@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk sorry i thought you meant what browser was I trying to get through to live hat on. The email with BT email is happening via the email client on my iPhone. It started it last week and it logs me out every few minutes. I've used it for years and it's never happened before.

20mins into a phone call to cancel my broadband with @bt_uk and still yet to speak to someone. Contract has run out. No notification of this. Been charged significantly more this month. AND a phone call is the only way to cancel the contract? Money grabbers 😡

@bt_uk Hi Sharonk.. still waiting for the call back from the case manager you said was going to happen yesterday / today ... I’m down another £22 on 4g data now.... a £166 expense so far because BT can’t activate their own existing line.... after nearly 7 weeks.
