@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk As a new customer I’m not greatly impressed. The app and customer portal offer self service help only. I had to google to find the link I needed to test my line. And it failed to book an engineer. A lot of your help revolves around “what is your phone number?” 150 seems to close

@bt_uk Adaptors, I can’t connect via a cable. The hub has been restarted, the box has been restarted, the adaptors have been restarted. The box says it’s connected to the broadband but the signal drops in and out

@bt_uk hello, I'm looking to renew my contract. If I needed to change the service - increase broadband speed - before the 24 months are up can I do that without affecting the contract that I sign? (eg. upgrading and extending the term)

@bt_uk Internet is fine, has never been a problem. The adaptors are only a couple of months old, I am on my second set and second tv box and my account is barely a year old! How can I get out of this contract! I wish I had never left sky

@bt_uk BT. You should start advertising teabags. After all, you are the service that dips in and out!
