Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

How do I claim for the data I’m using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service I’m paying for?
