    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @btbusinesscare @ofcom You can't even complain because they will always say that BT have not had enough chance to fix things. 2 years of bills messed up and now I have moved on to a better company I am struggling to even do that.

    @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

    @btbusinesscare I’ve just tried WhatsApp and the same issue. No response. Is there a phone number to actually speak to a human ??? 🤬🤷🏻. I’m being threatened with legal action over an account I closed months ago and I cannot speak to someone ??? Your robot doesn’t understand!! 😱😱
