  Day 7 and the BT Broadband outage is still not fixed by @bt_uk The text message yesterday was to make it look it’s a recurring fault when in actuality it has not been fixed since the outage at 10:34 Sat 15-Oct-2022. Appalling Great inconvenience & cost

  @bt_uk Will do. Thanks again. Please do keep looking into upgrading these terrible mini hubs though. In this day and age they should be able to provide full 4g speeds even with lower signal levels like a phone can.

  @bt_uk No not really, I rang up about the date change and they managed to change it back, they have now changed it yet again. This is going to cause massive problems for me as I work from home. Really dissapointed with the service

  @bt_uk I’ve just upgraded to full fibre and got my 12 months free game pass email so I went to activate it and it only gave me an option for 1 month when it should be 12 months can you help
