@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@HMRCcustomers Yes I was. His name was Mark and it was in response to a complaint. Again I'm on the phone and no operatives available. So under funded and frustrating. @bt_uk charge like a wounded bull.

@btsport don’t know if my Tweet worked as can’t see it anywhere - can you tell me why WWE smackdown and RAW have failed to record for the last 2 weeks? No clashes so can’t work out the problem but at this rate not much point paying for a subscription!

@BTCare great that you can't help sort an issue when the person who normally deals with it is off with covid! You won't even carry out a line test utter shambles! Won't look at the fact that the line started degrading after the last storm and internet is now 100% dead

Nice @bt_uk, leaving a whole community of homes and businesses without internet at postcode TN12 6NS. Quoted no fix until April 4th. Engerneer turning up shrugging shoulders with not one telling us what the issues, some claiming no issues reported. This has to be a joke right?

@85Emz @bt_uk I have BT broadband but it is also down here in Northern Ireland. No notion of when it’ll be returning again. I have to use my 4G in the meantime.

@bt_uk My Internet broadband is very bad😩..l think it's unfixable. I should not of taken out a NEW contract with this provider😫
