@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk No Internet for the whole day, work from home and been told won't have someone out till 30th. Disgraceful. Checked online and says no issues yet multiple people have had issues

My #broadband is still down... day 3 I'm on now. @bt_uk told me that it's a "network fault" on their side and that engineers are fixing the issue. How long does it take to fix these issues? Feel like I'm being brushed off until after Christmas... sucks big time...

@bt_uk still no fix for my broken callerID display. Not worked for over a year! Open Reach we’re at my house last week saying it’s your problem . You answer is to ask me to book an engineer !😡😡😡 Bloody fuming!

@bt_uk Oh really are you? Well you’ve blocked my 74 year old mum from dialling out on Xmas Eve , saying she’s not paid her bill when it’s on DD, she’s phoned me in tears ( her mobile is broken too!) Shame on you!

Thank you @bt_uk - my Mum has dementia and her phone is linked to a fall alarm. I contacted you on Thursday to report an issue with her phone line and guess what - NOTHING from you! You promised an update asap and to sort it! If she falls etc, I will be holding you responsible!!
