@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

Can skysport &BTsport reduce their monthly fee,as id like to watch football &i quite frankly can’t afford your ridiculous prices.Stop pretending you are better than them &still charge us shocking amounts. Fans want to support/watch their team play,but your prices are unreasonable

@KamRai7 @SkySports @btsport Perez gave the reason that clubs were close to bankruptcy, but not once was the idea of financial prudence given as a solution. Instead it was to spend more. Continue to lavish multiples of an average yearly wage in a single week on one person.

@bt_uk I've been through all this, I send to spam & block but there is hardly ever anything in my spam box because it's all always in my inbox. It used to be the best email service & then some **** thought he'd upgrade it and now it's rubbish, and what's more, i have to pay for it!
