@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@bt_uk It’s quite simple as to what I mean , the service you provide isn’t working and there’s a chance that I’ll have to pay for it when since moving into a new build I’ve not touched anything that you installed

@bt_uk Bt sport right now but also sky sports , Netflix, ps5 and it’s all down to the broadband , didn’t have this issue before we had no choice but to be bt customers in our new build
