    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @btsportmotogp @btsport do@you realise the level of disappointment & frustration you’ve introduced to my household this weekend by totally c***ing up the coverage? Worst part as I understand it - my husband can no longer record everything he wants to see as it’s on red button 😩

    @hhysted @bt_uk The cut off has been pushed back till October for the two trial sites. But ISPs have to migrate you over by then at the latest. You will start to see degradation of your service ie slow speeds and no use of landline. Until your are migrated or you miss the date and cut off

    @LauraNewton10 @btsport Had the same issue. Apparently you can’t record a live event but you can watch the replay…which is as supposed to start at 13:00 but still hasn’t started yet. It’s a joke

    @bt_uk We do not unfortunately just moving into the property, sky have taken nearly 3 weeks to resolve the issue. We are without board band still just trying get a provider that can do fibre to the cabinet

    @bt_uk Spent the morning on the phone with a helpful guy -Richard, just couldn’t get it back working. My kids think we’re in 1960. Disappointed as supposed to have a business line with same day repair and back up from the hybrid. Never trust companies with two letters in their name

    @bt_uk 1 month without broadband! Complete incompetence so far. 9 fix dates given. Still not fixed. Even switched the Mini Hub off thinking you’d fixed it when you hadn’t. Breach of contract and a legal claim coming your way shortly

    @HawkNooky00 @SkySports As much as I hate the woke box ticking agenda, particularly being perpetuated by @btsport I actually quiet like Pien Meulensteen on commentary. Unlike Lucy Ward and Karen Carney, Pien doesn’t waffle crap, and doesn’t have a voice that makes me want to shoot myself.

    @bt_uk can someone explain to me why my internet isn’t working? I’ve had an engineer come in, been placed on a “new Chanel” and a need hub come. Yet nothing is working! Payed 2 months worth of my subscription for no service…. Daylight robbery
