    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    But, it's now been 10 days since I was first promised the 4G hub world be sent overnight to me (November 3rd) I phoned last Saturday to check on the status @bt_uk "Oh this never happens, let me sort this for you, it won't be until Tuesday now, but here's some data to tether"

    So it's now Saturday 13th November, a full 10 days from my promised overnight distribution of a temporary solution for having no internet in my house. I pay for a TV subscription and unlimited broadband with @bt_uk, I am receiving nothing from them. How is this possible?

    @bt_uk The latest update is that we'll know more "on Monday morning". Not only did they cut her line off, but they also redirected her number to a neighbour, who is now getting all of my Nana's calls and none of their own. I'm at my wit's end here, NOBODY wants to help.

    So @bt_uk sever my line when working in the street. I was told I would be refunded a daily rate for the lack of service. Line was never repaired and the BT COWBOYS have now billed me up to 28 November for no service. Is this theft or fraud?

    @SkyUK I am fed up at the total lack of support for my faulty broadband, it is impossible to speak to a person. I have a recurring fault and left with no support what so ever, time to look at alternative providers @bt_uk maybe #poorcustomerservice #poorbroadband

    Dear @bt_uk do I actually need a landline? I never use it…too pricey and all i get is spam calls…every time!!! No @bt_uk I don’t want a call blocker or anything else I just want to know what am I actually paying for?
