@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@about_jon @bt_uk Similar issues for me. I recently changed to a new package with BT on a 24 month contract. Go live was meant to be today; instead, I now have no service at all. I spoke to a representative this morning who has raised a complaint on my behalf but still no service all day.

@bt_uk Is there no way that BT can wrestle control from the automated system it created or is it like skynet and it cannot be shut down because it's more intelligent than its creators......? OK I've probably answered my own question there.

Hi @bt_uk my mum has been without phone or broadband for 16 days now. 2 engineers haven’t turned up meaning she’s missed days at work waiting around. The service has been very poor. I assume you will be refunding her for the majority of the month?

1/ @bt_uk Before you consider switching to BT, do consider: - they’ll cut you off (broadband, TV, landline) without notification. - when the reason, ‘billing issue’, appears a mistake, it will take 24 hours to be reconnected.
