@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@virginmedia Another evening of broken service. All status checkers report it working fine but we have broken tv signal and internet. Absolutely no way of contacting you in a reasonable time to fix. Time to consider some options. Hi @bt_uk

@bt_uk Nothing has been explained, nobody turned up after waiting 6 weeks! The mobile to the engineer didn’t respond when we called several times and left messages, and now I have to wait another two weeks which is very upsetting at the quality of the bymini hub is poor

@bt_uk Ok but this gives me another problem now. I want to change my tv package but can’t because this order is classed as 'open' but when till? Can I change my package now seeing as we don’t know when this order will be closed?

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.
