  @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

  @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

  @bt_uk @bt_uk no that it not what the customer service representative said, I asked very specifically, complete fix they estimate as 1st December. None of that says to me you’re aiming to fix as anything quickly at all.

  @bt_uk How or where can I submit complaints to? All 3 individuals were perfectly happy to speak to me when i was giving account details but the moment I, politely, described my broadband issues they immediately hung up. A possible mistake if it happened once. Three times though...

  Spent over 6hours this week to @bt_uk to get absolutely no where and still on the phone rn after waiting 45 mins on hold for the advisor to hang up. Absolute joke of a company.

  Oh @BTCare just how bad can you be? First I get a text to say my fault has been cleared. A text message. A fault for over 3 months and I get a text. Worse still the fault hasn’t been cleared. Why not call the customer to check?! And second, the real cherry on the cake..... 1/2

  @bt_uk Terrible service Our internet is unreliable, slow, inconsistent. Signed up to new deal and box - for more consistency engineer due today bit turned up. can’t get hold of you. Can’t get more than dial up speed. Joke #sort it out
