    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk My reflection & New Year’s resolution is to source an alternative provider who puts their customers first. Nearly 2 weeks without internet / broadband & landline which services the burglar alarm, Hive thermostat, Ring doorbell et al is way too long. Earliest engineer appt 6/1/23!

    @bt_uk Seriously BT are a complete joke. You have left a vulnerable 82 year old without a phone line which is needed for her lifeline service since the 2 December and still no date for reconnection !!!

    @btsport @btsportrugby sort it out! Every week we have issues watching on BT Sport app on a Samsung TV. This week 20mins to go on sale game watching delayed but from start, cuts out, go to play full match replay and it skips to the final highlight, then Quinn’s game. £25 a month?

    @bt_uk I wasn’t asking you to place an order-I was asking why I couldn’t add sky sports through Now TV like usual, your on screen instructions said to phone to resolve-I missed a match tonight as a result of zero customer service. I’ll try again in the morning-hopefully someone answers

    @bt_uk I didn’t want to come down to Twitter to say how very disappointed I’m with BT but when im waiting for a manager to call me back since the 3rd Dec and still waiting ! Over 8 hours on the phone to sort a problem that BT caused by disconnecting us against my instructions

    @bt_uk Yes and when the device drops off I have to wait until it decides to come back or reboot and wait. Faults team have tried to fix but can’t so first slot for engineer is 4th. I’ll have to use my mobile data to work, entertain family until then and that’s assuming it can be fixed
