@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk thanks for deactivating the unlimited mobile data but my house move is not due until Friday. As part of the halo service I'm paying for your meant to provide it until the moving date. Tried phoning the house move team ended up getting cut off despite advertising 9pm close.

@bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

@leonagraham @virginmedia My sister was with virgin, used to drop out all the time. every time she complained, it would miraculously come back on. I've been with @bt_uk for years, never had a problem.
