@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@Charles_Sellers @bt_uk It’s shameful !! I had a complaint open since last week. Something else they messed up and this agent on the chat decided to close it down because she was unable to book an Engineer.. An engineer that is already booked and has been since last week. It’s pathetic!

@staplenick @bt_uk @JohnStapletonTV Email the CEO Philip Jansen about BT’s Breech of Contract as they are charging you for a service that they are not providing. I received a phone call same evening from their executive team and they sorted the issue straight away (after months of asking)

@bt_uk Sent - please confirm you have it! I need to ask as I’ve lost all faith in the customer service here! The minute I called for the original query I was misled and the circus from there! And now I just spent 3 hours on your chat with result being - nobody understood my query!
