@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Sorry but it's pointless. I will be told there is no reported issue and to switch my power off for a few minutes and restart the hub again.
