    @BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

    @BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @Toffeelewl @bt_uk The most we EVER get is ~12 Mbps, then only for brief periods. My wife is head of department at a major university. I run a business that demands lots of time online. BT are unable to find a solution. We are looking into putting together a Class Action.

    I’m so glad I haven’t had constant issues with @bt_uk’s internet for last 2 months 👀 @SkyUK have you guys got room for another customer on your books?

    @Charlieannejoe @LauraPidcock The vast majority of zero hour workers are not getting 1 hour per week, let’s be clear on that. In my youth I had a zero hour contract for @bt_uk through an agency and I never worked less than full time.

    @bt_uk hi - my Smart Hub 2 is not working. Steady Orange light - tried trouble shooting etc and resetting hub but no luck. I need Internet ASAP for work tomorrow. Can someone help please? Thanks

    @bt_uk - I know you want to take these conversations off the timeline. But to clarify: your DM response is ‘pay more and we’ll fix it’ when you’re making no effort to provide me with the service I pay for. I’d be embarrassed if I was having to disregard and patronise customers.

    @bt_uk What a dreadful service you provide! Intermittent broadband for days. Received no help whatsoever. Time to move providers I think!

    @bt_uk I did thank you Paddy but it didn't really help. The connection has been particularly poor for over 2 weeks.
