    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

    @bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

    @bt_uk Thank you. I'd done this, but everything says to call. I am not deaf, so cannot use that facility. Why can't we cancel things from our app? Shouldn't need to ring anyone, it should all be manageable from the app. Please give me an email to help with this matter.

    @bt_uk you app, your website and your twitter account is useless. Dont bother having a twitter account if your answer to “my app is not allowing me to make purchases” is to download the app is the epitome of your customer service

    @bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum

    @bt_uk Hi. Is the offer to upgrade my broadband for £1 a scam? The “checkout broadband “ only button doesn’t work unless I alter my tv package which then starts a new 24 month contract. Seems everyone has the same issue. Seems a con to me then.

    @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.
