Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

The Masked Knight (@CityJohn) reported@bt_uk It’s not really an “offer” though, is it? Just a way to make sure only BT customers can access a product you sell. I’d still be paying you £450 (or more). I *am* a BT customer, and this isn’t a discount. I am struggling to understand the rationale here. This is not acceptable.
