Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

When you moved from Sky to BT you stay on the same line you just pay a different provider for the same broadband. I’m not surprised its never gone down because the fault was resolved? ********

Andrew Gill (@Delboy_Gill) reported@bt_uk Please can someone contact me regarding my mother's ongoing landline/broadband issue. She is 86 and vulnerable and the combined forces of BT, Openreach, and NOW TV have been unable to prevent her from being without service since 26/1/23.
