    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    Well that didn't last long. Had @bt_uk 500Mbps fibre for a couple of weeks and already having issues. Engineer aimed to fix it by the end of the day on Friday. Not next day or anything. Three days. Expected better really.

    Why is @bt_uk so rubbish! Internet signal drops consistently. Flashing orange light appears randomly. reset it several times. It works, Then goes again. Extremely inconsistent & slow! Tried multiple new cables from phone socket to router, still no improvement!1

    @bt_uk today we called BT for help. Help was offered in repairing a phone for a vulnerable 93 year old. Nothing happened and she is still without a phone which she needs for hospital, family, neighbourhood support. What happened?

    @bt_uk @TalkTalk No landline for 6 days, a string of ridiculous excuses and no resolution in sight. Unbelievably poor service from talktalk and openreach.

    @GigafastStaffs @bt_uk @cerberus_net The village 8 poles, 500m down from our house has FTTP. BT is offering us 1Mb ADSL. So I thought I would get a quote from Cerberus ... 21st Century Network LOL. 20th Century company. Estimated Build Cost: £85,500.00
