    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Hi Laura. Thanks for getting back. I've had 10 hours of uptime now with no drops so I assume it was a temp issue which has resolved itself. Thanks for the support.

    @bt_uk wirelessly, I have no trouble streaming to a laptop or phone so I dont believe its a wifi issue.

    @bt_uk @Maxine40Wright This is @marksandspencer - I suspect that your poor nan was struggling to use their ridiculous phone system that ends you round in circles. My order is wrong and 7 minutes later it thinks I'm calling about recruitment. This is a disgrace. I'd say email them, but you can't.

    @bt_uk Got a strange (potential minor security) issue. I mainly check my BT emails using Windows 10 email client. But every so often it stops syncing with BT and I have to re-input my password. But it only works if I use an old password that isn't actually my password anymore?

    @bt_uk I did but no resolution. I have sent a DM. Appears a crossed line - surely a simple fix? I cannot work please help!

    @bt_uk We have a new hub coming, today, so will see if that solves things. Support told me that, if it doesn't, there's nothing more they can do. Not sure where that leaves me, having shelled out £200 for Complete Wi-fi discs, though.

    @zenpartner @BernRobMidd @bt_uk Never had a problem since having Zen Internet A couple of reboots after power cuts in the local area but that is not down to the Internet ISP👍🏻 keep up the good work and the great customer service 💞

    @bt_uk Unfortunately this doesn't help when the customer care people refuse to help and get rather rude and abrasive after you cut an elderly woman off in the middle of a pandemic.

    @bt_uk Hi I work for a local council dealing with addresses. I've had a customer who has been told their address doesn't appear correctly with BT & they need contact the royal mail & council. I've checked both these they look correct. Would someone be able to check at your end?

    @bt_uk hi, we’re receiving an intermittent signal in Horley. Please can you let me know when this might be resolved? We’ve had a large number of scam phone calls recently so hung up when we received a call about it
