Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Do you have a out of hours service. My family household landline has stopped working. When ringing out the line is dead and when trying to ring in it’s saying where on the phone however where not please help

@bt_uk Tests on the line? The speed is currently fine and I’m having no problems with any other streaming services. What makes you think this is line related rather than an issue with the app/your streaming feeds?

Hey @bt_uk I asked you to cancel my @NOWHelpTeam cinema pass and you’ve ended up cancelling that and my Boost and now for the privilege of turning it back on I’ll need to pay £2 more a month.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp we have told you that we have poor broadband. You tell us we have good speeds. How then has it taken me an hour to watch 30mins of tv on iPlayer. Constantly dropping out/buffering/freezing. Give me a reason to stay with you.

@bt_uk Hi I’m still having major problems with this. Engineer came and not much changed, then it randomly started working for just over a week. Now the past few days it’s been resetting itself constantly. Done everything recommended including buying new filters and cables. Please help
