  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @btbusinesscare hi all - are there broadband outages today SO52 area? Our offices are reporting the internet down so all employees have left. I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?

  @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

  @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

  @btbusinesscare broadband cable has come down in the road and now several residential and business premises without broadband for 4 days. Estimated repair date moves forward on a daily basis. How long will this take? Will I receive a discount off my bill for no service?

  @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

  @btbusinesscare Hi I followed that link but there is no way at all to report my problem. MS 365 is not even listed. I need the product key (which we are paying you for!) to keep the program active. Please send me a number for someone I can speak to.

  @btbusinesscare Once again I find myself wasting valuable time trying to sort an issue. Your advisers won't talk to me because they say my account name is wrong - it isn't I'm looking at a bill! I want to take all our lines services somewhere else!!!!
