    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    🧵 3/3 Told I would receive no further updates/confirmation of this appointment and no further action will be taken. @bt_uk advisor was unhelpful and no understanding that the lack of customer communication means my overall experience so far has been so poor and frustrating.

    Can @bt_uk by any chance fix the internet access at the Regus centre in Doxford Park? It's been off since YESTERDAY MORNING and you haven't as much as sent an engineer. All businesses offline and my mobile data is just about spent, lab incapable of functioning

    What exactly are BT and BT Openreach for. They've rescheduled my appointment for Monday to Tuesday, then to Wednesday, and then to today (when it was "confirmed") and now apparently it's not confirmed at all and will be NEXT Monday. It's not a service, it's a fiasco @Bt_uk

    @bt_uk Engineer failed to turn up yesterday and connect my FTP. My current IP has ceased today and I’m without internet. This is a ridiculous service from BT

    @samj0606 @btsport @sky I looked on the bt forum and they’ve been aware since May or earlier and they said themselves they’ve no idea what the problem is or how to fix it but know it is a problem
