@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk well you promised me an upgrade and sent me the paperwork and I paid for it after requesting a slot in the cabinet and then you didn't upgrade me on the day you said you would and gave the slot to someone else so unless you can fix that

@bt_uk Have I?? Should see my call log and then get through after 45 mins and then they hang up on me. 3 appointments that people are suppose to be out here setting it up! Key workers at home with no WiFi. As a new customer this is sooooo poor!

@bt_uk worst customer service ever. 8 hours on phone over 2 weeks trying to order broadband. Promise to call back today - don’t. No interest in helping during Covid WFH. Better just go with @SkyUK. BT not in 21st century. #believeinbetter

@bt_uk I dont need MORE Tests; I've had 4Engineer visits since September; each time resolved for a few days before it goes again. Last visit the engineer said the Fibre Ports in the Cab are probably at fault but would only be able to move forward if issues kept on (suprise they have)

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Please can someone help our community in understanding why when over 25% of residents have 900mb full fibre as paid for by #morrishomes but the rest of us are told it doesnt exist on site! Openreach laid the fibre EVERYWHERE last Feb! OX16 9**
