@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@FootyAccums @rioferdy5 clearly taking his job as a pundit seriously. Any chance you can hire someone who gives a **** and provides something resembling useful insight @btsport?

@bt_uk Hi there. My internet speed has been really slow this week. It’s normally fine, is there a problem in the M20 postcode area?

@bt_uk Unbelievable response, BT. I tweet you to ask for a written response as your website’s offers are unintelligible and I avoid the phone due to hearing problems. You respond: read our website or call us on the phone. Unsurprisingly I no longer want to use BT. 👏

@kerrylynnepyke @bt_uk Same. Now I’m connected (after months) the problems haven’t ended. They randomly take money out of our bank account. Credit us when we highlight it, then take even more. It’s an utter shambles.

@bt_uk Why is my internet down. Is there a problem on your side?

@bt_uk Well it’s just slow in general, alongside the issue of wired connections failing every other day.

@bt_uk your service remains as poor as always. Despite paying over£100 per month it doesn’t entitle me to a signal where I use the internet, for that I need Halo 2 (and an extra £30). Maybe that new service would also mean you staff your contact centres to meet demand?

@bt_uk You want new customers? Absolutely appalling service. We’ve gone back to our old provider.
