    @BuntingsWorld @Rstoors4life @bt_uk I shall be departing I'm afraid, need to upgrade to Fibre 2, new customer gets it under £30, existing they want £10 more and won't match

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk My services were stopped as of 26th Feb 2021 and was confirmed by an email. But it looks you are still providing the service. I mean what is going on?!!

    @bt_uk Having to revisit an issue i had already addressed and agreed to a solution to find it had not been executed then having to re examine all the details again to get to the same conclusion.

    @bt_uk I was on phone on Friday 26th for about 3 hours and really pissed I have to call again for this issue. If no one helps me, please note I WILL CANCEL THE DIRECT DEBIT and will write to the ombudsman to lodge a formal complain. I am left with no option.

    @bt_uk my broadband router has rebooted itself 5 times so far today. Is there an issue?

    @bt_uk So it's raining and what does that mean? It means a reasonable Internet connection of 35/4.5Mbs with a ping of 18ms drops to 5.7/0.73Mbs with a ping of 515ms. And before you ask, it isn't anything in my house. Same old problem. Go look at the pole connection. It's there!

    @bt_uk Never thought moving my phone and broadband would be so stressful. BT notified on 18/02. Given 3/03 as moving date. That was then changed to 8/03. Phone line done but am still waiting for broadband #poorservice #unacceptable Now looking at 12/03 at the earliest. 😡

    @bt_uk scammers at it again? Had a call from 01865 727836 re router problem & internet speed. I’m not with BT and call sounded like it came via India....
