    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    @bt_uk The service with EE but we’ve been told that it’s a BT phone line therefore they’re the ones that will be fixing it as it’s an external fault. We’ve been told nearly every day since last week that an engineer would be out but they keep postponing to the next day.

    @OpenreachHelp Right, but @bt_uk have lied to us about fix dates for three weeks - they’ve also lied continuously about your engineers being on location to fix the issue. So surely you’re able to see when your engineers are scheduled to be on site to finally sort this out?

    @bt_uk Hi Lizzie, Yes i reported the fault, which BT engineers admitted was a network issue

    @bt_uk And once again, you've not sorted it. I can't get signal in my house at all and this mini hub you gave me is useless. If you don't have my broadband sorted tomorrow I'll be leaving BT as you clearly can't provide your half of the contract.

    @bt_uk We’re still having to reset the router three - four times a day, she keeps losing internet on her mobile phone. Internet fails to respond until it’s been on for a while on the desktop. Feels like the routers outdated and she’s just updated her agreement contracts. Poor signal.

    @bt_uk Well hopefully they tell me it will be up and running tomorrow. Otherwise I will be cancelling the contract. And also leaving EE along with my partner. It's terrible that you guys can't even give me an update tonight. It should have been up and running Friday.

    @bt_uk Twitter seems to be the only way to get help from you guys. The agents on phone direct me to website, website doesn’t work for me - online chat never connects to an agent…. How am I supposed to speak to you?

    @bt_uk I manage my MIL account for her and we’re trying to look at options for upgrade from landline only, to broadband and phone, - I just want to know what’s available for her as a customer of 20+ years!

    @bt_uk Absolutely no point dealing with your team - all beyond useless and we’ve been lied to constantly about fix dates. Imagine me showing up to work for three weeks and doing nothing and still expecting to be paid? Surely you have to sort this @OpenreachHelp.
