    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @BTCare Fiasco of switching broadband provider to BT I find that my current provider has cut me off. BT gave the wrong date! Call with BT for 30m this morning, told my problem, waited for fibre team -got thru -they hung up Whats going on -I have no internet 😡

    @bt_uk How can you literally lie like this when people like my family pay full price for your service and get less than 1mb/s connection speed. People have to work from home with your appalling service you should be ashamed of yourselves. The audacity to even claim you're good.

    @markcduffell @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I got all the way up to 2nd line managers of complaints. Did nothing! In the end I was calling 3 times a day 7 days a week till they did something. It worked luckily but don’t envy anyone who’s having issues.

    @bt_uk the WiFi in Northern Ireland is very clearly not working. So can yous do a check again instead of telling me the lines okay. The line is NOT OKAY

    @bt_uk Luke, I’ve only just realised you tweeted me!!!! I’m sorry, I know some time has passed, he has since been given a new hub & £50 credit. It still stops working from time to time, and tbh £50 credit is not much for the service he has been getting
