    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk You are the worst company on planet Earth and I hate you with every ounce of my body. No wifi for 3 days. 2.5 hours on phone yesterday to be told 'Not sure of problem, we'll call you tomorrow btwn 1.30 & 2.30'. No call. (2nd time this has happened). I hate you.

    2/2 @bt_uk @EE BT have said this is an EE issue. I have gone back and forth to both of Customers Service departments today to get this sorted, but still nothing. Can someone please get to the bottom of this? Thank you 🙃

    This company @bt_uk has THE worst customer service on the planet. Spend all day waiting for them to arrive 1-6 then call them at 6:25 and they say they aren't aren't coming. Y'all are absolutely useless. Completely useless.

    2 hour phone call with @bt_uk just to find out I have to wait for at least a week after my start date for news of when my service will start. Told to use my phone in the meantime. What am I paying for lol

    @bt_uk day 3 of my switch from Vodafone to BT (phone +broadband) still no service and now I’m told it will be up to 48 hours more without any service. No way to escalate the issue #BT #nowifi

    @bt_uk My mother died 6 weeks ago. She'd left a message on my BT 1571. Yesterday, I was desperate to hear her voice so tried to listen to it. It had been deleted after a specified period. I contacted BT who told me there's no way to retrieve it. Please help.

    @bt_uk Hi, we have moved flats in the same building and were told that our existing BT broadband connection would be transferred and start on the 8th. We have had no internet for over 48 hours. There has been no support from BT on the phone. Please resolve. Thanks
