    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @DanieljamesVMO2 I think I upset @bt_uk as we're now having intermittent internet issues... You would've thought the £1.2 billion net profit would be enough to invest without another £100 a year from people already. But I guess that is down on last year.

    @GrazerJHere @bt_uk Yeah there's no fibre lines here and there's no plans of doing it any time soon so that's the main problem, fiber makes a whole lot of difference for sure

    Bad news is no more @BristolBears games on @btsportrugby for the rest of the season. Surely @btsport need to change that
