@adriandrake @btsport @btsportfootball No I’m thinking more 5/6/7 years ago before United were bad 😂. Would still like to see some from the 00’s.

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@Rainmaker1973 This is how it used to be. Honestly we are going backwards. The #digital age is #buckling. I have a problem with my landline. The digital service on #X can not solve it so I have to write a snail mail letter to @bt_uk

@GrahamH36921247 @John210750 @bt_uk I was switched to EE from BT(no choice given) &they've been fine. However, new prices look awful and as at end of contract considering a switch. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?

@bt_uk Hi. I have changed my password, still can't get in, saying can't load. Rang the number you gave me. What number do you press as no options for problems logging into account. Help

So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

  • Ladyblues666

@TweetForTheMany @bt_uk @EE I switched away from Virgin because of connectivity issues. Hope yours is better.

@bt_uk If you cannot resolve this here/via DM, issue a "Deadlock Letter" immediately so I can take this case to the Communications Ombudsman.

@bt_uk Your email security is blocking access to the mail server as it suspects the network I’m on… works sometimes, then stops, change network and it’s a lottery if it works or not… I’ve setup a forward to gmail

@bt_uk I've since been booted off the chat, had a text to say a complaint has been raised but no details of what or how, then had another text to say if I don't reply then the complaint will be closed. How do you reply? Every link sends you back to where you started with the messaging

    David Sinfield (@omotforest) reported

Dear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.
