    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @BTCare on 28/11 agreed upgrade of just broadband to add landline AND to RETAIN current phone no.for relative with dementia. Checked online and spotted BT error: change of phone no. BT cancelled and refuse to honour deal.Disappointingly poor!

    @bt_uk your WiFi is ridiculous! We live in a town an my mother-in-laws is a lot better and she lives in a village! It's a joke! January is going to be phone when the kids have got to do remote learning ! You're no help. The lines all need updating. Even my neighbour has problems

    @samhoulden @bt_uk I’ve had similar problems with BT in the past. They are dreadful and an example of a company that’s got too big and which priorises an extra penny of profit over investing in good customer service.

    @samhoulden @bt_uk Unfortunately BT have the monopoly on the phone lines so if you are out in the sticks on dodgy lines they are the only option. Going with a third party provider just adds a middleman and complicates the issue IMHO. 🤔

    @bt_uk Yet more appalling service. 10 days on, no internet connection. NO COMMUNICATION. The lies are horrendous. Told that an engineer is booked, call up to check what time the engineer is booked for, told no engineer is booked on the system. WHEN WILL I GET INTERNET CONNECTION!?

    Gutless Customer Service Managers @bt_uk who are not prepared to talk to customers who have a complaint. Stop hiding behind your "we can't control our supplier @OpenreachHelp " excuses. BT service is disgusting

    @bt_uk still trying to get an update on repair to parents landline, keep being told will be looked at that day but still not working, have chased twice this morning on direct message trail but no response to either message.

    @OpenreachHelp No, @bt_uk say that they have raised a complaint with Openreach but we have to wait until Openreach respond to them. The Openreach ONT box in our parent's new bungalow has the wrong serial number
