    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, I’ve been told keoghs are ‘not entertaining’ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but it’s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

    @bt_uk I am trying to reach your customer support to get an overdue promised update on case no C10002481840. Being on hold for an hour, purposely being ignored i assume. Please help. Not a good experience as a new customer.

    Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband haven’t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

    @bt_uk Still can't get this problem fixed. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday, was promised a call back today at 3pm. No-one rang. Back on hold again. What do I do?

    @BTCare been told there is no possible resolution to a system error in YOUR company so I either pay nearly double what you quoted or leave. CEO must be proud. Customer care at its worst #donotbuy #Complaints #BTscams
