    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Been without broadband for 5 days. 3 engineers out in 3 days. Numerous calls, finished off today by “Alan” - telephone resolution team - asking me “what do you want out of this?” and “We’re not giving out compensation”. Anyone who can actually help??

    @bt_uk They can’t and we’ve known this from the 14th of December. You are giving me conflicting information because your phone support just said it’s up to them. You’ve broken many clauses within my contract. I will be cancelling and referring to ofcom/financial ombudsman

    @bt_uk your broadband is terrible we pay WAY too much a month for your service and hardly every get internet working the whole day. There's 1 person working from home and the internet doesnt even cover their needs.

    @bt_uk I cannot tell you how frustrated we are after weeks of trying to settle (ie get you to fix!) our final bill. After it was wrong, yet again, Nicola B promised to wipe all charges on 03/01. We’ve yet to receive a new bill with 0 balance. When will this happen?! What a joke
