@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Didn't really reply to my point, the hub only supports 802.11ac, to really benefit from the 900mbps, the router needs to support 802.11ax when will BT refresh the router?

@BTCare hi can someone help with our internet speed . It’s so slow some days and can’t get full signal in our bedroom . Our neighbours have 100mbps from Vodafone . We pay for fibre and are not getting a good enough speed

@bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

@bt_uk Bt gave wrong change of number to a vunerable adult who gets abusive calls as a result as it was owned by a business. Bt ceo away no compensation nothing for the suffering. Disgusting bt service wrote to press.

@bt_uk Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I am a customer also of BT because I’m still being charged by BT - on the 12th Oct when I was supposed to go live with Sky BT services switched us off. I have contacted BT 3 times to find out why we have no service and 3 engineers later we...
