  @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

  @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

  @bt_uk I’m trying to test a new website created for a charity by a 3rd party. Using my BT Broadband connection whether by WiFi or LAN connector the message “this domain is brand new please check back again soon”. No such problem using mobile days or VPN. Can you help unblock pls?

  @bt_uk nearly every occasion I use Mybt it states restart and I have to log in with BT ID and password . I have deleted and downloaded the app , cleared cache etc but problem still exists. Other people have commented that they have same problem ...is it being sorted. Cheers

  I’m so glad I don’t have @btsport, the comments on here just sum up what I was expecting. Every time we’re live on TV, we just churn out shite. Needed a win a new lose to one of the worst sides in @premierleague history.

  @lulathemoth @bt_uk Yeah I mean I did watch it on my phone but via mobile internet not their garbage WiFi hotspot because it keeps cutting out. Still, the "deal with it" attitude definitely made me feel valued as a customer 🙃
