    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk hi, am thinking of dropping the phone from our broadband now it is annoption. But how will the fault check service then work as we have to enter a phone number? Wondering as just had to use it to confirm fault.
