    @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

    @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

    @bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

    @btsport hi, I’m trying to cancel my subscription. No problem with the channel, we are just not using it. I am however finding it difficult to do, no one is answering the phone. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes now. I’ll just cancel the direct debit and see if that helps.

    @bt_uk How can I contact a U.K. based engineer to report a network issue? The only thing your website offers is a ‘virtual assistant’ thing which connects me to an agent based in a different country and then disconnects me mid-conversation.

    @bt_uk I'm having one more try with the 'Eiva' virtual assistant jobbie. Finally managed to sustain a conversation with an Openreach agent somewhere a very long way away. It's painful - I've explained the exact nature and location of the problem several times, but they don't get it.

    @bt_uk I need to cancel some of my TV package and I need to upgrade my broadband. Both you can not do via the mediums of App or website

    @bt_uk still no updates from you. You keep telling me lies since November. This is unacceptable. I still havent been upgraded to fibre 2. You have the worst customer service ever.
