@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Yeah I did check they been having problems with TV and Internet in my area, time for fixing keeps changing so was 11am, 6pm yesterday now just says sorry no time for a fix available, shame couldn't have had an email or something explaining seeing as it's been 3 days now

@Paul2112 @bt_uk I'll be putting in a complaint and seeking legal redress as what Virgin are doing is illegal, taking someone's money for a service they've cut is stealing.

@bt_uk Can't create a BT ID, you guys up to something? E00075: Bad Request (400) - was returned by a downstream system. User Reference is REF20220219-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Got a timeframe to fix this? (A 502 is better returned to the client here btw 🤓 )

@EE Thanks for coming back to me @bt_uk beat you too it 😎 they have called the EE tech team for me and they confirm a power outage at the transmitter locally to me so hence no signal on our phones or our hybrid connect router 👍🏼 @bt 🥇🫶🏻

@bt_uk our BT line blew down years ago & was never reconnected cause we're on cable. If we return to BT would we need to pay for a new line to be installed to the house please?
