Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@BTSportBoxing @btsport @bt_uk So I wasn't home for last night's fight card so was going to sit down and watch it. Looked on my BT app on My BT TV and can't find it. But it's on the App. WTF??? Lots of football and dart and other ones. Where is the boxing?

@bt_uk cannot believe your service today. Phoned your dept to inform them I have no equipment to return after having new digital service installed 4 days ago to be told contract ceased. I was bereaved 6 weeks ago so this is took over the account. Beside my self with grief really

@BTCare i Just spoke to Sean from Newcastle, i have had a great service from BT until my speeds dropped to 20MBps, I was guaranteed 100Mbps as a minimum, I am not one to tweet, but when speaking to him i Got told my options were to leave or to sign a new 24month contract

@bt_uk Yes - if you can see our account you will see you keep sending engineers out but they don't change anything - I hope you are going to credit us for at least the last 3 months of bills - we are not getting the service we are paying for.

@bt_uk I'm a customer on your Essentials package. Have received an email saying I can't renew as I've failed the eligibility checks. *nothing* in my circumstances have changed - can you advise urgently please what I need to do?
