    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk Eventually got through to cancel my broadband, but then was told that I need to take out a new 12 month contract for the landline. You know what? No. That's punishing me for your failings and isn't legal. I expected better from BT.

    Ok, I've now attempted to fill in the form *manually* three separate times and all I get is " Please ensure all required information is complete." Looks like @bt_uk really doesn't want me as a customer.

    @bt_uk I have an issue with my youview box, it will allow me to record certain channels. More specifically sky channels. Can you help?

    @bt_uk This was claimed back in May but never received my card in the post. Only realised now as going through all my bt paperwork

    @xxsnzz @JacquelineHugh3 @bt_uk You can. The contract is you pay, they provide service. If they aren’t, they can be in breach. Can do small claims to recover your costs.

    @EE Hi. I am with @bt_uk and my mobile signal is awful. They have told me there is an issue in my area (has been since 25/9) I have searched on your coverage checker and want to be kept updated but my mobile number isn’t ee. Anyway round this. Or can you provide update on outage?

    @bt_uk part3 ..it just keeps dropping out and I have to put the password into my devices to reconnect, it is very annoying. Still as long as you get your £66 pound every month why should you worry about a long standing customer. Not very happy Graham Bell
