  @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

  @bt_uk inconsistent broadband speeds lately, currently getting results of 5mbps not exactly what I'm paying for. Looked into trouble shooting got nothing. No problems no errors not even work in my area. I'm making this an official request to get something done about it.

  @bt_uk your smiling faces photo advert fit Home move is a complete sham. Your call centre ppl have said we would be connected on the 22/1 and today. We have not been. There was an existing BT line here last weekend. Abject failure and lies. Broken promises. #BThomemove
