@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Yet again @virginmedia can't deal with me over the phone, telling me to call back on Friday. Yet again, being charged for a service I'm not even using any more, having had @bt_uk fibre up and running for the last ten days. Pathetic, frankly - although I guess it's a good earner..

@bt_uk The entire road have. Often. Some have even been told it’s fixed despite the unattached wires and lack of pole. Also - when a team of BT engineers turn up, take down the wires, and the pole, it ought to be reasonable to assume BT are “aware” of it.

@bt_uk One week ago a truck backed into the telegraph pole. The same day, engineers took down the hazardous bit, & disconnected all of the landlines. Since then a steady stream of engineers have arrived to look at the remains, scratch their heads, & go away again.

@bt_uk All this we have individually and collectively done - the bit about there being no actual pole to attach the wires from the houses to seems to bewilder the customer services department of just about every broadband provider. None seem to know how long a pole takes to replace.

@bt_uk Honestly if you charged a reasonable amount and gave us internet with a speed of 1MB that didn't drop connection every 5-10 minutes I might not tear my hair out so much. But when you charge £70 per month for a totally unstable and slow connection,

@bt_uk We need a 4G mast within 2 miles for this part of M33 until then we will always have issues, looking at the coverage map the signal for a big part of Sale and other areas in Trafford has gone bad so it seems masts have been taken away! Thanks for your help

@bt_uk please sort your service out, I can't use my internet for more than 20 minutes without it cutting out. Don't even get me started with the speeds, we don't even get half of what we pay for.
