    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk is there a problem with the broadband in the CH44 area? My wifi has been dropping out every now and then for a few days now. Ram diagnosis on it last night and was told it was fixed but it’s still doing it today. Thank you.

    Abysmal customer service from @bt_uk. Having booked a line upgrade, my broadband was cut off by mistake yesterday and they can’t reconnect for TWELVE days. I’m currently working from home. Or meant to be. BT sucks.

    @bt_uk But you don’t make this clear. You’re basically forcing customers to store you crap for 18 months and then return it to you. My dad didn’t want to store your crap, so he threw it away. And now you’re demanding £50 from him.

    @billyfish_66 @GerryHassan @btsport The one I thought best was Fraser wishart who didn't do summarising much (prob because of his position) but would focus on tactical issues not really obvious to the average viewer, explaining why players were doing what they were. Too often on TV it's just vacuous comments.

    @kenny47110 @btsport the guy is terrible, he was begging for a penalty and making ever case in the book why it must have been a penalty, when the boy was not even touched!! useless
