@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk Been complaining about my Wi-Fi for nearly a year, you’ve sent me countless devices to help, but it’s getting progressively worse. Currently not enough signal in my flat for me to watch the TV & use my phone at the same time! Sick of being told it’s ‘one of those things’.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp We haven't had phone or WiFi since storm Eunice 5 weeks ago, which has affected 20+ people in the area. We also have very poor signal from all service providers here, so the EE signal booster you gave us doesn't work in our houses. 1/3

Thank you @bt_uk for your shocking customer service. As a new customer, I am shocked that Wendy can deal with complaints, she is the manager and cannot help move a date due. When I get last minute texts after two date changes when we need Wifi.
