@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@_502JoJo @bt_uk Someone told me to email their CEO, so I did and got a reply. I've taken this as high as it goes now, to go higher would be having to take it to court. But yeah I get the feeling when I talk to them that they like to point the finger at me or someone else. It's never their fault.

@bt_uk we have an broadband outage in the village I live in, we know the fault is at the exchange, approc 30 houses affected, people have registered the fault and we are being sent individual engineers to each house rather than the one who could repair the exchange.

@bt_uk I get calls promising the problem will be fixed yet when the promised updat calls don’t come through I cannot talk to anyone on numbers given. Customer Service seems to be just tell me it will be fine while nothing gets done and no-one updates me with the truth!!

@BTCare trying to speak to somebody ref my contract ending in 3 days. Get a please hold message then they hang up. Have you a number I can use please.
