Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

After waiting 13 minutes I got through to a nice guy, very pleasant & professional. When I confirmed my cancellation he informed me that I would be charged 60p for my one day early 30 days notice! Abbas Manai (@AbbasManai) reported@bt_uk Having with BT one of the worst experiences I ever had. Ordered two separate business internet connections for two new stores in London on the 15th of March and still nothing is working. Stay away from this company at all costs. Horrible service.

Barry P (@BarryP94847920) reported@bt_uk turning off my 75 year old mum's phone and then having a manager called Josh acting the big man over the phone. She's in bad health and during a cost of living crisis you disconnect her phone after she's kept up a payment plan. Disgusting!!
