  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk My parents have received a bill for work that an engineer did, despite being told at the time that there was no charge. They've tried calling customer services but were told there was a 40 min queue. Is this something I can raise with you here on their behalf, please?

  @bt_uk Seems to have multiple accounts created after several confusing calls over last 2 weeks . English is not her 1st language. Now been on hold over an hour after being cut off as issue was near resolution!
