@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

Avoid @bt_uk at all costs! Engineer comes out to fix our broadband and ends up messing up our phone line!!! Oh and broadband still not fixed! #fail #btareajoke
