  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  Absolutely joke of response from @bt_uk @btsport another week goes by where they fail to upload a UFC event. This week they just take down the non working even and after 100s of tweets I get a DM saying we having a look no time frame for a fix. Useless

  @btsport your app on the PlayStation is terrible. I only use BT sport for UFC and it barely works. Gonna cancel. Also you spoil the results by uploading a video showing Masvidal retiring. So I can't watch the event and you show a spoiler. Poor form guys.

  @bt_uk @btsport so instead of fixing the replay of the UFC event you just take it off. To stop complaining. If your not able to provide the service you say you can should we all be getting reimbursed? Nothing worse these companies take your money and don't fancy delivering

  @bt_uk used the text service this morning and they want to send an engineer, which I don’t think is necessary. How can I speak to someone to tell them the actual issue, and they can then send me a new router (5 red lights..). I don’t believe I need an engineer for this.

  The @ufc need to consider the @btsport stream and replay issues when it comes time for contract renewal. No one can watch the fights ...
