@btsport sort out your crap coverage of Everton V Liverpool. The sound is 5 seconds ahead of the picture. Terrible coverage

  • kiltie9 Barbara Dempsey (@kiltie9) reported from Portstewart, Northern Ireland

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  • Paddy_Cal Paddy (@Paddy_Cal) reported from Ballymoney, Northern Ireland

@adriandrake @btsport @btsportfootball No I’m thinking more 5/6/7 years ago before United were bad 😂. Would still like to see some from the 00’s.

Customer Service @bt_uk @BTCare style... we'll arrive some time between 08:00 and 13:00 unless we're a bit busy and then we'll cancel your appointment without telling you. And you can rebook yourself. How does 29th April suit? Terrible.

  • goodysonx74 Paul (@goodysonx74) reported

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @bt_uk I paid to get out of my BT contract, they were awful.

  • PaulClews2 Paul Clews (@PaulClews2) reported

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @bt_uk What have they done, mate? Interested customer.

  • JustinLang Justin Lang (@JustinLang) reported

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk I don’t think they can do that - OpenReach invest the money to connect the property to their network, they then have to offer access to all the suppliers as above not just BT retail; it may be that other suppliers have not yet got their act together.

  • moolicent Andrea Smith (@moolicent) reported

@bt_uk Yep @bt_uk all internet services in LS16 down and have been for 8+hrs now. Rgardless of ISP, if they rely on BT lines there is no service.

  • Tdltoby TdlToby (@Tdltoby) reported

@SMITEGame just had a deserter penalty because my @bt_uk broadband decides to disconnect. Over 4000 games never had one before.

  • JustinLang Justin Lang (@JustinLang) reported

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk Have avoided BT retail for the last 20 years. Now with Zen - cant fault them, UK based, excellent customer service. You'd still have to deal with OpenReach with the install, which may still be an issue from what I can see?

  • FernoWasTaken NeЯo (@FernoWasTaken) reported

@bt_uk Not gonna lie, most of the replies are just people ripping on BT whether as a joke or for real but honestly, BT has done better than the other providers we had. The only frustration is how often the internet goes out for maintenance during games and bad moments.

  • Kez_Starrr Princess Consuela Bananahammock (@Kez_Starrr) reported

@bt_uk I am a new customer, never had equipment before.

  • TomMurray93 Tom Murray (@TomMurray93) reported

@bt_uk There’s an on-going saga. Our internet should have been activated 3 weeks ago. Lots of issues, new activation dates and “by midnight tonight”s later, and we are still without internet. I was told this morning it was definitely being activated today. It has not.
