@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@bt_uk BT hub suddenly went off and flashing and now yellow/orange. Restarted it but still the same, went blue for 5 seconds saying fixed then back to yellow/orange and troubleshooting said, 'It looks like there's a problem with your broadband.' But phone check says no issues.?

@btsport @JHenderson Why do you take so long to answer the phone but make it impossible to cancel a subscription online. It’s beyond a joke. I’ve tried to call a few times but it takes so long!!!! Worse customer service

@btbusinesscare Trying to test a game streaming as part of our business however streaming a game even at 720p stutters and freezes' 35mb should be sufficient for 4k and our speed is 60mbps on average so speed isn't the issue - how can we improve the latency and routing?

DW only took the fight because he saw an old washed up fat man who's possibly past his best with alcohol n drug issues.

@bt_uk Multiple times, gone through all the trouble shooting etc and nothing seems to resolve the issue. Changed WiFi channels etc but still the same issues across multiple devices

DO NOT get broadband from @bt_uk only had it for 3 months and it has already gone up by £5 from £30 a month to £35 switching to @SkyUK as was with them 3 years and price NEVER rose once!!
