Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk The issue here is also they’ve told my mother in law that it’s also gonna take you weeks to investigate the missing payment she’s on a pension and can’t afford to wait for the money to be returned.

@bt_uk why was I told that my issue will be escalated & I would have my phone line that you mistakenly took away and my broadband up & running within 48hrs only to be told open reach can’t do it before 2nd May ? I really would like to know and why you removed my land line too ?

@virginmedia Your customer service is pointless and unhelpful, I’ve been without broadband and tv for weeks now, after numerous attempts to contact you I get cut off (which they warn you may happen and take your phone number to call you back which they don’t) @bt_uk new customer?

@bt_uk Hi, again. I took out fibre 2 which started on Monday but i only get the fibre 1 speeds of 50 down, 9 up. We've had sky and vodafone before who could give us 18 up.

@bt_uk Can you cancel my bt tv month pass? I can’t do it on myBT as it’s not visible, advisor on the phone can’t do it either as she also can’t see it on my account. This is going to be fun.

@bt_uk Hi, why am I able to cancel my internet (due to the price hikes) and then rejoin as a new customer on the original lower rate I was on anyway. It just seems like a lot of messing around!

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph our business lines were not in use and for years BT was taking money through direct debit we informed BT last year about it and till to date no resolution is being made can you help us it’s well over 20 k owed to us by bt
