@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

So the @bt_uk and @EE saga continues, EE won’t replace faulty item over 30 days as its manufacturer problem, even though it’s still in warranty, BT won’t replace as I didn’t purchase it from them. @MarcAllera can you help?!

@bt_uk I already have a complaint open and am in the process of escalating my 7 months of distress to the ombudsman. Calling BT only results in over an hour on the phone and severe mental distress. Surely you should be doing everything in your power to resolve the outstanding complaint?

@bt_uk Hi, I now have Sharon Gibson, Principal Technical Fibre Specialist & High Level Escalations for Chief Engineer for BT looking I to this for me. The tests you guys run from your end do not fix the main issue and never have - hence all the contact I’ve had to make with BT.

No @bt_uk Wi-fi for a week in our house but seems they were just warming up. Now Openreach have cut off the Wi-fi to the entire street. No warning and no clear time for it to be back on. BT really leads the way in crap #CustomerService. Appalling

@bt_uk It’s frustrating must be a way to have engineers switch it on from their end? Paying however much a month and you’ve turned off the service early in my old flat then delayed the new one? I can’t go outside and stuck indoors with nothing
