Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk it's all well and good saying your team are available 24/7 but they can't solve problems. It's apparently acceptable to leave someone who works from home with no internet for a week because you don't have enough engineers. In the process of cancelling the contract.

@btsport Your BT Sport app is buffering loads tonight. Might as well be using a dodgy site. No internet issues either. All other apps working fine.

Robbie Savage is the most biased commentator ever! He describes Garnachos goal as ‘brilliant’ and ‘perfect’, but Stones and Haalands goals he blamed the keeper… why does @btsport employ him? Also he offers no tactical analysis and just sucks Ronaldo off for 90 minutes!

@bt_uk Not when you sold the package and there is a complaint open against you. You need to know if your customers can revert to you within the 14-day cooling off period.

@bt_uk Your WiFi is beyond a joke, might as well go back to dial up. Paying for a top package and I have to turn wifi off on my phone cause its so poor. Keep getting told its the hub but we've had 3 bt hubs now and they're all as bad as each other. Diabolical BT as usual

@bt_uk I moved house on 4th Oct. When moving your analyst advised I could renew my broadband / tv packages for better specification but same price as my previous bill. Now ive had my latest bill & its £20 / £30 MORE. Was on hold for 30mins and gave up! Help please! #btlied
