    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk @BTCare technical teams have been brilliant over the last 24 hours. After a quick chat they easily worked out the problem - as expected caused by setting up a new account to get a lower price - and now it’s fixed! Shame it took 3 weeks to have that conversation! Thank you!

    Analysts on @btsport can say the Anderlecht keeper was “sensational” during the shootout, but let’s be real: all three penalties were extremely poor and close to the centre. Gave the keeper every chance to save them! #RSCA #UECL

    @btbusinesscare hello, is it true that BT Cloud Work(powered by @RingCentral ) service will be discontinued soon and all users must switch to another service with different handsets and App? I’m confused as it’s still being advertised on @BTBusiness website.

    @btsport I have just paid for the sports package twice, it’s come out of my account after it’s been approved, your payment page says it’s been declined and won’t let me log in to watch!?!? It’s come out twice now and I still can’t log in…. Help before kick off please!!
