    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    I regret so much in have hot CK tract with @bt_uk , they have promised my internet on last Friday and since that everyday is a new excuse … and always “sorry” honestly I horrible how they make us to feel useless #badcompany #barcustomerservice 😤😢😤😢

    Hi @bt_uk Shout out for Robert in Warrington office. Called to ? my increase, and phone line as been customer since 1969. All sorted with better deal. Mobiles moved to EE better signal & deal Well done pls pass on

    @bt_uk awful service. No internet and it has been over a month since it was meant to be installed. Very little idea when it is going to be fixed. Please try and shed some light as to when this will happen

    @bt_uk My issue is that your loyalty team think it’s ok to charge two pensioners to buy out their contract when they’ve had to go into cared for accommodation due to my Mum’s advancing dementia. £129 is a significant amount to a pensioner. They asked me if I was happy with that! NO

    .@bt_uk Hi Your company service is the worst that I have known in 30 years of being in business. I am being charged and chased for a service that I have never received. The account has been sent in a DM I have called on 7 occasion to sort but to avail. Please call us.

    @btsport your service is ****! I don’t have a problem with ANY OTHER streaming service but YOURS! Buffering every 5 seconds then saying “sorry -there’s a problem” Disgusting considering how much you charge!!
