    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

    @bt_uk why are you charging me 90 quid a month when new customers can get same service for 24.99 this is unacceptable and you know it is as well. My bad for not shopping around I will be now.

    @btbusinesscare waiting for 6months for a broadband connection utter disgrace. Saying we can’t cancel and just left in limbo while our business struggles. Worst company we’ve ever dealt with.

    @bt_uk I am trying to reach your customer support to get an overdue promised update on case no C10002481840. Being on hold for an hour, purposely being ignored i assume. Please help. Not a good experience as a new customer.

    @jonboy_103 @bt_uk I can't log in either - The log in page says 'We've launched something new - made some changes etc' - Unwise to do during office hours on a weekday, so there must be a problem in which case @BT_UK should just be honest and post on their X feed with an eta for a fix - v.poor
