    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @btbusinesscare needed to phone BT so dialled the contact number on the bill, got an automated message that the number I dialled is not in service #whatajoke

    @bt_uk Not really good enough though, is it? You’ve told me twice there’s an external fault that seemingly no one can be bothered to investigate. Then you ‘fixed’ an issue that wasn’t there. Then you replace the Hub but the fault is still there. But as long as you get my money, it’s ok.

    @bt_uk I added the 15 sim only deal to my boardband package to get the by sports app I follow the link and it says it’s you need an eligible package tf check your own website or just cancel my order

    @bt_uk Cant wait for this advisor to tell me she can't do anything to help apart from wait until it gets cancelled again and we go right back at the start

    @bt_uk I opted out my mothers account to prevent digital voice "upgrade" (she's in rural area, no mobile coverage & long power cuts) but once again had unauthorized digital voice order applied to account. Call centre staff unhelpful. Causing a lot of worry, please cancel it ASAP

    @BTCare @Ofcom Fed up with BT, Promise a package at high speed broadband facilit and paid for, 4.10 Mpbs Download 3.76 Mpbs Upload. Complaint to them 4 Times to no avail.
