    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Broadband engineer came out thought everything was fixed, but still having issues. Reported again and now no updates as to what's going on???

    @bt_uk I am on Virgin media and it won't let me send at all to be honest. I think I have managed to log a fault although they don't seem to be able to repair until the 9th. Terrible isn't especially as they've just "upgraded" an 80 year old to fibre broadband! I'm so disappointing...

    @bt_uk It's simple, BT flog the service (sales company) Openreach have to do the work. Openreach still think they're operating in the 1970's, customers? They're just an unfortunate byproduct that interrupt their day..

    @bt_uk Your website isn't very clear at all, I suspect I'll receive a new SIM card in the post. Don't want to change number and the "upgrade deals" are garbage. Will result in me moving my custom elsewhere, cheers.

    @bt_uk Beginning to get frustrated by #btbroadband customer service. The transition from one house to my new home was supposed to be seamless but the TV setup is turning into a pain. 3 phone calls later to different departments and losing connection I need a callback!

    @bt_uk It was you that provided a new stop and start order. I had a working line with Vodafone until 18 Jan which is when you were supposed to pick it up. You couldn't figure out what the problem was which us why - after failing to do this on 18, 20 and 22 you eventually issued 1/2
