    @BTCare reported broadband issue...ran speed test....no results given to me....asked to chat or call to fix problem....at least you acknowledge there is a problem now....not a happy chappy👎

    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    Had a terrible day at work, with special credit attributed to @bt_uk for @ what should have been one very easy 5 minute call that turned into six calls, wasting over an hour! Unnecessarily stressful - thank goodness the lady answering my sixth call had some common sense!

    It's highly ironic that even when cancelling @bt_uk they try their hardest to squeeze money out of you. Not only with confusing in contract cancellation charges, but also refusing to cancel more than one thing at a time! *Sigh*

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera @OpenreachHelp love the fact that BT et al can't be bothered to respond to their customers when there is a problem. A "no help" brand, maybe their new advert tag line?

    @bt_uk think i've spoken to every person who works at bt and none of them have been able to help, so you've resorted to cancelling the account and setting up a new one that starts friday. i'll be contacting about some compensation very shortly though

    Amazing work yet again @bt_uk 2 months, 1 failed installation and now you send a poor contract worker to instal which he isn’t qualified to do... couldn’t make this up. All we want is some WiFi yet BT don’t know how to set it up! BT will be in touch in next 72hours 😡😡😡😡😡
