    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk I really am sick of having my internet randomly interrupted during the day. Even if your operatives are working on lines somewhere, this lack of continuity is frustrating. And why do I have to keep logging into BTWifi to get me over these issues?

    @bt_uk any update on the mast issues in Twickenham? I’ve had no service since the 17th Match. Excuse after excuse. If I can’t patch onto WiFi then I cannot make / receive calls. Unacceptable. My next update from BT is due tomorrow. I want to change provider and will do so.

    @bt_uk since November '19 and I've not been able to stream TV since then, or play/install games. Now its affecting more essential services as well. Not even upgrading the Hub fixed the issues, having the computer repaired didn't fix it, and neither did resetting it to factory settings.

    Not far off two weeks since @bt_uk was meant to connect our internet to our new flat and still absolutely nothing. Must have spoken to +15 people and have got nowhere. @bt_uk can you recommend any decent broadband providers or are they all as bad as you?!

    @bt_uk You tell me I get 14.03 mbps, that's poor in my view; just because it's above the minimum doesn't make it ok. You tell me I have 14 devices, I do not, maybe some of them are historic connections? You keep asking me about getting super-fast broadband but you can't supply it.

    @bt_uk hello I’m trying to get through so I can speak with someone? My grandparents have broken the box with the connection by accident. There is a panic alarm they rely on. Can someone assist me in getting a person to talk to to explain this? I have DMd.
