Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Really disappointed with @bt_uk. It’s taken ages to receive a new hub, after not being able to get any internet off the old one, and now we’re in a situation where the new one is still not working. And now we’re calling up BT, and can’t get through, shocking. Going back to Virgin

@bt_uk fault to BT 9/11/2022, phone & broadband not working. Numinous 45 mins at least wait calls to BT, promises of reconnecting & returned calls to resolve unsatisfactory as still no connection 26/11/2022. Trust pilot bad review, connect twitter. @DailyMailUK @dailytelegraph

@bt_uk are absolutely donkeys. The company and the staff. Can't provide you wifi. No idea about the system they use Manager team leader and call handler all the are some. Call to say I can't help you Then threatened me to not get future service. Please cancel my contact 🙏🏽

@bt_uk been with use for about 5 month now how do get rid of your services, genuinely the worst I’ve ever had WIFI don’t work yet you expect me to pay for it, tv lags yet you expect me to pay for it, then you cancel my direct debit and have the cheek to charge me £10 no thanks.

@bt_uk We’ll your bloke on the phone told me that it was your fault the direct debit was cancelled, he said the £10 charge would be taken off however this has not happened, I’ve tried sorting it with use more than once now but it never gets sorted just false promises
