Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

Why isn’t this being brought to my attention when I stated the cancellation date? Very frustrated 😤

Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported@bt_uk The line itself is working-which those who I've spoken to can't understand-it's the phones ringtones, as a result of their line upgrades, which are now not working. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk The options you’ve suggested don’t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say it’s working fine, but it isn’t. You’ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.
