@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@MartinSLewis we’ve had problems with our @bt_uk broadband since 16th April as in slow broadband speed and dropping connection. After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!

the grass is not always greener. day 4 of @bt_uk internet and it’s died. trouble shooter when you login is a loop of the same question over and over. terrible experience so far. @virginmedia all is forgiven ps the box on the wall is literally screaming like an injured animal.

@bt_uk Doesn’t really matter what colour the hub lights are have a look at the amount of times it loses signal. On Sunday I was told it was a fault on the line a 803 or something like that, I constantly lose signal and at £90 a month I expect better service.

@bt_uk @btsport JUST A HEADS UP. IVE BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE FOR BT SPORT FOR 18 MONTHS AS TOOK SKY PACKAGE AND DIDNT REALISE I HAD TO CANCEL BT MYSELF (MY BAD) HOWEVER HAVING ADVISED BT OF DOUBLE PAYMENT WITH BILLING PROOF, THEY'VE BINNED ME OFF. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE BT, KEEPING THE 100% OVERPAYMENT

@bt_uk is broadband service down in fy5 region. Suddenly Internet went off, flashing purple light sat router since 8.30pm. Power off on done nothing.
