@BTCare hi. I have had new router and WiFi extending discs for a few weeks now and I must say I am VERY disappointed with their performance so far. Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

@BTCare ...yet again I find myself paying top dollar for a pish poor service. Been losing broadband for the last few days and it has finally tested my patience for the last time....sort it BT or a major refund please

@bt_uk It seems like you don’t cancel contracts full stop. I have never had poorer customer service. Over a week of trying to get through to anyone and being stuck in a limbo with no one ‘able’ to cancel anything. This is absolutely ridiculous.

@bt_uk Thanks - I will. Your customer service agent on live chat insisted there was nothing wrong with the line and it must be my equipment. All the while I was say 2m away from the hub while getting 5mbps

@a_k_ir_4 @bt_uk Mate, when you get near the end of contract with bt go with Youfiber, it’s so cheap and the speeds are absolutely stupid, we don’t even have to pay for the first 6 months
