@adriandrake @btsport @btsportfootball No I’m thinking more 5/6/7 years ago before United were bad 😂. Would still like to see some from the 00’s.

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Actually no I don't. But that was a great assumption. I'm just asking why I can't have my old phone line working as it works and the new digital voice is reliant on power being turned on. How do I make an emergency call when the power is out?

  • gilesshaxted
    Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk Yes. My phone doesn't work when there is no power. Will BT refund me for down time due to the power companies outages? Or can I have a reliable copper line phone back please?

  • Ak1fK
    Akif (@Ak1fK) reported

@bt_uk Oh sorry I just saw this now. I called up the BT helpline in the end and they’re chasing things up and will have an update on the 22nd - 4 weeks after the original activation date. I guess better late than never?

    Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported

@bt_uk This seems wrong, Why am I forced to pay for a discontinued service? Surely there should be a pro rata refund for the period the service was withdrawn. (Or is this another for the exec office team to resolve)

  • gilesshaxted
    Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk a customer service rep told me that I could not opt out of digital voice. So I have it. As I have a copper line can I not have both? I live rurally and a power cut means I have zero comms now.

  • gilesshaxted
    Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk I may have a mobile phone that doesn't mean I have signal where I live. Besides the point. I don't pay for a landline just to use my mobile phone. I just want to know. Can I have my phone line working instead of digital voice which doesn't work.

@antonwiltshire @bt_uk This is why my whole family moved from @bt_uk service is disgusting, staff don’t care, customer service act like you’re stupid…. Make the move now bud

@bt_uk Having the dreaded PURPLE FLASHING LIGHTS and all cables are fine. Was working when I left the house, came back to find the flashing. Help! We watch TV via the Internet and had our hearts set on watching the football. Please advise!

My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!
