    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    So @bt_uk you make an appt for an engineer to attend and install a dv service at my elderly parents home on the 19th Oct 8am-1pm. No one attended and they have tried every day to make contact via the phone which has proved impossible. Not great service should they switch to sky?

    @bt_uk Absolutely shocking customer service teams, had my house damaged by openreach... a company BT sent to install my upgraded box but done Absolutely zero to help get the issue fixed... AVOID allowing openreach or BT to install anything on your property

    @bt_uk we onnect for good. What a load of BS BT provide the worst service ever, we are now 15days late with a promised connection with at least another 3days to wait total shambles. WOULD YOU RECOMMEND BT, NO

    Network quality of my calls is dreadful (although broadband speed meets @bt_uk ‘high speed guarantee of 10mb 🙄) so constant glitching, but the conversation always catches up and I don’t understand how.

    @btsport is it possible you show a better game the Braintree vs Dulwich. Worst fixture you could possibly have
