@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@BTCare. How many times should I expect to ask for an envelope to return equipment to you? I’ve requested on three times now with no envelope arriving. Is that normal service?

@bt_uk I notice you have painted over some of banksys precious work. If an agreement cannot be reached I will cancel everything I have with BT. I know it won’t make much difference to you but maybe if all LUFC supporters did the same you might have a rethink.

@bt_uk I’ve been told I’m being switched over to it but I can’t see the point of it. The whole point of a backup service is that it works when the power is off. Don’t really know about phone lines. I’ve had your broadband installed.

@bt_uk It’s either a problem on BT’s end, or BT has released a buggy version of their email app. I’m still getting random authentication problems, one moment it’s fine, then I reload the app, it’s stuck on authenticating or the newer email just won’t load.

@joe_dawson @bt_uk The problem is defining ‘hate’. There are people out there who define hate as anything they disagree with.
