@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk You're calling and asking for sensitive information and encouraging customers to give that to you. You don't see the issue with that. So a scammer can call and ask for that same information and due to BT's own practice will probably be given that sensitive security information.

The service @bt_uk provide is way below what customers expect of them. They need to improve their infrastructure and work harder with @WeAreOpenreach or customers will start turning to a different provider.

@BTCare I need you lot to resolve Order reference VOL013-625174632750 pronto - I'm sick of this poor customer experience, had no phone since September and didn't even ask for a digital voice 'upgrade'
