@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@EyesPiedGaming @bt_uk Nope. He just fed the fibre optic cable through the house where he’d removed copper cabling that was in situ. So now there is not internet until they fix the fibre. Hopefully won’t be too long.

@23shawthing @bt_uk I had same issue, had to get them to do it manually although not tried to spend it. They removed 2 old accounts but they have magically reappeared and causing issues again. Good luck

@scott_peterson4 @bt_uk So according to BT, I have a stay fast guarantee of 700Mbps, which means my speeds should never drop below that no matter what. But here is my story. A very unhelpful advisor told me to give it a few days but i know that won’t help so I’m thinking of switching ASAP

@BTCare @bt_uk @skytv Yep done that and they said 10 am today but now they can’t provide a fix date. That is nearly 36 hours and isn’t great given I work from home a d can’t use my emails. And we still can’t watch TV. Not great I have to say.

@bt_uk so many issues minimum speed not reached 1 month in, now when logging in says a different minimum speed but your own systems say different fed up of going round in circles

@bt_uk I don't know what the issue is. Whenever I'm in the office and I use the work WiFi, my work laptop has no issues. But when I'm at home, websites tend to take longer to load, but I don't have these issues with any of my personal devices.

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk Good luck! I waited weeks for BT to sort their **** out before I gave up and cancelled the installation. Fortunately I still had my old provider and line to fall back on.
