  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data

  @bt_uk I still need my mobile to be able to do this! The system won’t let me in on our login: saying incorrect when we know it isn’t. An update would be nice

  My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one

  @bt_uk hey, I’m having trouble finding my active account with you. When I log in with the email it always logs into an inactive account. Can’t find bills info etc etc. All info is my closed account before rejoining you. Can you help? Thanks.

  @bt_uk I've spoken to them and like I said they ended the call because I can't see txt message or read bank card due to being partially sighted-please get a manager to call me or I'm happy to cancel my contract I was told by would be simple so far its been very stressful

  @bt_uk Thank you. I'd done this, but everything says to call. I am not deaf, so cannot use that facility. Why can't we cancel things from our app? Shouldn't need to ring anyone, it should all be manageable from the app. Please give me an email to help with this matter.

  So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

  i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company
