    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    There for you are forcing customers in contract they don't want! 11 years of problems with wrong contract and wrong Tv package. The first TV package crash my boradband for a week n 1/2, then the wrong package n TV contract. 3 times this happened n I stay with them @bt_uk 🤔🤔🤔

    @bt_uk how do we make a formal complaint about your aggressive door to door sales tactics? Just had someone working for you try to pressurise my parents into switching broadband providers.

    @bt_uk I'm travelling and don't have a laptop with me, only a mobile. Email wants me to sign in with my password. It doesn't accept what I thought it was but I may have forgotten it. Can I reset my password using mobile only?

    @bt_uk Trying to get through to help with password reset but cannot get through also online doesn’t help and reset password for email requires me to enter details you send me by email which appears a bit stupid

    @bt_uk I haven't had telephone service with you for nearly a decade. Why is my mobile suddenly receiving BT Text calls? As I don't have a BT landline I can't do anything to stop these calls!

    @bt_uk No thank you. Once the dns server issue was fixed which was about 2 hours after I reported the fault everything was fine again. Still shocking that you can't change the DNS provider on a BT router.
