    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk Cheers just managed to get it sorted we did the same thing over and over and eventually it came up with which account do we want to use , we had a choice of three but we only have one account with our broadband is this a common issue

    @btsport Why this obsession with female pundits and commentators on men’s football. No one gets it. It’s a joke. It never used to be this way and the coverage was so much better. PC woke brigade gone mad. Who actually thinks this is a good idea in those BT Sport meetings..

    @BlondieRodge @itvfootball @ITV The only entertainment I’ve got now is Disney+ BTSport and Sky Sports if I have to cancel contracts to see if I can save anything more depends on what’s around the corner as I’m on a 16hr contract mini wage doing 24 on a good week or near my contracted hrs

    When I was on @btsport internet I could never get great connection on my NowTV…now I’m on @NOWTV_It I can’t watch anything on BT without it crashing or stopping. What ******** is going on. I can watch both perfectly on my phone, but not on my @PlayStation 5 🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk Tried talking to someone from bt, but by the sound of it, didn't know what they was doing, can't even change a email that is no longer in use so can't log into the account,and get bt hot spots, again terrible service, good job we only have a 18 month contract
