@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Having an outdated Rural ISP that often drops signal and/or they blatantly throttle us, I am 118 & 1/2% sympathetic.

@Lawlor1John @bt_uk I was a BT customer until earlier this year. I now have full fibre broadband with @ConvergedComms for less than I was with BT. Infinitely faster than BT and I've kept my landline number for nearly £5 a month less.

@WorkTheSpace @bt_uk I'm appalled by the service you're getting dude, but I can't say I'm shocked. Dealt with BT Openreach for years and some of the engineers are not good. Customer service has much to be desired as well at times. Unfortunately, if you're using FTTC, you're using Openreach's network.
