@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

So I cancel my @btsport but still get charged the full month price instead of the £8 I owe. Phoned to complain yesterday to be told I won’t receive refund for up to 5 days. Asked to speak to a manager and was told I’d get a call back within 2 hours. 18hours later still no call bk

@bt_uk what's with your lack of support? Online chat you say we are too busy beat it...then I try to call and you expect me to wait for hours!! Don't sell services you cannot be bothered to support. I am still in my cooling off period how do I cancel?

@bt_uk No, I haven't. It's also not my phone or software on it etc. as it recently went for repair and was factory reset, and this was also an issue before that.

@bt_uk Yesterday line went dead (no dial tone), raised fault and it's back. I missed important meetings (no BB) and it was stressful as estimated fix was 3-4 days! I have Halo but no mention of 4G hub from you. Am I meant to have one on standby or do you courier for each fault?

@SimoRoth @bt_uk I didn't include it here, but they also slapped an extra £150 on the first bill saying it was for "installation costs". When I questioned it they said "there were issues with installing the line so we had to charge you more" and I said "no there wasn't?" and they said "oh ok sry"
