@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk it appears that the only thing you consistently do well is providing poor customer service. Nearly 3 weeks and 5 hours on the phone to get a new router and TV box sent out and no proper apology or compensation despite being escalated to several different managers

@bt_uk shocking customer service today from your CS line. To be told im not classed as a welfare case unless im "plugged into a machine" just isnt acceptable. Its 2023. There is more to vulnerability than being medically dependant on a machine.

@bt_uk internet has been intermittently down in the Beckenham area since Tuesday. Have had no updates from anybody and “fix” time keeps increasing (now Friday 6pm). How is compensation claimed for lost days without internet?
