Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.
