    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    I have @bt_uk coming tomorrow to set up my upgraded internet and just got a text from @RoyalMail saying my parcel has to be rerouted, it was meant to be here on Saturday, then today, so wtf am I meant to do?

    @bt_uk When will the My BT app be fixed so it works with Digital Voice? Keep getting a “working to fix” message. Been weeks now. Is this product fit for purpose?!

    @bt_uk i should add i have had to call a friend to login into my twitter account for me to send this untill my so called broadband decides its going to work

    Yet again I find myself having to log another offical complaint to @bt_uk :( They agreed to take bill payments from the compensation fund but continued to take by direct debit, so I cancelled the DD now they have told me they are cutting off the broadband today! FFS BT!

    @bt_uk have the worst wifi I’ve ever used …**** never works and they expect you to pay a bill!

    @bt_uk I understand but why can only TalkTalk provide the service? Is it cause they have an exclusive deal with the contractor (city fibre). Obviously, with 6 months free and 500mb download, it could be worth cancelling my bt contract
