    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk It’s the same issue I had on Friday... It has been fixed now, but it once again disrupted my work, as I’m working from home 🥺 I don’t understand why your wifi keeps going down in Oxford for ”maintenance”.

    @bt_uk entire Internet has just gone down with modem having an orange light under LOS. Tried to run through troubleshooter on phone, stated they're doing work in the area then stated issue with billing (all paid) and now saying fault on line. Which is it?

    @bt_uk Hi 16 hours without a ‘phone or internet and using a mobile phone to piggyback internet in an pandemic is not good especially when your shielding and live in the countryside. Was the outage in the Medway area planned?

    @bt_uk my Wi-fi hub keeps turning orange for no reason. Went down last night for hours and it’s just done it again now. Talk talk used to do this for weeks on end and I never had Wi-fi so I really hope this isn’t talk talk 2.0 or I’ll lose my mind

    .@btsport there seems to be an issue when trying to watch the playback of @btsportwwe #RAW from last night on web browsers on my laptop. I get a an error {entitlementCode_0}. I’ve tried Edge, Firefox & Chrome. Works on the app fine on my phone & iPad. Is this a known issue?

    @bt_uk The last time this happened to our small rural community @bt_uk we were without ‘phone or internet for four months, along with others who are shielding from #covid we will be forced to go out shopping as data is limited on mobile phones. Where is the problem in the ME3 area?
