    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    @BTCare reported broadband issue...ran speed test....no results given to me....asked to chat or call to fix problem....at least you acknowledge there is a problem now....not a happy chappy👎

    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @bt_uk My business Internet seems to be having problems but it isn't WiFi and I cannot check via a land-line. Could you check it please if I DM you the postcode?

    @bt_uk Router is working but there is no internet. The open reach box has a red light on it (green, red, green) they sent a text to say it was fixed. But it’s not working (tried resetting too) can’t do by status check cos no landline.

    @bt_uk Link doesn’t seem to work, I’m afraid. Tried to get a fault sorted through the BT diagnostics but it’s stuck in a loop of telling me to reply “FIX” and afterwards telling me that the service is closed. Please help :c

    @bt_uk I've done this, the "bot" says there is internet line to the home is working. So what's the issue? I've done all the usual and everything is connected as it always has been for the last 18 months working perfectly.

    Anyone else having trouble with @bt_uk ? it’s been flashing orange for over two weeks now sometimes it connects for a few seconds, I’ve tried the restarting and unplugging also the trouble shooting! Any ideas please?

    It's bad enough paying for @btsport and having to watch adverts but the audio sync issues watching the rugby make you question where all the revenue goes.
