Numerous loss of signal and requirement to reboot both router and discs. A far cry from your much heralded boasts....poor show👎👎

Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

Justine (@bean0509) reportedCustomer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.

lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!

Nikki (@Nikki_Lou1922) reported@bt_uk We didn’t receive a bill! Direct debit was set up yet you never took any payments just discounted my services and added a late payment fee! Your error not mine! Yes it’s only £7.50 but it’s £7.50 that shouldn’t have been added to the bill!
