@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@JosephWood90 @btsport Intention is not the issue. Maybe you should educate yourself on the laws of the game. Interestingly the BT studio analysts believed the decision was correct.

is there any other WiFi provider? I have @bt_uk which the signal drops every ******* weekend and all day long complete **** service and @virginmedia is not installed in my area. Help please

@ppauk @bt_uk EE are partnered to BT, but I’ve not had any issues with them. Really annoyed with @bt_uk though, absolute joke. I said I wanted to watch the match today and bloke said “do you have a pub nearby?! Are they going to pay for my food and beer while I justify my presence at the pub?!

@StuartJamesWMN @bt_uk You have the right to cancel if they can not provide the service! They can’t, so cancel. They will come back and say it’s a blip. Try and stall payment to them and they get there real Mardy

@btsport just found a thread saying it could be because the Internet provider is @Sky that's what it causing the issues. Are you being ******* serious! You expect most people to know how to disable ipv6 on their router? Sort ya **** out as you are robbing people of their money.

@bt_uk Sky charges for satellite dish to be moved back to Signal after some quincy bt engineer nudged it, I will remove neighbours line and refuse access and charge for Satellite dish if not sorted, 3 days to sort it if not I will do it and charges will be made to you

@bt_uk Engineer turned up to install FTTP on Friday, informed us the wrong van had been sent as required a cherry picker. Heard nothing in 48 hours. Already have Smart Hub etc. All ready to be connected. Any help?

@bt_uk It says there is nothing wrong but googling around a lot of people seem to be having big problems. The hub lights are on fine it's just disconnecting and really weak and keeps crashing my streams
