    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @btbusinesscare Your own telephone staff said there were problems with the site. All I was trying to do was access our details to change our direct debit. I phoned the helpline and was told there was a problem and to try again in a few days. Still not working last night.

    @bt_uk 2/2 emergency hub. Said hub did turn up. But there was no follow-up from BT. Nobody contacted me to let me know what would happen next time - is there an easy way of letting BT know to re-activate the hub or what?

    @btsportfootball @btsport @rioferdy5 Very poor match analysis Last night all about Manchester United next manager etc. No credit given to athletico Madrid on their performance. And also the referee match officials was excellent. No mention at all.

    @HEvzWhu @btsport Telling you mate there would be uproar. All the big 6 get it though it’s unreal. I’ve seen Kane with terrible slide challenges that have proper hurt opponents and commentators have said it shows ‘he’s passionate’

    @bt_uk Trying to report telephone cables which have been cut to properties in an block of flats. I am not a customer of BT Upto 20 properties affected, can not speak with anyone due to automated service.

    @bt_uk 1/2 A few weeks ago, there was a large outage and my internet went down. Thus, I couldn't use my landline either. My mobile is on pay and go and thus calls & texts are v expensive, but I managed to find out from a family member that BT had been informed and would send an
