@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@roundyfullandby @bt_uk Sounds about right mate. I cancelled my TV with them kept sports and upgraded broadband as couldn't be bothered with the ag of changing. Wish I changed now as it is proper crap

@bt_uk Funny really, this inability to stream on your Samsung TV app for more than 2 secs without buffering was why I cancelled my sub immediately and asked for a refund. Your support system ignored me.

@btsportfootball @btsport What's with the audio on the Man United game? Sounds absolutely dreadful, but of course I can't remove the fake crowd noise because I'm a Sky subscriber. This is terrible.

@bt_uk hi, having issues with subscription channels on BT TV. IPC6023 is the error code. Black screen, no audio or visual on BT sport SD, HD and test channel 399. Followed the guide online and no fix. I called on Saturday and was passed to 'TMC'* but never got a call back..

@bt_uk Been trying to complain for ages there never seems to be anything on the app that helps, it all Pre set questions. I have the halo with an extra hub and I still have to go upstairs or outside to get a signal. It cuts out 5 or 6 times a day but they’ll tell you your signals ok 🤬
