    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @Anne_Coates1 @bt_uk Ours is really dodgy at the moment. Some devices keep disconnecting or show the connection as being too slow or too weak.

    @bt_uk When I took out the contract with BT this was the offer at the time. That I would be sent an email after cooling off period and then I had 90 days from the email to redeem. The email was never sent and when I questioned it today apparently it never existed? So Am I making it up?

    @PaulCowland_ @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Broadband here is fantastically slow, but apparently we have qualified for FTTP scheme & might have it installed before the end of the year. I had considered satellite internet but it's too pricey for me.

    @SueSuezep @bt_uk Absloute nightmare trying to cancel my e mail addresses with them. Took nearly 2 years and was only resolved after I stopped the DD and they threatened me with court action. I wouldn't have their services if they paid me.

    @bt_uk I am losing my Wi-Fi connection several times a day and sometimes losing work done online! Where do I go to get this issue resolved?

    @bt_uk Thanks for the reply Janet, but it seems management must clock off early on a Friday, or they are trying my home number, which being digital voice has also been offline for 2 weeks! 🙈 I’ve called and sorted another appointment but waiting for a manager to call re my complaint
