    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    I keep waiting for @bt_uk to fix their BT Cloud Android app. But then I haven't seen a pig fly recently. Looks like it may be time to look at new service provider.

    @bt_uk are you able to tell me when my elderly parents’ broken phone / broadband will be mended pls. You said July 1... But no sign. My mother is registered deaf and only able to communicate with family via a special device fitted to her landline. No mobile. Pls help.

    @bt_uk truly appalling service from an array of your departments. You are not working as one team. Spent 6 days trying to solve a problem and just going round in circles. Very disappointed and frustrated!

    @bt_uk It was turning orange whenever it dropped out. It seems to be okay now, but the 4G assure wasn't doing anything and never seems to 🙁
