    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @GalanthusA @BTCare @BTCare the app has been playing up for days saying "current session timed out". Never used to do that. Get it fixed! Paying good money and can't get at my emails. Service has gone appalling since you teamed up with ee.

    @btbusinesscare 🤬Yet again broadband down in a business that is reliant on it for bookings and payments. 6 months we’ve had a case number to sort an issue and they keep cutting us off, 1 department has no clue what other is doing, it’s a disconnected organisation. We’ve spent hours on the phone

    @btbusinesscare I have been trying to restore internet and telephone services for the last 36 hours at a care home where we care for very vulnerable people. Hopeless so far!! No one has bothered to fix it yet.

    @BTCare Full fibre upgrade not happening today since BT claim order never reached Openreach even though I have visit references for the engineer coming this pm. Utter shambles. I had to be on a call for 20 mins to find this out. How hard can it be? 😡
