Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@nat_alia93 @SkyUK @bt_uk I left them because the only way to get the price down was me threatening to leave them, they have no loyalty for customers who have been with them like me for 11 years before I left!!! Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

@bt_uk No use. That’s for actual cable damage, as in live and danger to life. All it does is give you a phone number. Tried that. “Follow the sun” operators - too difficult. Let’s hope no-one trips over it. Thanks anyway.

Isn't it remarkable that my @BT_UK broadband connection has slowed down dramatically - to the point where Teams/Zoom calls that were 100% fine for the last two years are now slow and unstable - just when they've trying to get me to pay another £10 for a new "super-fast" package?

@bt_uk @somedeadacc3 So you already have the worst app going that can't be downloaded on apple TV, now tv, xbox or PlayStation. Now I can't even buy it online and connect an HDMI to my telly. Surely you realise it is costing you money by making it so difficult to watch.

@bt_uk Unbelievable! now fibre team is blaming Openreach for their incompetence. 3 days ago, fibre team ASSURED me that they got green light from Openreach. But now suddenly, waiting for Openreach reply. How convenient? @MarcAllera @ketanhindocha12 is this the help you promising?

Guess what! @bt_uk were meant to come set up our broadband today. And guess who never showed up!? Who can suggest other providers (not Three) to us? It's been since 20th June and both of us tethering off a 4g connection hub is unacceptable for zoom and work. @hex
