  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @bt_uk Totally shocking service from BT. Hours wasted on the phone to resolve an issue, promised phone call today with never happened and they cancelled my BT TV services after 4 days of having it with NO explanation. Passed from person to person with NO explanation.

  @bt_uk Terrible service from BT in relation to my parents and their home service!! Promises of call backs and complaint logging and no one calls them back. Please sort it out for your loyal elderly customers!!! Please respect your customers time waiting home for calls

  @OpenreachHelp installed FTTP for @BTCare at my house on Saturday, but three days later my @SkyHelpTeam broadband is still active. Was told by BT my Sky account would get closed down automatically, and at install was told it would deactivate at midnight. Who owns resolving this?
