    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk I switched to Sky on the 25th August, and BT still took my direct debit in September. My account still shows open, and my next bill date is tomorrow. Despite 2 calls to BT to sort I'm still none the wiser. Please point me to someone with the ability to sort this simple issue?

    Well that's my @btsport and TV subscription canceled and I'll cancel my broadband and phone as soon as I have a new provider lined up. Good work @btsportrugby, clubs going into administration is not a joke to be laughed about and then tweeted
