Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

FFS BT!

Dave Watkin (@drw2803) reported@bt_uk I understand but why can only TalkTalk provide the service? Is it cause they have an exclusive deal with the contractor (city fibre). Obviously, with 6 months free and 500mb download, it could be worth cancelling my bt contract
