  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It would help if you actually answered. I waited an hour! You should be ashamed! An old woman has been locked up in a residential since March, no physical contact with her family since March, and now no verbal contact for a week. Phones are an essential service, especially now!

  @bt_uk Correct. And when I scroll down on MyBT I have no visible offers and have never had any visible offers any time I've logged in. I presume this to be normal because it will only display MyOffers when there are offers available.

  @bt_uk More problems. #fibre #broadband had gone down. Smart hub reset isn't working. Less than 2 months in rarely get the minimum 100mbps as advertised.

  @bt_uk so tell me why a communications company cant answer their phone. Called to cancel my broadband expecting them to offer something better but in the time it took to call them then wait then wait then hang up I knew I had to cancel. Bye

  @bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but can’t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month 😡
