@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@AJ_TVCasting @bt_uk The fault has been going on since around 16:30 this afternoon and affects the login server for BT mail and MyBT it would seem. Downdetector shows this clearly which is when we first noticed the issue

@carl_fearns £200+ round trip for 2 to Falcons and they feature once, home or away, in first 10 rounds. Thank you @btsport what a way to support the fan base. Do crews and presenters get nose bleeds travelling to the north east or is it too far? Fair and equitable?
