  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @bt_uk I hope so, my initial complaint was raised Tuesday morning and I haven't heard anything since then. I have spent 4h listening to a dial tone though, I strongly encourage BT to consider at least getting some hold music to make the initial wait more bearable.

  @bt_uk Hi there... I'm having the same problem as previous ... BT Sport discount is being added onto my bill, not deducted. I thought it was sorted but still happening since last Sept bill.

  @PeterThurlow @btbusinesscare @BTCare I’m making the switch to a different supplier this morning; same speeds at half the cost. Of course, it’s still via the Openreach copper but at least future broadband and phone problems will be dealt with by somebody else!

  @bt_uk Yeah I've been told that but why was it cancelled? 2 days without broadband when working from home doesn't work too well. Our heating depends on WiFi too. My wife has to leave yesterday with our 10wk old daughter
