    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk I'm leaving BT. My internet has been down or dropping constantly for days now. Now an important work call was ruined. I've logged faults and engineers just haven't turned up. Poor service all round.

    @bt_uk It's a very long story that I have in messages. Basically we've been told lots of different things. had to cancel the order (as it was the only way at the time to fix the mistakes). On hold to replace the order hopefully with everything in place properly this time. Sigh..
