    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk My mother on law is 92 and depends on her bt landline. Today it has developed a fault, no dialing tone, ringing but no connection on answer. Who can she contact as a vulnerable customer please. Automated services are no help.

    @bt_uk 2. After speaking to you again, you agreed to keep it at the agreed price. A week later you are trying to renege on this and raise it by over £. I spoke to “Rajat” on chat, disgusting service. I have evidence of all of the chats, agreements made and lies by BT.

    @bt_uk sooo always been with sky, then moved to Yorkshire and tried bt broadband. Now regretting it. Can't wait to finish the contract very soon. Bt wifi is ****.

    .@bt_uk When can we expect a meaningful update to the "you view" set top box. It offers terrible #UX. 50% of remote clicks seem to do nothing. Apps often launch with no audio and need a hard reset to fix.
