@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Hi Nicola, thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, the loyalty team say they can do nothing. The official party line is as a loyal current customer in contract you have to pay 56% more than a new customer and there nothing they can do about it.

@bt_uk Incidentally I had same problem with another company in the BT Group, and that's why I migrated then to BT. Looks like birds of a feather flock together. Time to move on. I may owe you money for the service you provide, but you haven't earned my loyalty. 2/2

@btbusinesscare I've been buzzed by Vicki. Please note I've been taking to BT some time 2 times day every day for 2 weeks... It will soon be 3. This is a farce. Today ,bt sending me an ethernet cable is a joke. A very poor joke

@bt_uk All agents have been trying to identify what’s preventing from booking an appointment for the last 3 weeks! I’m sorry to say this but in today’s day and age I would expect someone to manually sort an appt out first and then fix the root cause? But that ain’t happening either😢

@bt_uk At my wits end trying to order BT Fibre for my mum's new home. After 2 weeks we've been left with 4 separate accounts with 3-4 orders on each all auto-cancelled, replaced, & cancelled. There's an open complaint, asked for a manager to step in & been refused. Fed up. Help!

@bt_uk Lisa, yes I did and unfortunately your colleague didn’t call at the time arranged and I was in a meeting. This is a familiar theme with all of the “support” team at least be actually did call which is a rarity.
