  @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

  @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

  @bt_uk @EDI_Airport any update on this? I’m due to land back into the Faroes on the flight today at 3:55pm. I have a screenshot of my reference number and my proof of double vaccination but can’t get access to my emails as BT Internet/mail is down

  @bt_uk just been in the phone to cancel my BT Broadband no issues with the service just good sense to move around to get a good deal.... the lady on the phone basically hung up on me when I didn't fall for the hard sell to stay, bitter taste now
