@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@charlie79a @bt_uk I pay for their top level 900meg broadband and they don’t seem to get the fact that mid term contract increases do nothing but leave a bad taste. Sky and other vendors will be rubbing their hands together, several have emailed me! Roll on Jan when I can leave BT!

@paullewismoney @bt_uk I switched to them 3months ago, due to being cheaper than Sky. 10% increase almost straight away. And tied in for 2 years. They are crooks. For the first 3 days of service I had no broadband and had to work off my hotspot, which cost me £30 in data. They have never paid me back

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk still no phone after 15 days - with a noncommital date to have it back up on day 19 (the 3rd date). No mobile signal there so been in total comms lockdown. My mother is waiting for a call from her doctor. Which she cant get! How is this OK?
