@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk No point whatsoever Aled. We have been complaining for almost two years. We have a signal booster in every room. We’ve had several engineers out. The wifi drops out almost daily. You are simply not fulfilling your contract now. We want out.

@bt_uk I have a flashing pink light on my router. I have checked all things plugged in and rebooted but it’s still showing pink. There does not seem to be any known issues in the area. Any ideas? Thanks

@bt_uk We’ve already tried but you’re telling us that we have to pay to get out of the contract, even though you’re not fulfilling your end of it and actually never have. (And we do not live out in the sticks by the way.)
