    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Until today I could happily watch BTSport on my laptop using your BTPlayer download programme. Message today says download an update but that doesn’t work as it won’t allow log in. Help!

    Hi @btsport @btsportfootball There's no commentary on #ultimate and no message on the screen to say there's an issue. Also, the crowd noise sounds muted. Is that you aswell, or just the City fans🤔

    @bt_uk Yeah any live streaming channel on PS5 stops working after 30 seconds or so. It runs fine on all other consoles. Just the PS5 with the issue

    Hey @bt_uk! Gues who didn't receive a call today? Apparently it was rescheduled for tomorrow and no one had the decency to inform me. @joelycett are you still outing poor customer service? 12 days without broadband after I tried to upgrade, got it up to 0mbps. Parsnips, buttered!
