@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

BT gone. replaced our "box", the one we plug into. to be fair, it had been there since we moved in 26 years back, and was not in a good shape. says we have now gone from 33 to 68 things per second. so there's that. pleased with the @bt_uk service. reported and fixed in 12hrs

@bt_uk When I changed my bank details BT ignored the current account switch service and invoiced me a penalty payment. Why shouldnt I bill you for my lost time. I wil call one last time and then go with another providor. This has been the worst customer experience Ive had in a long time

@bt_uk I have been waiting since October for WiFi. This is now the 2nd appointment that has not been carried out, with one of us having to take the whole day off. No phone call or message to say it’s cancelled. The worst customer service I’ve experienced.

@btbusinesscare Don’t use these comedians. I’ve been a customer for well over 5 years. When I needed them to look into a serious service issue they couldn’t even find my account despite me providing my account number! #BTBusinessFail
