@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Yet again @bt_uk leave my 92 year old mum without a working landline and say it will take 5 days to fix. Meanwhile her emergency personal alarm in case of accident won’t work. But, hey-ho, at least @bt_uk profits will be safe by ignoring vulnerable customers.

@bt_uk I lost my broadband about half an hour ago. SL2 area. Router is flashing purple. I can't check your service page as I don't have a landline. Thanks for any help.

@bt_uk Ulverston BT broadband down for nearly 48 hours and no reasons given or an accurate estimation of fix time, it keeps being pushed back. Infuriating.

@N17Dorps @btsport Bad times. BT will now contact another company, OpenReach - who will send someone out in 4/5 days to look at the cables, tell you to switch it off & on. Awful providers and insulting customer service.
