Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Hi there. Just had a guy call here saying there has been complaints about the internet service in my area? Can't recall who he represented. He knew I was with BT & didn't ask any personal questions. It seemed innocent enough but at the same time seemed odd? Normal? Cheers

@bt_uk Except for Mother in Law. 90 with dementia emergency careline reliant. Phone vital to contact family. Cut off as bill not paid due to error. No communication of any sort before this action taken. Good job nothing really bad happened.!!. Come on BT sort you act out.

@bt_uk renews my broadband contract when I explicitly asked them not to, now they can’t cancel it, service as shocking as their broadband

@bt_uk Not sure if this is a DM or not. Not sure what you can do as no-one else has been able to help. We have a working fibre cable in our garden and I was promised a fast-track appt (1 -2 days) to get the installation complete. Now being told that is not possible. Not good enough.

@bt_uk the worst customer service possible. No internet since 21st of sept. 5 different fix dates pushed back. No updates on whats being fixed when. no updates online on the fault tracker. 4 separate promised call backs to update - no calls at all. awful

@bt_uk Yes. No phone or broadband for 3+ weeks. I’ve called multiple times and no one seems able to give an update. I’ve raised complaints that get closed with no resolution, neighbours without landline are doing the same with the same outcome.

All thanks to @bt_uk who have actually disconnected our phone line! Due to an erroneous bill which they accepted was incorrect but never credited. No written warning in advance. And we are a provider of NHS services as well
