    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @TRS0211 @bt_uk Adding to this. Terrible service for what is charged. Refund requested please - absolutely nobody is paying for unreliable or edited highlights they can otherwise find on YouTube. It's such bad service, and no apology or suggestion of a refund partial or otherwise.

    @brianmoon138 @btsport So many issues ive had with them, i get nothing back, no apology nothing, i payed for the Oliveira fight and i couldn't rewatch it the next day, but they have done nothing, theres a strong reason why people stream it instead

    @bt_uk trying to set up a home move. If I were a new customer, you offer FullFibre 500 for £31/m at the new address. As existing, FF500 doesn’t show, you’re only offering me FF150 for £31/m + Charging me for a new router, with no option to use my current SmartHub 2. What gives?

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service. Changed to bt fibre 17days and so far had no Internet for 1/4 of that time and no solution in sight as keep being told its fixed. Should have stayed with with old provider! Customer service is shocking and online chat abysmal

    @bt_uk I get that issues happen but this is a paid-for service where people haven’t received what they were told they would get if they paid. Also, why is there no mention of, or apology for, this mistake on the actual app - why can we only find out on Twitter?
