@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

To find out if your @bt_uk broadband is down you have to go online. When you request help they text you online resources, including a YouTube video. When you call they ask you to check your emails. Not sure how this is accessible for people with limited data resources

More shite service from @btsport massive inconvenience and stress for hundreds of customers at a time where money is tight and bills are non stop. No real way of an apology and no compensation for the hassle caused today. Guess we’ll have to cancel that then 👋

Also it’s not a “payment issue”. Absolutely terrible to do this @btsport during a cost of living crisis. This will put people into their overdrafts. What are you planning to do about that?

I think it’s only right @btsport sell the footballing rights back to @skysports after this big mess today. They would never make a mistake like this. Charging us customers 5 times even if it’s a major technical issue is shocking. I feel bad for your customers on low incomes.

Only reason I'm not overdrawn is cause I've got strick instructions on the acct to avoid that - after a similar OD incident where I was in turn charged.This is madness.Reached out for a resolution, only to have another 2 attempts at acc for £25 a pop
