@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk I'm an existing customer. if I try to get your 100mb service online as new customer it's £29, won't let me do it but wants to charge me over £50 for 8mb. Through my account you will do 8mb for £34.99. obviously no point in being a loyal customer #btbroadbandripoff

@bt_uk BT this is such poor service. Still not contact, despite two calls a day for over a week and reassurances on DM. Now, more than ever, small business need support and you have Ignored calls for help for over a week!!!

@manchesterbazza @bt_uk Tell me about it. It’s been one disaster after another. They simply don’t care tbh. But where we are, they’re the only firm we can get fibre from. Monopolies never go well

@ljedit @ryusufedit @bt_uk I’ve seen tech journos on Facebook with similar BT problems. They say the company is struggling to keep up with complaints and problems - more of them, plus staff off sick or isolating. Bad news all round. Hope they fix it soon.

@wareing1974 @bt_uk 🙈🙈🙈 It was bad last week when the kids had live lessons to attend all day. They missed them all! 😩 Teachers were good tho 👍 Hopefully it won’t be off too long 🙏

@bt_uk I have tried an Ethernet cable from the hub direct to the wifi but still a 5 second delay on work calls so need to use hotspot. Also we need to use wifi on phones and can’t connect those direct. Wifi using apps on phones is so slow that we end up just using 4G.

What a poor ‘pundit’ @RobbieSavage8 is... Punditry is about opinions & insight... Not belittling other pundits, talking over people & always thinking your right! What an annoying watch! Poorest on the panel on @btsport Complete Arrogance.
