@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Starting to pick up now,down detector couldn't even load tweets etc,but has picked up over last couple minutes, I'll do a speed check incase my end but I doubt it.

@bt_uk Fibre helluva slow, instead of mbs I'm kbs,from a steady 50mbs to kbs,down detector has it up & down over last 24hrs,seriously not impressed,probably take about 5min to send this !

@BTCare two years after buying a house and moving in, bills for the previous owner keep arriving. I keep returning them to sender so assume Royal Mail is returning them to BT. I'm not even a customer. What should I do? Keep returning them and assume you'll get the hint?
