@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@virginmedia Having an issue with your service, very high ping in online games in the evenings, basically makes my internet 50% unusable. I know it's nothing on my end so unless something is being done im gonna have to hop on with @bt_uk or @SkyUK

@bt_uk I spent near 6 hours yesterday trying to connect the hybrid connect. Your app 1 second tells me the connection is good. Then tells me its not. Then tells me theres no connection. Im not spending 5 hours more today. So either help me, fix the issue or terminate my contract

I would not recommend @bt_uk at all, at the moment. Terrible experience (already logged a complaint). Setup has been horrendous so far. Meant to be activated on Tuesday (after ordering a month ago) and it's now Friday :)
