@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@SkySports and @btsport are basically doing there best to protect there own TV right and keep charging big fee on views per match.. Also I see I have been able to see some of your videos concerning this issue but I was never allowed to see those before..

@bt_uk That’s not good enough, we specifically asked for an engineer visit after being on hold for 40 minuets and not even bothering to show up without notice is bad form. We need to put forward a formal complaint

When the broadband goes down for four days and is likely to be down for longer perhaps #BT @btcare should provide those inconvenienced with free 4g hubs!
