    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    It's a bloody good job I don't need my home Internet for my livelihood, but I can only imagine how many people @bt_uk screw out of income and work because they can't deliver the service people pay them for.

    @bt_uk The frustration is we are paying for a service that we're not currently receiving and won't be receiving for another week minimum and that's if the engineer actually fixes the problem, it's very poor.

    Because why would they? @bt_uk have me on a contract so it doesn't really matter to them of they deliver the service at this point.

    @bt_uk why can I not get through to your call centres it cuts off after going through the options and telling me when the call centres are open. I have not got all day to sort out my problem because of your technical issues

    @bt_uk It would be much appreciated if customer care called you back when they said they would. We have had ongoing issues since joining BT in March, multiple engineer visits and still not resolved - it is unusable - very disappointed with whole experience.

    @bt_uk Well its still not working properly but an engineer is coming but not for another week and a bit as apparently that was the earliest available slot, it's not really acceptable considering that a member of my family works from home and relies on the Internet heavily.
