@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@bt_uk are the worst. Internet gone since Friday and they aim to fix it by next Friday. What exactly do we pay an arm and a leg for? Getting rid of these lot ASAP.

When @bt_uk sends you a mini hub to try & get you online after being disconnected by a failed upgrade Friday but you realise the mini hub is powered by EE & you live in an EE blackspot. Darn it! Let's hope the technician they're sending tomorrow can fix things.

@bt_uk Thanks for the help, but It seems much easier just click on the uswitch offer and go with Vodafone for £20. I don’t think I need to waste time ringing BT.
