@tescomobile @bt_uk aren't cheap, either - just had a message from them increasing costs for my pretty basic broadband and calls package by 3+ % when (in my view) it's already overpriced at £50-70pm depending on how many calls (hardly any) I make.I feel I don't get an awful lot for my money..

  • YorksHillbilly William Hancock (@YorksHillbilly) reported

@BTCare why are you only offering Full Fibre Internet with this Halo nonsense? Is your fibre network so unreliable that you need to guarantee it with additional connectivity? I just want internet access, no phone, no backup nonsense, no dead zone guarantees, just internet access!

  • TheRealJackieJ Jackie Johnston (@TheRealJackieJ) reported

@bt_uk @yahoomail Hi. Got a new macbook. Trying to set up my yahoo mail. Tells me I need a code which will arrive by email. Codes never arrive. Is there a number I can ring please to sort this out.

  • Lhasadreams Adrian Daniels (@Lhasadreams) reported

@charlie79a @bt_uk I will be doing the same, despite my best efforts BT are just not interested in keeping me as a customer. They will get a short term gain from me and then a long term loss - it really is a business that does not look after its customers.

  • FMDoop Doop (@FMDoop) reported

Before he has to move on. Seriously. @bt_uk cancelled the appointment after I had to book an hour off work to accommodate them. Now, this.. 2 weeks a customer and the service is this bad. I have to now phone up to rebook, think I might phone up and cancel. Karen Rant Over!
