  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @bt_uk Hello, I‘m in Germany at the moment and my roaming data connection is either bad (3G) or disconnecting all the time. It‘s basically not usable for me. I tried restarting the phone, resetting network settings (suggestion by your support), but nothing helped
