    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk Hi Janet, an engineer is coming tomorrow (possible) but regarding my complaint about my treatment, not a word. Just avoidance and insults from the team.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk you just closed the complaint, called the wrong number, got housemate to sign off on it being fixed, and no offer of compensation for logging it incorrectly or sending an engineer who just cancelled on way to job. /1

    @bt_uk And now you are billing for phantom calls made while the line was cut , calls in the middle of the night to talking clock and random local number. This is ridiculous. Will be putting another complaint in tomorrow /3
