@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Hey @bt_uk are you paying for the replacement of the wires you cut between my phone line based house alarm and the outside world? An alarm that was fully working now not unless we ‘upgrade’ to your fibre network.

@bt_uk Spoke to Caitlin at your Liverpool call center this morning and whatever you are paying her, it's not enough... She resolved a billing problem which has been outstanding for a few months. I don't normally do this unless you provide exceptional service. Massive thank you!

@bt_uk Utterly unhelpful Robert in Newcastle Technical - elderly parents with no broadband, zero updates, recovering from Covid and have to hang out of a window to get reception on a mobile and you offer a text only facility. Shame on you @bt_uk
