Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Also 4G hub provided is intermittent and faulty but can’t provide a new one until the package is confirmed so left with sometimes working internet when wfh.

Her provider, @MoneysaverTele1 has been acquired by @Onestream_UK & they don't know who she is or how to fix it. Can you help? She desperately it for emergencies at night.
