    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk I purchased a day of BTWifi but it’s so slow it’s literally unusable. I can’t even load the page to contact you, that’s how slow it is. How do I get a refund?

    @bt_uk I will, Clare, although @bt_uk continued incompetence & poor customer service has led to massive amounts of stress. 2nd time this has happened - my mother had to get #PhilipJansen’s crack team to sort out your mess

    Hi @bt_uk - when can we expect a final resolution to broadband problems in the Bedford area? Now on day 7 of sporadic outages. Postcodes right across the area reporting issues in our local Facebook groups.

    @bt_uk Incidentally my internet went down twice whilst I was trying to send that last tweet. Luckily @bt_uk hasn’t got to my area yet so my phone was still working
