Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Switched EE to @bt_uk broadband, paying extra £20 / month for Full Fibre to the Premises (FFTP) ultra high speed 900mbps guaranteed min 450mbps. I'm getting just 90mbps. How do I report this other than queuing 60 mins on your support line? BT support set-up is awful!!!

Trying to cancel both my sons BT Mobile contracts. I can buy a new SIM online easily but to cancel I have waited so far 25mins on the phone with no answer. Make it easy to start a contract but difficult to stop it....very poor consumer experience @bt_uk

@GaryMaylin @btsport I agree. Clear case of "foot-in-the-door" and who knows what is to follow. E.g. VAR has already spoiled the game more than helping, so this issue is another slippery slope.

@bt_uk thanks for checking I had a call from BT and got this resolved. Thanks for checking. I’ve decided to join BT for broadband, do you know if there’s any chance of speeding up the activation date? I’ve been given just over 2 weeks, but I have less than 14 days to cancel my current.

@ElliottCharles1 @btsport Bloody hell, don't let a simple error cloud your judgement on a presenter who is telling it exactly how it is about out support. Bonkers
