  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @bt_uk Thank you - I know it’s in hand but this is the 3rd Christmas in a row my family have had it disrupted by poor service - I know the circumstances are different but we cannot wait over a week for the line to be fixed and it’s affecting 9 plus houses in the countryside where

  Poor service from @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare for Bloomfield Surgery Bangor NI waiting for Broadband since October. Being passed around from pillar to post with zero outcome. Still waiting!! No service for GPs at height of global pandemic. #shameful

  @mikeondigital @bt_uk We struggled with customer service when setting up our broadband. They were the only company that could provide us with FTTP. The actual product has been great, but just not great at speaking on the phone I found!
