Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show๐๐

MIke Barnett (@michaelbcrich) reported@bt_uk The representative came out, did an inspection and submitted another report. He did say he wasn't an openreach engineer. I will dm you and it should bring up the long list of messages about this ongoing problem. At the moment we have got broadband until the next episode

We then get a message to say the broadband is fixed. We have had broadband drop out problems for 4 years now with numerous excuses
