@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk I have been trying to get broadband connected at my flat in NW10 since March. There have been 3 separate orders now - each time it’s cancelled and we start again. Each time an engineer is supposed to come but never does. I’m at a loss as to why. Can anyone help?

@bt_uk Seriously, you are my provider no? Or not for much longer! I could put an FOI into openreach to get the same info and wouldn't need to provide any details. No matter, I will call and add this to the already long list of a complaint I have open. 🤬

@bt_uk On Tuesday I spoke with Teri Ann Howard and felt as I was getting somewhere unfortunately I have had no response from Ms Howard or a member of her team since then, possibly Ms Howard has been dismissed for showing a level of competence that shows the rest of you in a poor light

@bt_uk Thats the problem when trust is broken BTW I was told earlier that I would get a call tomorrow about my 'order' as you haven't been able to resolve the issue as far as I'm concerned there is NO order so NO need for a call either
