@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Content has been extremely difficult lately, my @bt_uk internet has been god awful, getting 3-4 internet drops an hour. Pissed off is an understatement but I'm locked with them because almost nobody offers internet in my block of flats cause they are new builds.

@bt_uk worst customer service ever. constantly waiting for 30 -60 mins plus to speak to anyone. promised callbacks that never happen. listening to the same x2 songs lyrics; 'giv me yer luvvin all threw the nigfht'/ wtf!!!!

@bt_uk So you can complicate it more? 14 A4 pages of contacts with customer services. My aim is to warn others not for more complications. Disgraceful.
