@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Thank you. I just wish someone would acknowledge to her house horrifically mismanaged this whole situation has been, the impact that it's had and the toll its taken. She did everything right and every single error has been down to @bt_uk and they have shown no concern or urgency

@BBCNews @bt_uk great, another 1000 people to help BT need to be bribed to install rural fibre.. BT is harming the UK with its greed. Make universal fibre part of its obligations! 50 years of milking its obselete copper network has to end!! @NadineDorries

@bt_uk Huh. If you can get it! Customer service is useless and complaints dept. are adept liars and BS experts. Ordered and paid for FTTP, suddenly NA despite Openreach saying full availability.

@bt_uk I know, but why would I pay you for Freeview Channels! Hard bundling TV with Broadband to get me to sign for 2 more years. BT broadband is poor & my area is just getting new providers with Fibre to the house. This feels like anticompetitive practice using your TV @CMAgovUK
