Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported@bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?
-
wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?
-
David Wisdom (@Davewizzo1) reported@bt_uk TF3 area no internet once again! @WeAreOpenreach say to speak to you! Non stop for 3 weeks Telford town centre internet line is down once again! Please someone sort it out.. stop blaming each other
-
Lesley Talbot (@LesleyT88) reported@bt_uk your customer service is terrible! This issue still hasn’t been resolved! Told this morning that your executive customer care team would contact my mum to discuss the issue as a priority and she still hasn’t had a call! Paying customers are clearly not a priority to you
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reportedUsual poor service from @btmailhelpdesk 87 yr old M-i-L left without help getting her ipad connected to internet using modem. Obviously can't be bothered to spend the extra few minutes to help out a customer. @bt_uk
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
-
Ellma Cearuilin Franciscan🎗️ (@CCearuilin) reportedRecommendations required for broadband. Currently with @bt_uk but their customer service is crap. Do any of them provide a decent service for a reasonable price? #bt
-
BudeBee (@_BudeBee) reported@bt_uk The person on 0330 1234 150 wouldn’t resolve the problem, cut me off while I was still speaking and rerouted me to a long queue for reporting issues.
-
Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk Your "digital voice" switchover system keeps making orders by itself and then cancelling them by itself. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.

GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk That number doesn’t work for me! Automated and asks for various things except for what I need, which is updates!!!!! 9 days and no news!! What do I do now!? No one will help!!!!
