  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @bt_uk No point Paddy. I’ve had this debate for the last 15 years where BT have consistently reduced the guaranteed minimum speed from a depressing 5mbps to a woeful 0.5mbps and I’m supposed to grateful for paying £50pm for a practically useless service. 1/2

  @bt_uk Is there a problem with ITV hub? Keeps coming out if the app and won't resume play. Very annoying. Was the same last night too.

  @bt_uk Yes, I recently updated the firmware to the latest version and since then had numerous issues with discs dropping connection and going offline. Multiple restarts haven't helped. Need to know how to revert to previous firmware version which worked perfectly.

  @SkyUK Don’t buy SKY Glass, stick with your old television and get a puck or even go to @TalkTalk or @bt_uk . I’m having a nightmare with these guys even through there “Priority Team”. I’ve had problems ranging from cosmetic damage screen problems all I want is a working tele!

  @bt_uk Absolute joke of a company. Customer service non existent. Their sole aim is to get your money. Once they have it they simply will not care what level of service you get or whether they are not providing one to you at all.
