    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk really disappointed in bts service! Have been waiting for a manager call back for a week! Spent hours on the phone - countless promises and no progress. Can’t even set up the broadband package. Such a socking lack of service!

    @bt_uk The account hasn’t been closed, as far as I’m aware, she had issues with her hub and youview box after a storm and was issued replacements. Thankyou for letting me know, I’ll drop them at my local recycling centre!

    @kierant @bt_uk Indeed, upload speeds are particularly bad. Home internet speeds are based on the idea of downloads, and so bandwidth is split accordingly, not seen any mention of changes to accommodate for people working from home etc these days.

    @bt_uk Hey Claire, thanks for getting back to me. Yeah the hub was flashing orange, its blue now but the speed is so slow I can't send emails, log into google drive or even view my calendar. Yeah I went on that link but i dont think I have a phone number haha! Mybe I do, but no landline

    @Operazzi @bt_uk I'm now back on (I think) but communication from BT is ****. I'm told I have a mini hub on the way, WiFi is in just now but website says 9 days until fixed? Why not just have one accurate update? 🤦🤷

    @EE @btsport Hey there, been having issues with our broadband recently. It’s been intermittently dropping out throughout the day (past week). It’s particularly bad later in the day/early evening. Any recommended fixes or solutions?

    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.
