    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    For all the #saintsfc fans (and probably #LCFC fans) saying why BTSport for the semi final coverage? Its because BBC get first choice of the matches and they've (obviously) chosen to cover the Chelsea v Man City semi. Agree about the kick off time though... that's pretty ****!

    @bt_uk how are your customers supposed to work from home when it takes you so long to fix issues? I’m now without a phone line or internet until Wednesday. Will you be paying me back the money I’m losing from being unable to work?

    @bt_uk Hi, our BT wifi has been bad all week but it’s been absolutely dreadful today to the extent that it has impacted my entire afternoon’s work. Please could you let me know how I can make a formal complaint to finally get this sorted?

    @virginmedia why can’t I watch on my iPad, the rescheduled rugby game on btsport 2 this afternoon?? Watching rugby on my iPad has never been a problem before. Rights restrictions notice is appearing on my iPad. Very very disappointed and angry. Why?
