    @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

    @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

    @bt_uk What info do you need? My husband has spoken to @UtilitiesWareho who say the problem is with Openreach.

    @bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

    Awful service from @bt_uk waited in all afternoon for the 2nd time and no one has turned up again, keep getting promises of call back but no one ever does 😡 appalling customer service

    @bt_uk HELP... my broadband isn’t working, neither is my landline. Need for work. I submitted a troubleshooting report yesterday before 17:00 and it was ‘successful’. A mini hub was supposedly on its way, today no sign of it? Just submitted another report? Can you help?

    Ironic! Watching #theoneshow discussing how unreliable virgin media’s broadband and once again my own @bt_uk broadband goes down again! Once again been intermittent for 2 days #notjustvirginmedia

    @btsport bought your monthly pass, money got taken from account straight away but in the last 94 minutes ai have bot received the confirmation email or got through to Cust service. Your ad specifically said 5 minutes!! #falseadvertising and zero customer service??

    @dadzoola @bt_uk Ropey does not do it justice. Every 4-6 weeks I’ve had the same problem lasting 3/4 days a time since last summer. Want to tell them where to go but don’t want to get tied into another contract as we are trying to sell house! Just so bored of it all

    @bt_uk Shockingly poor customer service for a broadband problem. Teacher trying to deliver virtual lessons. So far 3 failed engineer visits. Yet another phone call today to arrange visit #4. Booked for Saturday. Silly me not to clarify when no date mentioned. Booked for 27! BT??

    Thanks @bt_uk! 2nd day now without internet! Asked for updates, and no texts sent through! Resolve kept getting pushed back via online checker and now the fix is apparently 18th at 7pm!! How is this acceptable?!?

    @sadaplays @bt_uk I've had no trouble with virgin and you can get the superfast speeds for pretty cheap

    @darrangilpin @bt_uk Ugh nightmare, I have no TV woes with Sky thank goodness but my @virginmedia broadband is crap and its next to impossible to complain or change as i can't get through to them. Not sure BT would be any better mind you, frustrating when work depends on it
