    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk Hi David. No problem is still the same. I need to click on 'credentials required' which then goes to the BT hotspot site. If I then click ' use network as it is' it will login. Thanks, Rudi

    @bt_uk I had another advisor this morning morning calling me to upgrade me to fiber now my issue is fixed. Its not fixed. Its worse. When I say I absolutely have no intention of upgrading with BT he says he will transfer me to complaints and the line disconnects instantly instead

    @bt_uk my 92 year old grandmother's phone line has been down since last Thursday. It's the only way we have to contact her. Many, many made calls to you emphasising the urgency and still no one seems able/willing to help?

    @diamcl18 @bt_uk Well here I am months on from the initial problem. It still doesn't work. I still have Word files on one machine that refuse to sync through the Cloud folder.#btcloud
