    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk never dealt with such an incompetent set up.Fibre promise-3 months, 3 visits, 2 days of lost earnings, literally hours on hold then to be told no one knows what’s happening again. Couldn’t even complain/escalate. Your hub is on doorstep come and collect we are busy.

    @EmmaSmileHolmes Took @bt_uk 12 months to get my connection fixed three engineers later still charged me full whack for the privilege . Gave me 60 quid back for a year of **** internet . Shocking ....

    @bt_uk A promise of a call from a manager yesterday. Still nothing. Line ordered on 3 September. Still not working. BT telling me 11th October!!! WE NEED TO WORK!!

    @bt_uk I'm currently not having a problem it's resolved but it took your company honestly a year to resolve the issue . Only after a fourth engineer was called was the problem resolved while I had the privilege of paying you for the service that I was promised but never received .👍

    @bt_uk Is it possible to set extra security when I contact BT. Lost how many times scammers try access my emails etc. Though they never try hard enough. Lack the IQ I suspect.
