    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @btbusinesscare Work connection goes down my 4g assure kicks in. Support tell me to unplug the dongle and tell them when I've disconnected it, By letter? carrier pigeon? Can't book an engineer visit without it. No support using the product I paid for when my connection dies. 👌

    Well done @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp I am notching up the £compensation here. THIRD time a booked engineer hasn’t turned up to fix my broadband. #ofcom will be delighted when I give them the low down on my many complains over the past 3 or more weeks! I’m STRESSED 😡

    @Emmet1878 @England @bt_uk I agree. Denmark was robbed because Sterling overreacted and then the referee gave them a penalty. Also, the referee be pimping for England. In fact, this entire tournament has been quite easy for England. They've had an easy road until now. England is good, but this is garbage.

    @bt_uk left @skytv because of their poor service and you're no better. Can't even activate our Internet and you can't even keep your appointments when you promise to send out engineers to sort it. What an absolute joke. Would never recommend either company. So far @VodafoneUK has

    Had @bt_uk full fibre for a week not seen full speeds some of my devices won't connect to internet and service been crap hope to get back to copper

    @OpenreachHelp - I'm now into my 7th week with no service into my home (where I also run my business from) with constant missed & failed appointments to connect me. @bt_uk customer teams are really trying to help me but they're at the mercy of your failed service proposition.
