    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk so I've bought the fight and I only am able to watch it through the app. But now you can't even stream your phone to the telly to watch it. Any help ?

    @bt_uk just left BT…but want to upgrade emails to Premium. No option to do this under Manage Email…which according to your Help page, there should be. Please tell me how to sort this out.

    @bt_uk She wants to upgrade her broadband as per her latest bill. Which was better for no cost. But then kept being nudged towards a digital phone. Which she doesn’t want she cannot use it. We had a similar problem like this two years ago when getting the old package.

    @bt_uk But why is it not we are in 2022 where every streaming app you can download on nearly everything I think your business is so bad you can’t even get good internet
