  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk if anyone is thinking of joining BT please don't. They can't deliver what they say they can. There whole house WiFi is a joke it does not work. The halo 2 is a ripoff and not worth the money. When you have trouble not much help,so if you need broadband look some elsewhere

  @bt_uk Hi I reset the password AGAIN.. Fully expect it again in next week, ill be asking for paper account details again, the BT IT is the worst ever, I had it for years and still its awful. Next week will be decidwe if I can still login. Thanks

  @bt_uk I did this earlier today and been told an openreach engineer will be in the area within the next 5 days 🙃. So for 5 days I'll have to use my personal data... Such a joke! Terrible customer service for the HIGH prices I over pay

  @bt_uk Terrible customer service, my friend has just moved home with her mother who has dementia, her father has Covid and you are ignoring her! She’s been told now you can’t connect her broadband for weeks. What about her job?! #disgrace
