@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk You could do that without increasing prices. Some of us have put up with sub 1mb speeds for years while your profits have run into £bns. Now you expect customers to pay for your failure. I'm not sure what that link was for, but you never finished. "As such and in line with..."?
He then transferred me back to faults to someone who also promised early termination of the contract. He put me on hold to get through to the correct team and then cut me off after five minute. @bt_uk this is disgusting. I want this contract cancelled but no one will help.

@bt_uk our Internet was installed yesterday, its still not active due to a blockage on the line, I've been told #openreach will be out on the 31st to try to fix the problem is there not anything that can be done quicker due to working from home?
@bt_uk appalling customer service this evening. Been on call for 54 minutes and counting. Cancelled services before Xmas. Still being charged and receiving emails about active account. Tried to sort over the phone. Operative put me on hold half an hour ago. Answers?!
@skipptg @bt_uk When we transferred to sky they advised we cancel the direct debit to BT once the first bill was issued by them. All has been well since that day.
@bt_uk Hi appreciate that I claim back but doesn’t really help when our previous service was fine and the feedback hasn’t really been helpful, not sure if you can provide some info VOL013-649054468683
