@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk But there's not point in contacting BT if they say I have the wrong department and send me off to another department that are not available! This is social media, and you haven't answered my question. My phone is broken. Live chat isn't working. Contact forms can't be found.

@btsport I've just received appalling customer service from 2 members of your bt sport box office team.. Charged 3 times for a unacceptable product and have no way to provide feedback... Then have the phone put down on me when I finally got through to someone. Awful
