@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Fuming with the service, or lack of, from @bt_uk No internet since Monday, have had to take annual leave because I can’t work and the first appointment they can get for an engineer is Saturday! Absolute joke. But it’s ok, they’ve logged my ‘dissatisfaction’.

Anyone else having issues with their @bt_uk @YouViewSupport Box? Since the update, my controller doesn't work and have to press a button 100s of times just to change the channel. Utterly ridiculous.

@bt_uk 1/ My elderly mother in law has just phoned in tears. You cancelled her services in error over 10 days ago, and despite promising a swift resolution, have now told her there has been an 'integrity problem' and to wait 2-3 working days for a callback for further info.
