
