    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk He arrived an hour after the 13:00 timelimit given and within what I had requested originally. Problem is you told me he was coming before 1 so had to sit and do an important call on my drive via mobile. Just waiting until my contract expires in Jan to move to Virgin

    @bt_uk I am wanting to know why I took the day off only to be told the engineer wasn’t coming, well after the event and this despite getting a text asking me how it was and whether it’s been fixed. 2 months and still counting for BT to sort this issue out. Sounds familiar to others ??

    @bt_uk Already done that, that's how I know what's going on. Surely you should update customers on faults and not the customer constantly chasing BT? Especially with the length of down time?

    @bt_uk Thanks Steph, appreciate that but I’ve spent hours with loyalty & billing and nothing can be done to reduce costs for a 30 year customer.

    @bt_uk absolutely worst customer service I have experienced. Nobody will call me back when promised. Issues ongoing for months. Cannot get this resolved.

    @fishplums My @bt_uk broadband has been down for 1 week now, so even if you had it, there's no guarantee it would work. My BT mobile is also down - data running at 0.43 MBPS download - can you imagine that? Failure of basic infrastructure like this is why the UK will be a ******** soon.

    @bt_uk 21 days at best for you to (possibly) fix our broadband, and this is why I will never choose BT again. Anyone else thinking about it, don't bother, they're an absolute shambles and their customer service is appalling.

    @bt_uk I ;lost for telephone line for over a month. I have been billed for using this service. I was [promised a call yesterday from Neil customer service to sort out these problems. I have not received this call Brian W 01202 692541. Acct 0220 0242. Your customer service is abysmal.

    @bt_uk can you help, ordered BT TV. @RoyalMail say parcel was delivered yesterday it was not, photo is of pavement outside house. I am paying for a service I do not have access to. Thanks
