@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@bt_uk Fibre still down in Basingstoke after Wednesdays big roadworks mess. Can’t see any status or outlook anywhere apart from press which said next 24hours (3 days ago) #rg22 Any outlook ?

@SkyHelpTeam I know @OpenreachHelp could let this drag on. It took all of us a long time to get them to take any serious action to improve. I hope we're not going back to the bad old @bt_uk days. I also need to know who will compensate us in this instance.
