    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum

    @KookyKym @bt_uk I’m on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

    @juliandc @ClaireMadMax @bt_uk Same here. Now reliant on a broadband connection requiring power. Not progress. iPhone has emergency satellite connection though.

    @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
