    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @BTCare reported broadband issue...ran speed test....no results given to me....asked to chat or call to fix problem....at least you acknowledge there is a problem now....not a happy chappy👎

    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    @icehubbs I did contact @bt_uk about it but was told its not an issue with their network, its either an issue with the PS4 or networks around me causing interference, so won't take responsibility. Its a joke & I pay enough a month.

    @bt_uk 17 days from my go live connection to fibre and I am still asked to wait for a fix. 2 visits, 14 calls, countless hours on hold. Why was this left out of the marketing campaign I wonder? #broadband

    @bt_uk Jenny this is nothing personal but I won’t if that’s ok. I’ll be on the blower tomorrow to cancel, will probably have to be the mobile because the landlines probably knackered as well...

    Nice to see my @bt_uk broadband is **** again today. I’ve been sent a new router but still waiting on the follow up call. Is 3 weeks an acceptable amount of time to wait?? Shoddy customer service as per @BTCare

    @bt_uk So right, that’s why after years of frustration of terrible up and down link speeds and no date of when fibre would be available I left BT for another provider. All good now 👍

    @bt_uk internet been down all day today, not the first time either. Both Working from home and now both lost a days pay. Really not impressed

    @bt_uk Slow broadband, the exchange has been on the upgrade list for at least 3 years and no sign of improvement.
