I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts Iโm locked out. See a problem here BT?

Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Sam R (@maz558) reported@bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!
