@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Today is the second day my BT broadband has been intermittently cutting out. G77 6FE postcode. Reported a fault yesterday. No update. Already paying "Fibre" prices for a pathetic 15mbps download speed. Please fix.

@bt_uk have had my services transferred to another provider without my knowledge on 29/07/2021, been in contact with BT to resume services but as yet no broadband after 28 days! The customer service are shockingly bad..biggest mistake in my life, opting for BT to provide service

As if I am going to pay £400 to @bt_uk for a god awful service. You didn’t fulfil your end of the contract so I cancelled now your asking me to pay and even sent it to a debt collector

@bt_uk I am at my wits end with your online chat service. I’ve been waiting all morning for a scheduled expert engineer visit - the fault tracker says “engineer visit complete” without visiting - even though I was asked to gather ping/traceroute logs to show him/her. Please help!

@bt_uk With respect, I know you can't help and nor did any of the seven other people I spoke to on the phone, I am warning others of the shambolic service they may receive. I was clearly not the only one by a long way not told about the aerial situation in a sales pitch given comments

@bt_uk this is aside from the main issue that not one of your selling agents told us we needed an aerial for the whole thing to work, which we don't have. We had two orders on our account due to BT's **** up, which means your terrible IT system cannot add an additional package
