    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    On Monday morning the telephone lines to my local council in Lancashire crashed. It’s now Thursday mid-morning and they are still not working. What on earth must @bt_uk be doing? 3.5 days without a telephone line into The Town Hall!

    The @bt_uk home move service appears to not be focused on keeping customers, it’s so frustrating, after 300 minutes on the phone we finally get a less than ideal solution, that is taking weeks longer than originally planned and unfairly costs me money. Very poor

    @bt_uk Looks like BT leadership has hearing loss: can't hear their employee needs for a proper wage, can't hear their customers shouting for better service.

    @bt_uk I am currently experiencing wifi shortages every hour the past day. This is extremely annoying as everyone uses wifi please can you fix this
