Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk It’s not a fault. It’s way too much money each month for a lousy dial up service. How can you charge this much and leave us deciding which tv we can watch cos if we watch two TVs you get buffering

@virginmedia engineer decided criminal damage of some very expensive to replace interior cabling was the best way to replace my SuperHub after it was diagnosed as at fault. And didn’t replace my SuperHub. This will cost (them) North of £5k to repair - in future just go to @bt_uk

@bt_uk hi, our router has suddenly started flashing orange for quite some time. I have unplugged it twice and left it and it is still flashing orange. I’ve checked the service via your status link and all seems fine in the area.

@bt_uk is reporting a big increase in 999 calls, due in part to the hot weather. The very high volume of calls may result in a slight delay in some emergency calls being answered. BT has called on people to only call 999 if it's a genuine emergency to help keep call volumes low
