@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Do you know if there has been a recall of the monitors? A troubleshooting Google shows that this is a really common problem with the BT smart monitor. I dread to think if something happened and a parent couldn’t hear their baby in distress.

I understand that it will take time to reconnect, but was disappointed that this EE unit did not work. I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem. We have been relying on phone data, which is not great if you are working from home @bt_uk

@bt_uk can someone help me please, my father had bt fibre optic box installed now his landline doesn’t work, surely when the engineer came and installed it they should have made sure that it was working!!

Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

Yet again @bt_uk with horrific customer service. Supposedly no method of the front office speaking to the back office?!?!? 14 days to rectify their own mistake. They have no idea the impact this has and don't care either!!!

1. So I recently made a bad decision and I switched to @bt_uk as a new customer from my previous provider who I'd been with for 10+ years. When I planned on moving to BT I thought it would be simple as all I wanted to do was switch my landline and broadband over.

I'm feeling really liberated since I cancelled @bt_uk service! I now no longer have to deal with the worst service known to man. I am soon cancelling @skytv , and they have the second worst!!

@bt_uk Took 3 advisors, 2 offshore and 1 onshore and over an hour and a half before Andrew admitted they’d been overcharged by £70 and cancellations from last month not processed correctly. How do people like my parents manage if they don’t have someone to help them who won’t give in?
