  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk

  @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

  @bt_uk my mother in law is ridiculously overpaying for her home phone and broadband, your idea of rewarding loyalty was getting it down to £90! Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails

  @bt_uk 10am this morning Internet down apparently a fault on my line earliest engineer appt Monday? 4pm this afternoon the Internet is still down, according to your line checks.....No Fault on my line. Internet however still not working. Make up your mind... Fault/No Fault?

  @EEBroadbandUK @Ofcom @bt_uk Cheers for the horrific broadband you supply to my parent’s home. Every time I come back here & try to watch a football match or the Formula 1 it fails. They keep getting engineers out but u never fix it, yet you keep charging them a fortune tune?
