Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Attempting to figure out the problem with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp and the real truth is they need to put in another box. All they ever do is switch wires about so someone else has the bad line.

Watching the anti hate trolling advert. Maybe us fans of football should make a point of having a day off from reporters, pundits who basically do the same by tweeting **** to wind fans up, in itself dangerous, stress, anxiety, bullying...@btsport

@bt_uk We don't have internet because your folks came out to switch the lines again b/c someone else had the bad line. It is raining and it doesn't work w/the faulty line. Your company needs to install another box in my village so everyone has a good line.

@bt_uk 5g is now available in my area but I can't have it as I'm in a handset contract and need sim only. £500 to cancel early to get this is appalling
