@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

I've recently become very unhappy with @bt_uk . I have a very expensive broadband and TV contract with them, because I work from home and watch football. They promise good WiFi in every room, but I have been getting poor WiFi for over a month. I have reported it twice.

@bt_uk why are you sending links to a video about having full fibre installed that can only be viewed by creating an account on Vimeo? I’m not setting up a/c just to see what to expect when you do my install! Pretty useless ‘help’
