@adriandrake @btsport @btsportfootball No I’m thinking more 5/6/7 years ago before United were bad 😂. Would still like to see some from the 00’s.

  • kiltie9 Barbara Dempsey (@kiltie9) reported from Portstewart, Northern Ireland

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  • dbrownlow62 David Brownlow (@dbrownlow62) reported from Limavady, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Why exactly did you remove the option to separate 2.4 & 5GHz on the Smart Hub 2 & do you plan on doing anything to fix it? I've only been with you for a couple of months & I'm already sick of having to turn off 5GHz every time I want certain devices to talk to each other.

  • Alouema2 Emma (@Alouema2) reported

@bt_uk It's OK Paula, I parted ways with BT years ago due to the ridiculously bad customer service, passed around different countries on hold from what I remember. UK only call centres with well trained staff who can speak & understand English to a good standard would be a start.

  • julie_twickers jj (@julie_twickers) reported

@bt_uk problems all day with BT broadband dropping out. When will you resolve the problem?

  • Gingeronstun Eddy (@Gingeronstun) reported

@bt_uk So can you offer a better solution for getting my devices to talk to each other across 2.4 and 5GHz, other than turning one off and having an overloaded single channel? I moved to you from Virgin because they were unreliable, but this is hardly hassle free.

  • stefanisg George Stefanis (@stefanisg) reported

Funny thing. The website experience for getting a @bt_uk broadband is so bad and i find impossible to find a way to contact their sales department. Looks like a @virginmedia customer acquisition scheme.

  • ZakCheeky Man on the wall (@ZakCheeky) reported

@bt_uk my internet is down again what is going on ???

  • LittleMisseyy Misseyy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@LittleMisseyy) reported

Only person at BT who's actually helpful and pushes for your issue to be solved and acted on straightaway so if you have issues with BT ask for JJ based in ENNISKILLEN absoulte legend and really down to earth deserves a pay rise no joke @bt_uk

  • Gingeronstun Eddy (@Gingeronstun) reported

@bt_uk I know, that's the whole problem. Because some devices can't communicate across channels, I have to force them onto a single channel. The only way to do that on the SH2 is to turn one off, which then overloads that channel.
