    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    Another day calling @bt_uk because a few months ago they spontaneously started charging me for a second internet connection for no reason. Lots of promises of it being resolved a month ago and nothing has changed. Worst company I've dealt with in the UK.

    Four spam calls on the #landline this morning. Not sure why either @bt_uk or some sort of legislation cannot stop them. All hanging up today rather than there being a problem with our computer or our washing machine warranty having expired 😡

    @btsport very poor this weekend! We missed the end of two games of Australian Rules this weekend. Collingwood v Essendon and Adelaide v Hawthorn as the telecast was cut short!! Why is this?

    @BTCare dealing with the sale, all UK staff. Good service. Nearly a week after the supposed install no broadband and I have to deal with people that don`t understand me and refuse to do anything to help other than say "the process takes 24-48 hours, there`s nothing we can do"

    @bt_uk It's never been faster 10mbps I was told it would be fast broadband when you've been average 75-100 previous supplier I was expecting a drop but not a drastic drop, feel ripped off biggest mistake going to BT broadband you have a cheek to. Increase monthly price 2.5 months 🤬

    More spam from @bt_uk telling us superfast fibre is now available in our area. Which is weird, as when we were with BT Business as an ISP, we had VDSL2 3 years ago, but the service was so bad we moved to @zeninternet instead.. But now we're on BT's marketing email list...

    @bt_uk The devices in my network are working properly. It is your router that had a firmware update on the 7th of April that seems to have caused this. I am not alone in this issue.
