@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Some explanation as to why the repair was not booked would be welcome. I can DM details. As I say, the worst did happen - she fell, is in hospital, and had BT/OR not bothered to come, she would have had no means to call for help. Family had to chase by 12pm.

@bt_uk @bt_uk Help BT. For the last couple of weeks all Twitter videos buffer for 10s before playing, then buffer again every 30s. I don't experience any buffering on any other apps just twitter. If I connect to a VPN the buffering stops.
