@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk @MarcSDuffy I just spoke to your loyalty team and basically been told 'tough' (not in those words) because im in contract. Been a loyal customer for years and this is the thanks I get. When my contract is up, I'm gone.

@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Can you not go back & say you can’t pay as it will cause inflation to rise & the priority is to get inflation down? Works for the government 👍

@bt_uk Sorry, but you're not allowed to access the Internet at the moment. The BT access control in your Smart Hub has been set to prevent this computer or device from accessing the internet at this time. The access control period will need to be updated, wtf is this b/s

@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Plus Net, which is a BT sister company. Mines going up 3.9%. I get BT Sport through them too. Customer service has always been good on the rare time I've called them.

@bt_uk Been having this issue for years but....The last 2 to 3 days my broadband connection has been dropping every 5 minutes, all day. Any idea why?

@bt_uk See that again contradicts what support said when I asked them, with them insisting that the adapter would replace this necessity. To be clear, if I choose not to switch to digital voice, would this mean I lose my landline?

@bt_uk Evidently, the terms of service are not clear - as I’ve just got the above email.

@MarcSDuffy @fnafilms @bt_uk Virgin, but they said they’re putting my bill up by nearly £20 a month in April. I’m thinking of getting one of those new customer offers with Sky

@googledrive 10mbs and 13mbs is the usual awful @bt_uk service but it shouldn't take this long to upload. Wish you made a cloud based migration system from dropbox to google drive (or is there a better way). It'll take months to copy the photo's at this rate. :( just feels overly slow.

@bt_uk Any reason your support is still assuring people that they can switch to digital voice and keep using third party routers? Support insists an adapter is provided however doesn't this only allow third party phones with a BT hub required?
