@stephencraigan @chris_sutton73 @btsport Try not be too condescending will you. Celtic have a budget at least 100 times higher than Saints. Thatโ€™s the problem with SF old pros making opinions nobody cares about. #Saints #celtic #liveintherealworld

@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Jim, in Scot's law you own everything from your boundary to the sky. Openreach are ***************. Speak to a lawyer. I've had similar issues.

@bt_uk wifi is dropping to ridiculously slow levels ( 2.4mbps). Contract has just run out....coincidence? Tried to do an online check and your online service is down. Shocking

@bt_uk hey. Why are you charging me ยฃ84 for a package a new customer can now get for ยฃ35 and the best price you can offer me is ยฃ65 with a 24 month contract? Ripping off long-term customers is a very bad look

Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer Iโ€™m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโ€™s a name for that. Fraud.

@bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

@bt_uk Our thoughts are with the people who used BTโ€™s service and found out: โ€ขHidden charges are everywhere. โ€ขThe app is useless and has no interaction with the company. Iโ€™ve messaged you 6 times now with no reply. Scammers

  • JimSpenceDundee
    Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reported

Over the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. Iโ€™m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.

@bt_uk fault is on the openreach copper network.
