@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk On the 24 February I reported a fault on my landline, which you said you would fix by 3 March. Still no landline, tracking says I told you it was fixed - I didn't. 2 complaints have been ignored and I have just had to report it again. Now I have to wait until 8 March!

The main issue - this is certainly not stream-able. Really not sure what to do now, as 4G also isn't up to it! Really wish @bt_uk didn't suck so bad

@paullewismoney @bt_uk I have read that some digital voice services can route your existing landline number to a mobile smartphone. That means 24/7 service so long as the smartphone has power. No idea If BTs service includes that option. 😟

@bt_uk Still no calls back. Still no broadband. How can you treat customers like this and get away with it? As we have come to expect, another day of terrible service and lies from BT.
