    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Seems I've now got signal although could find the help section for that seems more like the link wqs for loss of 3g/4g but thanks for fast reply.

    @bt_uk Total rubbish service….every time I phone up BT says my account order hasn’t been transferred and each time the person on the other end promises to resolve it. After starting the transfer in December ‘21. @paullewismoney

    @bt_uk yet more poor service from BT. Having sent my equipment return envelope to the wrong address countless times, you're more threatening me with debt recovery for equipment I returned weeks ago. Terrible terrible service at premium rates

    @bt_uk Hi. I was a previous customer of BT about a year ago - I still have my BT smart hub, how do I post it back? I never received a return bag to post it back. Could you please send me a returns bag so I can post it back?
