(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?

Ben Trask (@TraskBen) reported@bt_uk abysmal. 2 month wait for fibre. 1 month in. 4g mini supplied. Low speed can only use one device. Not working yesterday. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!
-
Janet Davies (@cisnegirl) reported@WeAreOpenreach @WeAreOpenreach have compromised our fire safety compartmentation in a block of 28 flats when installing full fibre in 2024 but award a Double Gold to their Health and Safety team! Details left on your answering service that @bt_uk directed me too but no reply.

Eddie Crouch (@EddieCrouch) reportedAfter 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?
