  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk So: if back up battery packs are a solution - as I was informed… Are there sufficient emergency battery packs to supply all residents in the village/surrounding areas - and elsewhere? Will those battery packs will supplied free of charge?

  @ComethTheNerd @bt_uk Good luck with that; most other UK ISPs are just service companies who still use BT Openreach as their providers. Unless you have Virgin cable you're SoL.

  @bt_uk I am concerned not so much on my behalf but for that of the elderly, single households in our community. We are supportive as a community/village and will do what we can to help them. But this has been poorly communicated (FAQ = rather passive solution) with a short timeline
