@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk how are you meant to organise cancelling a service when 1 you’re on hold for nearly an hour then get cut off 2 when you eventually speak to someone they have an error on screen and will ring you straight back…but don’t!!! 3 hours later still no call back!!!!

@bt_uk Moved house yesterday and booked hub installation weeks ago to existing point - fitter eventually rocked up after 3pm - decided “too difficult” - really bad attitude and needed for work and school - dreadful service no help at all

@bt_uk can I please ask why is the Internet in DL128GP in Barnard Castle so bad , we pay 60 quid a month and everytime you ask me to upgrade you start dropping my mbps I have 3 discs so WiFi isn't a problem its the signal coming in. Awful provider.
