    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    If I treated my customers the way @BT_UK did, I would be out of business in no time! Exclusive offers on the web? Nope. Call centre with a 30 minute hold time and then they can't provide you with details of the contract by email... Must be one of the worse customer experiences!

    @AliceHoylePSHE @bt_uk Hear hear. Customer service is appalling. All the people I spoke to were lovely but unable to do anything for me with the rubbish systems they have in place

    @bt_uk As I replied in the original thread, I've done that. That's how I know there's an external fault. At this point, I'm just stunned that after 2 months, I still haven't gotten a reliable, working connection. This is the third time I've had issues like this.

    Anyone else using @bt_uk internet finds it continually goes down? Down again and masses of reports on the down detector. Surely basic internet isnt difficult to get right in 2020?

    @bt_uk my building doesn't have fibre but both of the building beside me both have fibre optic. This is terrible that its 2020 and the exchange is across the street from my flat and I am struggling to get fibre optic ran to my building.

    @England @JackGrealish @bt_uk Cut out the diving, don't get arrested for breaching Covid regulations, pass earlier, maybe sign for bigger club so you play in Europe then might be close to Gascoines level. Media over-hyping yet again. Foden was motm IMHO. Yes I am a blues fan but fair.

    @bt_uk there’s a problem with my mums phone line, she’s tried calling to fix it and no response and using the online troubleshooter and still says there’s a phone line fault.
