    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk I can't get in my account because of your pass code system is sending out multiple pass codes which neither work, and now it says to wait or cancel. Cancelling does nothing to fix the problem. How long do I have to wait until the pass code system resets?

    @bt_uk Hello, yesterday I highlighted I needed some extra support and the reasons why are on my account. I had a message to direct message you and you’d get back to me but you haven’t, any chance of hearing anything back? I’m now 8 days over the promised call back from a serious issue.

    @F1 Exclusive is the problem. A hub of motorsports fans in the UK are screed by this. F1: Sky MotoGP: BTSport WEC: TNT Naturally, two have to go. This gets more of a joke every time.
