  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @bt_uk I had already tried DMing you but did not receive any response. I have done so again now explaining the situation but thus far I am less than happy with the level of customer service provided. I look forward to your response.

  @btsport How do I cancel my subscription? I keep getting charged for the monthly pass but when I log into my account it just asks if I want to renew my subscription. I've also changed my payment method on there and it's still being taken from my old payment method.

  Massive problems with our @bt_uk fibre broadband and no Open Reach engineer appointments for 2 weeks AND our local @ThreeUKSupport mast is under repair for at least another 7 days! Why me???!!! 😭🔫

  @bt_uk despite having an agent lie to me about it over the phone I know a portion of my home hub is segregated to facilitate a BT hot spot. My issue is that the hot spot is 5x faster than my in-house connection.

  @bt_uk I called the team, not very helpful, they can't move the date, shocking when it was BT's fault it was later, talk about customer service or should I say lack of it
