@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Trying to report broadband fault to @btbusinesscare @openreach but won't let us as their systems are down Fair dis but not heard of pen and paper and well call you back. No apparently down to us to keep trying. Doh

@bt_uk Trying to set up disc, but cannot use app as says 'launching something new'. I am aware this is an outage, please could u provide some timescale for a resolution? Will the Automatic Compensation Scheme also apply to customers who have been affected by this please? Thanks

@bt_uk I have been trying to get support for my parents BT Phone & internet service which has failed to work since Wednesday 7th Octoner. With my father having just been released from hospital having had serious stroke it is imperative the service is restored ASAP. CA16 6JP
