@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Its too late now. Its been rescheduled for the 16th. Shes staying with my sister till then for safety. Im just disappointed that I convinced her to quit Virgin to go with BT because Virgin were poor, only to be let down instantly by BT. New customers obviously arent important.

@bt_uk Hi. I had some very strange man knock on the door and first thing he said " don't worry you're not in trouble we're just come to check your Internet" he claimed there had been issues with the internet in the local area that he was from BT I assumed it was a scam?

@bt_uk broadband is down and you say not going to be fixed until Friday. The mini hub you provided is not connecting me to the internet. I can’t speak to technical help at BT. Shockingly bad customer service

@bt_uk Didn't have the outfit. He had some form of ID but it was dark couldn't see it properly. I also don't have BT or have any issues with my Internet

@bt_uk You should have installed a phoneline for my elderly mum. Engineer called after we waited all day to say he couldnt come, moaning its not his fault, its BT's fault, too much work not enough time. You now leave my mom without phoneline for 2 weeks with no emergency button.
