@OpenreachHelp 16 weeks still no internet. Work supposedly started on 25th October update due 27/10- no update, now wait till update on 5/11 but no idea of fix date just updates due. @bt_uk escalated issue to patch manager and Level 2 but still can’t get it fixed.

@bt_uk I’ve been informed by text that the issue with my broadband has been resolved. It hasn’t I’m getting super fast speeds of less than 0.5 upload!

@bt_uk They replied saying there's no plans to bring fibre to my area (I'm already on fttc with you) despite last year me being told fttp was planned for April 2022. I think there's a problem tracking my address.
